The broad aim of this paper is to provide a detailed understanding of the post-war problems associated with materials for reconstruction in Libya, and to identify key problems and obstructions. Theoretical and empirical studies are being conducted in Libya. The theoretical study focuses on materials for construction and the key issues such as sources, transport and storage of materials, as well as their impact on the national economy, the nation's socio-economic development and the environment. This empirical study employed questionnaires, observations and a series of interviews with researchers, academics, suppliers and manufacturers, supported by the researcher's three decades of experience of working in the construction industry and its associated processes and operations. The empirical study illustrated that materials for post-disaster reconstruction in Libya suffer from external problems related to policies and decision-making in terms of availability of materials, fluctuation of prices of materials, specifications, building codes, legislation and regulations, and internal problems related to the construction and building material's key players: construction companies, consultancy firms, manufacturers and suppliers.

정보산업의 발달로 다양한 기록매체가 출현함에 따라 시청각기록물의 생산량과 이용률이 급증하였으나, 시청각기록물에 대한 인식은 부수적인 가치를 지닌 별도의 기록물로 취급되고 있다. 이와 같이 시청각기록물을 소장하고 있는 기관들은 그 형태의 종류와 보관방법 등의 부분에서 상당히 취약한 면모를 보이고 있으며, 관리하는 방식도 모두 다르기 때문에 이용자들이 시청각기록물의 검색 및 활용에 불편을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 주요 기관에서 사용되고 있는 시청각기록물 기술요소의 비교 분석을 통해 시청각기록물의 통합관리 가능성을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 시청각기록물의 기관별 메타데이터 요소와 기관 간 통합관리 가능성을 파악하며, 각 기관에서의 효율적인 시청각기록물의 관리 검색 서비스 제공과 이용에 대한 효과를 제안하고, 시청각기록물의 통합 메타데이터 기술요소 개선안을 제시하였다.

Nowadays the scale of domestic construction becomes large, sophisticated and specialized. It has led to a growing need for the high quality, cost reduction, safety and reduction of work duration. Therefore the importance of construction materials management is emphasized to perform the project successfully. It becomes an current issue about method of construction material management according to the flow of construction progress in the construction field. Therefore, various researches using RFID for efficiency of construction material are being studied. We analyzed the case study using RFID, drew the problems through the investigation of status about the management of material in the field, and then suggested the method of material management using in the apartment building construction field.

The objective of this study was to develop nutrition education materials for older adults, 'nutritional management for healthy aging'. A booklet and four leaflets were developed based on lesson plans. Topics of the lesson plans included eating habit assessment. Korean food guide pyramid, meal planning, eating sensibly and weight management. The titles of the leaflets were 'Eating right for healthy aging', 'Eat calcium-rich foods', 'Enjoy fruits & vegetables' and 'Weight management'. Illustrations and icons appropriate to the texts were designed using illustrator 9.0 and Photoshop 6.0. Booklet (letter size, 5 chapters, 44 pages) and leaflets (B4 size, 6 sections) focused on modifying undesirable eating habits, providing practical tips for desirable behaviors, and behavioral modification such as recording in a food diary, goal setting and increasing self-efficacy. The drafts were pilot-tested by interviews with older adults(n=10), and minor changes were made. The characteristics of revised materials are as follows; i) materials focused on providing desirable eating behaviors for healthy aging, ii) messages were simple and specific, iii) large fonts(13 pt) were used and materials included interesting pictures and illustrations, iv) materials provided tips for balanced diets and recipes fur older adults, v) materials included sections for participation of learners including assessment of nutritional risk factors and obesity, meal planning and games. The revised materials are self-explanatory and can be used by older adults and in nutrition education for older adults.

감리교 자료는 자료의 생산 및 소장 기관별로 3가지 유형, 즉 1) 한국의 전체 감리교회를 관장하는 '감리회 본부 자료', 2) 신학관련 학술연구도서를 소장하고 있는 '신학대학도서관 자료', 3) '개별교회의 자료'로 구분할 수 있다. 이와 같이, 감리교 자료들은 주제에 있어서 동질성을 갖고 있으나 각 기관별 특성에 따라 자료의 유형이 상이하게 나타난다. 이러한 기관의 특성에 따라 기관별 소장자료를 효율적으로 이용시키기 위해서는 자료실 간의 상호협력이 요구된다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 3개 기관별 자료실의 운영 실태를 분석하고 효과적인 운영방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 감리교 본부 자료실의 제기능을 수행하기 위한 조직체계의 재구성, 감리교단 기관별 운영규정 개발, 자료 관리 시스템 구축 등의 선결과제가 수행되어야 한다.

범용 ERP 시스템은 중소형 생산 기업의 생산제품 관리에 부적합한 경우가 종종 발생된다. 이와 같은 이유로 기업의 특성에 맞는 시스템을 다시 개발하여 사용해야 할 필요성이 있다. 이 논문에서는 전선을 생산하는 기업의 다품종 생산제품의 원부자재 관리 시스템을 구현한다. 첫째, 생산 공정에 필요한 원부자재 정보의 데이터베이스를 설계한다. 둘째, 주문 제품을 생산하기 위한 자재 소요량 자동 산출 모들을 개발한다. 셋째, 생산 공정에서의 원부자재의 매입 및 매출 정보를 관리한다. 마지막으로, 입고 및 출고의 이력 관리 모듈, 이력 집계 보고서 출력 모듈을 구현한다.

본 연구에서는 딸림자료 중 특히, 오디오 테이프 형태의 자료를 디지털화하여 멀티미디어 데이터베이스를 구축함으로써 이용자의 이용편의와 자료관리의 효율성을 제고하는 것에 대한 방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 딸림자료의 관리현황, 오디오 데이터 포맷의 종류, 데이터 포맷변환, 관리 및 이용방안 등을 살펴보았다. 또한, 딸림자료의 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 구축을 통한 기대효과 및 문제점을 제시하였다.

Recently, children's deaths are found to be mostly caused by various accidents in Korea. But it is in reality that the safety training are very roughly conducted, and even contemporarily appropriate training materials are not sufficiently furnished contrary to the increasing significance of the safety training to reduce the children's accidental risks. This study is to compare and analyze the safety training courses of domestic and overseas elementary schools and various safety training materials. This study is purposed ultimately to reduce the accidental risks of elementary school students by suggesting the future development direction. It is concluded in this study that more appropriate safety training courses and materials should be provided to train the students to habituate their safe behaviors with a view to protect the elementary school students against the accidents. In addition, the safety training should be conducted consistently by reflecting the students' characters, and the pertinent training materials should be developed for the students' spontaneous learning and for more practical preventive training.

In this study, we propose a piping material supply management method using CAD system. The piping materials installed in super large offshore plants have very complicated connection conditions. Therefore, it is very difficult to determine the order of receipt of a large number of installation materials. Therefore, we have developed a system that can automatically check the preparation rate of installation materials prior to the installation process. We have developed an algorithm to obtain connection information among installation items from PDMS system. We have developed an algorithm that can determine the order of installation materials to be installed using the connection information. The order of the installation material is determined by taking into account the constraint conditions for the complete installation of the piping material. We confirm the effectiveness of the developed algorithms in the operating system. This system is also used to manage installation schedules and plan the installation manpower.
