Background : Pulse-respiration ratio has been used for estimating subject's status in oriental medicine. Pulse and respiration is strongly associated with autonomic nerve system. But there is no research about correlation between pulse-respiration ratio and autonomic nerve system. Objectives : We performed this study to know correlation between pulse-respiration ratio and HRV(heart rate variability) that shows autonomic nerve system status well and to clarify clinical meaning of pulse-respiration ratio. Methods : After subject's 10 minutes rest, we measured subject's ECG, respiration pattern and HRV. In this research, subject's number is 95(Male 50/Female 45). We calculated pulse-respiration ratio from ECG and respiration pattern. Then, we analyzed correlation between pulse-respiration ratio and HRV parameters in all subjects, 2 group divided by Wan-Maek(P-R ratio 4.28). We tried to compare HRV parameters among Wan-Maek, Sak-Maek and Ji-Maek group. Correlation analysis between pulse-respiration Ratio and Pulse rate, respiration rate is performed. Finally correlation analysis between Respiration and HRV parameters in all subjects, 2 group divided by Wan-Maek(4.28) is studied. Results : 1. Mean pulse-respiration is 4.10${\pm}$0.67, Mean pulse rate is 68.06${\pm}$7.82bpm, Mean respiration rate is 16.81${\pm}$2.72 times per minute in all subjects. 2. Correlation analysis between pulse-respiration ratio and HRV parameters of high pulse-respiration ratio group is not significant. But, in low pulse-respiration ratio group, HFnorm(correlation coefficient 0.306, p= 0.018), lnHF (0.308, p=0.002) is significantly correlated with pulse-respiration ratio. 3. Comparison of HRV parameters among Wan-Maek, Sak-Maek and Ji-Maek Group is not significant. 4. Pulse-respiration ratio is more affected by respiration rate(correlation coefficient-0.17, p=0.000) than pulse rate (correlation coefficient 0.396, p=0.000). 5. Correlation analysis between respiration rate and HRV parameters of high pulse-respiration ratio group is not significant. But, in low pulse-respiration ratio group, HFnorm (correlation coefficient -0.327, p=0.011), LF/HF(0.346, p=0.007), lnHF (-0.355, p=0.006) are significantly correlated with respiration rate. Conclusion : Pulse-respiration ratio and parasympathetic index has positive correlation. The closer Wan-Maek, The higher parasympathetic index in low pulse-respiration ratio group. Respiration rate is more related with pulse-respiration ratio than pulse rate. Respiration is negatively correlated with autonomic parameters. And the slower respiration, the higher parasympathetic index in low pulse-respiration ratio group.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Korea recently enacted laws to fortify sanctions about data manipulation of pharmaceutical companies. The medicine approval system is the result of legislative efforts to prevent accidents that caused damages to patients' life and health. The medicine approval system is based on the trust that the data submitted by pharmaceutical companies is not manipulated. The Supreme Court of Korea clarified that strict standard shoud be required to secure the medicine safety in Supreme Court Decision 2008Du8628 decided November 13, 2008. We agree. This paper suggest legislation to weaken the economic incentives for pharmaceutical companies to choose data manipulation by minimizing the expected profit. In addition to revoking the marketing authorization of the medicine, the 'unfair' profits the pharmaceutical company has earned must be recovered. In addition, in order to increase the possibility to discover data manipulation, it is necessary to strengthen the review capacity and to activate the whistle-blowing.

This paper analyzes the spatial representations constructed by reality, filming, and narrative in the works of Hong Kong film director Wong Kar-wai, and how these spaces influence Hong Kong's urban culture, perception, and interpersonal relationships. To analyze Wong Kar-wai's films, Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotics concepts and Paul Virilio's spatial concepts were applied. Through this, we examined how the meaning embedded in the spatial representations of Wong Kar-wai's films could become a crucial factor in their success. Wong Kar-wai focused on the values of human relationships formed by society in his subject expression, directly representing the human inner world and prompting audiences to think about it. In this paper, we categorized the spaces depicted in Wong Kar-wai's films as public, private, and connective spaces, and analyzed them as a means to show the living environment and emotions of Hong Kong's youth. Through this, we determined that the spatial representations in Wong Kar-wai's films effectively demonstrate the cultural interpretation function of Hong Kong's citizen consciousness at the junction of Eastern and Western cultures and social connections. In conclusion, Wong Kar-wai's works provide a rich understanding of contemporary people's lives, emotions, and urban spaces, offering valuable insights into Hong Kong's film industry and cultural values.

