안전정보와 보전관리정보를 연계한 Web 기반 지식베이스 진단시스템 구현 (A Study on the Development of a Web Based Knowledge-Based Diagnosis System through a Combination of SIS and MMIS)

  • To keep enterprise's competitiveness on condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only production and maintenance but also related industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys for the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, this study studied the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique by using of the knowledge-based system under the internet environment. This web based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime. Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety.

As we analyze in the surveys the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for preventing industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique are studied by using of the knowledge-based system under the real-time computer-operating environment and using fuzzy linguistic variable. This computer system based knowledge-based diagnosis can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert system about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robots, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility all the time. Therefore, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety when we use this system.

Digital Human Simulation을 활용한 방사성 폐기물 처리장 주제어실의 인체공학적 평가 (Ergonomic Evaluation of a Control Room Design of Radioactive Waste Facility using Digital Human Simulation)

  • The present study evaluated a preliminary control room (CR) design of radioactive waste facility using the $JACK^{(R)}$ human simulation system. Four digital humanoids ($5^{th}$, $50^{th}$, $95^{th}$, and $99^{th}$ percentiles) were used in the ergonomic evaluation. The first three were selected to represent 90% of the target population (Korean males aged 20 to 50 years) and the last to reflect the secular trend of stature for next 20 years in South Korea. The preliminary CR design was assessed by checking its compliance to ergonomic guidelines specified in NUREG-0700 and conducting an in-depth ergonomic analysis with a digital prototype of the CR design and the digital humanoids in terms of postural comfort, reachability, visibility, and clearance. For identified design problems, proper design changes and their validities were examined using JACK. A revised CR design suggested in the present study would contribute to effective and safe operations of the CR as well as operators' health in the workplace.

  • Semiconductor manufacturing has suffered from the complex process behavior of the technology oriented control in the production line. While the technological processes are in charge of the quality and the yield of the product, the operational management is also critical for the productivity of the manufacturing line. The fabrication line in the semiconductor manufacturing is considered as the most complex part because of various kinds of the equipment, re-entrant process routing and various product devices. The efficiency and the productivity of the fabrication line may give a significant impact on the subsequent processes such as the probe line, the assembly line and final test line. In the management of the re-entrant process such as semiconductor fabrication, it is important to keep balanced fabrication line. The Performance measures in the fabrication line are throughput, cycle time, inventory, shortage, etc. In the fabrication, throughput and cycle time are the conflicting performance measures. It is very difficult to achieve two conflicting goal simultaneously in the manufacturing line. The capacity of equipment is important factor in the production planning and scheduling. The production planning consideration of capacity can make the scheduling more realistic. In this paper, an input and scheduling rule are to achieve the balanced operation in semiconductor fabrication line through equipment capacity and workload are proposed and evaluated. New backward projection and scheduling rule consideration of facility capacity are suggested. Scheduling wafers on the appropriate facilities are controlled by available capacity, which are determined by the workload in terms of the meet the production target.

차세대 스마트도시 시설물의 플랫폼 정의와 디지털 체인 (Next Generation Smart-City Facility Platform and Digital Chain)

  • With increasing interest and research on smart cities, there is also an increasing number of studies on urban facilities that can be built within smart cities. According to these studies, smart cities' urban facilities are likely to become high value-added industries. However, the concept of smart city is not clear because it involves various fields. Therefore, in this study, the definition of Next-Generation(N.G) Smart City Facilities with Digital Twin and Digital Chain is carried out through a multidisciplinary approach. Based on this, Next-Generation Smart City Facilities will be divided into High Value-Added Products and Big Data Platforms. Subsequently, the definition of the Digital Chain containing the data flow of the entire process built through the construction of the Digital Twin proceeds. The definitions derived are applied to the Next-Generation Noise Barrier Tunnel to ensure that data is exchanged at the Digital Twin stage, and to review the proposed configuration of the Digital Chain and Data Flow in this study. The platform definition and Digital Chain of Next-Generation Smart City Facilities proposed in this study suggest that it can affect not only the aspects of data management that are currently in the spotlight, but also the manufacturing industry as a whole.

