병원간호사의 직장 내 괴롭힘, 사회적 지지, 회복탄력성이 재직의도에 미치는 영향: 전문직 삶의 질의 매개효과 (Influences of Workplace Bullying, Social Support and Resilience on Retention Intention among Hospital Nurses: The Mediating Effect of Professional Quality of Life)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of professional quality of life among hospital nurses in the effects of workplace bullying, social support and resilience on retention intention. Methods: A descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted on 414 hospital nurses who worked for at least two months at a general hospital in the Seoul metropolitan area. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 23.0/AMOS 22.0 programs and employed reliability verification, descriptive statistics include frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and bootstrapping. Results: As a result of the study's structural modeling verification, workplace bullying had a negative effect, social support had a positive effect, resilience had a positive effect on professional quality of life, and professional quality of life had a positive effect on retention intention. Also, workplace bullying, social support, and resilience did not directly impact on retention intention. However, the professional quality of life had a complete mediating effect in the relationships between workplace bullying, social support, resilience and retention intention. The study results verified the mediating effect of professional quality of life affecting the retention intention. Conclusion: In order to improve professional quality of life and retention intention, strategies to prevent workplace bullying and promote social support and resilience are needed.

영유아 교사의 전문성, 교수창의성, 놀이신념이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향에 있어 교사-영유아 상호작용과 교실환경의 다중매개효과 (The Effect of Teacher-Infant Interaction and the Multiple Mediation of Classroom Environment on the Effect of Infant Teacher Expertise, Teaching Creativity, and Play Beliefs on Play Teaching Efficacy)

  • This study examined the relationships between teacher variables that improve the efficacy of the play teaching of infants and toddlers following a play-oriented curriculum. The participants were 287 infant teachers. The results were as follows. First, the independent variables had a significant effect on the efficacy of play teaching, teacher-infant interaction, and classroom environment. Second, the mediating effects of teacher-infant interaction and classroom environment on the effect of independent variables on the efficacy of play teaching were as follows. The interaction mediating effect between professionalism and play belief was significant, but teaching creativity was found to be significant. In the mediating effect of the classroom environment, expertise, play belief, and teaching creativity were found to be significant. Third, both teacher-infant interaction and the multimedia effect of the classroom environment were statistically significant in mediating the effect of independent variables on the efficacy of play teaching. These results provide basic data on the necessity for teacher education to explore ways to improve teachers' sense of efficacy in teaching play and their teaching skills.

  • This study investigated the effect of non-verbal communication of beauty service employees on customer trust and revisit intention, and verified the mediating effect of trust in the relationship between non-verbal communication and revisit intention. The results of this study are as follows: First, the relationship between non-verbal communication and customer trust of beauty service employees found that non-verbal communication had a significant effect on trust. Second, the relationship between the non-verbal communication of beauty service employees and customer revisit intention found that all non-verbal methods of communication, except body language, had a significant effect on revisit intention. Third, it was found that trust had a significant effect on revisit intention. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of customer trust on the relationship between non-verbal communication of beauty service employees and customer's revisit intention, spatial language, and appearance language showed that customer trust had a full mediating effect on the relationship between revisit intention.

부모의 지지와 통제 및 학교생활 적응이 남녀 청소년의 자살생각에 미치는 영향: 우울의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Parental Support, Control and School Life Adjustment on Suicidal Ideation of Adolescents: Mediating Effects of Depression)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to confirm if there are gender differences in influences of parental support, control, and school life adjustment on suicidal ideation of adolescents and to examine the mediating effect of depression on the influences of independent variables on their suicidal ideation. Methods: This study comprised a total of 671 students in seventh and eighth grades in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data were analyzed for frequency, average, and standard deviation, using the t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis, and the Sobel test. Results and Conclusion: First, significant differences among adolescents' gender were shown in fathers' psychological control, mothers' behavior control, and suicidal ideation. Second, in the case of male adolescents, all independent variables were found to have a full mediating effect on their suicidal ideation. Meanwhile, in the case of female adolescents, independent variables except for mothers' psychological control were found to have a full mediating effect on their suicidal ideation. Mothers' psychological control was found to have a partial mediating effect on suicidal ideation of adolescents for both genders.

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to analyze the mediating effect of self-identity on the relationship between aggression and school life adaptation of early adolescents. Methods: This study used the 5th-year data of the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) including 159 middle school 2nd students from single-parent families. The data was analyzed with open source statistics program R 3.5.0 to determine whether self-identity had a mediating effect on school life adaptation as an independent variable. Results: A moderate correlation was found among aggression, self-identity, and school life adaptation. As a result of the Sobel test, self-identity of early adolescents demonstrated a significant mediating effect on the relationship between aggression and school life adaptation. Conclusions: Given the significant mediating factor of self-identity, the strategies for early adolescents to boost their overall school life adaptation should be considered through intervention programs that help to enhance their self-identity.

