전자무역 마케팅의 수출 성과에 대한 효과성 분석 (A Study on the Effectiveness of e-Trade Marketing for Export Performance)

  • 본 논문은 전자무역의 마케팅 효과성을 높이기 위하여 그 활용실태를 분석하고, 그 개선방안을 부분적으로 제시한 논문이다. 전자무역 마케팅은 그 개선 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 특히, 중소기업의 전자무역 마케팅은 대기업과 비교할 때 그 효과성 측면에서 미흡한 것으로 파악되고 있는데, 본 논문은 이를 개선하기 위한 기초연구 차원에서 수행되었다. 먼저 전자무역 마케팅에 대한 실효성을 증진시키기 위하여 연구모형을 제안하였으며, 이에 관한 연구가설을 제안하였다. 연구가설은 B2B관계 및 협력, 제품형태, 온라인적합성, 국제화단계, 전자무역 마케팅 활용, 수출성과의 6가지 요인모델을 제시하였다. 이의 검증을 위하여 전자무역 마케팅을 전개하는 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 통계분석 및 가설검정을 수행하였다. 통계분석 및 가설검정 결과, 전자무역 마케팅 활용이 수출성과에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한, 고성과 집단과 저성과 집단의 차이를 분석한 결과 무역거래 알선 사이트, 블로그, 트위터, 검색마케팅 활동을 활발히 전개하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 중소기업의 전자무역 마케팅효과를 증진시키기 위해서는 효율적인 활용수단을 적극적으로 이용할 것을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구의 한계점은 수출성과에 제시된 변수들이 제한적으로 검증되고 있는 바, 향후 연구모형의 수정과 함께 수출성과의 다양한 측면을 고려하여 추진하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각된다.

Understanding the Continuance Intention to Use Chatbot Services

  • Chatbot services have become an essential communication tool for interacting with consumers in e-commerce. To understand consumer behavior in the context of chatbot services, we apply the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to analyze continuance intention to use and additional predictors to explain behavioral intention. An analysis of data collected from 300 digital shopping users who had experienced chatbot services revealed that an extended TPB model holds for the continuous use of chatbot services, driven by both interaction and information quality. Accordingly, these ndings provide a better understanding of consumer behavior toward chatbot services and valuable insights into digital customer relationship management.

Factors Affecting Industry 4.0 Adoption in the Curriculum of University Students in Ho Chi Minh City

  • This study investigates the factors affecting Industry 4.0 adoption in the curriculum of university students in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Universities need to respond to the changing faces of Industry 4.0 and, hence, Education 4.0. A mixed method including both qualitative and quantitative methodologies was utilized. An in-depth interview was carried out for exploring, reviewing, and testing content validity of constructs and measurement items. The pilot study was conducted with 120 respondents. The conceptual model and hypotheses were developed using data collected by a questionnaire survey distributed to 584 respondents by both electronic and paper forms with non-probability and convenience sampling techniques. The result of structural equation modeling showed that occupation relevance, skills, facility conditions, and social influence impacted on the intermediates variables, namely, relevance advantage, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention-to-use, and actual use. The independent variables are occupation relevance, skills, facility conditions, and social influence. They impact actual use through mediating constructs such as relevance advantage, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention-to-use. The findings suggest that universities and students' efforts aimed at increasing the factors' perceptions of adoption of Industry 4.0 will contribute to implementation success, where success is defined as effectual usage of Industry 4.0.

  • 본 논문은 기업의 마케팅 캠페인 실행 성과를 향상시키기 위한 디지털 마케팅 모델에 대한 연구 결과를 제시하고 있다. 최근 ERP, CRM, SCM 등 비즈니스 가치 사슬 프로세스를 개선하기 위한 프로젝트를 마친 기업들은 마케팅 프로세스를 전사적으로 개선하기 위한 작업을 진행하고 있다. 기존 마케팅 기법의 한계를 극복하기 위해서 디지털 마케팅 기법을 활용하기 위한 시도가 많다. 특히 마케팅 프로세스의 실행 단계인 캠페인 수행성과를 향상시키기 위해 디지털 마케팅 기법들을 적용하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 마케팅 연구 모델과 연구 가설을 수립하고, 마케팅 전문가 설문 조사를 통한 통계적 분석 방법을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 통해서 디지털 마케팅 모델 중에서 웹 분석, 소셜 분석, 개인 맞춤형 고객 관계 분석, 캠페인 실행 자동화, 실시간 캠페인 관리 등의 기법이 기업의 마케팅 캠페인 실행 성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 실증적으로 검증하였다.

