This study was to identify the effect of the satisfaction of certification, the educational use of the company offering certificate, the system of confirmation of the same model and the demographic aspect on the companies to see if compulsory certification(KC certificate) has negative effects on company management. First, the satisfaction of certification could reflect positive influences on company management. Second, there is no statistical significance in the education from the company offering certificate as a result of analyzing relationships but education is required and has an effect on improving quality according to the result of frequency analysis. Last, the system to declare by identifying the same model has a difference in significance in sales account, the development of products and warranty service for products.
A survey was implemented to suggest basic data for assuring the safety of cooked foods in foodbank operations. A questionnaire consisted of total 48 items including general characteristics, basic inputs and perceived importance/performance of sanitary management. One hundred twenty-eight responses among the 267 nationwide foodbanks were used for the statistical analysis. About forty-one percent of foodbanks was operated a period of 1-3 years and 43.0% of them were managed by social welfare organizations. The number of staff was only 0.5 person per operation with the whole responsibility and 1.0 with additional work, and thus most of the work was managed by volunteers. Job satisfaction was shown to be moderate and was affected by specialty and salary mostly. The facilities and equipment in foodbanks were not enough to operate and freezers/refrigerators were the top priority to supplement. Most of the respondents attended a nationwide level sanitary education program (79.7%); but complained not enough frequency of education (90%). The sanitary status of the donated foods was considered as satisfactory but some safety practices had to be improved, including personnel expenses and operating costs in the district level, a sanitary awareness of the donors and a general management of the facilities arid equipment. An assessment on sanitary management resulted in an overall average of 4.45 out of 5 points in importance and 3.85 in performance showing the high level of sanitation perception in foodbank managers. From the IPA analysis, the fields found to be improved were sanitation management during cooking and temperature control as well as cleanliness and sanitation of both transport vehicle and refrigerator/freezer. To secure the food safety in foodbanks, consequently, personnel support, supplement of facilities and equipment, intense sanitation education and development of sanitation management program is needed.
The purpose of this study is to investigate decision making styles task management of urban homemakers. This study focuses on the following aspects: 1) to find out which variables of background variables (ie. age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family life cycle, number of children) have effect on decision making styles & task management of urban homemakers. 2) to find out the relationships between decision making styles and task management of urban homemakers. 3) to find out independent influcene of background variables on task management. major findings are as follows; First, it is general tendency that decision making styles were human oriented in urban homemakers. Importance & Urgency of the task, age of homemakers, education of homemakers, family life cycle were significant variables to have influcence on task oriented decision making styles. Importance & urgency of task were variables to have influences on human oriented decision making styl s. Second, the tendency of dealing with task at once is the highest in the task management, on the other hand, the tendency of dealing with task in the next session is the lowest. Income is a variable to influence on dealing with task in delegation to others, education of homemaker is a variable to influence on dealing with task in next session and importance & urgency of the task and the number of children were variables to influence on dealing with task immediately. Third, human oriented decision marking style was a variable to influence on dealing with task in delegation with task in delegation to others, in the next session, and in suspending/ in neglecting. Task oriented decision making style was a variable to influence on dealing with task immediately. Fourth, The urgency of task & income were variables to have direct influence on dealing with task in delegation with task in next session, and the urgency of the task, age & education of homemaker and family life cycle were varia les to direct influence on dealing with the task immediately. The urgency & importance of the task and age of homemaker were variables to have indirect on dealing with the task urgency of task & the number of children were variables to have indirect influence on dealing with the task in suspending/in neglecting through the medium of the human oriented decision making styles.
With growing significance of psychological well-being in the worksite, the purpose of this analysis was to overview the empirical studies on worksite stress management and to identity the overall effect of worksite health promotion programs on stress management through meta-analysis. Literature retrieval was conducted on-line first in MEDLINE, EBSCOhost Academic Search Premier, and PSYCHINFO databases in public health, psychology, sociology, and human resource management areas. All studies written in English and published in the peer-reviewed journals during 1990 and 2002 were recruited. Key words used in literature retrieval were 'worksite,' 'intervention,' 'program,' 'work stress,' 'strain,' 'burnout,' 'management,' 'prevention,' 'education,' and 'health promotion.' A total of 18 worksite intervention studies with 48 effect sizes were analyzed and the results were as follows. Approximately 60% of the studies had quasi-experimental design and were conducted in manufacturing company and public sector. General psychological strains and burnout were frequently used measures of psychological stress. The lecturing and discussion typed intervention and the participatory problem-solving typed intervention were employed more than others in the studies. The average effect (r: pearson's simple correlation coefficient) weighted by sampling error was -0.14 (-0.32 to 0.05). In the conventional category of effects this is a small effect ranging from -0.59 to 0.05. Binomial effect size showed that success rates increased from 43% without intervention to 57% after an intervention. Sampling error explained 47.14% of the observed variance and its effectiveness on stress management were heterogeneous. In regression analysis with suspected moderating factors affecting the worksite interventions, research design was the only significant moderating factor. The studies with quasi-experimental design had greater effects than the studies with experimental design.

