스핀오프 애니메이션 캐릭터의 역할과 욕구 변화에 대한 연구: 미니언즈와 장화신은 고양이 작품을 중심으로 (A Study on the Role and Desire Changes of Spin-off Animation Characters: Minions and Puss in Boots Cat Work Analysis)

  • This paper explored the characters in spin-off works that are becoming a hot topic not only in Korea but also in the world. I would like to find out whether there are changes in the character in the original and the character's character and behavior in the spin-off work, and if there are changes, for what reason the changes occur. The subjects of the study were "Puss in Boots" and "Minions," which released a number of spin-off works based on the original. As analysis tools, we used the five-step theory of need by Abraham H. Maslow and the behavioral model of Greimas. As a result, in the spin-off work, Minions and Puss have shifted away from the role of facilitator in the original and become subjective characters. According to Maslow's theory of needs, the analysis also confirmed that this appears as an action to satisfy the needs of belonging, love, respect, and self-realization beyond basic physiological and safety needs. This change allowed him to develop a more independent and proactive personality and behavior, and be at the center of the story. This is the result of reflecting the production team's intention and audience expectations to provide audiences with deeper characters and richer stories. is analyzed.

Maslow의 욕구위계이론에 근거한 간호사 욕구만족도 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 (Development and Validation of the Nurse Needs Satisfaction Scale Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to evaluate the needs satisfaction of nurses and examine its validity and reliability. Methods: The initial items for the instrument were developed through a literature review and interviews, using the conceptual framework of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. The initial items were evaluated for content validity by 14 experts. Four hundred and eighty-six clinical nurses participated in this study through offline and online surveys to test the reliability and validity of the instrument. The first evaluation (n = 256) was used for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the second evaluation (n = 230) was used to conduct a confirmatory factor analysis and to assess the criterion-related validity and internal consistency of the instrument. Test-retest reliability was analyzed using data from 30 nurses. Results: The final instrument consisted of 30 items with two sub-factors for five needs that were identified through the confirmatory factor analysis. The criterion-related validity was established using the five need satisfaction measures (r = .56). Cronbach's α for total items was .90, and test-retest reliability was .89. Conclusion: The findings from this study indicate that this instrument has sufficient validity and reliability. This instrument can be used for the development of nursing interventions to improve the needs satisfaction of clinical nurses.

  • 기술의 발전과 가상현실의 세계에서 즐기는 디지털 여가에 대한 수요와 관심이 증대되고 있다. 그런 디지털 여가 활동의 하나로 도심형 디지털 테마파크가 부상하고 있다. 그에 따라 국내에서 다양한 디지털 테마파크가 제작되었지만, 성공적인 흥행을 이루지 못하며 후발 주자를 이끌지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이런 현상을 인간의 욕구를 단계에 따라 만족시켜 무아의 경지인 절경경험을 이뤄낸다는 매슬로의 욕구이론과 조셉캠벨의 영웅의 여정단계를 바탕으로 테마파크의 공간 및 게임 요소에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서 게임기반 테마파크 분석을 위해 사용되는 모형은 향후 다양한 도심형 디지털 테마파크 발전의 초석이 될 것이다.

  • When the Professional Librarians can be satisfied with the needs in perfoming their jobs, they feel the job satisfaction. In other words, the job desire consists of the directly related factors such as fitness, dexterity and the value of the work and those opinions regarding the environments, pays, problems of the promotion, promise of the job. This thesis is a study of these factors that affect the Professional Librarans' job desire of the university libraries in Korea. The purpose of the study is to analyze the perceived degree of Professional Librarians' job desire. To meet this purpose, this study is based upon A.H. Maslow's motivation theory "Hierarchy of Needs" and analyzed by the method of "Cafeteria Question" the answers gathered from 226 Professional Librarians who are work ing in University Libraries. The analyzed results show that generally the job desires of Professional Librarians in university libraries are low and stands in a situation that doesn't meet even the low dimensional needs of Maslow's theory. So the top library managers should establish the long-term plan to promote the job desire and the factors which cause the frustration of the Professional Librarians should be removed as soon as possible.

특허 키워드 분석을 활용한 기술인문융합 현황 분석 (Issues for Technology-Humanities Convergence : Patent Keyword Analysis)

  • As the limitation of the existing convergence is pointed out, technology-humanities convergence which highlights the enhancement of the quality of life of humans, is focused as a solution to facilitate sustainable technological innovation. Technology-humanities convergence has already occurred in various industries, of which a considerable number of successful cases can be noted. However, few efforts have been made to investigate technologyhumanities convergence as an independent academic field. Therefore, this paper aimed to identify the status of technology-humanities convergence. To do this, first, a definition of technology-humanities convergence was proposed. Second, based on Maslow's theory, the types of human needs and related key words were extracted. Third, patents related to human needs were collected from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (2000~2014). Fourth and last, the status of technology-humanities convergence was analyzed in terms of "convergence trends" and "convergence areas." This research is expected to promote more creative and human-centered performances of innovation as well as to support decision-making when the innovation strategy-as attempted by the quantitative analysis of technology-humanities convergence in the perspective of sustainable competitiveness-is established.