스토리텔링 마케팅이 소비자의 가치 인식 및 가격 지불의사에 미치는 영향 분석 - 스마트팜 재배 과채류를 사례로 - (An Analysis of the Effect of Storytelling Marketing on Consumers' Value Perception and Willingness to Pay - The Case of Fruits and Vegetables Grown in Smart Farms -)

  • Smart farm farmers invest a lot of facility costs, time and effort. Product differentiation using storytelling marketing is important for the profitability of smart farms, since it is not easy to differentiate products between fruits and vegetables grown in smart farms and conventional facilities. This study empirically analyzes the effect of storytelling marketing on consumers' value perception and willingness to pay for fruit and vegetables grown in smart farms. For this purpose, the survey is conducted on 1,050 consumers and the main results are as follows. First, as a result of evaluating consumers' value perception, consumers perceive the value of comparative products (product 2 and 3) to be higher than the base product (product 1). Product 2 and 3 provide richer stories than product 1. Second, the willingness to pay for product 3, which provides the richest story, was the highest, followed by product 2, and then product 1. This means storytelling marketing could be an effective strategy that increases the value of fruits and vegetables grown in smart farms. Third, more than half of the respondents are willing to use QR codes when purchasing fresh agricultural products. Farmers could use QR codes to provide rich stories for effective storytelling marketing.

그린 패션 마케팅 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the State of Affairs of Green Fashion Marketing)

  • Green Marketing, a response to the serious environment problems of the 21st century, is an important point for trends in both art and fashion. It is a strategy for reminding consumers of the threatening environment problems and to recognize that everyone must take responsibility for these problems. Green marketing is a concept that is the point at issue and social reform movement. The purpose of this study was to find examples of Green Marketing in fashion and classify them into four groups. The results of this study were as follows. First, the terms related to green marketing as related to fashion can be categorized into four areas: 1. Eco-friendly product marketing: product merchandising that usually uses organic materials and green manufacturing processes. 2. Green-communication marketing: PR strategies that use green slogans through deep impression advertising or special promotional events relating reducing, reusing and recycling, etc., with the brand's name. 3. Green environmental-marketing: marketing strategies that is an enlightenment campaign for environmental preservation and sustainable fashion design such as reusing, recycling, and reducing. 4. Cause-related marketing: marketing plans that return profits to society and that take an active part in the causes of the community. It was expected that these types of green marketing strategies would yield positive effects in enhancing brand value and consumer confidence as well as increasing profits.

  • With widespread use of smart phones, SNS has been growing rapidly. Companies are required to do its utilization and a preemptive response. However, taking advantage of SNS is still insignificant in the companies. Compared with traditional marketing, people still consider the SNS marketing unfamiliar. This study is aimed at widening the breadth of understanding of marketing activity using SNS and inquiring into its effective applications. In an effort to achieve this research objective, first, this study analyzed the aspect of real applications by reviewing diverse practical business cases. Second, this study provided the momentum of the understanding of SNS marketing-based knowledge. The effective method of producing consumer-intimate products and services lies in customers' participation in development and production. SNS marketing is the very communication and gives ear to a customer's voice. Earnest and creative SNS marketing will play a role as a stepping-stone for businesses to move much closer to a customer.

스타마케팅이 청소년 의복구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Star Marketing on Clothing Purchase Behavior of Adolescents)

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate what star marketing is and to examine whether star marketing influences clothing purchase behavior of adolescents or not. The concept and the instances of star marketing were reviewed and the characteristics and clothing behavior of adolescence were analyzed. The data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 341 middle and high school students and analyzed by frequency, t-test, chi-square test, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Scheffe test. The Cronbach's alphas were calculated for the internal consistency. The results of the study are as follows. The sample was classified into three groups(high interest/high awareness group, high interest/low awareness group, and low interest/low awareness group) by the interest of TV watching and TV stars, the identification with TV stars, and the awareness and the interest of star marketing. There were significant differences in clothing purchase motives, the use of information sources, clothing buying places, clothing purchase frequency, and clothing expenditure among three groups.

인터넷마케팅을 활용한 후원자 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Donor Development to utilize Internet Marketing)

  • Today, the principle of competition is being applied to Non-profit sector also. It is necessary for relevant persons in charge to learn the knowledge and technique about marketing technique endlessly in connection with the development of donor out of the development of social welfare resource which is being embossed as main pending problem at the point of time when the role of private sector about welfare service increased and the criterion of competition and evaluation among institutions was introduced. Especially, as for the application of marketing technique to utilize internet to have big marketing potential, the efforts for the realization and application of positive marketing to be suitable for the real situation of each institution is necessary in connection with the donor development of social welfare institution. In this study tried to examine the charge of method to develop donor which is based on the development of information technique and the popularization of internet from the viewpoint of internet marketing and suggest the basic data about the present situation of donor marketing to use the effective scheme for internet marketing.

  • 오늘날 현대 마케팅에서 고객관계 관리(CRM)와 마케팅 환경은 국제화, 세계화로 인하여 다양한 전략이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 현대 마케팅은 상품이나 서비스만으로는 시장에서 생존하기 어렵다. 다양하고 다변화된 시장 상황에서 지속적인 성장을 이루기 위해서는 시장의 흐름을 파악하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 시장의 흐름은 고객과 고객관리에서 오는 관계이며, 그 과정의 연속선상에서 마케팅 전략으로 수립되어야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 고객관계 관리에 대한 문헌고찰을 실시하고 방안을 제시하여 기여하고자 한다.
