접착식 콘크리트 덧씌우기를 위한 초속경화 첨가재 현장 혼합 폴리머 개질 콘크리트의 적용성 연구 (Application of In-Situ Mixing Hydration Accelerator on Polymer Modified Concrete for Bonded Concrete Overlay)

  • PURPOSES : Recently, bonded concrete overlay has been used as an alternative solution in concrete pavement rehabilitation since its material properties are similar to those of the existing concrete pavements. Deteriorated concrete pavements need rapid rehabilitation in order to prevent traffic jams on Korean expressways. Moreover, speedy and effective repair methods are required. Therefore, the use of bonded concrete overlay with ultra-rapid hardening cement has increased in an effort to reopen promptly the expressways in Korea. However, mobile mixer is required for ultra-rapid hardening cement concrete mixing in the construction site. The use of mobile mixer causes various disadvantages aforementioned such as limitation of the construction supply, open-air storage of mixing materials, increase in construction cost, and etc. In this study, therefore, hydration accelerator in-situ mixing on polymer modified concrete produced in concrete plant is attempted in order to avoid the disadvantages of existing bonded concrete overlay method using ultra-rapid hardening cement. METHODS : Bonded concrete overlay materials using ultra-rapid hardening cement should be meet all the requirements including structural characteristics, compatibility, durability for field application. Therefore, This study aimed to evaluate the application of hydration accelerator in-situ mixing on polymer modified concrete by evaluating structural characteristics, compatibility, durability and economic efficiency for bonded concrete overlay. RESULTS : Test results of structural characteristics showed that the compressive, flexural strength and bond strength were exceed 21MPa, 3.15MPa and 1.4MPa, respectively, which are the target strengths of four hours age for the purpose of prompt traffic reopening. In addition, tests of compatibility, such as drying shrinkage, coefficient of thermal expansion and modulus of elasticity, and durability (chloride ions penetration resistance, freezing-thawing resistance, scaling resistance, abrasion resistance and crack resistance), showed that the hydration accelerator in-situ mixing on polymer modified concrete were satisfied the required criteria. CONCLUSIONS : It was known that the hydration accelerator in-situ mixing on polymer modified concrete overlay method was applicable for bonded concrete overlay and was a good alternative method to substitute the existing bonded concrete overlay method since structural characteristics, compatibility, durability were satisfied the criteria and its economic efficiency was excellent compare to the existing bonded concrete overlay methods.

  • SOFC anode fabricated core-shell using machano-fusion method using core with submicron size Ni, nano size YSZ for shell. Using prepared core-shell, depending on the thickness of the shell, we studied how the characteristics of sintering and SOFC cell change by sintering the anode. The Ni-YSZ core-shell has a Ni core of 0.5 to $1.2{\mu}m$ over 2 to 7 YSZ of 15 to 20 nm is, and as the high speed mixing time increases, the YSZ number increases and the shell thickness becomes uniform increased. When the fuel electrode is manufactured with core-shell, it has superior sintering property, has grain of uniform size compared with the one synthesized by general mixing, the falling path is short, the conductors (electrons and ions) connection is excellent, the electrical conductivity has become excellent. The thicker the shell, the lower the electrical conductivity. When the thickness of shell ranged from 46 to 139 nm and 61 to 81 nm, the performance was the highest and the ASR was the smallest.

교정용 레진장치의 레진주입방법에 따른 기계적 특성 (Mechanical properties by resin injection method of orthdontic acrylic resin)

  • 가철성 교정장치에서 주로 사용하고 있는 자가중합 레진인 Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)는 현대 치의학 분야에서 주로 쓰이고 있는 아크릴릭 레진이다. 장점으로 색과 체적의 조직 친화성, 안정성 등 있어 치과에선 교정장치 재료로 오랫동안 사용해 왔다. PMMA의 제작은 활성화 방법에 따라 자가중합방식과 열중합 방식으로 나눌 수 있다. 자가중합 레진은 치과 교정장치로 오래동안 사용되고 있다. 레진의 주입방법은 크게 적층법(sprinkle-on method)와 혼합법(mixing method)이 있다. 본 연구에서는 교정장치의 레진 주입방법에 따른 기계적 특성인 강도, 탄성계수 경도, 표면조도를 실험 해보고자 한다. Orthodontic PMMA 의 직사각형 시편 (1.4×3.0×19.0 mm)에 3점 굽힘강도 실험한 결과 강도에선 유의한 차이가 없었다. 경도 역시 유의한 차이가 없었다. 표면조도도 큰 차이가 보이지 않았다. Orthodontic PMMA는 교정용 장치의 레진주입 방식에 따른 기계적 특성의 유의한 차이가 없음을 확인하였다.

주거공간의 시각적 차별화를 위한 마감재 혼합적 표현방법 연구 (A Study on Mixing Expression Methods of Finish Materials for Visual Differentiation in Housing Space)

  • The purpose of this study is to grope for plan methods through analyzing preferences on expression methods of materials for visual differentiation in hosing space. The results are as follows : First, we could know that finish material is the important element to make differential design in housing space. It is a effective method to use the color and material of finish materials. Second, we could find they preferred woods in materials and Y color, N9.5, bright and light in colors through grasping preference about types in material elements. The preferred texture is soft and the preferred patterns are solid and geometry. Third, it is a good method to mix materials which give us different season feeling, and to mix colors which are different tones to lead the differential design by materials in housing space. In case texture and patterns, what we mix similar things is the effective method. Fourth, preference of the expression method is manifested differently depending on the selected elements. so when we plan the housing, we have to consider that. lastly, I think this study will be a basic data on a study to differentiate the design of the residential space.

