The purpose of this study is to suggest a successful operating strategy of co-working space. Therefore, the operating elements were identified through a literature research. And then, verified through site investigation and interview of operation managers. We found out that the high level operating elements are 'Co-working management', 'Membership management' and 'Supporting management' And the low level elements of Co-working management are 'Relationship facilitation', 'Networking event & Party' and 'Community & Communication', Membership management's are 'Service diversity & Price plan', 'Promotion & PR' and 'Alliance & Partnership', Supporting management's are 'Space & Interior', 'Facility & Device, Solution' and 'Mentoring & Education'. And the questionnaire was designed and conducted to Co-working space operators through the AHP method. As a result of the collected data analyzing, the highest priority was the operational element 'Community & Communication', and 'space and interior' is next, 'Service diversity & Price plan' is the third. The results were discussed with the relevant experts and it presents the following operating strategies. First, to create an environment suitable to voluntary coworking is the most important element. In particular, good management of 'Community & Communication' should be considered as a high priority operations strategy in a coworking space. Second, interior and space utilization helps in making the environment and atmosphere conducive to coworking. Office devices and facilities such as IT infra, printer, fax, scan, paper...etc are also important elements. But the reason why these necessary items are given a low priority is that these items don't need any special strategy. Third, in order to create a stable profit, 'Service diversity & Price plan' should be the characteristics of each coworking space because it will attract and secure enough customers. This study is valuable, it could be a great guideline for coworking space in an early stage to adopt operating model and strategy

This study aims to collect and manage in the step of creation metadata information to effectively manage and use official document which is a typical and normal records. To do it. data elements are extracted through analyzing structure of official document format. And we also select metadata elements reflecting creation background, publisher's intention, characteristic of official documents through evaluating and comparing extracted elements with data elements defined in ISAD rules. It would be draft data in constructing standardized metadata structure for records in Korea.

New media which appeared in accordance with the development of IT technology includes elements of the interaction to be developed as an interactive media. In the field of interactive media which can be most actively applied, there is the filed of experience exhibition based on the active participation of people who experienced. Interactive media applied to the experience exhibition area, in order to have an effective communication that is based on a high degree of immersion, has been utilized as a platform for educational contents. This study is intended to explore the elements of visual perception for developing an optimized interface in the perspective of children who are the main subject of educational contents to present the criteria for the development of an interface for children. Thus, this paper derives the elements by the analysis of the visual perception elements of children and the experiment for the immersion environment. By analyzing the results, this study is to present the criteria of the visual perception elements for the development of interactive media contents for children.

The purpose of this study is to examine 5 writing guidelines of reference collection development policy(RCDP) and to identify major elements of RCDP through the comparison and analysis of 24 RCDP in academic libraries in the U.S. As a result of this study, a total of 9 elements(5 core elements and 4 selective elements) were identified. Five core elements were (1) introduction, (2) scope, size, and level, (3) format, (4) types, and (5) management(i.e., selection, weeding, evaluation, and responsibilities) of reference collection. The results of this study would be helpful to those academic libraries which are planning to write RCDP in academic libraries in the near future.

The purpose of this study is to suggest specific elements for archiving tangible and intangible materials based on popular, administrative, historical, and cultural functions of traditional markets. Related literature was thus reviewed and the cases of Seoul Yangnyeongsi Story Archive, Gwangju Dae-An Yesul Market Archive Project D, and Daegu Bukseong-Ro Gongu Museum were analyzed. Through the literature review, elements of physical environments, social factors, experience, and people were defined as the placeness of traditional markets. Based on the aforementioned, specific elements to archive traditional markets were thus suggested.

I designed the game UCI identification metadata to enable the game industry to provide copyright protection of game content, the efficiency of the management and distribution. This was mapped with existing UCI metadata which is composed of 9 elements that are applied to international standards for interoperability. I redefined 3 elements and added 3 more elements for reflecting the characteristics of the game. So it is composed of 12 elements in total. The result is verified by the general user survey and expert interviews. And I will develope the game UCI identification metadata management system with the results of study to be utilized by game agencies.

In order to preserve beautiful coastal areas landscapes of Jeju Island's the landscape resource, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is dedicated to protecting the landscape through legal regulations and deliberations. However, the Coastal Landscape of Jeju Island was continuously damaged by due to increased tourist and high development pressure. Based on buildings along the Coastal Road in Aeowal of Jeju Island, this study focused on Management Status of Coastal Areas Landscapes through the Analysis of Building Landscape Elements. As a result, 1) It was effective to limit the use and scale of buildings through legal regulations such as Use zoning. 2) The result of analysis on the physical landscape elements of buildings showed some of the them have the damage values despite passing the review of Architecture Committee. Therefore Landscape Policies required institutional maintenance. 3) As physical landscape Elements of buildings is a minimum quantitation criterion of not less than 1.5 for D/H, or less than a factor of $27^{\circ}$ for angle of elevation and not less than 7.8m for elevation blockage ratio was presented as a criterion for preventing damage to the minimum Coastal Landscape.

This study aims to examine the structural response of glass fibre-reinforced polymer (Glass-FRP) reinforced geopolymer electronic waste aggregate concrete (GEWC) compression elements under axial compression for sustainable development. The research includes the fabrication of nine GEWC circular compression elements with different reinforcement ratios and a 3-D nonlinear finite element model using ABAQUS. The study involves a detailed parametric analysis to examine the impact of various parameters on the behavior of GEWC compression elements. The results indicate that reducing the vertical distance of glass-FRP ties improves the ductility of GEWC compression elements, and those with eight longitudinal rebars have higher axial load-carrying capacities. The finite element predictions were in good agreement with the testing results, and the put forwarded empirical model shows higher accuracy than previous models by involving the confinement effect of lateral glass-FRP ties on the axial strength of GEWC compression elements. This research work contributes to minimizing the carbon footprint of cement manufacturing and electronic waste materials for sustainable development.

Prior research on Extended Reality (XR) has been a starting point for the development of the Metaverse. It is also a concern for researchers in the tourism field since it can enhance the tourist experience. Metaverse Tourism provides a virtual experience of the tourism destination for the users. It is potentially developed and predicted to be the future of tourism, enhancing the tourist experience through communication between humans and avatars and providing a new option for tourists to enjoy leisure activities. Recently, discussion on Metaverse tourism is still emerging, with some open talks from researchers in the intersections between information technology and tourism. This study extends prior studies by proposing six Metaverse tourism elements and categorizing them into core and supporting elements. Then, we analyze the consequences of those elements on the Tourism Experience Journey to enhance each stage with different characteristics. This study can contribute to continuing recent dialogues among scholars on how Metaverse can be applied in the tourism sector by proposing six elements that should be considered in developing and creating Metaverse services.

This study is on the architectural planning and factors for secondary schools. The methods in the approach to the results were settled. A sample of factors that affect architectural scale design were drawn from architectural design direction for a secondary school architectural scale estimation direction. These factors arc broken into primary elements and situational elements. Primary elements include students, teachers, and time. Situational elements include public use percentage, classroom percentage, unit area, coefficient of utilization, etc. The 7 architectural planning criteria to cover changes of various architectural scale design elements are the following; 1) consideration of students selection percentage, 2) consideration of the number of teachers, 3) a variety of possible classrooms, 4) organic operation, 5) efficient time management, 6) consideration of different teaching method depending on subjects, 7) coefficient of utilization with flexibility.
