A paradigm shift in teaching modular construction in higher education and K-12 is proposed as a means to increase the future adoption of the modular construction technique. To this effect, a new education module is presented to STEM educators. This education module is based on LEGOs and directed towards educators in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The main objectives of the education module are to increase interest and knowledge of modular construction, acknowledge the benefits of using 3D design with 4D scheduling, and create a simulating hands-on educational opportunity. The education module is designed to allow participants to experience a hands-on simulation of modular construction and stick-built construction through building a LEGO project. Participants are challenged to find the advantages and disadvantages in both construction systems first-hand and record their findings. Results are presented from the preliminary testing of this education model on a group of construction management students at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Overall, the survey results showed that the LEGO education module was successful at achieving the project's three main objectives: 1) increasing the participants' interest and knowledge of modular construction through an interactive project; 2) increasing the participants' understanding of the benefits of 3D design with 4D scheduling over the use of 2D drawings; and 3) creating a simulating hands-on educational opportunity to help participants compare modular construction to stick-built construction. In the end, this proposed a new LEGO education module addressing the problems identified from this study with more participants.

경영 시뮬레이션 학습은 경영학 교육에 응용되는 교육용 게임 소프트웨어를 활용하는 교수방법으로 기업경영활동을 유사하게 모의화 하여 가상기업들을 경영하면서 경영학 지식, 경영관리 능력, 그리고 문제 해결 능력을 체험하며 학습하는 경영교육 도구로써 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 경영 시뮬레이션 학습에 대한 수업 타당성 분석과 교수모형의 설계를 목적으로 이뤄졌으며 경영 시뮬레이션 학습 교육과정의 대학 도입 및 운영을 위한 사전 단계의 연구로써 경영 시뮬레이션 학습의 동향과 연구현황 조사, 필요성 인식 조사 및 수업 가능성에 관한 문헌조사 그리고 대학 학부생과 기업체 임원에 대한 설문 수요조사 및 분석 연구를 수행함으로써 산업계와 대학교육에서의 경영 시뮬레이션 학습에 대한 필요성과 가능성을 논의하였다. 또한 문헌조사와 수요조사의 분석결과를 활용하여 대학의 경영교육을 위한 경영 시뮬레이션 학습의 교과과정을 설계하고 교수모형으로 제시하였다.

Because of the opening of the education market, They are competing in various ways. And, To survive in this competition. They are making great efforts to improve the lecture satisfaction. If education is regarded as an industry, it can be classified as a representative service industry. Because it is formed as a perfect competition between colleges. And then in this paper, This will focus on the mechanical production Manager duties of industrial engineering department related NCS. This study also conducted empirical studies to analyze factors affecting the curriculum using the KANO analysis.

This study aims to examine the needs analysis for agricultural management capabilities and farming practices that were emphasized by focusing to the inflow of farmers and the importance of the smooth succession. Data were collected from 134 farm successors. The Borich demand and the Locus for Focus model were hired for the study. Result were as follows. The competency group that the farm successors showed a high educational needs for was financial management. As for the detailed competencies that farm successors showed high educational needs for, based on Borich demand and the Locus for Focus model, the six detailed competencies of financial measures, financial analysis, financial management, sales planning, machine operation, and pest management were common and were derived as priorities. As for the direction of farming practice education for farm successors, based on these analysis results, education on machinery operation in the production sector should be expanded, and the management sector, more systematic and diverse education should be prepared to strengthen financial management capabilities.

Purpose: The number of people with disabilities and the elderly over 65 years of age is gradually increasing due to physical disabilities and social aging. Their typical physical disorders or chronic diseases include low back pain, sciatic pain, arthritis, and musculoskeletal systems such as discs. The average prevalence of disease is 78%. These are various physical obstacles and hindrances in daily life. Research design, data and methodology: From August 6, 2019 to September 24, 2019, the Senior Welfare Center in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, operated a healthy body exercise and health education program for living health management. Results: The vascular health index using U-Bio pulse wave was relatively good at the first average of +7.4, but the second average of -6.3. This can be seen as a result of the combination of diet and lifestyle education along with the effect of corrective exercise. As a result of body shape measurement analysis, the number of persons requiring management with 3 or more body imbalances was found to be from 75% before to 62.5% afterwards. Conclusions: Exercise effect appears when exercise lasts for at least 10 weeks. Some performances were good, but there were limitations due to the operation of a short training period.

