The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, a management innovation technique, on business performance to secure the competitiveness of SMEs in an environment of increasing uncertainty in the global economy and intensifying competition. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating a quality management system, and statistical analysis was performed through validity and reliability analysis, regression analysis, and group analysis using IBM SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, it was found that planning, operation, support, and improvement, which are the core requirements of a quality management system, have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, through group analysis, it was found that the effect of quality management system requirements on business performance varies according to the level of the company. This means that the importance of quality management requirements required for strategy establishment varies according to the quality management introduction level of small and medium-sized manufacturers, and it can be used for small and medium-sized manufacturers to set strategic directions.

The objective of this study was to dertermine the effects of oviductal fluid and oviductal conditioned medium on polyspermy and in vitro development of porcine oocytes. The addition of oviductal fluid and oviductal conditioned medium in the prefertilization and fertilization medium significantly decreased polyspermy rates and the mean number of spermatozoa in penetrated eggs(P＜0.05). The acrosome reaction rate significantly increased when spematozoa were exposed for 1.5, 3, 4.5h in oviductal fluid and oviductal conditioned medium(P＜0.05). When oocytes cultured for 192h, the percentage of oocytes that developed to the morula and blastocyst stage was higher in culture medium with oviductal fluid and oviductal conditioned medium than without oviductal fluid and oviductal conditioned medium(P＜0.05). These results indicated that the oviductal secreations will effectively reduce both the polyspermy rates and the mean number of spermatwa in penetrated eggs. And the presence of culture with oviductal fluid and oviductal conditioned medium promotes in vitro development of porcine oocytes.

Given the increasing of adoption of the SCM(Supply Chain Management), especially in small and medium-sized enterprises, this study aims at identifying the key influencing factors of small and medium-sized enterprises' SCM adoption. Based on prior research on innovation diffusion theory, TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior), and IT/EDI adoption in various organizations, a model of SCM adoption has been developed and empirically tested hypotheses based on the model. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample collected from 127 small and medium-sized enterprises' top management. The results show that perceived behavioral control is found to have a significant positive effect on adoption intention, and attitude and subjective norm are also important determinants of SCM adoption intention in small and medium-sized enterprises. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

In this paper, a new explicit analytical formula is derived for the critical buckling load of Double Walled Carbon Nanotubes (DWCNTs) embedded in Winkler elastic medium without taking into account the effects of the nonlocal parameter, which indicates the effects of the surrounding elastic matrix combined with the intertube Van der Waals (VdW) forces. Furthermore, we present a model which predicts that the critical axial buckling load embedded in Winkler, Pasternak or Kerr elastic medium under axial compression using the nonlocal Donnell shell theory, this model takes into account the effects of internal small length scale and the VdW interactions between the inner and outer nanotubes. The present model predicts that the critical axial buckling load of embedded DWCNTs is greater than that without medium under identical conditions and parameters. We can conclude that the embedded DWCNTs are less susceptible to axial buckling than those without medium.

This study was conducted to test whether post-harvest medium of king oyster mushroom can be recycled for its bottle cultivation. Physical properties of the post-harvest medium and the resulting yield of fruit bodies revealed no significant difference compared with control. Recycling post-harvest medium can be replaced to 15% of the basal medium, thus decreasing the cost of raw materials up to 15%.

We proposed and demonstrated a simultaneous measurement method to detect the refractive index and temperature of a medium using a side-polished fiber involving FBG (fiber Bragg grating). The temperature of a medium was obtained by using the Bragg wavelength shift of FBG, while the refractive index of medium were calculated by using the transmission loss. The Bragg wavelength is independent on the refractive index of the covering medium placed on surface of side-polished fiber, while the transmission loss at off-Bragg wavelength highly depends on the environmental temperature because of thermo-optic effect of the medium.

Purpose - This paper aims to explain the interactive relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises' clusters and regional economic growth, with Jiangsu Province as an illustrative example. It focuses on studying the promotional effects, if any, of small and medium-sized enterprises' cluster-development on regional economic growth, and vice-versa. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from the Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook and the China Industrial Economic Statistical Yearbook, by selecting 26 industries as the research subjects. The sample interval selection is 1981-2012. The data were analyzed with the dynamic panel system using stata 12.0. Results - 1) The small and medium-sized enterprises' cluster degree and Jiangsu's economic growth have a long-term stable equilibrium relationship. 2) In the short term, they have a dynamic adjustment 3) The enterprises' cluster degree leads to regional economic growth in Jiangsu, but not vice-versa. Conclusions - Small and medium-sized enterprises' clusters have an important promotional effect on Jiangsu's economic growth, especially industries with high degree of agglomeration. Therefore, the formation of these clusters can significantly improve economic growth.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the surface waves in fibre-reinforced anisotropic thermoelastic medium subjected to gravity field. The theory of generalized surface waves has firstly developed and then it has been employed to investigate particular cases of waves, viz., Stoneley waves, Rayleigh waves and Love waves. The analytical expressions for displacement components, force stress and temperature distribution are obtained in the physical domain by using the harmonic vibrations. The wave velocity equations have been obtained in different cases. The numerical results are given and presented graphically in Green-Lindsay and Lord-Shulman theory of thermoelasticity. Comparison was made with the results obtained in the presence and absence of gravity, anisotropy, relaxation times and parameters for fibrereinforced of the material medium. The results indicate that the effect of gravity, anisotropy, relaxation times and parameters for fibre-reinforced of the material medium are very pronounced.

This research is a basic researching process for producing solid fuel that mixing paper sludge and Heat Transfer Medium Oil. Under the presence of Heat Transfer Medium Oil, paper sludge is heated and dried with home appliance microwave for comparing drying efficiency and energy efficiency of different types of drying method. As a result, Heat Transfer Medium Oil and paper mixing case of drying method, OMD, is the most efficient way to shorten the time for evaporating moisture in the paper sludge. In addition, heat transfer effect and density is increased with adding Heat Transfer Medium Oil by microwave. Future more, OMD's energy cost for evaporating whole moisture is 78% cheaper than MD. Also, OMD process shows the best energy efficiency with comparing other process. Evaporation rate of paper sludge evaporation process with microwave is 11.66% increased by adding Heat Transfer Medium Oil 150g. Preheating Heat Transfer Medium Oil or improving different ways injecting Heat Transfer Medium Oil is a good way to increase a rate of initiative moisture evaporation process.

This research is analyzed the effect of teacher's sense of efficacy from childcare teacher on happiness. The aim is to verifying the interactional medium effect and regulating the result of job stress regulating result between teacher and children. Therefore, the 7th of survey data from Panel Study on Korean Children was referenced in this paper. The respondents of this data are 348 children who just 5 years old and those teachers in. The final results were verified by adopting hierarchical analysis. Likewise, the results also showed the medium effect by the sobel test. Based on the results, it was shown that firstly, the teacher's sense of efficacy from childcare teacher has a positive impact on happiness. Secondly, there is a medium effect creating by interacted between teacher and children. Thirdly, the influence between happiness and the teacher's sense of efficacy lead to regulating the result of job stress. Hence, for increasing the happiness of childcare teacher, it is necessary to seek a program with practicality.
