About 93$\%$ of domestic teal estate construction firms registered as the end of 2001 recorded net profits of only less than 500 million won(including firms in the red) for the term. As a result of having analyzed the ratios of sales costs and the structural ratios of sales costs for the past 10 years, it was found that there have been great changes in structural ratios of sales costs. Material costs and labor costs have gradually decreased, but outsourcing costs of processing have greatly increased. In order to find activity points which are fundamental to cost control, the methods of new activity based cost management have been pursued. The characteristics of real estate construction industry lie in the fact that contract prices (sales in) are fixed and amounts of profits differ depending on the use of costs. In order to create maximum profits from fixed contract prices, the new activity based cost management has been proposed. The control of operation budgets and management costs is designed to control their schedules and expenses in different respects. Operation budgets ate executed with specific activities and management costs are controlled as a form of material costs, labor costs, out sourcing costs and expenses which are details of expenditure. In order to execute them by using the methods of new activity based cost management, first of all, we have to analyze what activity drivers ale and how much added values such activities can create. It is considered as a method of cost management which is necessary far the survival management of real estate construction industry.
This paper deals with Activity Analysis Method that is important procedure in Activity Based Costing System Implementation. There are many existing Activity Analysis Method, for example Interview, Questionnaire, Specialist Discussion and Work Measurement. Activity Analysis Data gained through this method has high reliability but this method bring about high cost. In case that certain company needs a strategic costing system, Activity Analysis Method which has high reliability will be need. But, if companies want the costing system as a internal decision making tool only, they need to design the ABC system fast and cheaply. This paper explains that Activity Analysis using existing finn material is good alternatives. So, this paper show the feasibility of Activity Analysis using existing firm material with comparing between job description, job specification information and Activity Analysis information.

The result of management profits create to manufacturing activity. The gross sale profits must be maximum thraw spend of economic value. The profit maximum have to management based key value driver of manufacturing activity. The important factors of the study model are manufacturing value driver(MVD) and manufacturing value added(MVA). We show necessity of management based value by means of a case study.
There was heavy rains that happened for 23 days consecutively in 2006. Many regions have suffered because of rains and among them In-Je and Pyung-Chang area are the most suffered areas at that time. I conducted field survey at those two regions. The case of other damaged regions also reviewed in this paper and volunteer activity of volunteer groups is reviewed. I intended to make clear the volunteer activity system through analysing need capacity of volunteers. Main suggestions are as below. In management system, the nexts are discussed. Improving the ability of village headmen and volunteer groups that manage relief stuffs at the first level and cooperating method with companies are discussed. Supporting system for isolated regions and necessity about developing operating manual are suggested. In education system, specialized education for different disaster areas, field orientation education, and training managerial positions are suggested. In supporting system, improving NDMS(National Disaster Management System), computerized program for volunteer management, insurance for volunteers, issuing a confirmation of volunteering activity, securement of emergency communication system, budget for prevention and donation are also suggested.

Concurrent construction offers considerable improvement for shorten the project duration of its production process. Therefore, standardized concurrent construction is widely applied in building construction projects. However, resources planning for standardized concurrent construction project is manually developed by construction manager. This practice is not effective since it is time-consuming and error-prone for managers to identify all project-specific information, distinguish different activity-resource types, interpret these types and analyze how they affect resource allocated on an ad hoc basis. Therefore, this research investigates the opportunity for leveraging activity modeling to enable automated resource planning for standardized concurrent construction during project development, with identifying the characteristics of construction activities under standardized concurrent planning and determining the activity-resources types that affects resource planning. Both will function as a basis for modeling these construction activities in a computer-interpretable manner and for automation in resource planning.

