사이즈 추천 서비스의 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 -기대일치모형의 적용과 친숙성의 조절효과를 중심으로- (A Study on the Continuance Intention of Size Recommendation Services -Focusing on the Application of Expectation-Confirmation Model and the Moderating Effect of Familiarity-)

  • This study aimed to clarify the continuance intention of users of size recommendation services. The expectation-confirmation model framed the analysis of the 180 data points collected. The analysis determined the mediating effects of perceived usefulness and satisfaction on the relationship between expectation-confirmation and continuance intention. The moderated mediation effect of familiarity was also analyzed, and a path analysis was conducted using PROCESS macro. Results showed that expectation-confirmation had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuance intention. Findings indicated that perceived usefulness affected satisfaction and continuance intention and confirmed that satisfaction affected continuance intention. In the relationship between expectation-confirmation and continuance intention, mediation analysis verified the mediation and double mediation of perceived usefulness and satisfaction. In the group with an above-average familiarity value, moderation analysis confirmed a moderating effect between perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Above-average familiarity values also confirmed that the moderating effect on continuance intention was significant.

아동기 학대경험과 청소년의 자살생각 간의 관계 : 수치심과 친구관계의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Abusive Experiences on Adolescent's Suicidal Ideation : Focusing on Mediating Effects of Shame-proneness and Friendships)

  • This study aimed to assess the roll of various abusive factors on suicide thoughts. In particular, the effects of negligence, physical and emotional abuse, as the subordinate variables of abuse, were examined on suicide ideation. In addition, the mediation effects of shame-proneness and friendships were also investigated. To achieve these specific objectives, subordinate dimensions of abuse such as negligence, physical abuse and emotional abuse were measured for 277 male and 275 female students from Seoul middle schools using a measurement tool. Specifically, experiences of being abused and neglected, the level of suicide thoughts using scale for suicidal ideation (SSI), the level of shame-proneness and friendships using personal feelings questionnaire-2(PFQ-2), and schoolmate relationships were measured using a questionnaire. Analysis of collected data revealed that while suicide thoughts showed significant positive relationship with abuse and shame-proneness, there was a significant negative relationship between suicide thoughts and friendships. In particular, negligence, physical abuse and emotional abuse had significant effects on suicide ideation, while emotional abuse had the greatest effect on suicide ideation. Shame-proneness and friendships partially mediated abuse and suicide thoughts. The findings of this study have contributed to understanding of factors related to suicide thoughts. In particular, the mediation effects of shame-proneness and friendships have been highlighted.

  • 본 연구는 다문화청소년의 집단 괴롭힘 피해경험과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 사회적 위축과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 살펴보고, 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도 수준 향상 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년 6차 년도(2016년) 패널 데이터를 활용하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하여 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 분석결과를 살펴보면 자아존중감이 통계적으로 유의미하게 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이런 분석결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도 수준 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Linking Personality, Emotional Labor and Employee Well-being: The Role of Job Autonomy

  • This study aimed to examine the cause and consequence of emotional labor strategies based on the emotional labor framework. To investigate the boundary condition of the current research model, the study proposed that job autonomy would moderate the effects of emotional labor on employees' well-being. To achieve the purpose of the study, it was first tested whether neuroticism and extroversion of employees predicted the focal outcomes (i.e., burnout and work engagement) via distinct emotional labor strategies. Second, the moderation effects of job autonomy were tested for each emotional labor strategy in predicting the focal outcomes. Third, the conditional indirect effects of job autonomy on the mediation process were examined. The results revealed that surface acting partially mediated the relationship between neuroticism and burnout, whereas deep acting fully mediated the relationship between extraversion and work engagement. Regarding the moderating effects of job autonomy, it significantly moderated the relationship between surface acting and burnout and between deep acting and work engagement. In addition, from the moderated mediation effects, the conditional indirect effects of job autonomy were significant. Finally, theoretical and practical implications are discussed and limitations and future research directions were suggested.