  • In the case of the manufacturing industry that produces high-tech components such as semiconductors and large flat panel displays, the manufacturing space is made into a cleanroom to increase product yield and reliability, and various environmental factors have been managed to maintain the environment. Among them, airborne particle is a representative management item enough to be the standard for actual cleanroom grade, and a sequential particle monitoring system is usually used as one parts of the FMS (Fab or Facility monitoring system). However, this method has a problem in that the measurement efficiency decreases as the length of the sampling tube increases. In this study, in order to solve this problem, a multiple regression model was created. This model can correct the measurement error due to the decrease in efficiency by sampling tube length.

  • Facility layout for enterprise's competitive power strengthening and construction of offensive manufacture line and direction presentation for design of production management system that is new by operation improvement according to S company. In enterprise in JIT(Just in Time) system of leading persons affecting in productions among a lot of habitat factor analyze. It is that through equipment Layout among those factors enterprise my problem improve and serves enterprise's absolute ability cultivation. Even if it is JIT production main point that affect to apply the modular production to productive system among at equipment Layout, lot size, bottleneck session etc. worker's multi-function anger, change of demand factor and productive capacity add. 'S' Through enterprise's example, I wish to establish Korean medium and small enterprises' manufacturing industry style equipment Layout model by taken place effect interpretation.

Abnormal Detection in 3D-NAND Dielectrics Deposition Equipment Using Photo Diagnostic Sensor

  • As the semiconductor industry develops, the difficulty of newly required process technology becomes difficult, and the importance of production yield and product reliability increases. As an effort to minimize yield loss in the manufacturing process, interests in the process defect process for facility diagnosis and defect identification are continuously increasing. This research observed the plasma condition changes in the multi oxide/nitride layer deposition (MOLD) process, which is one of the 3D-NAND manufacturing processes through optical emission spectroscopy (OES) and monitored the result of whether the change in plasma characteristics generated in repeated deposition of oxide film and nitride film could directly affect the film. Based on these results, it was confirmed that if a change over a certain period occurs, a change in the plasma characteristics was detected. The change may affect the quality of oxide film, such as the film thickness as well as the interfacial surface roughness when the oxide and nitride thin film deposited by plasma enhenced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method.

Quality Control of Pharmacopuncture: A Comparative Study of Good Manufacturing Practice and External Herbal Dispensary Standards

  • Objectives: We aimed to compare the external herbal dispensary (EHD) evaluation criteria for pharmacopuncture and the Korea Good Manufacturing Practice (KGMP) sterile medicine standards to contribute to the establishment of quality control criteria for pharmacopuncture. Methods: We obtained the KGMP standards from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the pharmacopuncture certification criteria from the Ministry of Health and Welfare of South Korea. The EHD evaluation items were classified into three categories: facilities, quality control, and validation. The evaluation items were compared with the KGMP sterile medicine criteria to determine their conformance with each other, followed by a discussion among the committee of six experts and their consensus to suggest the items to complement the EHD evaluation criteria. Results: Among the KGMP sterile medicine criteria, 44 were related to the management of the facilities, and 32 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (66.7%). Fifty-eight KGMP criteria were related to quality management, and 42 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (72.4%). Twentyfive KGMP sterile medicine criteria were related to validation, and 11 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (44.0%). Sixteen items under the pharmacopuncture EHD criteria corresponded to the KGMP sterile medicine criteria based on the consent of the experts. Among these, 4 were related to facility management, 6 were related to quality control, and 6 were related to validation. Conclusion: For the safety and quality control of pharmacopuncture, there is a need to select the criteria for the mandatory items among the proposed pharmacopuncture-EHD criteria laws and systems to ensure that the pharmacopuncture materials are produced under the pharmacopuncture-EHD in compliance with the relevant requirements. More studies are needed to secure the safety level of pharmacopuncture materials corresponding to that of conventional medicine.