작업만족과 Ergonomics에 관한 개념적 고찰 (A Conceptional Review of Work Satisfaction & Ergonomics)

  • In this paper an attempt is tried to answer the following questions : What does ergonomics have to do with work satisfaction\ulcorner Is there more satisfaction when ergonomics have applied in the design of work\ulcorner Is ergonomics important for work satisfaction\ulcorner This paper is started by defining the concept of satisfaction and ergonomics which is still at a comparatively early stage of development, and the effect of this in practice is that the majority of ergonomics assignments involve research. And then there discussions difficult theories of motivation and satisfaction such as Maslow' theory and Horzberg's theory. And in this paper I'll try to formulate the logical consequences of those theories for the relation between ergonomics and satisfaction. Finally I'll conclude with some ideas about the significance of ergonomics satisfaction. The level of satisfaction experienced with one's work is a complete function of the degree to which different values connected with work and with its concomitant results are attained, the opportunities perceived for the attainment of these values, the relative advantages and disadvantages of the work situation compared with that of other people, and personality and cultural determinants. As for ergonomics, the ergonomist's comprehension will need in future to encompass more of the emotional, attitudinal and motivational facts of working people. Ergonomically - designed work will not produce high degrees of satisfaction, but absence of ergonomics in design will be connected with some dissatisfaction. So this paper suggest s that ergonomics has some significance for work satisfaction and that social Psychological efforts to enhance work satisfaction cannot easily succeed without taking into account human-factors principles.

Research on the Influence of the Collaboration between Fashion Brands and Artists on Consumer Needs - Centered on the Collaboration Series between Uniqlo and KAWS -

  • Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, this research only employs whether to meet consumer needs as a measure, and focuses on the Collaboration Series between Uniqlo and KAWS to discuss the influence of the collaboration between fashion brands and artists on consumer needs. What's more, this paper also proposes whether the collaboration with artists as brands can meet the higher needs of consumers and influence new consumer groups. Finally, it is concluded that the collaboration between fashion brands and artists plays an active role in meeting the higher needs of consumers and can expand new consumer groups, which will provide reference and theoretical basis for enterprises to conduct collaboration with art, incorporate the needs of consumers into the scope of planning, and consider the collaboration with artists more comprehensively.

시리즈애니메이션 등장인물의 역할 및 욕구변화에 대한 연구 쿵푸팬더 시리즈애니메이션 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Modification of Characters' Role and Desire in Series Animation : focusing on the case of Kung Fu Panda Series Animation)

  • 본 연구는 시리즈 애니메이션에 등장하는 캐릭터들의 역할과 추구가치의 변화양상에 대한 것이다. 등장인물의 역할과 행동 분석을 위해 그레마스 행위소모형을 분석도구로 사용하였고, 이를 통해 분석된 등장인물의 역할과 행위가 추구하는 가치가 무엇인 지를 매슬로우의 욕구 5단계 이론을 활용해 분류하였다. 끝으로, 시리즈를 거듭하며 나타난 등장인물들의 역할, 행동, 가치의 변화를 설명하기 위해 1편부터 3편에 이르는 시리즈 전체의 서사구조를 조지프 캠벨의 단일신화론을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 국내에서 개봉된 장편애니메이션 중 <쿵푸팬더> 시리즈를 사례로 캐릭터들의 역할의 변화와 추구가치의 변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과, <풍쿠팬더> 시리즈 애니메이션의 조연급 등장인물들이 추구하는 가치의 변화는 일관성이 없거나 큰 변화가 없었던 반면 주인공의 욕구는 시리즈가 거듭될수록 보다 상위의 가치를 바라는 일관적인 변화양상이 관찰되었다. 이는 연구 대상 애니메이션시리즈가 주인공의 환골탈태, 헤어진 가족과의 재결합이라는 두개의 큰 이야기흐름을 가진 세 편의 에피소드이기 때문이다. 또한, 주인공의 욕구가 에피소드를 겪으면서 점차적으로 상위의 가치를 지향하는 것은 단일신화론의 세 단계에서의 주인공의 기대행동(자각, 성취감, 궁극의 자유)으로 설명이 될 수 있을 것이다. 즉, 주인공은 세 편의 애니메이션 시리즈를 통해 보다 상위의 가치를 지향하게끔 구조지어 졌다고 볼 수 있다.

Types of Lexicographical Information Needs and their Relevance for Information Science

  • In some situations, you need information in order to solve a problem that has occurred. In information science, user needs are often described through very specific examples rather than through a classification of situation types in which information needs occur. Furthermore, information science often describes general human needs, typically with a reference to Maslow's classification of needs (1954), instead of actual information needs. Lexicography has also focused on information needs, but has developed a more abstract classification of types of information needs, though (until more recent research into lexicographical functions) with a particular interest in linguistic uncertainties and the lack of knowledge and skills in relation to one or several languages. In this article, we suggest a classification of information needs in which a tripartition has been made according to the different types of situations: communicative needs, cognitive needs, and operative needs. This is a classification that is relevant and useful in general in our modern information society and therefore also relevant for information science, including lexicography.

노인의 건강 및 안전문제에 대한 빅데이터 분석 (A Big-Data Analysis on Older Adult's Health and Safety Issues)

  • 현재 한국은 고령사회에 진입하면서 폭넓은 분야에서 노인문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 노인문제 중 노인의 건강문제와 안전문제에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이론적 배경으로 매슬로우의 욕구이론을 적용하였으며, 욕구 5단계 중 생리적 욕구와 안전의 욕구를 노인건강과 안전에 연관하여 새로운 이론을 설정하였다. 노인의 건강문제는 생리적 욕구에 적용하여 신체와 인지, 심리부분으로 자세히 살펴보고, 실내, 외에서 발생하는 안전사고는 안전욕구와 관련하여 알아보고자 한다. 빅데이터 포탈인 네이버 데이터랩을 통해 노인의 건강과 안전문제에 대한 버즈량이 꾸준히 증가하고 있음을 알 수 있고, 구글 트렌드를 통해 연관검색어를 설정하여 노인문제에 대한 관심사를 파악 할 수 있다. 연관검색어에 따르면 건강문제는 건강과 관련한 사회적인 부분, 안전사고 문제는 사고종류와 관련된 키워드가 상위권을 이루었다. 이러한 연구결과는 노인문제의 연구와 해결방안에 중요한 기초자료가 될 것이다.