Recently, enterprises are protecting information assets with the various means of control and management. Nevertheless, they are confronted with the dilemma which the higher securitylevel they request, the lesser efficiency and productivity in short terms they acquire by the inconvenience of business process. In addition, in spite of the steady increase of organization's investment on information protection, the systematic way for the performance measurement of information protection has not been suggested, so that in reality, it is difficult to make the decision to invest on information-protection and elicit the direction to improve it. For this reason, this study intended to establish the concept of the protection and security of information assets of enterprises and to categorize the type of activities to protect information assets into management activity and control activity, and analyze the effects of management activity and control activity for information asset protection on the performance of information asset protection activity and organization. For this research, questionnaire survey was conducted with literature study and the PLS(Partial Least Square) was used to analyze the measurement model and hypotheses testing. The PLS analysis results indicate that management activity for information asset protection affects information asset protection performance. Further, organizational performance is influenced by information asset protection performance. Practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.
This study aims at exploring the relationships between knowledge activity, knowledge activity performance, and organizational performance. By adopting the balanced scorecard perspective, organizational performance was measured by product/service, customer and internal performances. Using data collected from the 36 Korean firms, this study found that knowledge creation activity was positively and significantly related to the organizational performance such as product/service performance, customer performance and internal performance. We also found that knowledge activity performance such as knowledge quality and user knowledge satisfaction mediated the positive relationship between knowledge sharing activity and internal performance.
Objectives: To provide basic data needed to develop national physical activity policy, this study was examined to identify the relationship among physical inactivity, physical activity, and chronic diseases. Methods: I have reviewed articles and research reports in relation to physical activity, health, and chronic disease published in national and international since 2005 through PubMed, RISS, and KISS. Results: physical activity should be the priority of public health for the prevention and management of chronic diseases as following reasons. 1) Prevalence of physical inactivity has been continuously increased. 2) There were strong evidences that sufficient physical activity could prevent and treat dozens of chronic diseases. Conclusions: Both central and local governments need to make the amount of physical activity to be increased by providing information and establishing a physical activity-friendly environment. Also, the local public health centers and the primary medical institutions are institutionally needed to counsel and prescribe every patient's exercise program at every visit.
Purpose - The market orientation of a manufacturer is a very critical competitive advantage factor in the development of new markets and the sustainability and maintenance of existing ones, achieved through the design of customer-oriented products. This is recognized as a virtuous circle, in which firms grow by means of promoting quality management. However, though market-oriented activities are important in management and operations, they seem to be promoted mainly by large-scale enterprises rather than by small- and medium-scale firms, the latter having invested relatively few company resources. Furthermore, few studies and analyses have examined how market orientation relates to the expansion of quality programs within organizations or with business performance; the market orientation and customer-orientation concepts are mixed together when both are used in research. Given the current market situation in which the servitization of manufacturing firms is rapidly expanding, this study's analysis of the effect on market orientation of manufacturers is a significant contribution. From this perspective, this study has several objectives. First, is to analyze and suggest the relationship between market orientation and quality management activity for manufacturers, focusing on three sub-activities: products, process, and quality management activities. Second, it is intended to identify correlation between manufacturers' market oriented activity and their management performance and then to analyze how market orientation affects business performance. The results of a number of prior studies on the correlation between market orientation and management performance have indicated that market orientation does affect management performance. Third, this study also investigates whether any differences in the relationship among market orientation, quality management activity and business performance occur according to company size. The results are used to present operational suggestions for large- and small- and medium-size firms. Research design, data, methodology - This study seeks to analyze and identify the causal features of the organic relationship among market orientation, quality management, and management performance for Korean manufacturing companies using three years (2005-2007) of market orientation, quality management, and business performance data. Subsequently, structural equation modeling was used to analyze the causal features of related factors and it aims to identify the features of market orientation, quality management, and business performance. Results - The analysis examined how market orientation affected the quality management and management performance of 159 smalland medium-size companies. In particular, enterprise quality management was analyzed in relation to management performance with a focus on activities such as leadership, measurement and improvement, quality control, cost management, and process management. Conclusions - The result of the analysis show that market orientation significantly affected all of the quality management activities and that market orientation in turn significantly affected organizational performance. The result of analysis indicate that quality management activities have a significant effect on quality control and cost management.
Purpose: This study intends to review the procedures for the establishment of the plan for disaster mitigation activities and the system for the management of disaster mitigation activities for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard. Method: The requirements, including the activities of each stage of disaster management defined within the scope of the corporate disaster management standard, were identified, the operational cases of 'A' institution were reviewed, and the targets of continuous planning were reviewed to meet the requirements. Result: It was reviewed that the contents and procedures of each phase of disaster management, which is a requirement of the enterprise disaster management standard, are clearly defined, and a task continuity plan is established for each stage of activity. Conclusion: Conclusion : The PDCA model including the activities of each stage of disaster management activities was presented for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard, and the disaster mitigation activity management system model of the broad concept of disaster management including prevention and preparedness plans for disasters was presented.
