Purpose: This study focuses on the performance of the strategy of Indonesia's companies in facing the development of e-commerce business. The relationship between Knowledge Management (Organizational Memory, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Absorption, Knowledge Acceptance), Organizational Innovativeness, Competitive Advantage (Time, Quality, Cost, Flexibility) and E-Commerce (Humanistic Factors: Management, Competence, Organizational Structures) examined in this case study. Research design, data, and methodology: This study uses two types such us qualitative and quantitative. A survey approach were conducted to collect data from the Group of Companies (Director and Manager), Academician (Lecturer), Regulator (Head of Government Institution Division), and Master of Management (at least five years). Total of 114 samples was collected and processed for statistical analysis using Smart PLS. Results: This study provide the findings proved that Knowledge Management and Organization Innovativeness simultaneously have positive influence on Competitive Advantage, while Knowledge Management, Organization Innovativeness, and Competitive Advantage simultaneously have positive influence on E-commerce where Competitive Advantage positively influence to E-commerce. Conclusions: The implementation of strategies or steps in this study are expected to steer and motivate an organization to successfully implement a good knowledge management system to pass on knowledge from generation to generation in the company Organizational Innovativeness strategies to improve e-commerce performance.

As the number of people going aboard is growing and technology is developed rapidly, Chinese customers are also getting better understanding about overseas products, and they hope to get less expensive and better ones, which leads to the growth of the online overseas purchasing agent service. In this paper, we tried to analyze the factors that impact the usage of online overseas purchasing agent service using the survey data. We found that customers pursue not only the reasonable prices but also enjoyment of shopping in the online overseas purchasing agent service. In addition, product scarcity and the information literacy of a customer were positively related with the use of online overseas purchasing agent service.

본 연구는 4차혁명 시대에 수술로봇에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 수술로봇의 현황을 분석하고, 향후 수술로봇이 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 전망하고자 시도된 고찰 연구이다. 수술로봇은 '다빈치' 로봇 출시 이후 본격적인 발전이 이루어졌으며, 현재까지는 수술로봇이 의료진의 의도를 반영한 마스터-슬레이브(Master-Slave) 방식이나 의료진의 수술을 보조하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 최근 수술로봇에 인공지능과 빅데이터를 접목하고, 수술 전용 플랫폼이 아닌 범용성 플랫폼 상용화를 위해 기술이 개발되고 있다. 더욱이, 진단 영상자료를 바탕으로 한 3D 영상 자료 생성, vision probe를 통한 실시간 영상 제공, 영상자료를 하나의 시스템 내로 통합하여 수술로봇 자동화를 위한 기술이 개발되고 있다. 수술로봇의 발전을 위해서는 임상가와 공학자와의 긴밀한 협력, 수술로봇 기술 대한 안전관리, 수술로봇 활용을 위한 제도적 뒷받침이 필요할 것이다.

인터넷 서비스 급증과 함께 사용자가 다양한 서비스를 이용하게 되면서 계정관리에 어려움을 겪을 수 있다. 이러한 고충을 해결하기 위해 다양한 비밀번호 관리 어플리케이션이 등장하고 있다. 포렌식 관점에서 비밀번호 관리 어플리케이션은 범죄 증거를 획득할 수 있는 단서를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 비밀번호 관리 어플리케이션에서 사용자가 저장한 데이터를 획득하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 역공학을 통해 암호화된 데이터를 복호화하고 분석 대상 어플리케이션에 대한 보안성 평가 및 데이터를 안전하게 보관할 수 있는 더 나은 방법을 제안한다.

KEPCO proposes enhanced voltage management system that is a coordinate voltage control system between the hierarchical voltage control system and the slow voltage control system. It has been installing in Jeju island. VMS consists of a master controller, CVC (Continuous Voltage Controller) and DVC (Discrete Voltage Controller). CVC consists of main controller, FDMU (Field Data Measurement Unit) and several RPDs (Reactive Power Dispatcher). CVC has a control scheme with AVRs of generator to maintain the voltage of a pilot bus in a power system, DVC has a control scheme with static reactive power sources, like a shunt capacitor, a shunt reactor, ULTC and so on, to maintain the reactive power reserve of a power system and a master controller is executed to recover reactive power margin of a power system through coordinated control between CVC and DVC.

