NGIS를 위한 국가기본지리정보 유지관리 방안 (Study on the Maintenance of National Framework Data for NGIS)

  • Our country is constructed the digital map in the first NGIS plan. Through digital map construction, it was had the potentiality that can more easily activate GIS. But these data included numerous problems from user's view. In the second NGIS plan, our government try to construct the framework data for the maximization of GIS utilization. This paper is showed a step of update that considered relationship between the national framework data themes, suggested the structure of maintenance activity for national framework data.

환경성평가를 통한 비위생 매립지 정비방안 (Uncontrolled Landfill Maintenance Plans through the Environmental Evaluation)

  • In this study, we intend to present the uncontrolled landfill maintenance plans by diversely reviewing the operating conditions of landfill and environmental effects and economical issues resulted from the operation of landfill for the purpose of suggesting the optimal maintenance plans applicable to the uncontrolled landfill and unused landfill located in Korea. We perform the basic and precise surveys against three landfill sites showing the biggest problem out of 8 unsanitary landfills sites located in Y County. We compare and review the treatment plans prepared and operated by the N Landfill. The compared and reviewed results show that the local stabilization plan is more effective than the excavation and transfer treatment plan when considering the economic efficiency only. However, the excavation and transfer treatment plan is valid when considering the diverse elements. The G Landfill is operated with separated into living waste landfill section and construction waste landfill section. However, some landfill gas collection bores or holes are installed in its living waste landfill section, which has not been used for about 20 years, as a part of follow-up control. The element causing the environmental damage is considerably reduced in its living waste landfill section. However, the effort to keep the follow-up control through the local stabilization work is required. The landfill is under processing in the construction waste landfill section. However, most of buried wastes are the inorganic wastes such as waste materials and concrete, so the maintenance plan focused on the use of top land by installing the local stabilization facilities is considered as an effective plan. The landfill is under processing in the K Landfill. It seems to be difficult to maintain this landfill through the local stabilization. The excavation and transfer treatment plan to completely remove the potential environmental pollution source is considered as the valid plan.

고산 윤선도 금쇄동 정원유적 정비에 관한 연구 (A Study of Planning for Gumswae-dong Garden Heritage Maintenance)

  • 고산 윤선도의 금쇄동 원림과 현산고성은 사적 432호로 일괄 지정된 문화재로 진정성 있는 정비복원이 요구되는 정원유산이다. 본 연구는 고산원림과 현산고성 유적의 진정성 및 완전성 유지 강화와 고산문학의 산실인 윤선도 유적의 종합적이고 체계적인 정비계획을 세우는 것이다. 연구방법으로 관련 주민 및 전문가 인터뷰, 사료조사, 현장측량 조사 및 항공사진 분석 등과 함께 사례연구, 전문가 워크샵을 실시하였다. 정비계획 내용은 다음과 같이 요약 될 수 있다. 첫째, 발굴구역 설정을 위해 핵심 발굴 구역, 발굴 권장구역, 발굴 검토구역을 계획하였다. 둘째, 고산 당대 명명된 유구들인 22개 경관을 대상으로 안내시설 설치, 주변식생정비, 동선 정비 및 안전시설 설치, 조망지점 정비와 기타 편의 시설로 작은 휴게장소와 데크 설치를 제안하였다. 셋째, 금쇄동기, 고지도, 옛 항공사진, 주민 면담 등을 통해 기존 산길을 찾아내고 필요한 길을 정비하여 정원감상을 위한 동선을 계획하였다. 넷째, 정확한 조성시기 확인과 발굴 후 보전 계획이 요구되는 대상들로서 식생정비 및 주변 정비를 계획하였고, 유적이 없는 대상의 경우 관람 및 편의를 위한 시설과 경관의 다양성과 생태적 효과를 위한 부분별 습지를 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 현산고성은 기본적으로 정비방식 설정을 위한 발굴과 고증이 요구되나 편축성과 협축성에 대한 정비계획과 식생 정비수준을 계획하였다.

