확률분포를 이용한 포털들의 응답시간 품질에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quality of Portals Based on Probability Distributions of Response Time)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is estimate response quality of three major portal in Korea based on the response time. In addition to response time, the response time by 1Kbyte will be analysed. Methods: Data was collected from July 2010 to November 2013 using Firebug. For comparing averages, ANOVA will be used. For comparing distributions, Chisquare test and Kolmogov-Smirnov test will be used for parametric and non parametric test respectively. Results: For response quality based on response time, Daum gets the first place, Naver the second place, and Nate the third place. But the order of the response time per 1Kbyte is different. The order is Naver, Daum and Nate. Conclusion: The response quality may be estimated using various factors. Response time is the most important factor. Daum provides the shortest response time. We could say Daum provides the best response quality. But Naver provides the shortest response time per 1Kbyte. From these results, we know reducing packets is very important thing in response time.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job characteristics and job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response), and the moderating effect of social support. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that job characteristics factors have partly negative relationships with job stress response. But, job variety has positive relationship. Social support has partly moderating effect on the relationship between job characteristics and job stress.

The Confidence Regions for the Logistic Response Surface Model

  • In this paper I discuss a method of constructing the confidence region for the logistic response surface model. The construction involves a, pp.ication of a general fitting procedure because the log odds is linear in its parameters. Estimation of parameters of the logistic response surface model can be accomplished by maximum likelihood, although this requires iterative computational method. Using the asymptotic results, asymptotic covariance of the estimators can be obtained. This can be used in the construction of confidence regions for the parameters and for the logistic response surface model.

  • Response surface analysis has been a popular tool conducted by engineers in many processes. In this paper, response surface function, named partial least squares response surface function is proposed. Partial least squares response surface function is a function of partial least squares components and the response surface modeling is used in either a first-order or a second-order model. Also, this approach will have the engineers be able to do the response surface modeling and the process optimization even when the number of experimental runs is less than the number of model parameters. This idea is applied to the nondesign data and an application of partial least squares response surface function to the process optimization is considered.

다층분석법을 이용한 대규모 파라미터 설계 최적화 (Multi-Level Response Surface Approximation for Large-Scale Robust Design Optimization Problems)

  • Robust Design(RD) is a cost-effective methodology to determine the optimal settings of control factors that make a product performance insensitive to the influence of noise factors. To better facilitate the robust design optimization, a dual response surface approach, which models both the process mean and standard deviation as separate response surfaces, has been successfully accepted by researchers and practitioners. However, the construction of response surface approximations has been limited to problems with only a few variables, mainly due to an excessive number of experimental runs necessary to fit sufficiently accurate models. In this regard, an innovative response surface approach has been proposed to investigate robust design optimization problems with larger number of variables. Response surfaces for process mean and standard deviation are partitioned and estimated based on the multi-level approximation method, which may reduce the number of experimental runs necessary for fitting response surface models to a great extent. The applicability and usefulness of proposed approach have been demonstrated through an illustrative example.

건설하도급분쟁에 대한 외부적 대응노력(컨설팅)의 효과에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of External Response to Construction Subcontract Disputes)

  • 본 연구는 건설하도급 분쟁에 대해 분쟁 발생 이전이나 분쟁이 진행 과정 중에 어떤 조직적 대응이나 분쟁 관련 컨설팅이 경영성과에 어떻게 상호간에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 밝혀보고자 하는데서 출발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다중회귀모형을 이용해 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 분석 결과 외부컨설팅효과(종합)에 긍정적 영향은 재무적가치, 분쟁건수증가, 내용별 대응체계구축, 시기별 대응체계구축, 분쟁대응 외부대응체계 등 5개 변수가 영향을 확실하게 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 분쟁대응 기업 내적 활동와 외부 대응체계 구축 정도에 의한 영향에 있어서도 원사업자의 경우가 높았다. 이는 수급사업자의 경영 환경이 상대적으로 열악하여 대기업인 원사업자들의 내적, 외적 활동과 영향에 비해 낮을 수밖에 없다는 사실을 의미한다.

