For the government of president Moon's AI SW HRD policy, he proclaimed AI democracy that anyone can utilize artificial intelligence technology to spread AI education for the people of the country. Through cognitive map analysis, this study presents expected policy outcomes due to the input of policy factors to overcome crisis factors and utilize opportunity factors. According to the cognitive guidance analysis, first, the opportunity factor is recognized as accelerating the digital transformation to Covid 19 if AI SW HRD is well nurtured. Second, the crisis factor refers to the rapid paradigm shift caused by the intelligence information society, resulting in job losses in the manufacturing sector and deepening imbalance in manpower supply and demand, especially in the artificial intelligence sector. Third, the comprehensive cognitive map shows a circular process for creating an AI SW ecosystem in response to threats caused by untact caused by Corona and a circular process for securing AI talent in response to threats caused by deepening imbalance in manpower supply and demand in the AI sector. Fourth, in order to accelerate the digital circulation that has been accelerated by Corona, we found a circular process to succeed in the Korean version of digital new deal by strengthening national and corporate competitiveness through AI-utilized capacity and industrial and regional AI education. Finally, the AI utilization empowerment strengthening rotation process is the most dominant of the four mechanisms, and we also found a relatively controllable feedback loop to obtain policy outputs.

The present survey aimed at analyzing factors influencing the development of the university library collection, with the special reference to the case of the Education Collection of the Pusan National University Library. For this, the present researchers have identified two areas of influencing factors, i.e.., library factors and user factors. Library factors included collection development policy, manpower, materials received as gift and budget. User factors included faculty and students. For analyzing the factors, the present researchers have relied on qualitative research techniques, using heavily documents produced within the case library, interviews librarians, faculty and students, and observation.

By development of dissolvable technique and equipment for warhead, empty cartridge and ammunition in small caliver, pollution of environment and waste of resources problems brought by existing incinerative abrogation can be fundamentally prevented. In addition, Automatic high-speed mechanically dissolving technique using indexing equipment developed in this study makes possible curtailment of manpower and recycling treatment of recources.

Developing a midrange computer system in a country like Korea is a difficult task. It is because of the lack of computer related technologies, appropriate manpower and the sufficient domestic market. Thus, only a few country except the United States has succeeded in developing her own model of computer systems. Fortunately, Korea became one of them. In this paper, we will present some special features of TICOM and how we successfully developed our own model of a midrange computer system with respect to system engineering point of view. The Difficulties and suggestions from the experience of the development of TICOM will also be described.

4차 산업혁명이 미치는 제조업에 대한 영향은 국가별로 자국의 제조 경쟁력을 확보 또는 강화하려는 정책적 노력으로 확산되고 있다. 제조업에 대한 강화 정책은 필연적으로 스마트 제조에 대한 인력을 육성하는 것을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비한 스마트 제조 인력 육성을 목적으로 한 지식 영역 중에서 제품개발 전반적인 지식영역을 포괄하고 있는 제품수명주기 지식역량을 키우기 위한 교육커리큘럼에 대한 전문가들의 인식 차이를 살펴보았다. 전문가들은 현재 제품수명주기 지식의 교육커리큘럼에 대한 보완 필요성을 인지하였고, 디지털개발 및 생산, 신제품개발 영역에 대해서 향후 변화가 예상되고 중요하다고 인지하고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 전문가 조사를 통해서 얻어진 제품수명주기 지식역량에 대한 인식 차이에서 향후 교육커리큘럼 개발을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

RI-Biomics 기술 분야는 차세대 국가 신 성장 동력 핵심기술 중의 하나로써 전 세계적으로 비약적인 발전을 하고 있는 첨단방사선융합 분야이다. 이에 각 선진국들은 RI-Biomics 분야의 세계 경제시장에서 앞서 나가기 위하여 집중적인 지원과 부단한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 RI-Biomics 분야를 국내에서 주도하기 위해서는 세계수준에 맞는 고도의 기술력과 전문지식을 지닌 우수한 인력들의 확보가 필요하지만, 국내에서는 보유한 기술력에 비해 수행할 수 있는 전문인력들이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 검증된 RI-Biomics 인력양성 모델을 활용하여 전문가 인터뷰와 전국 학생대상 설문조사를 반영한 최적화된 교육프로그램을 설계 및 개발함으로써 RI-Biomics 전문인력양성을 위한 기반을 구축하고자 하였다. 본 교육프로그램은 RI-Biomics 분야를 크게 4개의 분야로 구분하여 구성하였으며, 각 과정별 교육을 통하여 RI-Biomics 분야의 전반적인 과정을 이해하는데 주안점을 두고 개발되었다. 교육프로그램의 유용성 및 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 실제 유관학과 대학생 8명을 대상으로 시범운영을 실시하였으며, 한국방사선진흥협회(서울)와 한국원자력연구원 첨단방사선 연구소 RI-Biomics 센터(정읍)에서 총 3주간 진행 되었다. 세부 교육과정은 RI-Biomics 분야의 기본교육인 방사성동위원소 취급 및 안전교육 1주, 전문기술 교육인 RI-Biomics 응용기술 2주로 구성되었다. 3주간의 교육결과를 평가하기 위하여 실습일지와 개별보고서를 작성하였으며, 설문조사를 통하여 교육 만족도 및 건의사항을 수렴하였다. 본 교육프로그램 운영결과, 모든 학생들이 교육과정에 대한 높은 만족도와 지속적인 참여의사를 나타냈다. 또한 시범교육 운영 간 우수인력 발굴 및 지속적인 교육프로그램 운영을 위한 심화과정의 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 교육프로그램과 운영방안은 향후 RI-Biomics 분야의 대학 교과과정 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이며, RI-Biomics 기술 전문인력들의 양성과 국내 RI-Biomics 분야의 발전에 기여할 것이다.

