  • The purpose of this study is to prove empirically that technology investment propency factors (TIPFs) refect on the technological competitive advantage (TCA) and management performance. It includes the role of open technology innovation (OTI) approach is mediate to TCA from technology investment propensity. Especially the three TIPFs are market orientation, innovation orientation and strategy orientation. The analysis were performed based on the respondents' data from 181 firms focusing to technology innovation and information technology. The suggested research assumptions including structured equation model were proved. Therefore, this study emphasizes that CEO or CTO must concentrate on innovative, strategic and market oriented propensity when he makes a decision on technology investment. An open innovation approach is effective for getting high TCA and management performance in technology intensive firms such as technology innovation and information technology.

공급체인리더십이 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Buyer's Leadership on Vendor's Relational-orientation and SCM performance)

  • Since companies are increasingly aware of the importance of upstream and downstream organizations to their performance, companies' leaders would also like to influence operations with supply chain partners. This paper aims to study the SCM performance and the influencing factors, that is Buyer's leadership and Vendor's relationship-orientation. Also, I try to examine the mediating effect of relationship-orientation between leadership and SCM performance. The results of this study can be summarized as follow; (1) The charismatic trait and individual consideration in transformational leadership factors, and contingent reward in transactional leadership factors positively effected to the relational-orientation. But intellectual stimulation and management-by-exception did not effected to relational-orientation. (2) Only contingent reward in transactional leadership factors was significantly related to the SCM performance. (3) Relational-orientation mediated between SCM leadership and SCM performance.

기업가지향성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 중소기업 제조업체를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of the Entrepreneurial Orientation on Management Performance : Focused on the Manufacturer in the Small Businesses)

  • The purpose of this study is to present that the entrepreneurial orientation affects to management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 171 survey sheets and inspected seven assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factor of entrepreneurial orientation, innovative-ness, influences on the technical innovation performance and financial performance significantly. Second, the element of entrepreneurial orientation, proactive-ness, has an important effect on the technical innovation performance and financial performance. Finally, the requisite of entrepreneurial orientation, risk taking, affects to the technical innovation performance significantly, but not the financial performance. Based on the results, the companies that achieve the technical innovation and financial performance have an atmosphere to encourage to perform the research and development works and find out innovative ideas and improvement points in processes. However, the entrepreneur is required to take careful judgement for determining the uncertain circumstance.

호텔정보시스템의 기술수용모델이 서비스지향성 및 고객지향성이 성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effects of Using of the Hotel Information System to Service Orientation, Customer Orientation & Management Result)

  • 본 연구에서 환대산업의 대표적인 기업은 호텔기업을 대상으로 정보시스템 구축이 고객지향성, 서비스지향성, 성과간의 영향관계를 파악하고자 했다. 부산, 서울지역에 소재하는 호텔에 종사하는 종사원을 대상으로 편의추출방식으로 표본을 추출하여 조사하였다. 연구결과의 도출을 하기 위하여 선행연구를 근거로 연구가설을 설정하였으며 정보시스템 구축이 고객지향성, 서비스지향성, 성과간의 영향관계를 파악하였다. 가설검증결과 정보시스템 구축의 기술수용모델 중 유용성은 서비스지향성과 고객지향성이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 용이성은 서비스지향성과 고객지향성에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고 있었다. 또한 서비스지향성과 고객지향성에서는 경영성과에는 유의한 결과가 도출이 되었으나 개인성과에는 유의한 결과가 도출되지 않았다.

  • The present study is aimed at examining in multilateral ways the structural relationship among technological orientation, market orientation and product development performance of manufacturing companies, which are deemed to be key factors for them to increase absorptive capacities. From the study, it was revealed that: First, in terms of the relationship between market orientation and absorptive capacities, it was made clear by the analysis that the market orientation sought after by manufacturing companies has influence upon their absorptive capacities. Second, with regard to the relationship between technological orientation and absorptive capacities of manufacturing companies, the analysis found that the technological orientation pursued by them affects their absorptive capacities. Third, as for the relationship between absorptive capacities and product development performance, the analysis made it clear that the absorptive capacities of manufacturing companies exerts influence upon their product development performance. Fourth, in respect to the relationship between market orientation and product development performance, it was concluded from the analysis that market orientation produces effect upon product development performances like technological innovation and acquisition of new technologies needed for product development. Finally, regarding the relationship between technological orientation and product development performance of manufacturing companies, it became obvious from the analysis that the technological orientation affects the product development performance.

