The purpose of this study was to survey on the awareness of teachers and students to mass media as a source for school environmental education. This study was performed with the questionnaire to 179 teachers who participated in certificate in-service training for $\ulcorner$Environment$\lrcorner$subject and to 635 students(primary: 177, middle: 179, high school students: 279). The results derived from this study were as follows: First, most teachers(86.6%) evaluated that mass media's effects on students were high and positive in terms of school environmental education, thus they thought that the application necessity and possibility of mass media for environmental education were so too. Second, many teachers evaluated that more program related with environment had to be produced(57.0%) and disseminated, and information on them had to be apprised teachers to activate school environmental education(44.1%). Third, both teachers(87.1%) and students(70.4%) evaluated that audio-visual media such as television, video, movie was better than others for environmental education because audio-visual media could be more realistic and dynamic(T: 48.0%, S: 41.7%). Fourth, we found that as the result of statistical analysis, students's friendliness. credibility and preference on media were different to school classes. But we could not analize the relationship between factors for the limit of sample.
Granular cell tumor was described in a 7-year-old male Miniature Pinscher. Sublingual mass was surgically removed and submitted for diagnosis. The mass was about 1.8 cm in diameter, firm, tan, and ulcerated. On histopathology, the mass was unencapsulated and infiltrated adjacent tissue and consisted of nest or sheet of round to polygonal, and occasional spindle-shaped cells. The neoplastic cells contain large amount of eosinophilic granular materials in the cytoplasm. Immunohistochemically, the neoplastic cells were positive to neuron-specific enolase but were negative to S-100. The cytoplasmic eosinophilic granules were positive to PAS but were negative to PTAH methods. Based on these results, the mass was diagnosed as sublingual granular cell tumor. No recurrence or metastasis was noted so far since surgery.

To achieve this purpose, we conduct a survey of 385 Customer to have a new operation analysis that so-called Human Bridge. The results of this study as follow. First of all, It's appeared that dependence on mass communication has a high level Because that Some 66% of the people surveyed say that they have Human Bridge operation by mass communication. Secondly, In case of satisfaction level connected with operation, some 66% of the respondents say that it is inconvenient or not at all in the Human Bridge operation and some 81% of the respondents say that it is very healthy or the same in the gum condition. On the other hand, Some 64% of the people surveyed say that it is inconvenient or extra comfortable in the masticate their's food well. Thirdly, In case of the level of teeth shaking, Some 90% of the people surveyed say that it is no change or small to contrast beginning, and in aesthetic satisfaction after operation, a surprising 93% of the people surveyed say that it is satisfaction.
This study was conducted to develop the analytical method about simultaneous determination for synthetic antimicrobials in muscle by high performance liquid chromatography - mass selective detector (HPLC- MSD). Solid phase extraction (SPE), matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) and liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) have been adapted as pretreatment procedures for HPLC- MSD. Among various solvent tested, methanol was chosen for extraction of synthetic antimicrobials in muscles. For the optimized response, the values of various MS parameters including fragment voltage, drying gas flow, nebulizer pressure, drying gas temperature were verified. The average recovery rates using MSPD and SPE for muscles of bovine and pork were 78.9-127.1% and 78.3-121.7%, respectively. This method was verified the satisfactory performance for fourteen synthetic antimicrobials excepting carbadox in muscle of pork as detection limit of $0.05{\mu}g/g$ on API/ES SIM mode.
