전북지역 남자 근로자의 혈청 Glucose, Cholesterol, AST, ALT 농도 분석 (Analysis of Glucose, Cholesterol, AST and ALT in Sera of Man Workers in Jeonbuk Area)

  • We determined the concentration of glucose, cholesterol, AST and ALT in sera of man workers (n=3,247) had health check-up at hospitls in Jeonbuk area. The mean of concentration of glucose, cholesterol and AST of all workers were increased by 0.1%, 14.9% and 33.0% over than the mean of reference, but the mean of ALT was decreased by 0.8% from it. The rate of workers showed abnormal value of glucose, cholesterol, AST and ALT were 9.7%, 25.4%, 23.7% and 5.5%, respectively. The mean of glucose, cholesterol and AST in each age group were increased over than reference, but the mean of ALT was decreased except in fifties. The rate of the workers in each age group showed an abnormal concentration of glucose, cholesterol, AST and ALT were in 5.6~6.7%, 14.9~31.1%, 20.4~29.2% and 5.2~6.0%, respectively. These data suggest that many workers in Jeonbuk area are opened in possibility of getting diabetes, liver disease and heart disease.

영상 내 건설인력 위치 추적을 위한 등극선 기하학 기반의 개체 매칭 기법 (Entity Matching for Vision-Based Tracking of Construction Workers Using Epipolar Geometry)

  • Vision-based tracking has been proposed as a means to efficiently track a large number of construction resources operating in a congested site. In order to obtain 3D coordinates of an object, it is necessary to employ stereo-vision theories. Detecting and tracking of multiple objects require an entity matching process that finds corresponding pairs of detected entities across the two camera views. This paper proposes an efficient way of entity matching for tracking of construction workers. The proposed method basically uses epipolar geometry which represents the relationship between the two fixed cameras. Each pixel coordinate in a camera view is projected onto the other camera view as an epipolar line. The proposed method finds the matching pair of a worker entity by comparing the proximity of the all detected entities in the other view to the epipolar line. Experimental results demonstrate its suitability for automated entity matching for 3D vision-based tracking of construction workers.

누가 행복한 직장인인가?: 인구통계적·심리분석적 요인과 행복수준 간의 관계 (Who is Happy at Work?: The Relationship between Demographic·Psychographic Factors and Happiness Level)

  • 본 연구의 주된 목적은 누가 행복한 직장인인지를 파악하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 성별, 연령대, 결혼여부, 자녀수, 종교, 학력, 직급, 직업, 소득 등과 같은 인구통계적 요인, 외향성, 신경증적 예민함, 긍정신념과 같은 심리분석적 요인 그리고 행복 수준으로 구성된 이론모형을 제안하였고 분석하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 첫째, 인구통계적 요인과 심리분석적 요인 모두 직장인의 행복 수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 자녀수, 신경증적 예민함, 긍정신념은 직장인의 행복을 예측하는 주요 요인인 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 직장인의 행복 수준을 증진시킬 수 있는 요인들을 실증했다는 점에서 시사점이 있다.

산업용 로봇 작업장 안전시스템 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Industrial Robot Workplace Safety System)

  • As the importance of artificial intelligence grows rapidly and emerges as a leader in technology, it is becoming an important variable in the next-generation industrial system along with the robot industry. In this study, a safety system was developed using deep learning technology to provide worker safety in a robot workplace environment. The implemented safety system has multiple cameras installed with various viewing directions to avoid blind spots caused by interference. Workers in various scenario situations were detected, and appropriate robot response scenarios were implemented according to the worker's risk level through IO communication. For human detection, the YOLO algorithm, which is widely used in object detection, was used, and a separate robot class was added and learned to compensate for the problem of misrecognizing the robot as a human. The performance of the implemented system was evaluated by operator detection performance by applying various operator scenarios, and it was confirmed that the safety system operated stably.