보육교사의 문화적 공감과 문화적 역량에 대한 다문화 효능감의 매개효과와 조절효과 (Mediating and Moderating Effects of Multicultural Efficacy in the Relationship between Cultural Empathy and Cultural Competence in Child Care Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study examined the mediating and moderating effects of multicultural efficacy in the relationship between cultural empathy and cultural competence in child care teachers. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive survey design was used. The participants were 277 child care teachers at private and public daycare centers in G and S districts of Seoul. The survey instruments included a cultural empathy questionnaire, a multicultural efficacy scale, and a cultural competence scale. Data were analyzed using the SPSS and AMOS programs. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, and mediating and moderating effect analyses were performed. Bootstrapping was implemented to verify the mediating effect of the model developed herein. Results: Positive correlations among cultural empathy, multicultural efficacy, and cultural competence were noted. Multicultural efficacy showed a significant mediating effect on the relationships between cultural empathy and cultural competence. However, there was no moderating effect. Conclusion: In order to enhance the cultural competence of child care teachers, it is necessary to develop a strategy that can promote their cultural empathy and multicultural efficacy. Furthermore, these results will ultimately enhance the role of child care teachers, thus contributing to the normal growth and development of multicultural children.

대학생의 내현적 자기애가 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향: 분노표현의 매개효과 (Influence of Covert Narcissism on the SNS Addiction Proneness in University Student: Mediating Effect of Anger Expression)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 내현적 자기애가 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향에서 분노표현의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울에 소재한 대학의 대학생 252명을 대상으로 내현적 자기애와 분노표현 및 SNS중독경향성을 조사하였으며, 매개효과는 Preacher와 Hayes(2008)의 SPSS Macro를 이용하여 붓스트랩 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 내현적 자기애와 분노표현 및 SNS중독경향성 간에 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애와 SNS중독경향성 간의 관계에서 분노표출의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 내현적 자기애와 일상생활장애, 몰입 및 내성, 부정정서의 회피 간의 관계에서 분노표출의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 넷째, 내현적 자기애와 가상세계지향성 및 금단 간의 관계에서 분노억제와 분노조절의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 내현적 자기애가 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향에서 분노표현의 매개효과에 대한 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

노인의 죽음불안이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과 (The mediating Effect of Psychological Well-being on the Effects of anxiety over Death on Self-Integration)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 죽음불안이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 죽음불안과 자아통합감의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역 노인 관련 시설에 거주하는 65세부터 94세까지의 노인 254명을 대상으로 2020년 9월 1일부터 같은 해 11월 30일까지 설문을 시행하였고, 측정도구로는 죽음불안 척도, 심리적 안녕감 척도, 자아통합감 척도를 사용하였고, Baron·Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개효과 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 죽음불안이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 적용한 결과, 죽음불안과 자아통합감 간의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감이 완전매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 연구 결과가 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 노인의 자아통합감 문제를 효과적이고 긍정적으로 다루기 위해서는 노인의 죽음불안과 함께 노인의 심리적 안녕감 역시 간과하지 않아야 한다는 것을 밝혔다.

학업열의가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향: 학습시간의 매개효과 (The Effect of Academic Engagement on Self-esteem in Adolescents: The Mediating Effect of Learning)

  • 본 연구에서는 학업열의와 자아존중감의 관계에서 학습시간이 중학생의 성별, 지역별, 학년에 따라 매개효과가 있는 가를 알아보고자 하였다 이를 위해 경상남도 소재의 중학생 1,045명을 대상으로 학습시간, 학업열의, 자존감에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구대상의 일반적 특성에 따른 학업열의, 학습시간, 자존감의 차이를 파악하기 위하여 차이검증을 실시하였고, 주요 변인간의 상관관계를 파악하기 위한 상관분석을 실시하였으며 학습시간의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 중학생의 학업열의는 집단별 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 학습시간은 시지역 중학생이 읍면지역보다 유의미하게 높게 나타났고, 자존감은 여학생보다 남학생이 높고, 시지역학생이 읍·면지역 학생보다 유의미하게 높았고, 학년이 올라갈수록 자존감은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상관분석 결과 학습시간, 학업열의, 자존감은 정적상관관계를 나타내었다. 셋째, 집단별로 나누지 않은 전체집단에서는 학업열의가 자존감에 이르는 직접 경로와 학습시간을 거쳐 자존감에 이르는 부분 매개모형에서 학습시간의 부분매개효과가 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 성별로 구분하여 분석한 결과에서는 남학생을 제외한 여학생만 부분매개효과가 나타났고, 지역별 분석결과는 시지역의 학생에게만 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 학년별 분석결과는 중학교 2학년 학생만 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 급격한 신체적, 정서적, 인지적 발달 중인 중학생의 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위해서는 성별, 학년별 개인 차이뿐 아니라 살고 있는 지역도 고려한 교육과 상담이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

비대면 수업 경험 간호대학생의 학습실재감이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향: 학습몰입의 매개효과와 디지털 리터러시의 조절된 매개효과 (Influence of Learning Presence of Non-Face-to-Face Class Experience in Nursing Students on Academic Achievement: Mediating Effect of Learning Flow and Moderated Mediation of Digital Literacy)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of learning flow and the moderated mediation effect of digital literacy on the effect of the learning presence of non-face-to-face class experience in nursing students on academic achievement. Methods: Participants were 272 nursing students from six universities in two different cities. A self-report questionnaire was used to measure learning presence, learning flow, digital literacy, and academic achievement. Analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro (4.0). Results: The mediating effect of learning flow on the effect of learning presence on academic achievement was 0.42, and the moderated mediation index of digital literacy was 0.17. Learning flow showed a mediating effect on the relationship between learning presence and academic achievement. Digital literacy had a moderated mediation effect on the relationship between learning presence and academic achievement that was mediated by learning flow. Conclusion: The intensity of the mediating effect of nursing students' learning presence on academic achievement through learning flow increases as the level of digital literacy increases. These results suggest that educational programs considering the level of learning presence, learning flow, and digital literacy are required to promote the academic achievement of nursing college students.
