아버지와 어머니의 헬리콥터 부모역할이 고등학생의 진로준비 행동에 미치는 영향: 학업성패귀인과 진로결정자기효능감의 순차적 매개효과 (The Effect of Paternal and Maternal Helicopter Parenting on the Career Preparation Behavior of High-School Students: Sequential Mediation Effects of Academic Achievement Attribution and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy)

  • This study examined the sequential mediation effects of academic achievement attribution and career decision-making self-efficacy on the effect of paternal and maternal helicopter parenting on high-school students' career preparation behavior. A total of 285 (119 male and 166 female) Korean high-school students in the second grade participated in the study. Research variables were measured using the Career Preparation Behavior Scale (Kim, 1997), Helicopter Parenting Scale (LeMoyne & Buchanan, 2011), Attribution Questionnaire (Weiner, 1979), and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (Betz et al., 1996). To examine the sequential mediating effect, data analysis was performed using SPSS 29.0 and PROCESS MACRO (v4.2) Model 6. The results revealed no correlations between helicopter parenting and academic failure attribution. However, higher paternal and maternal helicopter parenting were found to indirectly reduce high-school students' career preparation behavior through lower internal academic success attribution (effort and ability) and higher external academic success attribution (task difficulty and luck), which reduced career decision-making self-efficacy. These findings can be employed to develop more effective intervention programs comprising career guidance for adolescents, which emphasizes the negative effect of helicopter parenting. This study expands the research field, as previous findings on helicopter parenting mostly focus on college students.

  • There has been growing attention on the well-being of people with disabilities. The purpose of this study was twofold: (1) to investigate the associations between individuals' socio-demographic and psychological characteristics and clothing expenditure, and (2) to examine the moderated mediation effect of self-efficacy and acceptance of disability on the association between dependency on others and happiness among people with visual impairment. This study was based on secondary analysis of data from the second wave of the 6th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled collected by the Employment Development Institute. The results of this study showed that average monthly expenditure on clothing was positively associated with self-efficacy, happiness, and acceptance of disability, while being negatively associated with dependency on others. The results also confirmed that self-efficacy mediated the association between dependency on others and happiness. A conditional direct effect of dependency on others on happiness was found, in which negative associations were significant among people with visual impairment who had low and mean levels of acceptance of disability (but not high levels). In addition, there was a significant conditional indirect effect, in which the indirect and negative effect of dependency on others on happiness via self-efficacy was significant for those with low and average levels of acceptance of disability. These findings support the importance of enhancing the independence and acceptance of disability among people with visual impairment, which ultimately contributes to their happiness.

학업스트레스, 수학자기효능감, 수학수업참여에 관한 종단연구 : 자기회귀교차지연모형을 적용하여 (A study on longitudinal relationship with academic stress, math self-efficacy, and math class engagement : Using auto regressive cross-lagged model)

  • 본 연구는 경기교육종단연구(GEPS)의 2015년(중1)부터 2017년(중3)까지의 자료를 자기회귀교차지연모형에 적용하여 학업스트레스, 수학자기효능감, 수학수업참여의 종단적 관계와 성취수준에 따른 차이를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 성취 상·하위집단 모두 학업스트레스, 수학자기효능감, 수학수업참여가 시간의 경과에 따라 안정적인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 상위집단은 학업스트레스가 수학자기효능감을 매개하여 수학수업참여에 부적 영향을 미치는 반면, 하위집단은 학업스트레스가 수학수업참여를 매개하여 수학자기효능감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 학업스트레스가 학습자의 성취수준에 따라 차별적으로 작용하고 있음을 의미하는 것으로, 수학교사는 이와 같은 특성을 교수·학습전략에 반영하여 학생들의 수학자기효능감 향상 및 수학수업참여에 도움을 주어야 할 것이다.

독거, 외로움, 우울증상의 관계에 대한 일 연구: 외로움의 매개 효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Living Alone, Depression and Loneliness: Mediation Effect of Loneliness)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외로움을 통제한 상태에서 독거와 우울의 관계가 유의미한지 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 자료는 춘천 지역 65세 이상 노인 조사자료 1,000명이며, 회귀분석을 활용한 경로분석을 통해 분석결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독거여부에 따라 외로움 수준은 유의미한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 독거여부에 따라 외로움에 유의미한 차이가 나는 것은 독거노인의 경우 동거노인에 비해 친밀한 관계와의 접촉빈도가 적고, 이로 인해 소속감이나 친밀한 관계가 있다는 느낌을 받지 못하기 때문으로 보인다. 둘째, 외로움을 통제하는 경우 독거는 우울에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것은 아니지만 외로움을 매개로 한 간접적인 영향은 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

호텔조리사의 조직문화유형과 혁신행동 관계에 라포의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Rapport on the Relationship between Organizational Culture Type and Innovative Behavior of Hotel Chefs)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of rapport on the relationship between type of organizational culture and innovative behavior of hotel chefs. In order to accomplish the research purpose, data were collected from 202 chefs working at five-star hotels located in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas, and SPSS 22.0 Program was used to conduct frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis and mediation effect analysis. The results of the study were as follows. Firstly, it was found that innovative behaviors of hotel chefs are significantly affected by three types of organizational culture: rational culture, consensual culture, and developmental culture. Secondly, it was found that rational and consensual culture have significant effect on rapport. Thirdly, it was found that better-formed rapport in hotel chefs significantly remarkably influences their innovative behavior. Fourthly, the study results revealed that rapport has a mediating effect on the relationship between type of organizational culture and innovative behavior of hotel chefs. Thus, in order to induce voluntary innovative behaviors from building rapport in the hotel organization, it is necessary to develop and implement effective strategies which will form a work environment where chefs can freely engage in mutual exchanges and build trust with one another.