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop and execute the village heath worker(VHW) training program which based on short term overseas medical volunteer and medical mission. Methods: Through case studies of previous VHW program and review articles about the state of medical volunteer and medical mission, we developed the VHW training program. Pilot test of the program was carried out in Tugeugarao city, Phillipines on July, 2008. The subject were 32 persons from 15 villages around Tuguegarao city. After training we surveyed regarding the satisfaction of training and the degree of getting knowledge and skills. Results: Through article review, we got the common subjects of previous VHW training program and the limitations of overseas medical volunteer and medical mission. We developed VHW training program aiming to community health promotion through community participation and community change. The main text was "Where There Is No Doctor" of Hesperian Foundation. The program executed through 1 day intensive lecture and practice. The satisfaction of the program was 8.95±1.70 on 10 point rating scale. Conclusions: We strongly expect VHW training program can be available as new model of short overseas medical volunteer as well as medical mission if we could systemize it with the confirming subject before training , management after training and continuous support through connection with the field.

  • Human Engineering has an intention of design to keep the best condition of man-machine system. Hitherto the conception of design has been used to include existing engineering, as mechanical engineering and electric engineering. But the manufactured goods which to be made these process seem to be fully equipped on physical function, but faults come out discountent repeatedly to users. Accordingly, the development of industrial design has been demanded for improving functional design. It is considered that industrial design has aesthetical sensation. In actually, it must be 1. to provide for utility and safety, 2. easy for maintenance, 3. cheap at cost. 4. possible for sales appeal, 5. and good on appearance. As taking into consideration above five conditions, however, for 삯e sake of comprehend to human being about operating method of machinery and equipment, it should be reflected to design what kind of training way will be needed. Also, it must be considered what a certain extent would be occurred tiredness to human being. in other words. it should be considered the design to be possible the reflect to principle of motion economy, It should not be made adoption of human ability for the designed machinery, it must be adopted the method to consider the design on presuppose about human ability. For study of these actual fact, this paper is summarized the essence of human engineering, and also to find out the methodology as humanistic engineering, It is, Particularly, subdivisionization of operation in flow operation is essential direction of mechanization. Generally. as developing the subdivisionization of operation, it will be lack of satisfaction on operation which worker take charge of. The subdivisionization of operation makes the operation to simple-repetitive, to lose the interest of worker and will be also come into question to the feeling of worker's livelihood. It is human's fundamental desire to have get skilful function or special technique. But the subdivisionization of operation hold in those human's fundamental desire and so that it will likely to lose the sorority of living by this fact. Accordingly, this paper have an operation to hold out the methodology on presuppose about human ability.

근로자의 건강영향인지와 사망만인율을 통한 직무스트레스 해소계수 산정 - 제조업 현장근로자를 중심으로 - (Estimation of Job Stress Relieve Coefficient through Recognizing Health Effects of Workers and Death Rate per 10,000 workers - A manufacturing worker -)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to find out what kind of change in death rate when job stress is solved by calculating job stress relieve coefficient. Methods: This study used the data of the fourth working condition survey. Regression analysis was used to determine the relationship between health effects recognition and Death rate per 10,000 workers. After that the recognizing and non - recognizing groups were categorized by health effects recognition, and the differences between the two groups were confirmed by cross tabulation analysis. Results: Regress analysis P-value is 0.011 and $R^2$ is 0.979. Death rate per 10,000 worker increased with the increase in the number of non - health impact recognizing group. The relieve factors were (1) work culture(2.859) (2) physical environment(2.184), (3) improper reward (1,839), (4) relationship conflict(1.646), (5) job requirement(1.613), (6) job autonomy(1.354), (7) job instability(1.334), And (8) organizational system(1.201). The higher the relieve coefficient is, the higher the probability of belonging to the non - health impact recognizing group when there is no job stress factor. Conclusions: When job stress is resolved, there is a high probability that the health impact recognition is reduced, which can lead to an increase in death rate. but according to previous studies, Job stress can cause accidents by reducing the safety behavior of accidents. The job stress management plan should simultaneously consider reducing job stress and increasing health impact recognition.

