본 연구는 우리나라 종합병원을 대상으로 경영의 위험요인이 운전자본 관리에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 자료는 의료기관회계정보공시 시스템을 이용하여 271개 종합병원 3개연도(2016년, 2017년, 2018년)의 회계정보를 이용하였다. 도입변수는 종속변수로 운전자본 수준과 현금순환주기, 독립변수로 운영위험과 시장위험, 통제변수로 운전자금 구성요인(현금, 매출채권, 재고자산, 매입채무)을 선정하였다. 연구결과, 우리나라 종합병원들은 운영위험이 낮을수록 운전자본 수준은 높았으며, 운전자본 결정에는 운영위험, 현금, 재고자산, 매입채무가 작용하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 시장위험(의료이익률)이 낮을수록 현금순환주기가 높았다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 의료기관들도 운영의 특수성을 고려하여 경기대응능력을 갖출 수 있도록 운전자본 결정요인으로 확인된 운영위험, 현금, 재고자산, 매입채무의 적절한 관리방안에 대한 검토의 필요성이 제기된다.

Since the passing of the Personal Information Act in March 2011 and its initial introduction in September, over the one year to date diverse security devices and solutions have been flowing into the market to enable observance of the relevant laws. Beginning with security consulting, corporations and institutions have focused on technology-based business in order to enable observance of those laws competitively in accordance with 6-step key procedures including proposal, materialization, introduction, construction, implementation, and execution. However there has not been any investment in human resources in the field of education such as technology education and policy education relative to the most important human resources field nor investment in professionals in the organization for the protection of personal information or in human resources for operating and managing IT infrastructure for actual entire personal information such as special sub-organizations. In this situation, as one process of attracting change from the nature of the technology-based security market toward a professional human resource-based security infrastructure market, it is necessary to conduct research into standardization modeling concerning special organizational composition and a management system for the protection of personal information.

Various construction bonds and warranties critically burden the general contractor. Also, sporadic or cumulative delays of progress payment by the owner can further trap the contractor in a financial quagmire. Facing the possibility of cash flow deficiency and callous response from the banks, most construction firms may become financially incapable of market competition, and attractive project tenders become a bidding game among few deep-pocket players. The downside of such market environment is that the depth of pocket, rather than that of professional competency dictates the choice of market winners. In Taiwan, this has been a potential crisis to the construction industry after the financial crisis which started out since 2008. To encounter this problem, this research will examine the means to better manage the construction industry. Essentially, a credit guarantee system (CGS) is the prime solution to strengthen a bank's confidence in any particular construction firm. Thus establishing a national platform which evaluates and rewards a construction firm's overall credibility is pivotal, and this third-party rated credit can help a bank to render a loan more wisely. Finally, this paper will propose the ideal operating schemes of construction-specific CGS in Taiwan and a credit scoring prototype model for construction industry, as reference for the government and banks, respectively.

Demand Response is a well-known means usually operated by the system operator(SO) or the electricity retailers in order to reduce the peak loads or cut the price in electricity market. KPX(Korea Power eXchange), the SO in Korea has been operating the demand bidding program(or the demand resource market) since it was firstly introduced as the pilot project in 2008. The results has proved to be effective to enhance demand response. This paper describes the basic concepts and the operation results of the program.

현재 전 세계적으로 신재생에너지에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라, 국내의 풍력발전기 산업도 더욱 활발해지고 있다. 선진국에서는 이미 많은 풍력발전기를 보유하고 운영/제어하는 기술을 가지고 있지만, 우리나라의 풍력발전기과 관련된 기술은 많이 뒤져 있다. 따라서, 최근 국내에 설치되어 운용중인 대부분의 풍력발전기에서 활용 중인 운영 시스템은 대부분 외산 제품을 도입하여 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 선진국들은 이미 확보한 최적화된 운영 및 제어 기술력을 바탕으로 자국의 풍력발전기 산업을 보호하면서, 전 세계적으로 거대한 시장을 형성하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 풍력 발전기의 효율적인 운영과 제어를 지원하기 위한 풍력발전기 운영 프로토타입 시스템 HMI(Human Machine Interface)을 설계하였다.

Technology standards have gained importance as global market becomes more competitive. Since a technology acknowledged as a standard brings significant benefits to the developer firm, firms in the IT industry tend to pursue standardization for the technology, being it proprietary or open. However, the paths or strategic implications are seldom discussed in academia. Therefore, our study uses iPhone of Apple, one of the proprietary standards successes, to further understand corporate strategies over two standard choices. Our case study suggests that iPhone's entry timing was optimal for creating a new mobile environment. Design excellence and user-friendly interface increased networking effects and switching costs among consumers. Apple developed independent mobile operating system (iOS) through improvement on the existing operating system. During the process, Apple chose proprietary standard and, by installing the same UX on its sibling products such as iPod Touch or iPad, overcame the subsequent problems that might arise from the limited use of iOS. Based on the capability of concurrently developing both hardware and software, Apple connected operating system, machine, and contents, which deems to contribute to its proprietary standards success. We argue that this strategy should be considered for firms which plan proprietary standard strategy.

