Recently, there has been considerable talk about urban regeneration support centers that are currently promoting urban regeneration projects. The reason is that the role and authority are unclear, and the experience of each local government center is not accumulated, resulting in many trial and error and side effects. This study analyzed the current state of operations of urban regeneration support centers in Chungcheongbuk-do to find desirable ways to operate them in the future. The main findings are as follows. First, the role and division between metropolitan and basic centers and field centers of urban regeneration support centers in Chungcheongbuk-do are unclear. Second, the limitations of the center's operation methods, operational autonomy, and independence are not secured. Third, as a participant in urban regeneration, it has relatively low authority and status compared to administration. Fourth, the lack of professional manpower related to urban regeneration and the instability of staff employment were derived as overall problems.

The development of weapon systems that look only be introduced as a huge budget directly related to combat rea diness. If we develop the expensive equipment it will not be the same state or have to wait a lot of time in mainten ance facilities for maintenance, which will have a profound impact on the exercise Efficiency. In order to solve this problem, the operation and use state of the weapon system requires effort to successfully p erform the duties held by the defined and assigned, Further analysis should be conducted RAM in order to reduce m aintenance manpower and logistic support costs. The role of business is to increase the RAM system reliability by L ee to Fig system failure rate from the development and maintenance, and reduced life cycle costs. Therefore, the present study was to determine the RAM to perform analysis procedures and methods and limita tions of each element, such as to maximize the effectiveness of comprehensive logistics support and help to study to become an effective logistics support.

This study is a descriptive correlation study to confirm the relationship between external environment factor, nursing work environment and internal factors such as job satisfaction and social support. A survey of 173 nurses was conducted. The results showed that the average nursing work environment was 2.43, job satisfaction was 3.04, social support was 3.44, and intention to work was 4.3. Nurses' intention to work was positively correlated with nursing work environment, job satisfaction, and social support. The most important factor affecting the nurse 's intention to work was job satisfaction, and explanatory power was 93%. In conclusion, in order to increase the job satisfaction of nurses and to improve their job-intention, it is necessary to pay attention to sufficient manpower and material resources to secure a good quality nursing work environment and to find new and various ways to increase emotional trust among colleagues It is necessary to induce them to work for a long time.

The study is to examine the actual conditions and problems of educational welfare which is a part of social welfare and to offer its future directions and things to do. First of all, education has been considered to be part of social welfare in developed countries for a long time and it has been used the same as school educational welfare. These days Korea is confronted with increasing needs of educational welfare caused by emphasis of manpower, appearance of new poor class after IMF, handing down poverty to their children, absence of public education and educational fever, stress of life long learning and extending needs of students' social welfare service. In advanced countries compared to Korea, people perceive education as an equal opportunity. To reach this thesis, various efforts have been making in terms of manpower development such as reform of related laws, financial and official support, offering of parental skills and protecting children for the disadvantaged, dispatching school social workers and overall life improvement. The subjects and age of educational welfare are also diverse ranging from poor families and pre school children to general public and adults. On the other hand, Korea lacks related laws and financial support that are supposed to enforce educational welfare systematically. Also integrated and professional services are not often available due to the lack of cooperation between related agencies. Therefore, government's role and responsibility should be defined clearly in the future directions of educational welfare in Korea. For this, it is needed to establish related laws and build a concrete financial and executive interrelationship. Also every person should be a target of educational welfare putting priorities on the disadvantaged. A lot of efforts should be made to achieve things mentioned above. Multi-dimensional approach intertwined with education, welfare and labour, establishment of cooperation system between related agencies, reinforcement of life long learning, extension of free education including infants and toddlers, and offering financial support to the poor are a few among these efforts. Finally, institutionalization of school social welfare and improvement school facilities are strongly recommended to get to the right track of educational welfare.

This study analyzes the types of linkages between major projects used by firms that attracted venture capital among firms that received government support in the field of SME startups. It identifies the types of linkages between support programs related to attracting venture investment and verifies the usefulness of integrated and cooperative support. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, Startup Success Packages, Startup Foundation Funds*, Youth Entrepreneurship Centers, and Training are the main programs used by startups and venture firms, and support-implementing agencies use these programs to provide support for each stage of growth. Second, the majority of startups and venture firms receiving policy support for job creation and manpower enhancement projects. Third, export-type growth companies receive continuous support from MSS, MOTIE, MSIT, and KIPO. Fourth, job creation programs drive the employment performance and creation of companies. Fifth, local government support projects tend to rely heavily on central government support programs. Sixth, growth companies in the startup and venture sector have a clear link to credit guarantee scheme by KIBO. These findings provide empirical evidence on the necessity and feasibility of integrated and collaborative support, and are expected to contribute to the direction of better support policies.