요양보호사의 긍정심리자본이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on Turnover Intention of Care Worker)

  • 본 연구는 장기요양서비스 제공의 핵심인력인 요양보호사들의 긍정심리자본이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본의 하위요인들인 자기효능감 희망 복원력의 특성을 파악한 결과 '자기효능감'은 배우자가 있고, 근무경력과 1회당 근로시간이 길며, 건강상태가 좋은 경우에 높았다. '희망'은 근무경력과 1회당 근로시간이 길며, 건강상태가 좋은 경우에 높았다. '복원력'은 종교를 가지고 있으며 건강상태가 좋고, 근무경력이 길어서 상대적으로 높은 급여를 받는 경우에 높았다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 전체 긍정심리자본의 특성 차이를 확인한 결과 긍정심리자본의 하위요인에서 나타난 바와 같이 좋은 건강상태가 좋고, 근무경력이 길며, 높은 급여를 받는 경우에 긍정심리자본이 높았다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 이직의도는 근무경력과 근로시간이 짧고 미혼인 경우에 많았다. 마지막으로 긍정심리자본이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 긍정심리자본은 이직의도에 부(-)적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 즉, 긍정심리자본이 많은 요양보호사는 이직의도가 적은 것이다. 요양보호사들의 이직을 감소시켜 확대되는 장기요양보험의 핵심인력으로서 요양보호사가 활발히 활동할 수 있도록 긍정심리자본을 향상하기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

경주 중·저준위방사성폐기물 처분시설의 방폐물검사건물에서 해체 방사성폐기물 대상 방사선작업종사자의 피폭선량 평가 및 작업조건 도출 (The Assessment of Exposure Dose of Radiation Workers for Decommissioning Waste in the Radioactive Waste Inspection Building of Low and Intermediate-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Facility)

  • 한국원자력환경공단은 처분시설 내 1단계 인수·저장구역의 인수검사 공간 및 드럼 취급 공간 부족에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 방폐물검사건물을 건설하여 저장·처리능력을 확충할 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 MCNP 코드를 이용하여 방폐물검사건물 내 저장구역에서 취급하는 해체 방사성폐기물 대상 신형처분용기를 대상으로 작업종사자의 피폭선량을 평가하였다. 평가결과, 시설 내 저장 가능한 최대 용기 개수(304개)와 방사선작업에 대한 연간 예상 작업시간(약 306시간)에 대하여 연간 집단선량은 총 84.8 man-mSv로 계산되었다. 시설 내 총 304개의 신형처분용기(소형/중형 타입)가 저장 완료된 시점에서 인수검사, 처분검사를 위한 작업종사자의 투입인력은 총 25명, 작업종사자 당 예상피폭선량은 연평균 3.39 mSv로 산출되었다. 소형용기 취급 시 작업종사자의 고방사선량 작업에 따른 작업효율과 방사선적 안전성 확보를 위해서는 콘크리트 라이너의 두께를 증가시키는 추가적인 차폐가 필요할 것으로 평가되었다. 향후 본 연구를 바탕으로 실측기반의 해체폐기물의 선원항과 특성을 활용하여 방사선작업 당 작업시간 및 투입인력을 산출함으로써 작업종사자의 최적의 방사선작업조건을 도출할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

고장물리 기반 자동차 서스펜션 모듈 내구설계 (PoF based Fatigue Durability Analysis of Automobile Suspension Module)

  • In the manufacture of automobile suspension modules at a company as parts supplier, the design process includes the detail design and the design modification via structural and fatigue durability analyses considering PoF(physics of failure) of their weldments that are repeated more than four times sequentially. The approval of the design and the release of final drawings follows. For the suspension modules, e.g. control arms and cross member, the man-hours per worker required in the process outlined above can reach as high as 1,414hours. Application of the developed integrated design system can reduce the man-hours of 1,004. In comparison with the conventional design process, this integrated design system reduces the required time by about 40%. If expense is taken into account, a savings of approximately $192,000 is estimated, assuming the design process accounts for 1.5% of total sales for the parts supplier
