본초 조합을 이용한 방제(方劑)의 유방분석(類方分析) DB 구축 연구;"동의보감(東醫寶鑑)"과 "방제학(方劑學)"을 중심으로 (A Study on the Construction of DB Systems for the Classifications of Herbal Formulas with Similar Composition;focused on "Dong-uibogam" and "Bangjehag")

  • Objective Classification of herbal formulas through the analysis of compositional herb's is a suitable method in the aspects of the effective applications of herbal formulas. However, these classification methods have some problems in dealing with lots of herbal formulas because the estimations of herbal formula's effects are dependent upon one's memory. In this study, we aimed to establish the effective methodology to elicit the classified herbal formula's chart by introducing the DB systems without interfering with non-standard terms. Method : We entered the herbs informations of the composition of herbal formulas into database, made an alias tables of corresponding herbs, and achieved standardization of herb's informations. Using these databases, we made the classified herbal formula's chart according to the presence and the treatment informations of herbs. Results By analyzing the herbal formula into the set of compositional herbal elements, we could systemically express the parents and children herbal formula at once according to search terms. We provided the advanced searching tools entering the name of herbal formula and compositional herb together. Through these searching methods, it is facilitated to grasp the classified herbal formula's chart according to the addition and reduction of compositional herbs in Dong-uibogam(東醫寶鑑) and Bangjehak(方劑學)

선형가속기의 출력 특성에 대한 공정능력과 공정가능성을 이용한 통계적 분석 (Analysis of Output Constancy Checks Using Process Control Techniques in Linear Accelerators)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 본원이 보유하고 있는 선형가속기들의 출력 특성을 Shewhart-type Chart, EWMA Chart, 공정능력지수 $C_p$$C_{pk}$을 이용한 통계적 분석으로 품질보증에 대한 결과를 평가하고자 한다. 측정값은 의학물리사에 의하여 2012년 9월부터 2014년 4월까지 매월 측정된 각각 치료기들(21EX, 21EX-S, Novalis Tx)의 출력측정값을 사용하였다. 치료기들의 출력 특성은 IAEA TRS-398의 가이드라인을 따랐으며, 측정 에너지는 광자선 6 MV, 10 MV, 15 MV와 전자선 4 MeV, 6 MeV, 9 MeV, 12 MeV, 16 MeV, 20 MeV였다. 매월 측정하여 교정한 출력특성에 대한 통계학적 분석이며, 가중인자와 측정값의 관리한계의 폭은 ${\lambda}=0.10$, L=2.703로 계산되었으며, 공정능력 $C_p$$C_{pk}$는 모든 선형가속기(21EX, 21EX-S, Novalis Tx)의 모든 에너지에서 1이상이었다. Shewhart-type Chart를 통하여 출력선량의 측정값의 큰 변화점을 찾을 수 있었고, EWMA Chart를 통하여 출력선량의 측정값의 미세한 변화점을 알아 볼 수 있었다. 본원의 치료기의 공정능력지수 $C_p$$C_{pk}$를 통하여 21EX가 2.384와 2.136, 21EX-S가 1.917과 1.682, Novalis Tx가 2.895와 2.473으로 Novalis Tx가 가장 안정적이고 정확한 출력특성을 나타내고 있었다.

Forecasting Symbolic Candle Chart-Valued Time Series

  • This study introduces a new type of symbolic data, a candle chart-valued time series. We aggregate four stock indices (i.e., open, close, highest and lowest) as a one data point to summarize a huge amount of data. In other words, we consider a candle chart, which is constructed by open, close, highest and lowest stock indices, as a type of symbolic data for a long period. The proposed candle chart-valued time series effectively summarize and visualize a huge data set of stock indices to easily understand a change in stock indices. We also propose novel approaches for the candle chart-valued time series modeling based on a combination of two midpoints and two half ranges between the highest and the lowest indices, and between the open and the close indices. Furthermore, we propose three types of sum of square for estimation of the candle chart valued-time series model. The proposed methods take into account of information from not only ordinary data, but also from interval of object, and thus can effectively perform for time series modeling (e.g., forecasting future stock index). To evaluate the proposed methods, we describe real data analysis consisting of the stock market indices of five major Asian countries'. We can see thorough the results that the proposed approaches outperform for forecasting future stock indices compared with classical data analysis.

청강 김영훈 진료기록 복원연구 (Study of Young-Hoon Kim's Medical Chart Restoration)

  • This study is a report on the restoration process and future projects involving the restoration of the medical records from 1914 to 1974. Cheong-Gang Young-Hoon Kim was born in 1882 and passed away in 1974. His times were the times when Korean Traditional Medicine was being neglected due to the introduction of Western Medicine through Japan. During this time Young-Hoon Kim put much effort into the Korean Traditional Medicine Restoration Movement and left over 150,000 medical records while consistently examining patients. Currently, this data can be found at the College of Oriental Medicine, Kyunghee University and is being compiled into a database as a part of the 2007 Knowledge of Oriental Medicine Web Service Project. The Preface and Chapter 1 introduce the author and the contents of the Cheong-Gang Medical Records, and Chapter 2 briefly discusses the necessity of providing digitalization and modernization to the medical records. Chapter 3 discusses the preservation process of the original medical records, chapter 4 describes the process of restoring and providing web access to the contents of the medical records, and chapter 5describes the main purpose of the medical records as well as future projects and an outlook involving the Knowledge of Oriental Medicine Web Service Project.