미취학 자녀를 둔 취업모의 심리사회적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색: 개인, 가족, 직장 관련 변인 중심으로 (Individual, Family, and Work Factors Influencing the Psychosocial Well-being of Working Mothers with Preschool Children)

  • This study examined the factors influencing the psychosocial well-being of working mothers of preschool children. It investigated the mediation effects of sociological ambivalence in the relations of psychosocial well-being with a family-supportive work environment and with the gender-role stereotype of family members. In addition, it tested the moderated mediation effects of the traditional gender-role attitudes in workplace and meta-mood. Data were obtained from 476 working mothers of preschool children. Using SPSS 25.0, Cronbach's alpha reliability was calculated, descriptive statistics were generated, and Pearson's correlation analysis performed. Mediation and moderated mediation analyses were carried out using the SPSS process macro 3.5 program. The main results were as follows: first, sociological ambivalence mediated the relationship between psychosocial well-being and a family-supportive work environment. The mediating effect of sociological ambivalence was moderated by emotional attention, a sub-factor of meta-mood. Second, sociological ambivalence mediated the relationship between psychosocial well-being and the gender-role stereotype of family members. In addition, the traditional gender-role attitudes in workplace moderated the mediating effect of sociological ambivalence on the relationship between the gender-role stereotype of family members and psychosocial well-being. These results can be used to inform discussion on changing policy and education to improve the psychosocial well-being of working mothers with preschool children.

성인 남성의 분노 표출과 대인관계 문제와의 관계에서 우울·불안과 분노감의 다중병렬매개효과 (Multiple-Parallel Mediation Effects of Depression·Anxiety and Anger in the Relationship between Anger-out and Interpersonal Problems in Men)

  • Background: This study aims to examine the multiple-parallel mediation effects of depression, anxiety, and anger in the relationship between anger-out and interpersonal problems in men. In addition, the purpose of this study was provide a basis for supporting psychological services alongside therapeutic services as a way to increase the overall interpersonal relationship of men. Design: Survey. Methods: This study targeted 208 adult men aged 20 to 59 years. Participants were recruited through online cafe postings, and data were collected by running an online survey link. Based on the collected data, correlations between variables were investigated, and multiple parallel mediation analysis was performed using the model (Model 4) presented by SPSS PROCESS Macro. In addition, the significance of statistics was confirmed by applying the bootstrapping method, and the significance of the indirect effect was confirmed by the Sobel Z test. Results: First, Anger-out in men is related to interpersonal problems(β=.614, P<.001). Second, it can see that anger-out not only increases depression·anxiety, but also increases anger. Third, Anger-out has been shown to increase depression, anxiety, and anger, leading to increasing interpersonal problems. Anger-out had a significant effect on depression, anxiety(β=.324 P<.001), and anger(β=.551, P<.001), and depression, anxiety(β=.239, P<.001), and anger (β=.318, P<.01) had a significant effect on interpersonal relationship problems. Lastly, it can be seen that men's anger-out is experienced more as anger than depression or anxiety. Conclusion: When providing medical services to men, I believe that if externally expressed anger is addressed along with therapeutic treatment, invisible depression can also be intervened and a more positive prognosis can be expected

Antecedents of Group Identification and Its Effects on Within-Domain Consumption

  • Purpose: Current research aimed at exploring whether group entitativity and satisfaction to becoming the member of group have positive effects on group identification, and whether group identification has positive effects on within-in-group domain consumption. This research focused on the mediation role of group identification in the effects of the group entitativity and the satisfaction to becoming the member of group on the within-in-group domain consumption. Research design, data, and methodology: We selected Shandong Province as our experimental target group and people living in Shandong province as our respondents. 316 questionnaire data were collected. The structural equation model in AMOS 26 were used to verify hypotheses. Results: First, group entitativity affected group identification positively. Second, satisfaction to becoming the member of group affected group identification positively. Third, group identification positively influenced on the within-in-group domain consumption. Fourth, the group identification played the full mediation roles in the effects of both the group entitativity and the satisfaction on the within-in-group domain consumption. Conclusions: marketers should highlight the group identification with their target group by stimulating the perception of the consumer's group entitativity and satisfied feelings about the group to induce the intent to purchase their brand as within-in-group domain consumption object.

유아의 행동억제가 자기결정성에 미치는 영향: 어머니의 양육불안과 자율성 지지의 순차매개효과 (Effects of Behavioral Inhibition in Young Children on Self-Determination: Sequential Mediating Effects of Mother's Parenting Anxiety and Autonomy Support)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of young children's behavioral inhibition on self-determination, examining the sequential mediating effects of mothers' parenting anxiety and autonomy support. Methods: Participants in this study were 225 mothers with children aged 6 years. An online survey was conducted, and SPSS Statistics 23.0 was used for basic analysis. The research model used the Process Macro 4.0 program. Results: The higher the level of behavioral inhibition, the lower the child's self-determination. Furthermore, a mediating effect was confirmed when parenting anxiety was added. However, in the single mediation model and the sequential mediation model in which autonomy support was added, the direct effects of behavioral inhibition temperament and parenting anxiety on self-determination disappeared. As a result, behavioral inhibition characteristics were found to have an indirect effect on self-determination through the sequential mediating effects of mother's parenting anxiety and autonomy support. Conclusion/Implications: If a mother with a child with a behaviorally inhibited temperament properly handles the negative emotions experienced during parenting based on her understanding of the child and supports the child to have a high degree of autonomy, she can enhance the child's right to self-determination.

