In radiation protection and nuclear safety, there are many uncertainties or fuzziness due to subjective human judgement. It is desirable to have a theory by which both non-probabilistic uncertainties, or fuzziness, of human factors and the probabilistic properties of machines can be treated consistently. Fuzzy set theory seems to be an effective tool for analyzing the risk and safety of complex man-machine systems such as nuclear power plants.

The tube voltage in radiographic technique factors of the extremities was studied to use the acryl phantom and aluminum step wedge. It was the proper tube voltage that was over 55-60kV in the finger, over 65kV in the forearm and over 75kV in the knee joint.

This paper describes the developement of a Design Issue Management System (DIMS). Although human factors engineering has been recognized as one of the critical activities in the design of man-machine system, it has been hardly successful nor effective in practice to cope with the hyman factors requirements by regulations. For supporting the human factors engineering in nuclear power plants, DIMS ahs three major modules : Design Requirements Data Base, Design Issue Tracking System, Issue Evaluation Support System. These modules function as formal verification architects that the licensing authority requests for verifying the safety of the equip- ment and facilities in nuclear power plants. An example application to an operator support system, named Critical Function Monitoring System, during its independent review of the human factors shows the usage and the benefit of DIMS.

The Build-Transfer-Lease (BTL) projects have rapidly increased under the Government support during recent years. This paper presents the risk analysis of factors affecting BTL projects in the initial phase. This study resulted in 10 significant risk factors influencing on each phase of BTL projects and then factors were grouped into each phase. The sensitivity analysis was also performed to identify risk factors with more significant influence on BTL projects. The results may useful to practitioners in order to cope with risks in initial phase of BTL projects. The paper resulted in the distribution of risks to project parties, thus it can be used as standards for risk assignment to competent authorities and private enterprises of BTL projects.

The global plant construction market has grown dramatically since 2000. As the market grows, domestic EPC contractors are expanding to meet its needs and have made great strides in terms of economic indicators from a decade ago. Larger projects involve a number of risk factors, such as volatile oil prices, however, and thus require quantitative and elaborate project management techniques for the ultimate success of a project's profitability. In addition, many Korean companies face difficulties in predicting potential risks and problems due to a lack of experience in dealing with the global market trend toward projects based on the Cost-re(Cost Reimbursable) contract as opposed to those based on the LSTK(Lumpsum Turnkey) contract. This study will examine methods and types of man-hour management according to plant project contract types. Further, it will explore the man-hour management system for successful completion of projects by satisfying the client's needs and enhancing the convenience in engineers' using the system. Additionally, this study will analyze the current system and identify its problems to address potential problems.

미국의 애니메이션 제작사인 픽사(Pixar)에서 제작된 <토이 스토리 Toy story>(1995) 1편 이래로 3D 애니메이션은 사실적인 움직임과 렌더링 기법을 지향해 왔다. 하지만 2018년에 개봉한 <스파이더맨 뉴 유니버스 Spider man : into the spider-verse>는 일러스트 기법을 통해 구현된 독특한 배경과 수작업을 통해 제작된 듯한 캐릭터의 역동적인 움직임을 통해 기존의 3D 애니메이션과는 많은 차이점을 보여주며 좋은 평가를 받았다. 본 연구에서는 <스파이더맨 뉴 유니버스>에서 구현된 특유의 스타일을 중심으로, 새로운 제작기법과 표현법에 대해 만화책 같은 아트 스타일과 그 이외에 애니메이션의 완성도를 높이는데 기여한 효과로 두 가지 영역으로 분류해 분석을 진행했다. 만화책 같은 스타일에서는 다시 첫째, 수작업 느낌을 도와주는 효과, 둘째, 만화적인 FX 디자인, 셋째, 코믹스 기법을 직접 활용한 예로 나누었고, 두 번째 영역은 첫째, 독특한 애니메이션 스타일, 둘째, 캐릭터별 다른 렌더링 기법, 셋째, 특유의 편집 스타일로 분류하였다. 기존 할리우드의 다소 정형화된 스타일의 3D 애니메이션 시장에서의 <스파이더맨 뉴 유니버스>는 애니메이션의 다양성 및 예술적 표현의 확장이라는 측면에서 긍정적인 의미를 부여할 수 있다고 판단되며, 본 연구는 관련 분야에서 새로운 제작기법과 표현법을 연구하는 연구자들에게 기초 학술자료나 연구자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

본 연구에서는 기록종목과 대인종목의 경쟁적 운동선수를 과업지향 동기분위기와 자아지향 동기분위기가 완벽주의성향에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써, 최적의 운동수행능력을 발휘할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 대한민국 국가대표 선수촌에서 훈련 중인 엘리트 성인선수 196명을 대상으로 인구통계학적 특성과 완벽주의성향 및 동기분위기에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고, 기록종목과 대인종목으로 분류하여 종목에 따른 인구통계학적 특성과 완벽주의성향, 동기분위기의 차이를 확인하기 위해 교차검증 또는 독립변인 t-검증을 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 가설검증 및 모형적합도를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 완벽주의성향과 과업지향 및 자아지향 동기분위기 모두 대인종목 선수가 기록종목 선수보다 강한 것으로 확인되었고, 기록종목 운동선수의 경우 과제지향 동기분위기와 자아지향 동기분위기 모두 완벽주의성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며 과제지향보다 자아지향 동기분위기가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대인종목 운동선수의 경우에는 자아지향 동기분위기만이 완벽주의성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으나, 두 연구모형 모두 나쁜 적합도를 보였다.

본 연구의 주된 목적은 누가 행복한 직장인인지를 파악하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 성별, 연령대, 결혼여부, 자녀수, 종교, 학력, 직급, 직업, 소득 등과 같은 인구통계적 요인, 외향성, 신경증적 예민함, 긍정신념과 같은 심리분석적 요인 그리고 행복 수준으로 구성된 이론모형을 제안하였고 분석하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 첫째, 인구통계적 요인과 심리분석적 요인 모두 직장인의 행복 수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 자녀수, 신경증적 예민함, 긍정신념은 직장인의 행복을 예측하는 주요 요인인 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 직장인의 행복 수준을 증진시킬 수 있는 요인들을 실증했다는 점에서 시사점이 있다.
