Objectives: This study was attempted to understand the relation between MBTI personality types and stress, resilience, school Adaptation of nursing students. Methods: The subjects were 177 freshmen of Nursing College who agreed on participating in this research. Data was collected from April, 2nd, 2012 to April, 5th. The data was analyzed by operating t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient with PASW 18.0. Results: It was appeared that ESFJ type was the highest MBTI type among the objects of this study, and ISTJ, ESFP were ranked to next to it. Among the four indexes of MBTI, it was appeared that E(Extroversion), S(Sensing), F(Feeling), and J(Judging) were higher. According to personality types, it showed that I type students perceived stress higher than E type, and E type students adapted themselves to school lives better than I type, and the degree of resilience was higher. Also, the higher the degree of stress they had, the lower school Adaptation and the degree of resilience they got. While, as the school Adaptation got higher, the degree of resilience grew higher. Conclusions: It is needed to help the freshmen of Nursing College to adapt to school efficiently, by testing their MBTI personality types, and then to help I type students to overcome their stress and adapt to school better. Also, it is considered to develop and operate the programs which can improve the resilience, since the results of this study have indicated that the students showing the higher scores of resilience were acclimating to school well.

what is the elements letting users play games consistently other than the growth of the computer technology? What sort of elements can games give to control the balances in the various features of users? The subject of this study was set up for these questions. Examining the result of this study, the analysis of the types of individual characteristics as well as their preferences of playing games in the level of game design in the process of game development can be utilized as a fundamental data for the design of game contents based on user's propensity. Also it can provide the most effective method for controlling the balance of the game world. Moreover, it can be utilized to set up directions for updating the games based on user's propensity. If it can be counted for the potential users' preferences, the result of analysis of individual characteristic would act as good basic data for the balancing of game among various types of users.

Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. Korea railroad industry has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, Korea railroad industry has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Employs take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Employs' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the emotion and preference for shoes styles through empirical research, in accordance with personality type, age and fashion innovativeness of female students. This study was a survey research through convenience sampling of 224 college students. In order to select shoes style, a pre-classification through dictionary and online search was done to choose the representative eight styles of shoes to college students. Personality types was determined from the modified measures of the brief MBTI to fit this study, and the emotional scale of sensibility was revised from the previous studies. SPSS statistical analysis were executed as follows: First, preference and emotion on shoes styles were significantly different in accordance with the shoes type and the diagram from the results of correspondence analysis showed some relationship between the sensibility and shoes styles showing 4~5 clusters. Second, the sensibility and preference had significant difference in some type of shoes according to the personality types of college students. Third, there was a significant difference in the shoes preference and sensibility by accordance of the degree of fashion innovativeness. And there was a significant difference in preference of shoes according to the purchase frequency of consumers. We hope this data is useful to this current dynamic market of shoes to the both sides of producer and consumers.

This study was conducted on 139 nursing students in their junior year of college in G City from October 29 to November 1, 2018, in order to identify the effects of personality type, academic stress and stress coping methods on college life adjustment. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in college life adjustment (t=2.54, p=.012) according to gender (t=-3.55, p=.001), satisfaction of major (F=9.38, p<.001), satisfaction of interpersonal relationships (F=12.24, p<.001), and judging or perceiving (JP) among the MBTI preference pairs (t=2.54, p=.012). College life adjustment had a significant negative correlation with academic stress (r=-.56, p<.001). Factors that affected college life adjustment included academic stress (β=-.40, p<.001), satisfaction of interpersonal relationships (β=-.27, p<.001), and gender (β=.22, p=.002), and the explanatory power of these factors was 40.6%. Based on the findings of the study, it is necessary to develop and apply extracurricular programs to help nursing students reduce academic stress and improve their interpersonal relationships so that they can adjust well to college life.

본 논문은 사용자의 피부 상태에 따라 사용자에게 적합한 화장품을 소개해주는 화장품 추천 웹 쇼핑몰, "PBTI"를 개발한다. 요즘 유행하는 성격 유형 설문조사인 MBTI에서 영감을 받아 피부 유형과 퍼스널 컬러를 검사하고 이를 기반으로 화장품을 추천하는 온라인 쇼핑몰 웹사이트를 제작하게 되었다. 바우만 교수의 피부 유형 지표를 바탕으로 제작된 질문을 통해 사용자들의 피부 유형을 검사하고 해당 피부 유형 결과에 따른 상품을 추천해주는 알고리즘이 탑재되어 사용자에게 맞는 상품을 추천해준다. 텐서플로우 기반의 인공지능을 탑재하여 퍼스널컬러 테스트를 제작하였다. PBTI의 이러한 무료 테스트 서비스 제공은 다른 온라인 뷰티 쇼핑몰과 극명한 차별점을 만들고, 쇼핑몰 매출을 크게 증대시킬 것으로 기대한다.

In this study, MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) test was carried out targeting flight instructors and student pilots in charge of introductory flight training course. The results was analyzed in accordance with the personality type, the preferred indicator, and the combination of preferred indicators in order to see how these characteristics affect the flight training results. Most of personality types of the instructor, regardless of the attitude category such as E or I, were -STJ(70.6%), however the student pilot showed a variety of personality types, rather than professors. Sensing-type(S) students showed higher academic achievement scores than Intuition-type(N), and Judging-type(J) students showed higher academic achievement scores and pilot qualification scores than Perceiving-type(P). The success rate of Extraversion-type(E) student pilots was higher than that of Introversion-type(I) student pilots. As the personality combinations of instructor and student pilot, the academic achievement scores of Judging-Judging(J-J) type were higher than those of Perceiving-Perceiving(P-P) type. The combination of Extraversion-Extraversion(E-E) type showed higher success rate than Extraversion-Introversion(E-I). This result suggests that if both instructor and student pilot have same attitude of Extroversion(E), good training results can be expected.

Objectives: To deter job migration and to facilitate a more efficient personnel management system, a personality type analysis tool, such as MBTI and Enneagram, may be considered. These tools can facilitate better recognition of talent among prospective employees, as well as more efficient allocation of tasks for greater job satisfaction. Methods: This study conducted direct interviews with dental hygienists currently employed at two major dental organizations, which operate the largest networks of clinics across the greater metropolitan area. Results : First, in terms of number of turnover experiences, the Head Type showed lower task satisfaction, whereas the Body Type exhibited greater task satisfaction. Second, the Head Type showed greater job satisfaction compared to the other types. Third, the SJ Type, often considered the traditionalist in terms of long-term employments, exhibited greater tendencies toward long-term commitment with one employer. Fourth, dental hygienists, in terms of long-term employment, are negatively affected by task satisfaction, and positively affected by job satisfaction. Conclusions: It is thought to be considerable to use personality type analysis tools in clinical human resource management.

Nowadays, the human resources of an organization are very important in order to survive in competitive business environment. This study investigates the influence of four decision-making styles in Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as key conceptions of organizational effectiveness. The result of this study has shown that organizational effectiveness are influenced by personality types and working conditions. Based on the result, an enterprise must provide working conditions which are conducive and suitable for all decision-making styles. For ST-type, the composition of good relationship with superiors, clear organization's visions and goals and rewarding compensation on original idea contribution need to be provided. On the other hand, autonomic authority and job assistance in co-worker are more suitable for NT-type. Finally, in the case of SF-type, the organization must give job assistance in co-worker.
