최근 의료기관의 사회적 책임(CSR)은 선택적으로 수용하여 적용하는 것이 아니라 병원과 의료기관의 지속 성장 발전을 위한 기본 역량이자 책임으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 사회적 책임활동 분야 선행연구의 대부분이 기업의 사회적 책임에서 태동되어 일반기업과 조직을 대상으로 하고 있으며 의료기관이나 병원에 대한 CSR 연구는 아주 미미한 수준에 머물러 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 의료기관의 사회적 책임이 조직성과와 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 의료기관의 사회적 책임활동과 경영성과 사이에서 조직성과가 매개역할을 하는지 실증분석한다. 본 연구의 결과는 의료기관의 효과적인 사회적 책임활동의 전략적 접근 방향을 제공하고, 아직은 척박한 의료기관 CSR활동과 관련한 연구에 단초가 되고 의료기관이 CSR활동을 통한 전략방향을 제시하는데 기여한다.

This study considers the stages of curriculum development for the integrated curriculum of Pusan National University Graduate School & Hospital of Korean Medicine, and specifically the KAS2021 (announced in 2019), improvement measures for the curriculum of the College of Traditional Korean Medicine, and the case of the College of Medicine. The introduction of integrated curriculum in the College of Traditional Korean Medicine starts from the members (doers)' agreement. In the process of development, the organization that represents the members, the organization that sets up a goal and designs the curriculum, and the organization that executes them should fulfill their own roles. The stage of development and operation should have the support system for manpower, institution, administration, and finance. The curriculum (draft) should be concrete enough to be operated in reality. For the smooth operation of integrated education, it is necessary to secure more full-time teachers than before, and it is also necessary to have an organization fully in charge of monitoring and improving the operation. For the introduction and operation of integrated curriculum in Traditional Korean Medicine education, the members' agreement, institutional change, support system, and the cultivation of manpower for the operation/evaluation/development of curriculum should be considered.

Objectives : This paper analyzes medical contents of the Jukgyopyeonlam(Handbook of Jukgyo) which was written in 1849 by Han Seokhyo, a resident of Neungju, Jeolla-do. Methods : The author, bibliography, organization, cited literature, and content of the book were investigated. Results : 1. The author, Han, Seokhyo was not a doctor by trade, but rather a Confucian doctor. 2. The purpose of this book is to prepare non-medical personnel for emergencies. 3. While the book's organization follows those of existing books, the author's originality can be found among medical contents of the Jukgyopyeonlam. Conclusions : It can be understood that the medicinal contents of the Jukgyopyeonlam was written based on knowledge accumulated through numerous years of local clinical and medicinal experience in order for Confucian doctors in the countryside of Jeolla-do in the mid-19th century to be able to prepare for cases of emergency.

Since the execution of National Health Insurance system in Taiwan, the competition of medical industry is becoming more and more severe. The ways the hospital operate knowledge management (KM) concept, combine current human resources and professional knowledge by information techniques and upgrade the competitiveness through reinvention of organizational culture have become the important issues. This research is based on the relationship between KM and organizational operation, integrates the characteristic of medical institutions and framework of medical knowledge cycle and starts the research subject by questionnaires from three dimensions: current situation of KM construction in medical organizations, executive effect of KM activities and the challenges faced by KM; subsequently, from qualitative interview, this research attempts to understand how a medical organization executes and adjusts in the consideration of theory and reality as well as quality and costs when actually operates the organization. This research accesses to KM system application of medical institutions and the empirical executive benefits and difficulties through questionnaires. The research results are as follows: (1) having initial understanding toward current KM establishment of medical institutions; (2) confirming the most important items of KM establishment of medical organizations; (3) understanding the most difficulty which the medical organizations encounter when executing KM; (4) establishing medical knowledge cycle figure of the hospitals receiving interviews. Through case interview, this research profoundly accessed to the actual operation of KM application of medical organizations. The target hospitals intended to try many medical KM measures; however, during to complicated hospital organizations and cultural characteristics, the promotion was not successful and the results were not apparent. The most difficulty was to change the employees’ behavior. The targets believed that only the continuous promotion of KM can allow it to be an important aspect of organizational culture and the competitiveness could constant be upgraded.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of hospital organization structure, organization culture, organization conflict and the interrelation of influential factor in organization conflict. The data for this study were collected through a self-administered survey with a structured delivered to 755 subjects including several nursing staff members, administration staff members and medical technicians at six hospitals. The structural equation model was used to examine the relation of organization structure, organization culture and organization conflict. The results of the analysis in this study were as follows. First, organization structure had a positive influence on organization conflict, especially in terms of complexity and centralization. But, formalization had a negative influence on organization conflict. Second, organization culture had a positive influence on organization conflict, especially in terms of group culture, developmental culture, and hierarchical culture. But, group culture had a negative influence on organization conflict. Third, organization structure had positive influences, especially on organization culture complexity, centralization, and formalization. But, centralization had negative influences too.