In line with post-1970s industrialization, the manpower shortage in fishing villages has been fueled by rapid desertion; young adults and middle-aged people have tended to avoid fishing by migrating to cities, driving the emergence of a national issue in terms of securing fisheries management succession. For the fisheries industry to maintain competitiveness, we need to cultivate young adults and middle-aged people to be leaders of the domestic fishing industry through promoting inspiration for the fishing industry, teaching fisheries expert knowledge, and fostering the ability to promote business. In addition to safe supply of marine products through continued fisheries operation, securing young and skilful workers is essential in order to promote balance development of domestic industries, including job creation. The study therefore seeks to provide measures to foster specialists in order to enable the transfer of management through an opinion survey of fishermen. To cultivate specialists for enabling the transfer of management, the following solution should be promoted at the state level. First, to support the introduction of young and talented workers to the fisheries industry through transfer of management, Second, in order to enable the transfer of management, change is required first in the fisheries industry for it to become a value-added industry. Third, despite fisheries being a composite industry that is syncretized to tertiary industries from primary industries, the fisheries industry is still recognized as a labor intensive industry, which reflects the current status of fisheries education.
This study investigated the difference of the effects of public loan programs in fishery industry on management performance from a balanced score card (BSC) perspective depending on the type of loan, scale of fund, period of support and business category, using the financial data of fisheries firms having the balance of loan at the end of 2014. The key factors influencing credit rating change were also analyzed after public loan support. From a integrative perspective, results show that the firms supported by working fund have higher management performance than the firms supported by facility fund. The firms received large scale fund showed higher management performance than the firms received small scale fund. While management performance was decreasing or slowing down over time after financial support, management performance of the firms supported by facility fund improved over time. From a non-financial perspective, the firms received facility fund invested more in education and growing perspective than the firms received working fund. As the size of fund increased, the investment in education, growing, internal process and customer increased. Personnel expenses and employee benefits for education and growing has increased over time. However, the firms with facility fund restricted the expenses of education, personnel expenses and employee benefits as time goes by. Because the effects of public loan on credit rating of fisheries corporations have no statistical significance, it has become known that the financial support of public loan program has no influence on the change of credit rating of fisheries corporations. This study attempted performance analysis from a BSC perspective which combine factors of non-financial perspective with factors of financial perspective. Findings from this study suggest the direction of microscopic performance analysis of public loan in fishery industry.
This study provides preliminary data to help organize improvements in analyzing the importance and performance of sanitation management items and the management of foodservice facilities in Community Child Centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Area. Questionnaires were distributed to 173 participants in sanitation and safety education at the center from April~June 2013 and 121 questionnaires were used as analysis data to investigate the management of foodservice facility at Community Children Centers in Daegu Gyeongbuk area. Most of the Community Child Centers are privately owned, and 62.0% had 20 to 29 children. Only 6.6% and 50.4% of the centers had nutritionists or cooks, respectively, due to budget deficits, and the foodservices were run by employees holding other positions. An investigation of sanitation management found that 84.3% of employees had a regular health inspection with significant differences between Daegu and Gyeongbuk (p<0.05). Most of the sanitation education was necessary, and the contents of sanitation education were applied to the fields in 66.1% of facilities. The reasons why the contents of them were not used in the fields included, the shortage of facilities and devices at 20.7%, which was the most common explanation. The separation separated of contaminated and non-contaminated areas were observed in 45.5% of facilities (p<0.01), separated sinks for pre-processing and cooking were found in 50.4%, and a show significant higher rate was noted in Daegu than in Gyeongbuk (p<0.05). An interior wall and, floor tile installation were observed 43.8% of facilities and a significantly higher rate was noted in Daegu than in Gyeongbuk (p<0.05). 30.9% of centers in Daegu and 11.3% of centers in Gyeongbuk area were equipped with a hot holding table(p<0.05). Overall, there is a need for education of foodservice to managers because most facilities do not have dietitians. In addition, facilities and equipment should be supplied continuously to foodservice facilities in community child centers.

The purpose of this study were to investigate knowledge, awareness, performance, and preventive behavior of latent tuberculosis infection management, and to identify influencing factors on preventive behavior of latent tuberculosis infection management of nursing students. The subjects of this study were completed by 191 nursing students from 2 colleges in D City. Data were collected from August 1 to November 30, 2020. Data were analyzed using the t-test, the ANOVA, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis by SPSS ver. 21.0. There were significant positive correlations between preventive behavior of latent tuberculosis infection management and performance(r=.21, p=.003), awareness and performance(r=.88, p<.001). The factors influencing grade and education experience about latent tuberculosis infection management of the study subjects were grade(β=.29, p<.001), final time of education experience about tuberculosis(β=.19, p=.004), and the explanatory power of these variables was 11.9%. The development of preventive behavior of latent tuberculosis infection management education program that focuses grade and final time of education experience about tuberculosis is needed.

At this point, the lifelong education in the home economics education field in Korea is in line with the changes and crises of various societies. Problems related to family life that have happened in the real life of learners stand in the place of the study with preventive character. It should provide the best alternative for family, home, and society, and help to overcome the problems of life. In order for lifelong education to respond to these social changes $vis-{\grave{a}}-vis$ Home Economics Education, it is necessary to develop: 'formation and improvement education of family relationship', 'crisis prevention and management coping ability training', 'safety education', 'learning communication and consensus processes', 'consumer culture education', 'ethics education on environment and resources', 'sustainability education', 'local education of family relationship', 'crisis prevention and management coping ability training', 'safety education', 'learning communication and consensus processes', 'consumer culture education', 'ethics education on environment and resources', 'sustainability education', 'local economic activation education', and other topics of lifelong education topics related to the field of Home Economics Education are required. Consequently, various related programs should be further developed and disseminated.
Total Quality Management(TQM) in Higher Education Institution(HEI) has been popular since early 1980s. Implementation of TQM, however, has not been easy. The difficulties of the implementation is partially due to the lack of effective TQM models in HEIs. This paper proposed a new model based on PDCA cycle. The paper consists of four chapters. First chapter Introduces the status of TQM in HEIs and implementation problems. Second chapter delineates the models used in HEIs. In third chapter, a new model is suggested. Last chapter is the conclusions.