Objectives : To investigate the factors affecting bone mineral density in across stratified postmenopausal ages. Methods : Data from 1,698 subjects who completed the 2010-2011 National Health and Nutrition Survey were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 21.0 The $x^2$ test and one way (ANOVA) were used to verify the relationship between general characteristics and health behaviors and the prevalence of osteoporosis. Logistic regression analysis was used to verify the factors Influencing bone mineral density. Results : The bone mineral density distribution was the highest among those with osteopenia, with proportions of 21.8% in healthy subjects, 58.1% in osteopenia, and 20.0% in those with osteoporosis. The distribution of osteoporosis by age group was 5.2% among subjects in their 50s, 15.4% among those in their 60s, and 42.4% among those in their 70s. In multivariate logistic regression analysis, the prevalence of osteoporosis according to ages was significantly correlated with age, educational level, body mass index(BMI), and parity 4 of more than 1-2 babies. Conclusions : Although age is an uncontrollable factor in the prevention of osteoporosis, educational level and BMI are correctable factors to maintain bone mineral density. There is a need to maintain healthy BMI and expand osteoporosis prevention education.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to find the determinants for non-participation in health screenings among the disabled. Methods : We used 2014-15 Korea Health Panel data and analyzed 1,073 people with disabilities older than 19 years to investigate the two-year health screening participation rates. Multiple logistic regression analyses were conducted to analyze the factors affecting non-participation in health screenings. Results : Of the 1,073 people with disabilities who were analyzed, 29.8% and 27.1% participated in NHI mass screenings and cancer screenings, respectively. In both screenings, non-participation rates were higher in people aged 19-49 and lower in people aged 50 -69 than those aged 70 or older; higher in people with lower education, higher in people with private health insurance; higher in people with fewer chronic diseases; and higher in people with severe disability ratings. Conclusions : People with disabilities should be provided with more appropriate preventive care services according to their disability types and severity compared to people without disabilities.
Metastatic squamous cell carcinoma was described in two female Pere David's deer reared at Everland zoo. Both deer with chronic emaciation had the mass on right maxilla(9$\times$11$\times$15cm or 20$\times$17cm) which was composed of miliary tan creamy contents and encapsulated by connective tissue. The undulating contents in the mass was a1so extended in the underlying or adjacent soft palate, maxillary and frontal sinus causing severe bone destruction. In one deer, two fistula were also noted in the right periocular area. Histologically, the neoplastic masses of both deer consist of anastomosing cords or nests of squamous epithelial cells with intercellular bridge or keratin pearl formation. The neoplastic cells invade deep into the subcutis and bony tissue. Mitotic figure was rare. Multifocal areas of necrosis and hemorrhages were also noted in the dermis. Metastasis to maxilla and ethmoid bones and/or to submandibular lymph node was noted in both cases. The diagnosis was based on the results of histopathology.
A rapid, sensitive and specific liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of four barbiturates (phenobarbital, pentobarbital, amobarbital and secobarbital) in raw milk. The barbiturates were extracted using liquid-liquid extraction, ultrasonication and centrifugation, and purified on an SPE column. Analytes were separated by HPLC on a CSH C18 column eluted using an acetonitrile-water system with a linear gradient dilution programme, and detected by MS/MS. The recoveries of the barbiturates were 85.0-113.5%, and the intra- and inter-assay RSDs were less than 9.8% and 7.3%, respectively. The limit of detection was 5 ng/mL for all four of the barbiturates. The analytical method exhibited good linearity from 10 to 1000 ng/mL; the correlation coefficient ($r^2$) was greater than 0.9950 for each barbiturate. This method was also applied to the determination of barbiturates in real milk samples and was found to be suitable for the determination of veterinary drug residues in raw milk.
This paper presents an evaluation scenario of safety performance for extraordinary service permission of autonomous vehicle driving on a motorway. Based on advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) which is already mass-production, an autonomous vehicle driving on motorway is tested on the public roads and also getting close to mass-production. Before the autonomous vehicle tested, the safety of autonomous driving system should be evaluated based on a proper test scenario. Prior to develop the test scenario, this paper reviews the licensing standards for an autonomous vehicle in California and Nevada, and the international regulations of each ADAS. To develop the scenario, the driving conditions of motorway are categorized into five modes and fundamental evaluation requirements of elements of autonomous driving system are derived. An evaluation scenario, which represents the real driving conditions, has been developed to assess the safety of autonomous vehicle. This scenario has validated by computer simulation using model predictive control (MPC) based autonomous driving algorithm.
