  • In the semiconductor and optical industry. a new transport system which can replace the conventional transport system is required. The Transport systems are driven by the magnetic field and conveyer belts. The magnetic field may damage semiconductor and the contact force may scratch the optical lens. The ultrasonic wave driven system can solve these problems. In this semiconductor and optical industry, the non-contact system is required for reducing the damages. The ultrasonic transportation is the solution of the problem. In this paper, the ultrasonic levitation system for levitation object are proposed. The 3D vibration profiles of the beam are measured by Laser Scanning Vibrometer for verifying the vibration characteristics of the system and the amplitudes of the beam and the levitation heights of object are measured fore evaluating the performance.

  • It is as result that study to apply mini magnet nerve curer in peripheral nervous system disease treatment. Simulator and embodied action power and Control Unit in cylinder form of magnet roof object firstly. Yielded service area about special quality of probe of loop object cylinder style and treatment area dimension and distance of treatment pulse secondly. Embody pulse forming course energy value by Probe's form by third, could embody treatment pulse by disease. Specially, through a special quality experiment, saved Damping pulse form and treatment digital forming etc. variously. Lately, embodied this to aid a little in disease treatment that follow that there is no invasion that there is no stimulation by medicine development. Neuralgia, muscular disease and Altzheimer, with stroke etc. is becoming the matter of concern and interest which disease of adult etc. it is same is important. And the melancholia in compliance with the modern direction of a ceremony which is complicated and garrulous, trillion it will cry and symptoms, it is a tendency where the emotional obstacle etc. nervous psychiatric disorder patient is increasing at class speed. But currently the applicator it will be able to treat like this disease almost it is a condition which is wholly lacking. Consequently like this disease it used magnetic stimulation and it diagnosed and the equipment it will be able to treat plan and it embodied.

  • The coupling effect of electric fields incident on the biological object is investigated in regards to dosimetry for a wireless power transfer(WPT) system using electromagnetic resonance phenomenon. The internal electric fields induced a biological sphere model exposed to a magnetic dipole are calculated with the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method considering both incident electric and magnetic fields, the impedance method considering only incident magnetic fields, and theoretical analysis. The results represent that the electric coupling effect on a biological object nearby the WPT system should be considered to conduct exact dosimetry.

  • Transport systems which are the important part of the factory automation have much influence on improving productivity. Object transport systems are driven typically by the magnetic field and conveyer belt. In recent years, as the transmission and processing of information is required more quickly, demands of optical elements and semiconductors increase. However, conventional transport systems are not adequate for transportation of those. The reason is that conveyor belts can damage precision optical elements by the contact force and magnetic systems can destroy the inner structure of semiconductor by the magnetic field. In this paper, the levitation transport system using ultrasonic wave is developed for transporting precision elements without damages. Vibration modes of each flexural beam are verified by using Laser Scanning Vibrometer.

  • Many three-dimensional object modeling and display methods for computer graphics and computer vision have been developed. Recently, with the help of medical imaging devices such as computerized tomography, magnetic resonance image, etc., some of those object modeling and display methods have been widely used for capturing the shape, structure and other properties of real objects in many medical applications. In this paper, we propose the reconstruction and display method of the three-dimensional object from a series of the cross sectonal image. It is implemented by using the automatic threshold selection method and the contour following algorithm. The combination of curvature and distance, we select feature points. Those feature points are the candidates for the tiling method. As a results, it is proven that this proposed method is very effective and useful in the comprehension of the object's structure. Without the technician's responce, it can be automated.

  • In this paper, we proposed a method to measure the gap between the magnetic pole and the levitated object applying the inductance characteristic which vary according to gap. We made a driving circuit which supply the control input PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal and the carrier PWM signal to estimate the gap. Because the inductance is a function of gap, and the current of the carrier signal is a function of the inductance. We investigated the validity of the proposed method through the experimental results.

  • In this paper, we address the development of magnetic levitation positioning system. This planar magnetic levitator employs four permanent magnet liner motors. Each motor generates vertical force for suspension against gravity, as well as horizontal force for drive levitation object called a platen This stage can generate six degrees of freedom motion by the vertical and horizontal force. We derived the mechanical dynamics equation using lagrangian method and used coenergy to express an electromagnetic force. We proposed control algorithm for the position and posture control from its initial value to its desired value using sliding mode control. Some simulation result is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

  • The magnetic flux leakage(MFL) type nondestructive testing(NDT) method is widely used to detect corrosion, defects and mechanical deformation of the underground gas pipelines. The object pipeline is magnetically saturated by the magnetic system with permanent magnet and yokes. Hall sensors detect the leakage fields in the region of the defect. The defects are sometimes occurred in group. The accuracy of the detecting signals in this defect cluster become lowered because of the complexity of the defect cluster. In this paper, the effects of the multi -defects are analyzed. The detecting signals are computed by 3-dimensional finite element method and compared with real measurement. The results say that, rather than the size of the defects, the effects of the relative position of the multi-defects are very important on the detecting signals.