독성 화학물질 누출사고 대응 기술연구 - 불산 및 암모니아 누출을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Response Technique for Toxic Chemicals Release Accidents - Hydrogen Fluoride and Ammonia -)

  • Since the unprecedented hydrogen fluoride leak accident in 2012, there has been growing demand for customized technical information for rapid response and chemical accident management agencies including the Ministry of Environment, the National Emergency Management Agency, and the National Police Agency need more information on chemicals and accident management. In this regard, this study aims to provide reliable technical data and guidelines to initial response agencies, similar to accident management technical reports of the US and Canada. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on initial response agencies like fire stations, police stations, and local governments to identify new information items for appropriate initial response and improvements of current guidelines. We also collected and reviewed the Canada's TIPS, US EPA's hydrogen fluoride documents, domestic and foreign literature on applicability tests of control chemicals, and interview data, and then produced items to be listed in the technical guidelines. In addition, to establish database of on-site technical information, we carried out applicability tests for accident control data including ① emergency shut down devide, safety guard, shut down valve, ground connection, dyke, transfer pipe, scrubber, and sensor; ② literature and field survey on distribution type and transportation/storage characteristics (container identification, valve, ground connection, etc.); ③ classification and identification of storage/transportation facilities and emergency management methodslike leak prevention, chemicals control, and cutoff or bypass of rain drainage; ④ domestic/foreign analysis methods and environmental standards including portable detection methods, test standards, and exposure limits; and ⑤ comparison/evaluation of neutralization efficiency of control chemicals on toxic substances.

비보호좌회전 확대에 따른 주기감소가 도심연동체계에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study of Traffic Signal Progression on a CBD for Reducing Traffic Signal Cycle as Expansion of Permissive Left-Turn)

  • 본 교차로에 각 방향별 이동류의 상충해소를 위한 목적으로 도입된 교통신호제어는 차량증가에 따라 여러 교차로를 연계하여 정지와 지체시간을 최소화하는 간선도로 제어 목적으로 바뀌었고 이를 위해 교통신호운영 효율화를 위한 다양한 방법이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 도심 가로축 연동체계를 교통운영체계 선진화 방안에서 제시하고 있는 비보호좌회전확대로 운영되는 선직진 후좌회전 체계와 기존 실시간 대응제어 신호운영체계를 비교 분석하였으며, 비교 분석을 위해 4개시 5개 지역을 선정 평균 교차로 간격, 연동 가로축 거리 등을 구분하였다. 그 결과 교통운영체계 선진화 방안 신호운영체계의 교통처리용량은 실시간 대응제어 신호운영체계의 교통처리용량 보다 주기 160초 때 차로 당 286대, 140초 경우 308대, 120초 경우 264대가 증가하여 1차로 도로확장을 한 만큼의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가로축 연동에 대해서도 가로축 길이 2.0~3.0km, 2.0km미만에서 분석 주기(160초, 140초, 120초) 모두에서 연동밴드 폭이나 정지횟수에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

우리나라 폭염종합대책의 효율적 운영에 관한 외국사례 연구 (A Study on Foreign Cases for the Management of Extreme Heat Response Plan in Korea)

  • 선진국에서는 폭염이 발생하면 폭염경고시스템을 바탕으로 경보가 발령되며 이에 따른 지방자치단체(지자체)별 행동요령이나 대응 시나리오가 구축되어 있다. 우리나라도 소방방재청에서 수립한 폭염종합대책을 토대로 지자체별로 계획을 세우고 있으나, 폭염경고시스템이나 폭염취약계층에 대한 정의 및 구체적인 대응 시나리오가 마련되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서 예방 및 대비, 대응, 복구의 재해관리 단계로 나누어 외국의 선진 사례를 분석하고, 우리나라 폭염종합대책의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보았으며 나아가 폭염종합대책의 위상강화와 내용을 보완하는 운영방안을 도출하였다.

스트레스 반응이 안전행동에 미치는 효과: 안전 분위기의 중재효과 (The Effects of Stress Response on Safety Behavior : Moderating Effect of Safety Climate)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of stress response on safety behavior and to explore moderating effect of safety climate between stress response and safety behavior. 224 workers were asked to respond to the questionnaires that measured various demographic variables, stress response, safety climates and safety behaviors. A hierarchical regression was conducted to identify variables that had significant relationships with safety behavior and to examine moderating effect of safety climate between stress response and safety behavior. Results indicated that the depression response significantly predicted safety behavior. It was found that the safety climate was also a significant predictor for safety behavior. In addition, safety climate had a moderating effect on the relation between depression and anger responses and safety behavior.