웹 기반의 공동주택 장기수선계획 시스템 (A Web-based Long-Term Repair Planning System for Apartment House)

  • 공동주택은 준공 후 일정기간이 경과하면서 사용된 자재의 내구연한에 따라 노후화 현상이 나타난다. 구성자재의 내구연한에 의해 일부부위는 짧은 시간내에 수선을 하여야 하며 어떤 부위는 장시간이 경과한 후에 수선을 하기도 한다. 이와 같이 건물에 나타나는 다양한 노후화 현상에 대해 체계적일 유지관리를 하려면 준공후 경과년수에 따른 장기적인 계획수선을 필요로 한다. 장기수선계획작성에는 건물의 공종에 따른 수선시기를 예측하여 이를 기초로 작성해야 한다. 공동주택에서 장기수선계획이 계획에 지나지 않으며 실질적인 수선에 적용되지 못하는 주요인은 앞으로 수선이 예측되는 건물의 각 부위에 대한 수선시기를 예측하지 못하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 전국에 산재한 공동주택을 장수명화하기 위해 장기수선계획을 활용하여 .해당단지의 부위별 재료의 특성을 반영한 수선주기 및 수선시기를 예측하고, 공동주택 관리자가 주기적 점검, 진단, 교체 등의 사항을 유지관리 캘린더에 의해 단지별로 자동관리할 수 있는 웹기반 유지관리 시스템을 제안하다.

  • 국가 중요시설물인 터널에 대한 유지관리업무는 관리주체별, 용도별, 터널 규모별로 각각 상이하게 수행되고 있다. 현재 각 관리주체별로 운영중인 국내 터널유지관리시스템을 분석해보면 수기 또는 초보적인 전산화만이 되어 활용도가 매우 저조한 것이 현 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 터널의 계획, 설계, 시공 단계의 관련자료 뿐 아니라 보수 보강 이력 자료 등의 유지관리단계에서 조사된 여러 현장조사와 터널 스캐너에 의한 결과를 통합한 새로운 터널유지관리시스템을 구축하여 국내 여러 터널 현장에 적용한 후, 이의 적용성을 분석하였고, 터널 유지관리방법의 개선안을 제안하였다.

Integrating Machine Reliability and Preventive Maintenance Planning in Manufacturing Cell Design

  • This paper presents a model for designing cellular manufacturing systems (CMS) by integrating system cost, machine reliability, and preventive maintenance (PM) planning. In a CMS, a part is processed using alternative process routes, each consisting of a sequence of visits to machines. Thus, a level of 'system reliability' is associated with the machines along the process route assigned to a part type. Assuming machine reliabilities to follow the Weibull distribution, the model assigns the machines to cells, and selects, for each part type, a process route which maximizes the overall system reliability and minimizes the total costs of manufacturing operations, machine underutilization, and inter-cell material handling. The model also incorporates a reliability based PM plan and an algorithm to implement the plan. The algorithm determines effective PM intervals for the CMS machines based on a group maintenance policy and thus minimizes the maintenance costs subject to acceptable machine reliability thresholds. The model is a large mixed integer linear program, and is solved using LINGO. The results point out that integrating PM in the CMS design improves the overall system reliability markedly, and reduces the total costs significantly.

  • The process of determining whether, when, where and how to intervene, of deciding on optimum allocation of resources and minimizing the cost is a very complex problem: different track sections tend to behave differently under the effects of loading; decision-making processes for maintenance work are closely interrelated technically and economically; decision-making for maintenance plans is based on a large quantity of technical and economic information, extensive knowledge and above all experience. For that reason, It is considered very important to develope objective and computer-aided decision-making support system for track maintenance plan. On this paper, we reviewed ECOTRACK system and present the plan of develope decision-making support system for track maintenance appropriate to local condition.

  • According to the educational statistics and information data, there were 11,317 elementary school, middle school and high school facility as of 2011. During the post decade, 1,256 schools are increased. The school facility maintenance is the important factor for the whole facility life cycle because it determines the useful life of a facility. Current school facility maintenance practices tend to ad-hok kery, namely, repairment is made after a problem is discovered. The purpose of this study is to propose the new maintenance works and management system to improve the process of maintenance. In addition, the authors suggested school facility improvement plan based upon the questionnaire survey of related management officials.

  • RIMS(Rolling Stock Information Maintenance System) was installed in structure which it can analyze the data base in need of credibility maintenance. So it could accumulate real data without repulsion of working spot. Information system was installed not following to system but following to working spot. The development of RIMS project was started from March 29, 2001 and it has been operating from October 12, 2004 in Chang-dong Car depot for light maintenance in charge subway line4. So substantial data base was accumulated for three years. This study calculated all RAMS data by analyzing data base accumulated in RIMS and used in dada base about credibility maintenance and found investigation of propriety, expectation of the life cycle cost, the improvement plan on credibility of sorts of cars and formation about the cycle of repairing and maintenance. This got MKBSF MKBF and MTBF about devices and sorts of line4 Rolling Stocks for it.
