전문계 고등학생을 위한 직업기초능력 프로그램 및 e-Learning 콘텐츠 개발 연구 -대인관계능력을 중심으로- (The Development of Job Basic Skill Program and e-Learning Contents for Vocational High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 직업교육의 내실화를 위하여 교수 학습능력 신장에 기초가 되는 직업기초능력 향상 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 이는, 관련문헌 분석, 전문가 협의회 등을 통해 직업기초능력 영역 중 e-Learning 콘텐츠로 개발하였을 때 효과적일 것으로 관련전문가들이 합의한 대인관계 능력을 개발하였다. 대인관계능력은 업무를 수행함에 있어 접촉하는 사람들과 원만하게 지낼수 있는 능력으로 이 연구에서는 대인관계 개요, 협동능력, 리더십능력, 갈등관리, 협상능력, 고객서비스능력으로 프로그램을 구성하여, 실사례를 중심으로 한 문제해결능력 향상에 초점을 두고, 동영상과 시뮬레이션, 게임 등의 멀티미디어적 전략을 활용하여 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

전문대학 공학계열 학생의 기초학습능력 수준에 따른 학업성취도 결과 사례연구: I 전문대학 사례를 중심으로 (A Case Study of the Scholastic Achievement Grades Results for Junior College Students of Engineering Department according to the Basic Academic Skills: Based on the Case Study of I Junior College)

  • The influences of the basic academic skills to the scholastic achievement grades has been researched and we made a test of the basic academic skills(Korean language, mathematic, foreign language) to the students of engineering department in I college in Seoul and analyzed the correlation between the basic academic skills and the scholastic achievement grades. Results show that the scholastic achievement grades has a correlation(r=.456, p<0.01) to the average grade of the basic academic skill test. High level students of the scholastic achievement grades have a correlation(r=.292, p<0.01) to the mathematical department and the others have a correlation(r=.232, p<0.05 and r=.279, p<0.01) to the Korean linguistic department. The results of this study through multiple regression analysis indicate that the scholastic achievement has a relation on Korean language skill. As a result, It is recommendable that the mathematical basic academic skill programs are suggested to the high-level students of the scholastic achievement grades and the linguistic basic academic skill programs to the others. Also, the required basic linguistic subject is needed to the low-level students of the basic academic skills and in this paper, we propose the test and management system for the basic campus-life skills including the basic academic skills and the basic major skills.

병원에 근무하는 물리치료사의 직무특성과 이직의도와의 관련성 연구 (Relationships between Job Characteristics and Turnover Intention of the Physical Therapists of Hospitals)

  • Recruiting and maintaining capable physical therapists in hospitals is crucial to provide patients with better quality's physical therapy and to achieve hospital business objectives. This study is to provide basic data for effective personnel management of physical therapists in the hospital. For this, this study was conducted to confirm the relationship between turnover intention and job characteristics(task importance, job autonomy, job feedback, task identity, skill diversity), and to find out factors affecting the turnover intention of hospital physical therapists in Korea. The sample used in this study consisted of 173 physical therapists who were working in hospitals located in Seoul from June 18 to 29. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The dependent variable of this study was turnover intention and the independent variables were job characteristics(task importance, job autonomy, job feedback, task identity, skill diversity), demographic characteristics of respondents(sex, age, education level, marital status, working hospital, working career). The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Turnover intention according to demographic characteristics of respondents was significantly high in the graduate school above group. As the result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis of turnover intention, R2 of job characteristics was much more powerful than demographic characteristics. The factors had significant negative effect on turnover intention were job autonomy, task identity, and skill diversity. And in demographic characteristics factors, there were not significant factors on turnover intention. In considering above findings, for decreasing turnover intention of physical therapists, hospitals need to develop strategies for enhancing job satisfaction by improving job autonomy, task identity, and skill diversity from the adequate job environment.