In recent times, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Services) have been rapidly evolving to allow developers to easily and efficiently access work in the server and network areas for development of a web of App based on cloud computing. In this study, we developed the collaborative image editing tool App based on Cloud-computing, by adopting AWS of representative company that develops IaaS. First, it is crucial to understand various situation conditions for representative infrastructure services: AWS, Azure and Google (GCP). This may have the effect of reducing manpower and development time, but as each company has different policy and technical support, we need a new study every time the environment changes of infrastructure services. We tried to develop a hybrid-App so that users with various devices can collaborate work each other by utilizing the infrastructure service AWS through the process of developing the image editing authoring tool based on the cloud computing. The future studies should continue about compatibility issues and support issues in order to minimize the problems of overseas infrastructure services, but we think that domestic cloud computing policies and developments should be urgently considered.

The construction of smart factories for government SMEs is not easy due to the lack of professional manpower. The use of retired professionals is a way to solve the problem to some extent and to solve the job problem of seniors by effectively utilizing social assets. This study examines the effectiveness of using Meister based on a survey of 195 companies participating in the Smart Meister Support Program. As a result, the better pre-participation readiness and the better management and coordination of change during the participation, the more significant influence was on Meister's ability development and corporate performance. In particular, it was confirmed that Meister's competence plays a role in both 'pre-participation readiness and business performance' and 'between change management during participation and business performance'. In order to improve the performance of the smart meister business in the future, it is necessary to proactively promote the purpose and purpose of the business targeting companies that wish to participate in the business. In addition, it was found that it is necessary to support the development of change management in order to minimize the resistance to innovation during the project. It will be possible to enhance social competitiveness by resolving senior jobs and strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs by discovering and utilizing Meister, who is an expert among retirees.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide baseline data for implementing advanced life-support for 119EMTs. This is done with an in-depth examination of the emergency care experiences of the 119EMTs on-site and during transportation. Methods: Interviews were conducted with twelve 119EMTs, and the data were analyzed using the phenomenological method. Results: The 34 topics had 19 sub-components and were analyzed according to seven categories: 'A work environment where you cannot focus only on emergency care on-site and during transportation', '119EMTs struggling with manpower shortage', 'Current status of education blocking the upward standardization of 119EMT', 'Implementation of professional emergency care was held back due to the limited legal scope of 119EMT', 'Medical oversight makes it difficult to implement emergency care due to low flexibility', '119EMTs who cannot choose hospital selection and find it difficult to receive help', 'An evaluation system not reflecting reality at all that only leaves high scores'. Conclusion: This study was undertaken to implement specialized emergency care for 119EMTs; not only the necessity of reviewing the expansion of the work scope of 119EMTs but also the necessity of effective 'Medical Oversight system' reorganization raised as well.

Purpose: Religious facilities often intend to contribute to surrounding neighborhood and local community. While motivated by religious aims, churches can play a role in social welfare for elders in local community. It is obvious that the role will be different from official social welfare services from government and this study aims to examine the possibility of churches in the role of elderly social welfare in terms of space and program. Methods: Researchers interviewed management of four existing welfare programs by churces in order to understand operation of social welfare program for elders by churches. The second step was case study of four churches in Suwon City area. The potential for social welfare space use for elders was examined. Results: Researchers found the role of churches in providing welfare relevant programs and services but its function is not well established yet. Financial support is needed and another support is need from welfare experts. Implications: While churches has not well established the role in elderly welfare in local communities, churches can further develop welfare services utilizing space, manpower, and activity programs.

In this study, in-depth interviews with Hanbok experts on the development direction of the Hanbok culture industry were performed to listen to professional and future-oriented opinions for the development of Hanbok culture and the Hanbok industry. Interviews were conducted with 12 experts to identify the perception of the Hanbok culture industry and to confirm the possibility of sustainable development of Hanbok as a global culture. First, the results of this study should be preceded by the establishment of concepts such as traditional Hanbok, daily Hanbok, fusion Hanbok, and new Hanbok, and design, education, and government support suitable for each field are required. Second, the responsible craftsmanship of the Hanbok industry, the development of Hanbok design with the aesthetics and convenience of Hanbok designers, multi-dimensional research with high academic use, and systematic support for various Hanbok-related programs and events by the government are needed. Third, the government should promote and actively wear Hanbok through various media to revitalize the Hanbok culture, such as establishing a Hanbok wearing day, reviving etiquette education in school, and providing local-based Hanbok wearing experience education. Fourth, in order to cultivate professional manpower, detailed Hanbok education by field is necessary, and specialized education tools, such as distribution, VMD, and stylist are proposed.
