  • The purpose of this study is to attempt a Analysis of a pointed-end Equipment Arm Safety-Accident for Fault Tree Analysis. Three major techniques were used first problem is Z-Model by which accident Analysis & prevention of a pointed-end Industry can be made, Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) bywhich quantification of a pointed-end Equipment accident Analysis can be made it 5 years in past and the third, manual-written by which minimal cut set to accident can be Identified. A example has been made of issue point a pointed-end Equipment that the Arm in loader happen to Injuries. According to the Analysis lack of safety knowledge, unsafety-behavior seem to be the primal cause of accident. Comparision of the accident cause to actual report demonstratesthat the FTA a efficient tool for Industrial Accident prevention.

콘크리트믹서트럭운전자의 산재보험 적용과 산업재해 (Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Coverage and Industrial Accidents among Concrete Mixer Truck Drivers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to analyze industrial accident compensation insurance coverage and industrial accidents among concrete mixer truck drivers. Methods: Original data on industrial accidents from 2012 to 2017 were analyzed through descriptive statistics. Results: Industrial accident compensation insurance coverage was 44.6% in 2017. Most concrete mixer truck drivers were affiliated with small businesses. A total of 61 industrial accidents occurred in 2012, 65 in 2014, and 80 in 2017. The major types of industrial accident were falls, slips, and crushes. Conclusion: Because concrete mixer truck drivers are at high risk for industrial accidents, industrial accident compensation insurance coverage and industrial accident prevention should be strongly enforced.

지방부 비신호 교차로 교통사고 심각도 예측모형 개발 - 수도권 주변 및 전라북도 지역의 3지 비신호 교차로를 중심으로 - (Development of Severity Model for Rural Unsignalized Intersection Crashes)

  • 일반도로구간에서의 사고발생건수는 2000년부터 2006년까지 감소추세를 보이는 반면 교차로에서의 교통사고건수는 현재까지 꾸준하게 증가하고 있기 때문에 교차로에서의 안전성을 증대시키기 위한 노력이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 신호교차로에서의 도로조건, 교통조건, 교통운영상의 조건 등을 분석하여 교차로의 설계 안전성을 저해시키는 요인들을 찾아내고, 그 요인들과 사고와의 상관관계를 이용하여 지방부 4지 신호교차로의 안전성 판단을 위한 사고 예측모형을 개발하고자한다. 또한 사전에 위험요소를 제거하여 교차로에서의 안전성 평가를 위한 가이드라인을 제시함으로서, 교차로에서의 안전성을 높이는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 교차로에서의 사고분석을 위하여 비선형 회귀분석을 통해 사고모형을 개발하였고, 이러한 모형들을 이용하여 차대차 사고에 영향을 미치는 주요 설명변수들에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 모형분석결과, 포아송회귀분석(Poisson Regression)이 모형개발에 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 사고에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 좌회전 전용차로, 횡단보도, 제한속도, 조명시설, 교차각, ADT 등으로 분석되었다.

Tobit 모형을 이용한 간선도로 사고 요인 분석 (Analysis of Accident Factors at Arterial Roads Using Tobit Model)

  • PURPOSES : The intents of the study are to identify the accident factors and to demonstrate the potentials of tobit model as a tool to study the number of accidents on arterial roads segments. METHODS : This paper uses a tobit regression as a methodology to analyze the factors affecting the number of accidents. In pursuing the above goal, this study gives particular attentions to analyzing the data of 2,446 accidents (1,610 in major arterial roads and 836 in minor arterial roads) occurred on arterial roads in 2007 to 2010. RESULTS : First, 3 accident models which were classified by total arterial roads, major arterial roads and minor arterial roads, and were all statistically significant were developed. Second, the exclusive right-turn lane as common variable, and the number of accident, traffic volume, number of lanes, link length, rate of median, number of entrances, number of pedestrian crossings, number of curves, number of bus stops and exclusive left-turn as specific variables of the models were selected. Finally, the paired sample t-test could not be rejected the null hypotheses of three types of models. CONCLUSIONS : Using data from vehicle accidents on arterial roads, the estimation results show that many factors related to roadway geometrics and traffic characteristics significantly affect to the number of accidents.