  • As the Deep Cement Mixing Method is composed of drilled natural soft soil structure and injected cement slurry to be mix together in it, the nature of excavated ground is influenced directly to the application of constructability. Also the nature of in situ soil is the main material, the mix design and construction work plan should be established before the investigation of soil which is performed through the whole site confirm the soil parameter before construction. The nature of investigated soil and water level as should be performed accurately.

  • To determine the flow stress of semi-solid materials, a new combined method has been studied by experimental and analytic technique in the current approach. Using backward extrusion experiment and its numerical analysis, the characterization scheme of semi-solid materials according to the change of initial solid volume fraction has been proposed. Because that solid volume fraction is sensitive to temperature change, it is required to precisely control the temperature setting. Model materials can guarantee the establishment of material characterization technique from the noise due to temperature change. Thus, clay mixed with bonded abrasives was used for experiment and the change of initial solid fraction was copied out through the variation of mixing ratio. Upper bound method was adapted to increase in efficiency of the calculation in numerical analysis and new kinematically admissible velocity field was employed to improve the accuracy of numerical solution. It is thought that the material characterization scheme proposed in this study can be applied to not only semi-solid materials, but also other materials that is difficult to obtain the simple stress state.

McG(맥) 주입공법에 의한 지반보강 및 차수효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ground Reinforcement and Impermeable Effect by McG)

  • The grouting method is widely used in construction to reduce permeability and reinforce the ground. If the cement and grout material are not mixed well in the injection tip equipment, an opposite flow and Interception state of the chemical grouting can occur. McG method installs a special grouting device to allow better mixing of the grouting material and prevent backward flow. The block of nozzle also diversify powder rate of cement. YSS that lowers $Na_2O$ and thereby increases durability is developed by gel-forming reaction material. In this study, the seepage state and unconfined compressive strength of the injection material using the special injection tip equipment is tested. The results of laboratory and field tests clearly demonstrate that the strength increases and permeability decreases using the McG method.

유기금속화학기상증착법에 의한 ZnO:Al 필름 합성에서 플라즈마 인가 효과 (Effect of Plasma Enhancement on the Al-doped ZnO Thin Film Synthesis by MOCVD)

  • Al-doped ZnO (AZO) thin films were synthesized on Si(100) wafers via plasma enhanced metal organic chemical vapor deposition (PE-MOCVD) method using diethyl zinc (DEZ) and N-methylpyrrolidine alane (MPA) as precursors. Effects of Al/Zn mixing ratio, plasma power on the surface morphology, crystal structure, and electrical property were investigated with SEM, XRD and 4-point probe measurement respectively. Growth rate of the film decreased slightly with increasing the Al/Zn mixing ratio, however electrical property was enhanced and resistivity of the film decreased greatly about 2 orders from $9.5{\times}10^{-1}$ to $8.0{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}cm$ when the Al/Zn mixing ratio varied from 0 to 9 mol%. XRD analysis showed that the grain size increased with increasing the Al/Zn mixing ratio. Growth rate and electrical property were enhanced in a mild plasma condition. Resistivity of AZO film decreased down to $7.0{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$ at an indirect plasma of 100 W condition which was enough value to use for the transparent conducting oxide (TCO) material.

리튬전지(電池) 양극(陽極) 재합성시(再合成時) 흑연(黑鉛) 도전재(導電材) 혼합방법(混合方法)이 전극특성(電極特性)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of Graphite Mixing Method on Electrode Characteristics in Cathode Resynthesis of Lithium Battery)

  • 리튬이온전지의 양극 전자전도도를 향상시키기 위하여 탄소제를 첨가할 때 기존의 혼합법과는 다르게 abrasive milling에 의하여 $LiCoO_2$ 양극 활물질에 흑연을 균일하게 분산시켜서 충방전시 용량감소를 줄이고자 하였다. 밀링 조건은 300 rpm, 10min으로 하였으며, 흑연 농도는 전기 전도성 향상과 용량의 관계를 고려해 볼 때, 1 wt% 경우가 가장 우수한 전극특성을 보여주었다. Abrasion법은 기존 혼합법에 비하여 10% 이상 capacity retention의 향상을 가져올 수 있었으며, 비가역적인 용량에 있어서도 초기 방전 용량의 효율도 높아 비가역 용량이 감소되는 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이는 첨가한 흑연이 균일하게 혼합되고 일부는 $LiCoO_2$ 표면에 코팅되어 전자전도도를 향상시키고 산화물인 활물질의 용해를 억제하기 때문으로 생각된다.

마이크로 주파수에서 전파 흡수성 코팅재료의 특성 평가 (Evaluations of Radar Absorbing Coating materials in the Microwave Frequencies)

  • This paper describes both electromagnetic properties and electromagnetic-wave absorbind (EMA) characteristics of the radar absorbing coating materials in the microwave frequencies. The coating materials are prepared by mixing ferrite powder with epoxy resin polymers. The electromagnetic property and the EMA characteristics of the coating materials are measured in the frequency ranges between 0.2 GHz and 15GHz using the S-parameter method. The results show that the typical coating material has ({{{{ {μ }`_{r } ^{' } }} of about 2 and ({{{{ { ε}`_{r } ^{' } }} of about 4. And the coating materials have a little EMA characteristics in the frequency from 4 to 6 GHz and more improved EMA characteristics around 12 GHz And it is desirable for improvement of the EMA characteristics of the coating materials to properly select electromagnetic properties of constitutional materials inthe interesting frequency ranges.