남자 대학생의 외모관심과 신체만족이 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Appearance Concern and Body Satisfaction on the Appearance Management Behavior of Male College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of appearance concern and body satisfaction on the appearance management behavior of male college students. For data collection, a questionnaire was administrated to 538 male college students in Gwangju city, Korea, from June 1 to June 20, 2011. To analyze the data, the SPSS 18.0 statistics package was used, and descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis(Cronbach' ${\alpha}$), regression analysis, path analysis, and t-test were conducted. The results were as follows. First, it appeared that concern of appearance had positive influences on the appearance management behavior. Also, there was a significant difference between the high-appearance-concern group and the low-appearance-concern group, as the high-appearance-concern group generally conducted greater appearance management behaviors than the low-appearance-concern group. Second, it appeared that concern of appearance had positive influences on body satisfaction, especially, on the aspect of face-satisfaction. Further, the results showed that the high-appearance-concern group seemed to have a higher body satisfaction than the low-appearance-concern group. Third, the result suggested that body satisfaction generally had positive influences on the aspects of appearance management behavior. Fourth, it was found that appearance concern had direct impact on the appearances management behavior without mediation body satisfaction.

중소기업의 생산성 성과 요인에 관한 구조적 분석: 생산성경영시스템(PMS) 인증 제조업을 중심으로 (A Structural Analysis of the Factors Affecting Productivity Performance: Based on SME of Manufacturing Certified the PMS)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting productivity performance for Korean SMEs of manufacturing which had obtained the certification of Productivity Management System(PMS) that is a Korean assessment program for enhancing maturity of company's management systems. Methods: The proposed model is based on the PMS model. The valid 759 data registered from 2010 to 2018 year was analyzed using SEM analysis for testing hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows. First, Leadership affects the five core sub-system processes positively, but doesn't a significant Business Performance directly. Secondly, HRM, Customer & Market Analysis, and Process Management excluding Productivity Development and Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Business Performance. Lastly, when examining the mediation effect, Process Development, Customer & Market Analysis, and HRM have indirectly effect between Leadership and Business Performance. Conclusion: This study results suggest not only the role of leadership to improve productivity performance of SME, but also which core processes are focused and differentiated.

The Effects of Job Characteristics on Leadership Awareness and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focused on the Role of Motivating Potential Score

  • Purpose - This study aimed to check the influence of job characteristics of members of small and medium businesses on authentic leadership awareness of superiors and organizational citizenship behavior, and if the MPS between awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior mediated. This study aimed to find the influence of job characteristics of SMEs members on leadership awareness and organizational citizenship behavior, and the role of motivating Potential Score. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, simple & multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediated regression analysis were conducted. Results - The sub-factors of job characteristics all had positive influence on authentic leadership except skill variety and positive awareness on authentic leadership enhances organizational citizenship behavior of members. Also, MPS partially mediates awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Providing skill variety such as expanding jobs to members of SMEs does not have influence of positive leadership awareness of leaders and partial mediation of MPS means that job characteristics along with positive leadership awareness on superiors enhance organizational citizenship behavior and contributes in developing the organization.

사회적 네트워크가 창업의도를 매개로 창업에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Network on Entrepreneurial Activities Which are mediated by Entrepreneurship)

  • 본 연구는 일자리 창출이 중요한 국정과제로 부각되고 있는 현실에 부응하여, 창업가를 대상으로, 사회적 네트워크가 창업의도와 창업에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로서, 국내 창업가를 표본대상으로 총208명의 응답이 분석에 사용되었으며, 다중회귀분석과 매개회귀분석을 실시한 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 네트워크의 강한 유대와 약한 유대는 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강한 유대는 창업의도에 더 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 유용한 사업지식, 정보, 기술을 갖춘 사회적 네트워크의 약한 유대는 창업에 더 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 창업의도는 창업에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째 창업의도는 강한 유대와 창업 사이에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 약한 유대와 창업사이에는 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들을 통해서 창업가들은 사업 초기에 자원들이 부족하기 때문에 자주 만나고 접촉이 많은 가족, 친지, 친구중심의 강한 유대를 통해 창업관련 정보와 지식 등의 필요한 자원을 지원 받는다는 시사점을 제공한다. 아울러 미래의 잠재적 창업가들에게 창업에 따른 경제적, 기술적 지원의 필요성을 인식시킴과 함께 창업과정에서 도움을 받을 수 있는 다양한 사회적 네트워크를 구성하여, 창업의도를 고취시키고 활성화하여 창업방향을 제시하는데 실무적 의의를 갖는다. 향후 창업가와 예비창업가를 대상으로 성별에 따른 조절효과를 진행한다면 보다 의미 있는 결과까지 얻을 것으로 예상된다.

대학생의 노인접촉경험과 노화지식이 공감능력을 매개변수로 노인차별인식에 미치는 영향관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influences of the Elderly Contact Experience and Aging Knowledge on the Elderly Discrimination Recognition Using the Empathy Ability)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 노인접촉경험과 노화지식이 노인차별인식에 영향을 주는 관계에서 공감능력의 매개 효과를 검정하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 위해 2018년 12월 20일~30일까지 J도 D대학 학생 355명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 매개효과의 통계적 유의성은 Sobel의 검증을 통해 확인하였다. 분석결과 노인접촉경험과 노인차별인식의 영향 관계에서 공감능력의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 또한 노화지식과 노인차별인식 간에도 공감능력의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 대학생의 노인차별인식을 개선하기 위해서 노화지식 함양과 노인 접촉경험을 확장하고 공감능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 실질적인 교육 및 훈련프로그램 개발의 필요성을 확인하였다.
