This study was carried out investigate the effect of water quality and the kind of media on the in vitro development of 1-cell and stage mouse embryos. $F_1$ hybrid mice were superovulated and timely mated. 1-cell stage and 2-cell stage mouse embryos were recruited and taken into Ham's F-10 or m-KRB media which was made of two of two kinds of water having different quality, highly purified water and tap water. 2-cell stage embryos grew up well in vitro to blastocyst or hatching blastocyst regardless of the composition of culture media, but 1-cell stage mouse embryo didn't develop well to blastocyst or hatching blastocyst in simple media like m-KRB. These results meant in vitro devleopment of 1-cell stage mouse embryo neded complex media like Ham's F-10 which contained abundant protein components. In case of quality control for water, in vitro fertilization program. observation of in vitro development of 2-cell mouse embryos up to blastocyst or hatching blastocyst media such as m-KRB would be efficatious in detecting the difference of water quality.

For people who live in 'the Media Age', contact with the media is indispensable. In various mass media, especially TV, it is the most familiar and influential media, because it is easy to access and used regardless of age or gender. However, in many recent TV programs the subtitles of the misuse and abuse problems are pointed out. In the popular entertainment programs, and dramas, the problems are the most serious. Many entertainment programs organized during prime time have largely a family audience. Thus, the effects and responsibilities according to subtitles should be accompanied. The subtitles are an element that make up the entertainment program. In this study, the abuse cases of subtitle usage were analyzed. This study is aimed at maximizing the proper function of the subtitles, and creating fun and laughter through reducing misuses in various entertainment programs.

The 'Dinosaur Experience' exhibition at the Lasko exhibition hall hosted by Gwangmyeong city is gaining popularity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the elements of experience exhibition and interactive media experience exhibition and to grasp the preference of visitors. First, the theoretical review about interactive media and experience exhibition was made through literature data. Next, based on the Strategic Experience Module, we divided the experiential factors according to experiential value. As a result of the study, it was found that the participation rate of the visitors and the experience time were longer in the program containing many experience exhibition elements. Interactive media experience exhibited by many people have more value items. But it is not enough to understand the preference of visitors by the time spent by visitors. This study suggests that interactive media can be utilized for various experience exhibition.

지상파DTV 방송프로그램의 온라인 상의 불법적인 배포가 활발하게 일어남에 따라서, 지상파DTV 방송프로그램에 대한 보호를 위한 여러 가지 조치가 시도되고 있다. 국내에서는 TTA를 중심으로 ATSC의 RC 기술자를 기반으로 한 방송프로그램 보호 기술 규격이 제정되었으며, 이를 기반으로 한 수신기에서의 방송프로그램 보호에 대한 표준화가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 방송프로그램 보호신호(Program Protection Information: PPI)에 기반한 지상파 방송프로그램 보호 방법에 대해서 소개한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 방송프로그램에 함께 포함된 PPI 정보의 재배포 조건에 따라, 방송프로그램을 암호화되어 저장한다. 사용자의 홈도메인을 기반으로 사적복제를 지원하기 위해, 해당 방송프로그램을 복호화 하기 위한 인증 정보는 도메인 정보를 기반으로 방송프로그램과 같이 패키징 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 지상파 방송프로그램 보호방법은 방송프로그램을 보호할 뿐 아니라, 사용자의 사적이용을 지원하기 위한 홈도메인 기반의 제한적인 배포 기능을 제공한다.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

This study is to conducted to find out parents' level of knowledge on child sexual abuse prevention, and their demands for a parental education program on sexual abuse prevention. Two hundred and six parents of 5 to 7 year-old children in kindergartens in Kwangju and Chonnam were surveyed. Data were analyzed by using frequencies and percentages. The results are as followed Parents have obtained knowledge on sexual abuse through mass media, guiding books and so on. They were aware that communication with children is the most effective method for sexual abuse prevention. They were somewhat at a loss on exactly what to teach and how to teach the children. and complained about the lack of educational materials. They think that the age that is most appropriate for such education is between 6 and 7 year-old, and the parents and teachers are responsible for educating chi10en on sexual abuse. For the desired content of the education, they included sex, sexual abuse, and parents' coping.

In order to educate future leaders of the new age, we should help students to increase their basic knowledge, thinking and problem solving ability. It is necessary that we should use multi-media, computer as well as old teaching-learning material to improve students' basic knowledge and to motivate their interest in mathematics in the small-sized Middle School situated on the agricultural and fishery village. In solving this problem, it is ultimately necessary that we should utilize CAI program on the learning achievement in mathematics for the students to understand basic concept, principle, law and to promote teaching-learning process considered on individual different abilities. Therefore, this study is on the effect of students' interest and learning achievement in mathematics when we develop CAI program focusing on the lesson statistics in the 3rd Grade Middle School Mathematics Textbook and explain the concept and principle of statistics through using exact and various techniques of computers

The purpose of this paper is a semiotic analysis of a dating show on television program, and the attribute contains a variety of social and cultural phenomenons. Analyzed in this study shows relates with TVn's "Love Switch" from cable channel of the text through the classification of gender and thinking of behavior revealed by the structural characteristics of the men and women's appearances. And, how the television culture We rule the world and develop a sense of whether they are examined.

In this paper, we propose an efficient reference-based compression artifact reduction network for 360-degree images in an equi-rectangular projection (ERP) domain. In our insight, conventional image restoration methods cannot be applied straightforwardly to 360-degree images due to the spherical distortion. To address this problem, we propose an adaptive disparity estimator using a deformable convolution to exploit correlation among 360-degree images. With the help of the proposed convolution, the disparity estimator establishes the spatial correspondence successfully between the ERPs and extract matched textures to be used for image restoration. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm provides reliable high-quality textures from the reference and improves the quality of the restored image as compared to the state-of-the-art single image restoration methods.

SBS has developed "Social DMB App" and now the service through Android market, where the viewers can produce and share their emotion related in program using twitter while watching real-time DMB broadcasting program at the same time. Previously, it is difficult to combine TV and social media because of the difference of family shared medium and individual service. But, DMB, individual mobile broadcast service, can offer new interest to the viewer by integrating social media service and broadcast. The service base was provided to the viewer where they can use original contents of broadcasters by constructing social circle and they are able to express and share their emotion through social DMB app. In this paper, introduce of development technical for social DMB app service include of configuration app servic, link of DMB broadcasting and facebook.