이 논문에서는 초중등학교의 PC와 통신 장비에 대한 운영을 종합적으로 관리하기 위한 통합 관리시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 PC의 시스템 정보 관리, 네트워크 정보 관리, 원격관리 등의 기능과 라우터의 회선 관리 및 성능분석 기능을 제공한다. PC 관리를 위한 시스템 및 네트워크 구성 정보 모니터링이 가능하며, 원격 PC의 화면을 수집하여 현 상황 파악이 가능하다. 네트워크장비의 관리를 위해 SNMP를 이용한 회선 인터페이스 정보 수집과 폴링에 의한 이용률 등의 분석 기능을 제공하고 있다. 통합 관리 시스템을 통해 시스템 관리 교사가 PC및 네트워크 요소에 대한 자원정보 수집과 모니터링이 가능하여 학교 내 모든 전산 자원에 대해서 일괄 관리가 가능하다.

This study aims to examine the effects of high school students' time management behaviors on their satisfaction with educational consumption and school life. Three hundred seventy-six high school students in Seoul participated in this investigation. The SPSS ver. 19.0 program was adopted for the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the present study can be summarized as follows: first, the levels of time management behavior, satisfaction with educational consumption at school, and satisfaction with school life were relatively high. Second, an analysis of the relative influence on satisfaction with educational consumption revealed that the students' time management behavior was the most influential factor, followed by academic achievement. As the levels of time management behavior and academic achievement were high, the level of satisfaction with educational consumption was high. Finally, an analysis of the relative influence of satisfaction with school life also revealed that the students' time management behavior was the most influential factor, followed by academic achievement. Based on the findings, that is, the effects of high school students' time management behavior and other involved variables on their satisfaction with educational consumption and school life, a future study can present specific ways to enhance the level of satisfaction with educational consumption and school life.

Purpose: This study is to examine the effect of a health promoting education program for middle-aged women. Methods: Health promoting education program: The subject group consisted of 116 women between 40 and 60 years of age. Three 12-week sessions consisted of a 90 minute class each week, from March 14th to November 14th, 2003. Pre- and post-education tests were collected after each session. The data was collected using structured questionnaires before and after the education sessions. Data were analyzed employing descriptive statistics, paired t-test with SPSS/PC (10.0 version) program. Results: There were significant changes in health promoting behavior, but no significant changes in the self-efficacy and the knowledge of health management. Conclusion: This study showed that a health promoting education program has partially positive effects for middle-aged women. Based on this study, a continuous education program through a community health center is needed for middle-aged women's health.

본 연구는 도행지의 대표적인 교육실천인 학교 설립 및 운영 과정에 대한 분석을 통하여 도행지의 학교교육관에 대해 살펴보았다. 도행지는 교육기회의 확대를 위하여 다양한 형식의 학교를 설립하고 운영하였다. 이 학교들은 교육대상의 보편화를 위한 도행지의 교육실천으로 전인교육을 위한 교육목표 하에 생활교육론에 입각한 교육내용으로 교사와 학생의 역할분담을 최소화한 "교학주합일"의 교수학습방식을 취하고 있다. 또한 학교 운영에서 학칙과 각종 제도를 통한 제도화 관리와 학생 자치를 통한 민주화 관리를 실시하였다. 이러한 도행지의 교육실천은 학교교육의 교육대상, 교육목표, 교육내용, 교육방법 및 학교 운영의 본질적인 변혁을 일으켰으며 현대 학교교육의 발전에도 중요한 시사점을 제공하고 있다.