중대산업사고 고위험 사업장에서의 화학사고위험경보제의 효과 (Effects of Chemical Accident Risk Warning System in High Risk Workplaces of Major Industrial Accidents)

  • The Ministry of Employment and Labor implemented the process safety management(PSM) system from 1996 to prevent major industrial accidents caused by chemical substances, but the number of accidents did not drastically decrease. Even in workplaces with excellent PSM ratings, large-scale chemical accidents still occur due to non-compliance with safety work procedures and insufficient safety measures during maintenance and other work. Accordingly, the chemical accident risk warning system was introduced in 2014 to supplement the PSM system and prevent accidents that may occur during regular or unexpected maintenance and repair work. In the meantime, changes in the safety management system have been checked since the introduction of the chemical accident risk warning system at chemical handling workplaces, and based on the results, a plan for upgrading this system has been proposed. The effect of the CARW system was found to directly prevent accidents through wired and on-site consulting and post-management at the workplace and indirectly contribute to the establishment of a safety and health management system at the workplace, such as improving safety culture awareness.

  • This paper suggests to standardize railway accident restoration types as the standardized code and to develop standard operation procedures(SOP) for the efficient railway accident management and recovery system. First of all, occurred damage types as the existing railway accident types in both domestic and foreign cases have been carefully analyzed and then reclassified. Therefore, this study suggested the combination of 3 distinct code factors: restoration class, restoration object, and restoration location to standardize them. In addition, temporary restoration SOP will play a major role in the railway accident batabase management system and SOP for the damage limitation and the prevention of accident spread.

폭주반응에 의한 사고사례 고찰

  • 화학공장에서 발생되는 중대산업사고(major industrial accident)는 그 영향이 공장내부에만 국한되지 않고 인근 지역의 주민들과 환경에까지 치명적인 영향을 미친다. 이러한 중대산업사고의 원인은 여러 가지가 있을 수 있으나 발열화학 반응공정에서 발생될 수 있는 폭주반응도 그 중 하나이다. 폭주반응에 의한 중대산업사고(major industrial accident)의 대표적인 사례로는 인도의 보팔(Bhopal)에서 methylisocyanate 누출사고와 이탈리아의 세베소(Seveso) 폭발사고를 들 수 있으며 보팔 사고의 경우 사망자수가 2,000명 이상이었고, 20,000명 이상이 부상하였으며, 세베소 사고의 경우 막대한 환경피해를 입혔다.(중략)

해빙기 가스사고분석 및 사고예방 대책 제시 (Gas Accident Analysis and Suggestion of Countermeasure at Thawing Season)

  • 연료가스의 사용이 늘어남에 따라 이로 인한 가스사고를 적절하게 관리할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 최근 4년 동안 발생했던 사고를 체계적으로 분석하여 사고 발생에 영향을 미치는 주된 요인을 찾아내고 이를 사고감소 대책을 제시하는데 활용한다. 해빙기는 연평균 치보다 사고발생비율이 높아 상대적으로 취약한 기간으로 분석되었다. 동 기간동안 LPG(Liquefied petroleum gas) 사고는 연 평균치와 비슷하나 전체적으로 차지하는 비중이 높으며 원인별로는 사용자취급부주의에 의한 사고와 제품불량 혹은 시설미비에 의한 사고가 많아 이에 대한 대책이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 동 기간동안 도시가스사고는 연 평균치보다 높아 전반적으로 주의 깊게 관리할 필요가 있으며 특히 원인별로 시설미비로 인한 사고 및 타공사로 인한 사고가 비중이 높았다. 비중이 높은 사고나 연 평균치보다 사고비율이 높은 사고에 대해 이를 저감할 수 있는 대책을 제안하였다.

건설 보통인부의 안전재해 영향요인 및 재해강도 분석 (An Analysis on the Accident Influence Factor and Severity of Construction General Workers)

  • General workers who assist various technicians in different fields with their work across the whole construction sites without having a particular skill are at risk of the highest accident rate and their accident form becomes varied. Accordingly, this study was conducted to identify the relationship between form of safety accident and influence factor in general workers and analyze accident severity by influence factor. The followings are the results from this study. First, as a result of analyzing major form of accident and influence factors in general workers with network analysis methodology, nine forms of accident and seventeen influence factors were drawn. Second, it was found that in accident severity among general workers, collapsing, among various forms of accident, appeared the highest, followed by fall, electric shock, fire, hit by an object, bumped against, trip, scission getting cut chopped in order. Third, main points of special, concentrated, and permanent management were presented in order to reduce the safety accident in general workers effectively.
