  • 제3차 전력수급기본계획(산업자원부, '06.12 공고)확정 고시 후 한전에서는' 07.1월 장기 송변전설비계획(2006년${\sim}$2020년)을 수립하여 시행중에 있다. 이와 별도로 한전에서는 전력수요 포화 시점(2030년)에 전력계통 구성의 최종목표를 제시 하고자 장기 송변전설비 Master Plan을 수립하였다. 본 논문에서는 전력수요 포화 시점에 대비한 Master Plan 수립방향, 수립결과 분석, 기술적 문제점 및 대책(과도안정도, 고장전류)에 대해 개략적으로 설명하였다. 본 수립내용을 토대로 설비확충 계획 뿐만 아니라 정비계획을 종합한 기존설비 개선.정비 방안을 시행할 예정이다.

원대자묘 벽화 주인공 복식에 관한 연구 - 고구려 복식과의 관련성을 중심으로 -

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the costumes of the master in Yuantaizi(원대자) tumulus murals and to examine the relation to the costumes of Koguryo(고구려). The Master appeared in Yuantaizi Tumulus Murals wear Wuguan(무관), Pingshangze(평상장) and Pao(포) These costumes were used as chaofu(조복) by Han race(한족) at that time. It is believed that Yuantaizi tumulus belongs to a tomb of Qian Yan(전연). So we can conclude that Qian Yan accepted costume systems of Han race. And similar costumes appear in Tumulus Murals of Koguryo built around Pyungyang(평양) and Anak(안악) in 4∼5 century. Especially the master's costumes of Anak Tomb No.3(안악3호분) are nearly the same as Yuantaizi's. Maybe it is closely related to the fact that the master of Anak Tomb No.3 is Dongsu (동수) who defected from Qian Yan.

  • This Paper presents some of challenges of creating feedback force, through manipulation of master manipulator, allowing the user to feel objects within a virtual environment. A sense of touch for the virtual environment. A sense of touch for the virtual environments was generated by a virtual compliance control method. In theis system data communication between the master and slave, we used TCP protocol. In the experiments. A position error between the master and slave arm was about $13.56^{\circ}$ in case that the master and slave arm had not compliance properties of the virtual object, while they have the its properties the position error reduced by $2.43^{\circ}$.

  • Korean government has developed and implemented a five-year master plan in order to enhance construction technology competitiveness and its level of development. However, without detailed assessment of past plans it is not likely to retain feasibility and sustainability of a new five-year plan, This study analyses adequacy of the 4th five-year master plan in terms of evaluation strategies such as indicators, methods, targeted performance through benchmarking various construction policies utilized by developed countries. In addition, this manuscript provides the basis structure and critical factors for establishing future construction policies or plans.

  • Al-Ti-C grain refiner form a relatively new alternative to the existing class of Al-Ti-B type grain refiners for achieving fine equiaxed structures in aluminum alloys during casting and solidification. The present study was carried out to investigate the influence of Al-Ti-C master alloys on the grain structure of Al-7Si alloys. The present study also investigates the relationship between grain refining efficiency and concentrations of Fe and Si in hypo-eutectic Al-Si alloys using Al-3Ti-0.13C master alloys. It is found that several parameters affect significantly the grain refining performance in silumin alloys. The present study reports the influence of various parameters such as alloy content, master alloy addition level, melt holding time and superheat on the grain refining efficiency in Al-7Si alloys.

  • This paper explores design and control methods of a surgical robot for total hip replacement surgery which can be easily maneuvered by a surgeon Like an advanced surgical tool. The 3-DOF in-parallel surgical robot is fixed directly onto patient's femur by the bone clamp during surgery. With the master/slave combined surgical robot, the surgeon can directly control the motion of the surgical robot with surgeon's experience and judgment during operation. For the easiness of operation, the master/slave combined robot is controlled using admittance control paradigm. And for the precise operation, the robot motion is restricted at the surgical boundary using virtual hard wall display.

A Review of the Master Plan for Four Major Rivers Restoration Project

  • Lately the master plan for the Four Major Rivers Restoration Project has been released by the Ministry of Land and Maritime Affairs and relevant ministries. According to the master plan compared with the interim report made on 15 December 2008, the number of weirs for irrigation has increased from 5 to 16, the amount of dredging has increased from 220 million cubic metres to 570 million cubic metres, and the total cost estimated has increased from 14 trillion won to 22 trillion won. A critical review of the master plan by some research group will be summarized focused upon budget, objectives, securing water resource, dredging, and flood control etc. After various experts' forums and field surveys, it is concluded that the government should implement a joint-research program on assessing the impact of the project together with experts and citizens' groups as co-partners, in order to truly save or restore the four major rivers.

Using Central Manifold Theorem in the Analysis of Master-Slave Synchronization Networks

  • This work presents a stability analysis of the synchronous state for one-way master-slave time distribution networks with single star topology. Using bifurcation theory, the dynamical behavior of second-order phase-locked loops employed to extract the synchronous state in each node is analyzed in function of the constitutive parameters. Two usual inputs, the step and the ramp phase perturbations, are supposed to appear in the master node and, in each case, the existence and the stability of the synchronous state are studied. For parameter combinations resulting in non-hyperbolic synchronous states the linear approximation does not provide any information, even about the local behavior of the system. In this case, the center manifold theorem permits the construction of an equivalent vector field representing the asymptotic behavior of the original system in a local neighborhood of these points. Thus, the local stability can be determined.

  • This paper is about automatic design of measuring master gears. Master gears are usually thought of as gears of extreme accuracy level, but are better defined as gages to check the meshing action of production gears. This is usually not recognized because most mechanical gages are associated with static measurements rather than having the form of machine elements used in a functional check involving machine motion. In this paper the interface that allows beginners to design easily and quickly is provided. The addition and modification of data is easy and the reduced design lead time is feasible with the program even though users don't know much about program since it is developed with Visual Lisp and DCL.

  • We made a master hand which can be used as tool for getting grasping data. By using the data from the master hand, we analyzed grasping patterns of human hands. Based on this analyzed results, we developed an grasping algorithm for some particular hand actions. To develop the above algorithm, we programmed a 3D simulation S/W using Visual C++. And we made a slave hand to prove the validity of the proposed algorithm.