The purpose of this study is to seek ways to enhance sustainability by understanding the business model of social ventures that should be accompanied by social and environmental missions as well as economic missions. To achieve this purpose, We seek to enhance sustainability by analyzing the business model of social venture entrepreneurs. The analysis tool used TLBMC (Triple Layered Business Model Canvas). It is extended from a business model canvas that is widely utilized and recognized in economical terms. The TLBMC is proposed by Alexandre & Raymond (2016) to help achieve a holistic view with horizontal and vertical associations. Based on the TLBMC, we found that each of the social ventures needed additional factors or unnecessary factors, and that they were approaching a different meaning from the beginning to stabilizing phase. And social entrepreneurs have concluded that using TLBMC to provide stakeholder and staff basic understanding of economic, social, environmental and environmental factors, enabling rapid and accurate communication and collaboration. This study will help people who prepare and study social ventures to have economic, environmental, and social perspectives. t could also be used to redefine the direction and value of entrepreneurs operating social ventures, such as vision and mission to help clarify the roles of the organization.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze high school girls' observational characteristics. A total of 77 female high students were asked to observe 'Las Meninas', a well known 17th century painting by Diego Velazquez and volumetric flask. MBTI(Myer Briggs Type Indicator) was implemented for student's personal characteristics. We analyzed testimony into its differences between objective and practical, and subjective and abstract, wholeness by character type. As a result, 41 participants have preference for sensuous recognition and the rest of the 36 participants have preference for intuitional recognition. From the observation statement, it showed differences of the results according to their character type. As the result that it showed above, learners used two ways of recognition but they showed tendency with strong reliance on their preferred recognition. In case of preferring the sensuous recognition, it tended towards the basis of phenomenological analysis, objective fact and physical judge. However, in case of preferring the intuitional recognition, it tended to observe by momentary thinking, flash of idea and meaning behind.

With the increase of weight and influence of TV drama, many researchers began to publish papers on TV drama. However, those papers were mainly focused on social meaning and viewing motives and attitudes of TV audience. However, only a few papers researched about television image production techniques, such as 'Relationship between TV ratings and image production techniques', 'Transition process of TV drama's image production techniques', and 'Comparison of TV and film image production techniques'. According to the recent research on the relationship between TV ratings and image production techniques, TV rating is inverse proportionate to multiple camerawork and shot average duration with a very close relationship. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the relationship between TV genre and image production technique with the data of top 100 of TNS Media Korea from the year 2004 to 2008. This paper found out that history drama uses more closeup, longshot, tracking and less waist shot than other genres, with shorter shot duration and longer scene duration.

A genuine product authentication framework and genuine distinction algorithm based on design QR code is proposed in this paper. The proposed framework consists of design QR code, a smart phone application for authentication, and a server system. Design QR code is a shape-modification of conventional QR code according to manufacturer's and/or product's need. In the design QR code, information about manufacturer and product is written. The written information can be read with general QR code reader, however, the content is transformed with authentication code, used in the first step authentication, and the meaning cannot be inferred. The application conducts the first step authentication and sends the resulting information to the server system for the second step authentication. The server system decides the genuinity using look-up history. The proposed framework can improve the authentication effect while minimizing the additional costs by managing the history through the server system. The proposed framework has proven to be effective in actual use, such as that used for the management of garbage bags in Ansan city.

This study was conducted to present comprehensive professionalism measurement tools suitable for hospital administration staffs. The study used measurement tools related to the psychological and behavioral characteristics of individuals used in prior studies for administration staffs at general hospitals and hospitals. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and internal relevance. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that composed of 5 factors, and that the total reliability was 94.4%, which was very reasonable as a comprehensive professionalism measurement tool. Therefore, each component was defined as Confidence of Job performance, Salary Adequacy, Pride in Duties, Ability to achieve work goals, and Work Autonomy in order to provide a clear meaning. Professionalism from a modern perspective is a broader concept than traditional professionalism, including the subjective perceptions of job values and individuals' their abilities. Therefore, comprehensive professionalism measurement tools presented in this study will be very suitable and useful for hospital administration staffs.

Business performance is the ultimate output of company's effort. So in all academic area of business, scholars have tried to identify influencing factors on the business performance. This study also try to identify the factors and relati on among factors focusing on market orientation and relationship specific investment. Based on the literature review, we developed hypotheses. To examine the hypotheses we gathered survey data from B2B companies located in the Ulsan and 288 survey data was used to the analysis. Research results are as follows. As sub-factor of market orientation intelligence generation and responsiveness to intelligence affected on the relationship specific investment significantly and relationship specific investment also affected performance significantly. But all sub-factors of market orientation didn't influenced performance significantly meaning the mediating effect of relationship specific investment between market orientation and performance. Finally, the relation between intelligence generation and relationship specific investment was moderated negatively by dependence. The theoretical and practical implications of this study and limitations were discussed.

These days Taekkeon of Shin Han-Seong is newly rased as traditional martial which made up in the academic world. The reason why is that create new shaped Traditional Taekkeon which stipulate good points of systematize Martial Arts to register Song Duck-Ki Taekkyeon eleven figures's a piece of skills to cultural assets. This research show how Shin Han-Seong make up Taekkyeon to register to intangible cultural assets, and found next conclusion and meaning. First, skill organization of Song Duk-Ki Taekkeon that is only one modern Taekkeon's initiator have been transmitted for a piece of skills of playing figure which don't have regular system. But Taekkyeon which have regular system have been developed by Shin Han-Seong, finally Taekkyeon is approved to intangible cultural assets. Second, Shin Han-Seong modernized Taekkyeon by borrowing training system of Judo, Fencing, Hapgido, Taekwondo, Karate. But people criticize that Song Duk-Ki Taekkeon is not initiate with original thing. Third, Shin Han-Seong made the grade classification and practical technique screening, Bon-Dae Buigi Twelve part like Pomse of Taekwondo (there is no for traditional Taekkyeon). And he contributed to popularization and modernized learning system by pursuiting sportization. Through this research geared up Taekkyeon's original shape and generational outline about skill transition or composition. And it gave important data for understand about Taekkyeon controversy which scattered.
