The paper explores determinants of corporate adoption of social media and the role of technology acceptance model in the path. This paper assimilates some components of the technology acceptance dimension and social expectation theories to determine corporate intentions to use social media. Six hundred and forty-eight samples collected from hotel staff in Korea are analyzed using factor analysis, structural equation model techniques and one-way analysis of variance. The results show that corporate needs, social expectations, ease of use and usefulness should be viewed as important antecedents explaining the firm's behavioral intention to use social media. The study also finds that the ease of use and usefulness of the technology acceptance model have positive directional mediation effects in the path diagram.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of resilience and work engagement on performance of managers in the automotive sector in Morocco. It analyses the mediating effect of work engagement between resilience and manager performance. Though earlier studies have focused on the effect of resilience on employee performance and work engagement. none has looked at the mediating role of work engagement in this context. Thus, the present paper attempts to fill this literature gap. Research design, data and methodology: A confirmatory survey was conducted among a sample of 196 employees of automobile companies in Tangier-Morocco. A structural equation analysis using SmartPLS was performed while Preacher and Hayes (2008) method was used to analyze the mediation effect. Results: a) Manager resilience has a positive influence on work engagement, which further influences their performance; b) there is a statistically insignificant relationship between resilience and manager performance; c) Structural equation modelling analysis shows that work engagement partially mediates the relationship between resilience and manager performance. Conclusion: Theoretical contributions, practical implications, and future research directions are discussed.

The study has following objectives: First, an objective of this studies proves relations between a entrepreneurship and an innovation performance. Second, in innovation performance relationships of social capital this studies proves a mediating effects of a social capitall through theory study, an empirical analysis. In accordance with results of a hypothesis verification, first, a entrepreneurship affects positively a innovation performanc. Second, in accordance with analysis results of a social capital, an entrepreneurship, a innovation performance verified a mediating effects of a social capital. This results mean that the more a social capital an organization has among members, the higher an innovation performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of housewives’sense of ancestral service and behavior and to verify the how housewives’value orientation affects the sense of ancestral service and behavior. The data are collected from 393 housewives in urban. The statistics used for the analysis are Cronbach’$\alpha$, Frequency, Percentage, Mean, SD, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are summarized below: First, among the variables, degree of fate-control orientation is the most, on the contrary, material orientation is the lowest. Second, value orientation variables that affect sense and behavior of ancestral service are material orientation and gender equilibrium orientation. Third, the behavior of ancestral service is more traditional than sense of ancestral service. Fourth, cause-and-effect variable which affect behavior of ancestral service are education level, religion(Buddhism, Catholicism), employment status, number of children, health, daughter in -law’s ranking, sense of ancestral service, and value orientation, which affect the direct or direct and indirectly. Especially sense of ancestral service variable is the most important mediation one. We expect further studies on the sense of ancestral service and behavior with precise scale and sampling.

The objective of this paper was to analyze the relationships between the factors of selection attributes and the behavior intention focusing on Domestic tourists in Chuja island. This paper utilized the path analysis to investigate the factors of selection attributes affecting the visitors' satisfaction and re-visit intention through service value as mediating factor. This study showed the most important thing among the factors influencing service value in research model was 'uniqueness of island'. Finally, this paper presented that the selection attributes had affected overall satisfaction and re-visit intention through the mediation of service value. In addition, this study calculated total effect including indirect and direct effect of the choice attributes on behavior intention. This result can give the stakeholders related to Chujado island a implication for a better policy of tourism development.

Stress affects the type of adaptation required for each case and the type of social support is also different. In order for social support to have a buffer effect on stress, we want to understand how to measure social support and support according to specific stress situations. Therefore, this study examines coping behaviors of community service workers exposed to these job stresses and examines the effect of support system (family support, peer support, superior support) on coping behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of stress, coping resources and coping behaviors of community service workers. In this study, self - report method was used to investigate the questionnaire using structured questionnaires. In this study, the statistical program was used for data analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the sequential mediating effects of grit and depression on the relationship between negative parenting style and functional somatic symptoms. Methods: This was a secondary analysis of data from the 2018 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). Mediation analysis was conducted using the PROCESS macro model 6. Results: The mediating effects of grit and depression between negative parenting style and functional somatic symptoms were significant. A negative parenting style was found to significantly affect functional somatic symptoms going through sequential mediating effects of grit and depression. Conclusion: To alleviate functional somatic symptoms in adolescents, it is necessary to provide interventions for developing grit that could reduce depression.