본 논문은 도시계획에 관한 국내 및 해외 선진국의 기후요소 평가기법을 고찰하여, 국내 기후요소 평가기법의 문제점과 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 국내 제도로는 도시기본계획에 대한 사전환경성검토와 도시관리계획에 대한 환경성 검토를, 국외 제도로는 독일의 도시계획 및 지역계획에 대한 전략환경평가를 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 및 국외제도에서의 기후요소 평가기법을 비교 분석하였으며, 도시계획에 대한 도시기후요소 평가기법을 국내에서 활성화하기 위한 시사점을 평가요소, 평가방법 및 평가를 위한 기반자료 측면에서 제시하였다.

Southern rough shrimp Trachysalambria curvirostris is exploited mainly by small shrimp beam trawl in coastal regions of Korea. To determine the size selectivity of a shrimp beam trawl for this species, a series of comparative fishing experiments was conducted in the sea adjacent to Geoje Island off the southern cost of Korea in June and November, 2010, using codends with four different mesh sizes(14.2, 17.8, 25.5, and 35.3 mm). The extended Share Each Length's Catch Total(SELECT) analysis method, based on a multinomial distribution, was applied to the fishing data to obtain a master selection curve. The model with the estimated split parameters fit the catch data best. The master selection curve was estimated to be: s(R)=exp(15.183R-7.872)/[1+exp(15.183R-7.872)], where the relative carapace length, R, is the ratio of carapace length to mesh size. The relative carapace length for 50% retention was 0.518, and the selection range was 0.145. The results suggest that codends with a larger mesh size allow more small-sized shrimps to escape.

The main purpose of this study is to find the factors affecting the consumer goods buyers' choice on e-commerce sites in Vietnam. By using the quantitative method, the paper examines the theoretical research model and tests four hypotheses. The sample was drawn from the population of e-commerce sites in Vietnam comprising about 1,000 respondents. This study used the questionnaire method to collect primary data to test the hypotheses. Data analysis of the questionnaire was done using SPSS. The results show that there is a correlation between personal preferences of consumers on colors and brands and their actual final choice on e-commerce sites in Vietnam. The most important factor affecting the consumer goods buyers' choice on e-commerce in Vietnam is the brand of E-commerce site, following by the color and position. Among all educational groups, respondents with a Master degree pay the biggest attention to the site's color attribute, and those with a Bachelor degree pay more attention to the brand attribute. Women pay much more attention to the location of the products on the screen than men, as do consumers with a PhD degree, over respondents with a Bachelor or Master degree, and foreigners over Vietnamese consumers.

2005년 '국가연구개발사업 등의 성과평가 및 성과관리에 관한 법률'이 제정되고, 이를 수행하기 위한 '연구성과관리활용기본계획(안)'이 수립되면서 연구개발성과관리 및 활용 그리고 이에 대한 체계적인 관리가 본격화되고 있다. 본 연구는 관련 법령과'연구성과관리활용기본계획(안)'의 기본 목적에 부합하면서 성과 활용가능성이 크게 요구되고 있는 산업기술분야의 국가연구개발 성과확산을 촉진할 수 있는 추적평가관리체계 모형과 본 모형을 현행 연구기관평가체계와 양립할 수 있는 세 가지 적용방안을 제안한다. 특히, 국가 연구개발사업 및 과제의 성과에 대한 체계적이고 합리적인 추적평가를 위하여 AHP 및 DEA 등 계량적 방법론을 활용 상대 평가할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

최근 건설 프로젝트의 효율적인 관리를 위해 현장에서 각 사업주체(발주, 설계, 감리, 시공, 협력업체)간 원활한 의사소통, 협업, 정보공유 및 교환을 위하여 사업관리시스템인 PMIS(Project Management Information System)를 많이 사용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 개별 프로젝트단위로의 시스템 개발은 회사 전체 프로젝트관리 효율성 및 통합화에 저해요인으로 지적되고 있다. 이는 프로젝트단위로 개발되는 사업관리시스템의 특성상 전사차원의 시스템개발 및 보급을 위한 Master Plan인 ISP(Information Strategy Plan) 즉 정보화 전략의 수립의 부재에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 실제 대형 건설회사인 국내 D건설사의 PMIS구축을 위한 정보화전략계획(ISP) 수립방법 및 절차의 사례를 소개하고 전사 PMIS구조, 전사업무프로세스 개선과 시스템 구축방법 및 성공요소 등을 제시한 논문이다. 이 연구 논문을 통해 향후 건설회사의 사업관리 시스템 구축 시 효율적인 PMIS개발과 최적화시스템을 구축에 도움이 되고 정보화 전략계획 수립에 활용 할 수 있기를 기대한다.