Many recent changes in medical area such as expansion of medical insurance, high expectation of people for medical service and the competition with foreign country open new area of medical service and hospital managements. Domestic medical personal have been doing their best for better medical service and more efficient hospital management. In other words, they are focusing on the renovation of organization culture, the reform of organization and operation process and building information systems. It has been more than 10 years since the first computer system was introduced in the domestic medical area. We have been trying to build more advance and more friendly computer systems. Recent advances of information technology could make this possible. In this paper, I introduce the system design of Integrated Hospital Information System include core technology, components of the system and important factors to be considered.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to understand organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and psychological ownerships, and to confirm whether education on the mission and vision of an organization encourages medical professionals to have an awareness of their organization. Methods : The survey was done with two groups of nurses : one group had education about the missions and visions of the hospital, and the other group had no education about their organization. This study was done at K University Hospital which is located in Busan, Korea. Results : Education about the missions and visions of a medical institution effectively enhances organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and psychological ownerships. Conclusions : If education about the missions and visions of an organization is actively done, the members of that organization will have an increased level of awareness about their organization as well as improved organizational capability.

OObjectives : This paper aims to document the journal's history by researching academic achievements of a retiring faculty member and his contribution to the academy. Methods : To expand the boundaries of medical humanities and sociology within the Colleges of Korean Medicine, the methodology for taking oral history was followed in investigating the faculty member's scholarly and academic achievements, which will contribute to the preservation of the academy's history for years to come. Results : Yoon taught subjects such as Medical Chinese, Medical Classics, Classical Chinese, Reading Classical Texts, Medical Philosophy, Medical I-Ching at the University, while vigorously studying basic Korean Medical fields such as the Huangdineijing and the Five Circuits and Six Qi Theory. He also pushed for international communication and implemented the overseas studying program for students and faculty. At the academy, he stabilized the organization's finances, strengthened the journal's status, and built the foundation for the standardization of Medical Classics education by publishing a common textbook. Conclusions : Yoon's various achievements were made possible by other members of the organization, which was in reciprocation to Yoon's effort to bring the members together to form cooperative relationships.

As a society advances and develops more rapidly, there is a corresponding increase in an aging population; and therefore, transportation and transportation needs develop in a complicated way. In these times, medical rehabilitation services are required and the demands for these services will increase as time passes. Moreover, the scope of disability as defined by the government has been expanded owing to the welfare policy for the disabled. Therefore, the number of disabled who require medical services is on the rise. Along with an increase in medical rehabilitation demands, the necessity for medical rehabilitation increases as well and its role becomes more diverse on a wider spectrum. However, architectural studies on rehabilitation facilities have been insufficient and there are many problems currently in facilities operations. This study aims to present a spatial organization system along with required space that would form the basis for the most effective spatial plan and facility operation for rehabilitation hospitals.