웹 기반의 의료학습 시스템 구조 설계 (Designing web based medical learning system structure)

  • 현재 의료 데이터는 기본적으로 대외비이며 의료보호법에 의거 보호받고 있기 때문에 접근하기가 힘들다. 이에 교육중인 학생들의 실무적인 교육을 위하여 실무자나 교수진이 실 데이터에 가깝게 모의 데이터(chart, 문제은행 형식)를 생성, upload하여 실무에 가까운 교육 환경과 데이터를 접하며 학습의 진행이 가능하도록 하는 연구이다. 본 논문에서는 web 기반으로 하여 node.js와 Ajax, mysql, jquery를 바탕으로 유지와 보수가 용이하며 사용자들이 접근하기 쉽게 하여 접하기가 힘든 환자의 차트와 차트의 관한 문제를 손쉽게 접근할 수 있게 연구하였다.

근전도 기반의 Spider Chart와 딥러닝을 활용한 일상생활 잡기 손동작 분류 (Classification of Gripping Movement in Daily Life Using EMG-based Spider Chart and Deep Learning)

  • In this paper, we propose a pre-processing method that converts to Spider Chart image data for classification of gripping movement using EMG (electromyography) sensors and Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) deep learning. First, raw data for six hand gestures are extracted from five test subjects using an 8-channel armband and converted into Spider Chart data of octagonal shapes, which are divided into several sliding windows and are learned. In classifying six hand gestures, the classification performance is compared with the proposed pre-processing method and the existing methods. Deep learning was performed on the dataset by dividing 70% of the total into training, 15% as testing, and 15% as validation. For system performance evaluation, five cross-validations were applied by dividing 80% of the entire dataset by training and 20% by testing. The proposed method generates 97% and 94.54% in cross-validation and general tests, respectively, using the Spider Chart preprocessing, which was better results than the conventional methods.

  • 환자의 의무 기록을 전국적으로 연결하는 것은 환자의 정확한 정보를 취득하여 의사로 하여금 환자의 증상을 정확히 진단할 때 중요한 사항이다. 환자에 대한 진단 시 시간과 재검사 시간을 줄일 수 있다면, 환자는 신속히 치료될 수가 있기 때문에 모든 국민은 그만큼 더 삶의 질을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 RFID 카드와 디지털화된 의료기록간 연동하여 환자정보를 병원간 공유하기 위한 복합 식별 시스템 디자인에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 식별자와 관련된 기술과 표준, 그리고 UCI와 RFID간 연동관련 선행 연구에 대한 검토 후, SPMR을 디자인 하였다. 이에 의사들은 적시에 적절하게 의료 처치가 가능해 져서 환자들의 고통을 그만큼 경감시킬 수 있게 되었다.

차트 각도를 이용한 해상력 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Resolution Characteristics by Using Chart Device Angle)

  • This study aim was quantitative assessment of MTFs of spectrum of the square wave chart images and Coltman chart images for 0°, 1.7°, 2.2°, 2.9°, 4.1° by using chart method. In general device was AccuRay-650 (DK Medical System, Korea) used, indirect flat panel detector(FPD) Aero (Konica, Japan) used and MATLAB R2019a (MathWorks, USA) used. The result of comparison for each angle of MTF the edge image was highest quantitatively value for MTF finding of showed the best value of 0.1 based on the frequency of 3.5 mm-1, value of 0.1 based on the square wave was frequency of 3.0 mm-1 and value of 0.1 based on the Coltman transform was frequency of 2.4 mm-1. In this study it was significant that the methodology of the international Electro-technical Commission was applied mutandis by using the Fujita method within 2~3°.

2007년 제정된 표준 성장도표에 의한 소아 및 청소년 비만 유병율 (Obesity prevalence in children and adolescence by newly developed 2007 Korean National Growth Chart)

  • AIMS: Korean National Growth Chart was newly developed at 2007. Prevalence of obesity is expected to be changed according to reference data. This study was performed to compare the prevalence of obesity based on the newly developed growth curve with that of previous data. We also investigate the incidence of obesity, overweight, and normal criteria by two kinds of growth curves. Method: We obtained weight, height from 438 middle school students and 1786 high school students. We divided enrolled students into four groups (middle school boys, middle school girls, high school boys, high school girls). The obese, over weight group was defined as BMI(body mass index) more than 95th, 85th${\sim}$94th percentile respectively for age and sex. Obesity by relative weight was defined more than 20% of ideal body weight. We compare the prevalence of obesity in each group by the newly developed Korean National Growth Chart in 2007 and that in 1998. Result: Prevalence of obesity by BMI based on 2007 Korean National Growth Chart and that in 1998 were 8.2-12.9% and 9.0-20.4% respectively. The concordance rate were 99.0%-100% in obese group and 45.0%-91.9% in overweight group according to two kinds of reference data. Prevalence of obesity by relative weight was 11.7-23.0% that was same between 2007 Korean National Growth Chart and that in 1998 except middle school boys group. Conclusion: We found that there is a decrease in prevalence of Obesity by BMI based on 2007 Korean National Growth Chart. It is necessary to evaluate correlation between criteria for obesity and obesity related comorbid conditions for finding proper BMI or relative weight cut off value to prevent obesity and obesity related complications effectively.