Venture business plays a great role in creating national competitive power in every country. In particular, software venture business can mostly belong to manufacturing business, and takes the top seat of core industry as the basis of globalization, informatization and localization as well as the driving force of national competitive power. However, software venture business still has some risks in the whole area of business administration including the process of business starting. There are also problems to be solved in such areas as manager's ability, leadership, talent, level of technical development, marketing channel, recruiting of marketing specialists, financial plan and fund raising. In this respect, this study divides 102 software venture businesses into two; business in the stage of growth and matured business through the analysis of questionnaire and analyzes their present managerial conditions according to their characteristics after classifying them into four categories such as general management, technical development, marketing, finance and accounting. Therefore, this study attempts to provide the basic data useful for business activities of software venture business from now on. The results are as follows; First, it can be judged that software venture businesses make efforts for their technical development in their character, and that they make a great investment in research and development. Consequently, it can be believed that this kind of investment must be continued in the future. Second, it can be seen that they are not much interested in marketing and its manpower. In fact, software venture businesses develop products technically at the risk of their life, while marketing plays an important role in the continuity of business. Thus, it is necessary for them to invest in the supplement of manpower in marketing. Third, it is observed that they generally have some difficulties in raising money from outside. By the way, it. is believed that this problem will be solved by appealing to the persons interested such as investors and creditors, if evaluation system would be developed more exquisitely so that their accounting and technical value may be appraised.

Putnam은 소프트웨어 프로젝트에 참여하는 인력이 Rayleigh 분포를 따르는 SLIM 모델을 제시하였다. 이 모델에서 인력분포를 얻기 위해서는 총 개발노력과 개발 난이도를 추정해야 한다. 프로젝트 개발에 참여할 것인지 여부를 결정하기 위해서는 소프트웨어 생명주기의 초기단계에서 이 모수들을 보다 적확히 추정하는 것이 필요하다. Putnam은 시스템 속성들 중 강한 상관관계가 있는 변량을 제거하고 나머지 변량들만으로 총 개발노력과 개발 난이도를 추정하였다. 그러나 통계적 방법에 따라 변량들이 다르게 선택되며 모델의 성능에 차이가 발생한다. 본 논문은 Putnam 방법 대신 주성분분석을 이용하여 최적의 시스템 속성을 선택하였다. 모델의 성능분석 결과 주성분분석 방법이 Putnam의 방법보다 9.85% 성능향상을 보였다. 또한, 제안된 모델은 단순하고 쉽게 구현할 수 있다.

To successfully carry out large scale research projects while su, pp.rting quality assurance of research output, effective and systematic management through utilization of resources such as manpower, time and cost as well as engineering techniques such as component technology and design methodology is required. It is necessary to establish development methodology to su, pp.rt quality assurance. The development methodology covers the contents and procedures of the project, such as division of the project into independently executable units, allocation of resources including researchers, component technology, related know-how and equipment, deployment of research units and integration of the project at the end. In this paper we present systematic development methodology for quality assurance in large scale software development projects by analyzing the contents of the methodology a, pp.ied to the Gigabit Information-processing And Networking Technology development project(GIALT).

This paper focuses on establishing strategies to ensure entry to the Uzbekistan in the process of developing business opportunities and managing industry. The study provides initiatives to maintain industrial competitiveness as well as policy guidance for entry and management on the Uzbekistan's industry. The most prominent feature of Uzbekistan's industrial development policy during the past decade is that it has undertaken an integrated policy approach to development which brought about sustainable economic development. In this development process, trade policy, manpower development policy, and technology policy were well coordinated and complementary to industrial policy in the Uzbekistan. This paper attempts to analyze Uzbekistan's custom and system in terms of broad industrial policy concept through resource and economic environment of Uzbekistan and to derive some lessons of market evaluation and policy implication for Korean government and industrial line.