The worldwide economy has been changing to global and it's going to be put together as one market day by day. In addition the issue of industry has been advanced to automatic and unmanned systems by integration. Thus it is absolutely necessary to be develope and possess high-end technologies to survive in an age of unlimited competition. This development is the core technology of ship unmanned operating system that is very useful and applicable in many fields in addition to ship equipments. Thus it is required to design and develope our own systems which are more reliable compared with foreign products and easy to use and maintenance. We will make an progress of international competitive and contribute to the state economy.

엔터프라이즈 리눅스 시장의 대표주자인 RHEL 7에서 기본 파일 시스템을 EXT에서 XFS로 변경하면서 파일 시스템의 크기, 파일 크기 등과 같이 최대 지원 사양을 대폭 증가시켰다. 단순히 지원 사양만 증가시킨 것 아니라, 데몬 기반으로 동작하면서 고용량 디스크 및 SSD(solid state drive)와 같은 고성능 디스크에서 탁월한 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 파일 시스템의 변경은 관련 명령어의 변경, 백업 도구의 변경, 디스크 쿼터 설정 변경과 같은 직접적인 운영 기법의 변화를 의미한다. XFS 파일시스템의 변경은 리눅스 시스템 운영에 많은 변화를 주고 있지만 서버 분야에서 차지하는 리눅스 운영체제의 위치를 더욱 굳건히 하게 되는 계기가 될 것으로 판단된다.

The category killer that has been rapidly growing mainly in advanced countries since early 1990's, is a mew distribution model which aims for obtaining market controlling power by surpassing competing businesses in a specific area of products. The domestic situation of category killers is very different from that of advanced ones abroad since it has just been introduced into the Korean market. At the moment, there are only 10 or so companies operating in the market : Geopyung's , Taeheng's , Midopa's , of Sinsegye Department store, adn of Yerim International. The purpose of this study is to examine problems of domestic companies in the present market by analysing the operation status of category killers in domestic markets as well as foreign ones, and to suggest a counter-strategy of category killers for the distribution environment of the 21st century to improve the competitiveness of Korean distribution industry. The competitiveness of category killers lies above all in products lines. Category killers are equipped with the greatest number of products lines among those of competing businesses due to maximized product selections in an limited range. Another source of competitiveness may be found in balanced strategy positioning. That is to say, category killers are in a position where they can adjust policies towards any of the three purposes while aiming at them altogether : prices of discount stores, products range of specialty stores, and customer service level of department stores. It is also necessary for efficient store operation to use information technology such as electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic pose system(EPOS) and electronic funds transfer (EFTPOS). As for the cost structure, category killers can gain an advantage over other business since operating cost of various sections can be saved. There are, however, certain risks that category killers with strong competitiveness may influence on other businesses a great deal and even facilitate their decline. Yet it seems that the growth of category killers will be more viciously restrained by continuous challenges from other businesses. The distribution industry is supposed to develop through such competition and restraint.

본 연구는 한국 커피산업에서 경쟁력 있는 기업인 스타벅스의 성장배경을 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 STEEP 분석기법을 활용하여 기업이 보유한 각각의 경쟁력을 분석하고 결과를 경쟁력 요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회적인 측면을 살펴보면 경제성장에 따른 생활수준이 높아져옴에 따라 여성에 경제적 활동이 기폭제 역할을 해왔다. 또한 과거 커피문화의 경우 자판기 믹스커피 문화에서 문화공간적인 측면을 강조하는 소비시장으로 변모함을 간파해온 스타벅스 대응전략이 유효하였다. 기술적인 측면을 살펴보면 프랜차이점 원두 맛에 일률적 표준화를 확보하여 편차를 줄여왔으며 매장을 직영으로 운영함으로서 표준화된 운영 시스템 운영이 가능하였다. 그리고 경제적인 측면을 살펴보면, 커피 소비시장이 확장세를 이어옴에 따라 시장전체 크기 또한 비례적으로 커져 안정적인 성장환경이 형성되어왔다는 점이다. 마지막으로 환경적, 정책적 측면을 살펴보면, 최근 친환경성을 강조한 정책방향을 간파하고 시장 선두기업으로서 친환경 기업으로서의 정책 활동에 기초한 마케팅 전략방향이 주요해왔다는 점이다.