The purpose of this study is to examine the antecedents and consequences of host country managers (HCMs)' acculturative stress in multinational corporation (MNC) subsidiaries in Korea. We suggest that HCMs' national identification (NI) positively and organizational identification (OI) negatively influence on the HCMs' acculturative stress. In addition, we propose that HCMs' OI negatively moderate the relationship between HCMs' NI and acculturative stress. Moreover, we hypothesize a negative relationship between HCMs' acculturative stress and work engagement. To test these hypotheses, we performed hierarchical regression analysis and mediation analysis of 643 HCMs in 60 MNC subsidiaries that originate from 11 countries. Results of analyses revealed that all the hypotheses were supported except H1 (positive relationship between HCMs' NI and acculturative stress). The present findings provide theoretical and managerial implications, and we provide suggestion for future research.

본 연구에서는 로봇 활용 SW융합교육에서 SW효능감이 컴퓨팅 사고력, 융합인재소양에 미치는 영향과 이들 관계에서 흥미와 학습 참여의 이중매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 중학교에 재학 중인 146명의 학생을 대상으로 자유학기제 로봇활용 SW융합교육을 진행한 후 SW효능감, 컴퓨팅사고력, 융합인재 소양, 흥미, 학습참여를 측정하였다. 수집된 데이터는 이중매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS macro process를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, SW효능감은 컴퓨팅 사고력, 융합인재소양에 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 둘째, 흥미는 SW효능감과 컴퓨팅 사고력, 융합인재소양의 관계를 매개하지 않은 반면, 학습참여는 SW효능감과 컴퓨팅 사고력, 융합인재소양의 관계를 매개하였다. 셋째, SW효능감은 흥미와 학습참여를 이중매개 과정을 거쳐 컴퓨팅 사고력과 융합인재소양에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 로봇 활용 SW융합교육에서 컴퓨팅 사고력과 융합인재소양을 향상시키기 위한 SW효능감과 흥미 및 학습참여의 역할을 제시하고, 수업 설계 및 수업 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

기존 온라인 창업 교육 연구에서는 교육이 실제 창업에 미치는 영향에 대해서만 연구가 진행됐을 뿐 교육 효과성에 대한 분석이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 선행 연구의 한계점에서 벗어나 사회적 현존감을 이용해 학습 기대감과 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 조사했다. 또한 학습 기대감을 매개 변수로 활용해 사회적 현존감과 교육 만족도 관계에서 어떠한 영향력을 보이는지 살펴보았다. 연구 가설 검증을 위해 전국 189명의 창업 관련 온라인 수업을 들은 대학원생들에게 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 선행 이론에 근거해 가설과 설문문항을 만들었으며, 교육 만족도의 경우 운영 만족도와 콘텐츠 만족도로 구분해 미치는 영향력의 정도를 구분하였다. 구조방정식을 이용한 분석 결과 사회적 현존감은 학습 기대감에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 다음으로 학습 기대감은 운영 만족도와 콘텐츠 만족도에 긍정적인 영향력을 보였다. 마지막으로 사회적 현존감이 운영 만족도에 영향을 미칠 때 학습 기대감은 완전 매개효과를 보였으며, 콘텐츠 만족도에 영향을 미칠 때는 간접 매개 효과를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과가 주는 시사점은 온라인 창업 교육을 실시할 때 학습자의 상호작용을 활발히 할 수 있는 방법이 필요하고 학습 운영의 만족도를 높일 때는 학습자의 부담감을 줄여 기대감을 높여야지만 효율적으로 작용된다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