리더와의 접촉빈도와 심리적 거리가 직무 디스트레스에 미치는 영향: 구성원이 인지하는 셀프리더십의 매개효과 (Contact Frequency and Psychological Distance between Leaders: Job Distress and Mediation through Employees' Perceived Self-Leadership)

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate a solution to reduce the negative reactions arising from the performance of duties or the job distress of workers in the service industry, because human resource statistics regarding workers in the service sector have been unreported, while concerns regarding exposure to emotional exertion and poor working conditions have been continuously increasing. Research design, data, and methodology - This study specifically focused on workers in highway service areas. It differs from previous studies because it involves the perspective of the person-organization fit and regards workers' cognition of leaders through the psychological distance toward the leader and the contact frequency between workers and leaders within the framework of the leader-individual fit. Moreover, this study highlights the role of the self-leadership of workers as an important factor that becomes manifested in the individual-level fit to the organization. Hence, this study investigates whether the positive role of the above factors, in turn, could reduce job distress. Workers from highway service areas in Gyeonggi-do province provided data; 141 valid questionnaires are collected. SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used to test the reliability and validity of constructs. Simple regression, multiple regression, and 3 step mediation tests were used to test the hypotheses after the correlation tests. Results - Results indicated that leader-member contact frequency and psychological distance have negative effects on job distress but positive effects on self-leadership. A mediation test revealed that self-leadership, in the relationships between contact frequency and job distress and between psychological distance and job distress, resulted in partial mediation and full mediation, respectively. Conclusions - The result can be understood through two different possible explanations. First, service area workers generally possess a positive perspective toward their leaders. This can be interpreted to mean that increased contact frequency and psychological distance would be considered as supports from the leader, rather than intrusive controls or management schemes. Therefore, the management in highway service areas should invest efforts in increasing contact frequency as well as maximizing psychological similarities by adopting the viewpoints of workers in terms of moral and ethical management, to reduce the workers' job distress. The results relating to self-leadership also indicate that increased contact frequency must be accompanied by intentions for the effective promotion of workers' self-leadership. It also signifies the necessity of a strategic approach by leaders to induce workers to perceive "in-group"ness as suggested both by the similarity-attraction theory and by the social identity theory. In addition, the results of the mediation test of self-leadership indicate that because workers' self-leadership activates upon increased contact frequency by the leader, it should not be a means of control and should not be utilized only from the perspective of management. It is also suggested that strategies such as transfer of authority could have a positive effect in promoting the expansion of self-influence from workers.

남성노인의 차별경험이 노인인식 및 노년기 태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 가족기능과 동년배관계의 매개효과 검증 - (Study on the effects of the male elderly's age discrimination experiences on their perception of the elderly and attitude toward the old age life -Examination of mediation effects of family function and peer relations-)

  • 은퇴 후 사회적 지위와 가족 내 역할에 변화를 겪는 남성노인은 차별경험으로 인해 부정적 노인인식과 노년기 태도를 갖게 될 가능성이 높다. 본 연구는 남성노인의 차별경험이 노인인식과 노년기 태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 가족기능과 동년배관계의 매개효과를 검증하여 사회복지적 개입방안을 찾고자 한다. 조사대상은 서울지역 노인종합복지관을 이용하는 남성노인 215명이며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 이용한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남성노인의 차별경험은 노인인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남성노인의 차별경험이 노년기 태도에 미치는 영향은 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 남성노인의 차별경험이 노인인식에 미치는 영향에 있어서 가족기능과 동년배관계가 완전매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 남성노인의 차별경험이 노년기 태도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 가족기능과 동년배관계는 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 근본적으로 노인차별을 줄이기 위한 노력이 필요하다는 것과 가족기능과 동년배관계의 강화는 긍정적인 노인인식과 노년기 태도를 갖게 함을 보여주는 것이다. 따라서 노인차별을 줄이기 위한 제도적 접근, 가족기능 강화를 위한 가족상담 프로그램 및 대안가족 제시, 동년배관계 강화를 위한 지역사회 중심의 노인활동 지원이 필요함을 제언하였다.
