This study focus on what methods of MOT are needed and utilized to solve a technical problem in the MOT leading company. We first classified the MOT methods by project life cycle and R&D job quality based on the several discussion with working group. In order to study, the survey was carried out by 168 experts working on MOT practices. Our main research findings are as follows. The level of utilized MOT methods was above average because MOT sector was beginning to represent an increasing share of total R&D business. But the satisfaction level on the MOT majors was below average. The more utilized MOT methods in practices were 'environment analysis and opportunity research,' 'business feasibility,' 'roadmapping,' 'portfolio,' 'technology tree,' 'scheduling,' 'risk management,' 'six sigma,' 'design of experiment,' 'quality control,' 'cost analysis' etc. And the subjects of product realization process were also needed to MOT practice such as 'design for reliability,' 'design for cost,' 'design for performance,' 'design for safety' deeply involved to product quality. Finally, the capability requested to University students were 'problem define and solving,' 'technology planning and strategy,' 'creative thinking.'

본고에서는 T-DMB에서 사용하는 데이터 서비스에 필요한 프로토콜 중, 세션계층의 프로토콜을 분석하여 UML로 모델링하였다. 세션계층에 속한 프로토콜로는 MOT 프로토콜과 데이터 그룹 프로토콜이 있다. 이 프로토콜들은 데이터 서비스를 위한 프로토콜로 방송웹사이트나 슬라이드 쇼 등을 전송하는데 이용된다. MOT 프로토콜은 부가 정보를 포함하는 객체 정보를 부호화 하는 과정이고, 데이터 그룹 프로토콜은 MOT 부호화된 객체를 분할하는 과정이다. 이러한 분석은 MOT 데이터 서비스를 위한 송수신기 설계 및 구현에 활용될 수 있다.

최근 MOT라는 키워드에 접할 기회가 많은데 이 말이 일본의 <잃어버린 10년>을 잠깨우는 계기가 될 수가 있기를 바란다. 1980년대 일본 제품이 세계를 석권하던 때가 엊그저께 같은데 과거 10여 년간은 침체의 늪에 빠져 있다가 요 몇 년 동안의 부활이 다시 옛날 영광의 산업게에 찾아오면 좋겠다. MOT라는 키워드가 이런 의미에서 일본 부흥의 전기가 된다면 MOT 논의(論議)도 가치 있는 일이 될 것이다.

This study focuses on the necessity of MOT methods in companies, especially the utilization level. Based on the analysis structure of the previous study (2012), this study was conducted to compare the results with the previous results. We investigated the settlement level of MOT, the degree of necessity for MOT methods, the degree of actual use, and the Product Realization Process (PRP) for MOT-related researchers in electronic companies (n=184). It was confirmed that the higher the demand for MOT methods in the corporate field, the higher the utilization level (ratio). In particular, the need for and utilization of techniques such as Environmental Analysis, Business Opportunity Analysis, Project Feasibility Review, Roadmap, Risk Management was high. These methods were beneficial along with cost management and quality management techniques. The most challenging part of using MOT methods was the lack of systematic use, the absence of experts, and the difficulty in selecting suitable techniques. The necessity of opening subjects such as Creative Thinking, Communication, Teamwork, and Professional Ethics was high among the PRP subjects. Furthermore, the necessity of opening courses in Cost and Safety Design and Applied Statistics was higher than in the previous study.

우리나라 기술경영 교육은 1990년대에 대학에서 독립된 형태의 전공으로 교육과정이 개설된 이후 약 30년 동안 지속적으로 발전하여 국내 여러 대학으로 확산되어 왔다. 그러나 국내 대학에서 제공되는 기술경영 교육과정의 발전과정과 주제들을 구체적으로 다룬 연구가 많지 않았다. 본 연구는 우리나라 기술경영교육의 특성을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 발전방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라 기술경영교육의 역사를 시기별로 살펴보고 국내 대학의 기술경영 교육과정에서 다루는 주제들과 특징을 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 대학원 과정의 기술경영교육이 제공하는 교육 과목들을 주제별로 분류하고 대학들 간 구성을 비교하는 내용분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 우리나라 기술경영교육의 특성을 도출하고, 연구결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 기술경영교육의 발전과제를 제시하였다.

Technology has always been the force multiplier that influenced production and effected increase in the standard of living. The difficult choices involved in developing and implementing new technologies are recognized, but the right choice is rarely well defined and progress is often subject trial and error. The process of managing technologies to create wealth is called MOT. MOT is proposed as the central link for knowledge drawn from engineering, business, science, and corporate practice. One academic response to global competition is the creation of graduate program in MOT that have different academic and experience requirements. The purposes of this paper can be divided into two categories: how about the realities of MOT programs in Korea and what is the recommendation for universities to introduce this program.

The bacterial flagellar motor is a molecular machine that couples proton or sodium influx to force generation, mostly for driving rotation of the helical flagellar filament. In this study, we cloned a gene (motX) encoding a component of the sodium-driven flagellar motor from Vibrio fluvialis. The nucleotide sequence of the motX gene, composed of 633 bp and 211 amino acid residues, was determined. Overexpression of the motX gene in Escherichia coli using a strong promoter induced growth inhibition and cell lysis. The lethal effect of E. coli was suppressed by adding amiloride, as a potent inhibitor for the sodium channel. Electron microscopic observation of the expressed protein indicated that MotX protein induced by isopropyl ${\beta}$-D-thiogalactopyranoside caused the lysis of host cell.

최근 들어 디지털 기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어 다양한 형태의 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스들에 대한 요구가 증대되어 지면서 라디오 방송 역시 디지털화가 진전되고 있다 DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting)는 기존의 아날로그 라디오 방송을 대체할 새로운 형태의 멀티미디어 방송 시스템으로 고품질 오디오 방송뿐만 아니라 다양한 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스도 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 DAB 망에서 효율적인 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위해 부가서비스 제공을 위한 표준인 MOT 프로토콜 성능 최적화 방안에 대해 연구하였다 MOT 프로토콜은 세그먼트 크기, 세그먼트 반복횟수 등에 따라 그 성능이 변화하므로, 성능을 최적화하기 위한 값들을 다중 경로 채널 하에서 시뮬레이션을 통하여 찾아내었다. 시뮬레이션의 결과에 따르면, DAB 망에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용하는 MOT 프로토콜에서 사용하는 세그먼트의 크기는 2Kbyte 정도가 적절하며, 반복횟수는 4회 정도가 적절함을 알 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 3차원 임의 형태 도체 구조의 과도 산란 해석을 위한 결합 적분방정식(CFIE)의 안정된 MOT(Marching-On in Time) 방법을 제안한다. 결합 적분방정 식은 전장 및 자장 적분방정식의 선형적인 결합으로 구성된다. 공식의 전개 과정에서 전방 및 후방, 그리고 중앙 유한 차분을 포함시켜 일반화된 식을 구성하며, 파라미터에 의하여 유한 차분의 종류를 선택할 수 있다. 적분방정식에서 시간에 대한 미분 항을 중앙 유한 차분법으로 근사시키고, 그 외의 시간 의존 항을 평균치로 표현하였을 때, 도체로부터의 과도 산란해는 가장 안정되고 정확하였다. 중앙 유한 차분법을 적용한 MOT 기법에 의한 해를 기존의 방법과 주파수 영역 결합 적분방정식(FD-CFIE)으로부터 얻은 결과의 역 푸리에 변환과 비교한다.