청소년 약물남용 예방교육 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Prevention Programs on Drug Use in Korean Adolescents)

  • Background and purpose : Drug abuse is one of the most serious problems among the Korean adolescents today and has been associated with delinquent behavior in adolescents. The number of adolescents who abuse drugs is increasing yearly. Solutions to the problem, however, have not been well developed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a drug use prevention program which was developed by researchers. The program was a modified DARE(Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program for Korean adolescents. Methods: This study used an experimental, one-group pretest-posttest design with a convenience sample of 122 middle school students who were at one middle school located in Seoul. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire where ‘knowledge and attitude about drug use’, ‘social skill’, and ‘self-esteem’ were measured. The program had 12 sessions to improve knowledge and attitudes towards drugs, decision making skills, social resistance skills, management of stress and self-esteem of students. Teaching strategies for each session were varied lectures, group discussion. role-playing, question-and-answer sessions and audiovisual materials. Paired t-test was used to analyze the differences between the pre- and post-test scores on knowledge of and attitudes towards drug use, social skills, and self-esteem. Results : There were significant differences in knowledge and attitudes about drug use between pretest and post-test (p<.05), but no significant differences in social skill and self-esteem(p>.05). Conclusion: Our results showed that the drug use prevention program was not effective in promoting social-skill and self-esteem of Korean adolescents. These findings might be due to the respondents being in the period of early adolescence (puberty) and not being good at group discussion. So, further study is needed to develop a drug use prevention program appropriate to students 9 and 10 years old, and to encourge small group discussion.

  • While depression is certainly a prevalent disorder, it is often severe and debilitating and does not always have the good prognosis we have been led to expect. Social approaches to affective disorders have not been subjected to the same level of scrutiny as the interventions used in the management of schizophrenia. Psychosocial Rehabilitation is now at a critical stage. Psychoeducation, social skill training, cognitive remediation, family education, vocational rehabilitation and case management programs are essential for the rehabilitation of chronic depression.

  • 이 연구는 현재 문헌정보학 교과과정이 학교도서관 현장에서 요구하는 능력을 갖추는데 적합한가 라는 질문에서 시작하였다. 이 문제에 접근하기 위하여, 먼저 문헌정보학 교과과정에 대한 만족도와 현장 요구 반영도를 조사하였다. 이어, 실제 현장에서 요구하는 지식(Knowledge), 기술(Skill), 태도(Attitude)가 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 이러한 현장의 요구를 바탕으로 사서교사를 양성하는데 적합한 교과과정을 제안하였다.

  • This paper is about how to establish the strategic teaming organization in digital age. Through the case study of action teaming, this research can give some implications to small-sized organizations who want to establish teaming culture and positive activities in their own companies. The case site was S-steel, which belongs to the steel industry.   • To develope a domestic machinery industry, international competition through reducing cost by increasing productivity is as important as evolving technology and increasing quality. In this study, we have studied in application of GT technology. GT is a skill that acquires high productivity using part's resemblance for multi part and small size production like mass production. We have classified group, such as design, layout and the others, to be applied systematically. The design group includes retrieval for drawings and study for GT design. The layout group includes GT layout, analysis of production process and study for composition method. And others include scheduling, standardization and standard process.

남.여 중등학생의 식사관리에 대한 인식과 참여 실태 조사 (A Study about Perception and Participation on Meal Management in Junior and High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the participation and perception on meal management of the junior and high school students and their fathers. Total of 446 junior and high school students in Pohang and Youngduk in Gyeongbuk were participated in the questionnaire survey. Among the 446 questionnaires collected, 385 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. The results of this study were summarized as follows. 1. Students participation frequency on meal management was quite insufficient, once or twice a month in average, and was differed by sex that female students participate more frequently than males. High school male students who have never been taught the home economics course showed the lowest participation. 2. Among the meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and dishwashing, 60% of the students chose cooking as the most preferred work. As whole, they chose the meal planning as the most difficult work, but high school male students chose cooking as the most difficult work. 3. Most of the students wanted to learn more about food purchasing, meal planning, cooking skill, table setting, food storage and table manners, the priority was given to table manners and cooking skill. 4. Participation score on meal management of student’fathers was even lower than that of students, only a little more often than once or twice a year. Because son usually identifies himself with his father, father should participate more often than now. 5. As for responsibility of meal management in the future, 78.2% of the male students and 91.8% female students answered that husband and wife must share the responsibility together when both husband and wife have jobs.