보건소 직원이 지각하는 서비스지향성이 조직몰입과 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Service Orientation on the Organizational Commitment and Management Performance of Public Health Center Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of service orientation on the organizational commitment and management performance of public health center workers. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. A convenience sample of 280 workers was recruited from six public health centers in J province, South Korea. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires, including general characteristics, service orientation, organizational commitment, and management performance. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and hierarchical regression using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: The service orientations explained 34.1%of the variance in organizational commitment and explained 31.4% of the variance in management performance. The service orientation was a significant predictor of organizational commitment and management performance. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that better strategies for service orientations will be helpful to enhance organizational commitment and management performance in the public health center.

도시주부의 가정관리행동유형과 가정생활만족 (Family Life Satisfaction and Home Management Behavior Patterns: For Urban housewives)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze urban housewives' home management behavioral patterns focusing on the morphostatic and morphogenic in continuum, to estimate the level of their family life satisfaction and to determine the variables affecting family life satisfaction. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The tendency is that the wives have controlled in value orientation, and home management behavioral patterns are neutral, and they are somewhat satisfied in terms of family life satisfaction. 2. As for the causal variables, marriage duration, the number of children education, employment status of wives, and value orientation influence on home management behavioural patterns. 3. The variables which affect family life satisfaction significantly are number of children, wives' education level, family income, employment status of wives and value orientation. 4. In analyzing relation between wives' home management behavioual patterns and their family life satisfaction, those who prefer morphostatic patterns have higer level of life satisfaction. 5. From the path analysis, it was found that monthly family income, employment status of wives, wives' educationn level, and value orientation had positive effects on family life satisfaction, and home management behavioral patterns had negative effects on family life satisfaction.

고등학교 육상선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리의 관계 (Relationships between achievement goal orientation and self-management in high school track & field athletes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 육상선수들의 성취목표성향과 자기관리의 관계가 성별, 세부종목별, 그리고 운동경력에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 규명하는 것이다. 체육고등학교에 재학 중인 229명의 육상선수들이 설문에 참여하였으며, 설문자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 남학생들의 성취목표성향은 여학생들에 비해 과제목표지향적이었으며(p<0.05), 자기관리의 세부영역 중에서도 대인관리, 정신관리, 그리고 몸 관리에서 여학생들보다 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 세부종목에 따른 결과를 살펴보면, 도약 선수들이 투척선수들에 비해 정신관리가 높게 나타났으며(p<0.05), 다른 자기관리의 세부영역에서는 통계적 유의성이 없었다. 성취목표성향과 자기관리는 고등학교 육상선수들의 경기력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 볼 수 있지만 현장에서 적용하기 위해서는 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 보다 세심한 주의가 필요하다.

도시주부의 가치지향성.제례의식.제례수행 (Urban Housewives제 Value Orientation, Sense of Ancestrial Service and Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of housewives’sense of ancestral service and behavior and to verify the how housewives’value orientation affects the sense of ancestral service and behavior. The data are collected from 393 housewives in urban. The statistics used for the analysis are Cronbach’$\alpha$, Frequency, Percentage, Mean, SD, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are summarized below: First, among the variables, degree of fate-control orientation is the most, on the contrary, material orientation is the lowest. Second, value orientation variables that affect sense and behavior of ancestral service are material orientation and gender equilibrium orientation. Third, the behavior of ancestral service is more traditional than sense of ancestral service. Fourth, cause-and-effect variable which affect behavior of ancestral service are education level, religion(Buddhism, Catholicism), employment status, number of children, health, daughter in -law’s ranking, sense of ancestral service, and value orientation, which affect the direct or direct and indirectly. Especially sense of ancestral service variable is the most important mediation one. We expect further studies on the sense of ancestral service and behavior with precise scale and sampling.

객체지향 컴퓨팅의 기술수용에 관한 연구 - 기술수용 모델의 경우 - (A Study of the Technology Acceptance of Object-Oriented Computing - The Case of Technology Acceptance Model -)

  • This paper presents an exploratory research on the application of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to the domain of object orientation to investigate the validity of TAM in the perspective of its causal relationships. In the Management Information Systems(MIS) area, TAM has been applied to computer usage behavior as a specific technology adoption model. This paper also suggests the factors that affect the technology acceptance of object orientation in U.S. organizations through a modified TAM. Two major research questions are addressed. First, this research investigates the effect of these external variables on the dependent variable, the actual usage of object orientation in the viewpoint of knowledge interaction between structured methods and object orientation. Second, is TAM valid for the technology acceptance of object orientation in terms of its causal relationships? This study empirically explores the impact of the external variables on the level of actual usage of object orientation via the mediating variables in TAM. A structured questionnaire is administered to Data Processing Management Association(DPMA) professionals in US. The result of this study reveals one important contradictory finding that is not consistent with expectations based on related theory. TAM does not accommodate the technology acceptance of object orientation perhaps because object orientation is a complex and organization-level adoptive technology or the measures for the mediating constructs in TAM may not be appropriate in industry settings.
