  • This research has a significance on providing basic material of landscape ecological planning and open space planning of the future site by selecting Sinseo innovative city area, large residential land development district in rural area, by classifying biotope types and implementing recreational value assessment in the level of area. First of all, as a result of classification of biotope types in research site, total 11 biotope type groups including stream biotope and its subordinate 51 biotope types. Also, as a result of the first value assessment of classified biotopes, there are total 5 types such as vegetation-full natural river, fallow ground in I grade. In addition, it is analyzed that grade II have 18 types, III are 10, IV are 12, the least valuable V are 6. Especially, grassland biotope(GD) was classified into grade II, which is one grade raised, because it is analyzed that it has high value in terms of normal access and availability although it was assessed as grade ill in terms of natural experience quality. Lastly, as a result of the second assessment, special areas for natural experience and recreation(1a, 1b) are 15, areas for natural experience and recreation(2a, 2b, 2c) are 47. Especially, the 52th drawing mark space was grade II in the first assessment but its value grade was upgraded because of its high value in terms of use evidence, size of the area, accessibility with housing area, history and cultural character and so on.

  • 이 논문에서는 멀티미디어 회의를 하면서 공동 편집을 하는 시스템 MissCW (Multiuser Interactive System for Synchronous Collaborative Writing)를 설계하고 구현한 내용을 소개한다. 이 시스템의 문서 모델인 DMDA(Distributed Multimedia Document Architecture)는 논리 구조를 가지며 표현 스타일 객체와 표시 객체를 포함 한다. 본 공동 저작 시스템의 동기성은 멀티미디어 회의와 편집 윈도우의 공유 모드로 실현되었다. 이 시스템의 공동 편집기는 분산 객체들을 논리 구조로 조합 하여 하나의 문서로 만들 수 있는 구조 지향적 편집 방식을 제공한다. 미들웨어인 공유 객체 관리자 (SOM;shared Object Manager)는 공유 객체들을 일관성 있게 유지하며 응용 프로그램이 객체들을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있게 도와준다. 이 시스템의 하부 제어 구조는 강력한 서버 없이도 구현이 가능하도록 기본적으로는 복제 구조를 채택하였으나 공유 자료의 일관성유지를 위하여 가상 노드로의 중앙 집중 구조를 혼합 적용하였다. 가상 노드는 공유 객체 관리자의 객체 제어기에 해당하며 공유 객체 테이블(SOT; Shared Object Table)을 다루는 모든 일을 한다.

한국인의 상용식품내 요오드 함량 (The Iodine Content in Common Korean Foods)

  • This study was undertaken to analyze the iodine content in commonly donsumed Korean foods. Food samples were purchased from 3 randomly selected markets. The iodine contents in foods were determined by nuetron activation analysis (NAA). All irradiation of food samples were done at a pnueumatic transfer system (thermal nuetron flux : 1 $\times$1013n/$\textrm{cm}^2$.s) of the TRIGA MarkIII research reactor in the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute . The results indicated that the iodine content was high in seaweeds, fishes, and iodine-enriched eggs in that order and very low in grain, beans , fruits and vegetables. Edible seaweeds contained iodine levels of between 13,700 and 1,790, 600$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg. Levels of iodine in fishes and shellfishes were between 478 and 2, 840$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg. Ordinary eggs contained 314$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg iodine, but iodine -enriched eggs contained 1,869$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg. The average concentration of iodine in milk was 207$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg. There was seasonal variation in the iodine content of milk , levels were highest in winter milk(230$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg) and lowest in summer milk(180$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg).The idodine contents of most vegetables and fruits were below 10$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg. The iodine contents of most vegetables and fruits were below 10$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg. From high to low , the sequence of foods with high iodine content in one serving was as follows ; sea tangle , sea mustard, iodine-enriched eggs, fish , laver and milk. This study may provide basic data on the iodine content of foods consumed by Korean which have not yet been analyzed .

요오드 전극을 이용한 방법과 중성자방사화 분석에 의한 모유 및 우유내 요오드 함량 분석 방법 비교 (The Determination of Iodine in Human Milk and Cow Milk by Iodide Specific Ion electrode and Neutron Activation Analysis)

  • This study was conducted to compare and evaluate the iodide specific ion electrode method (ISE) and neutron activation analysis method (NAA) for determining iodine in human milk and cow milk. The neutron irradiation and counting operations were carried out at the TRIGA Mark-III reactor facility of the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute. The mean concentrations of iodine in human milk samples by the ISE and the NAA were 1450$\mu\textrm{g}$/L and 1350$\mu\textrm{g}$/L, respectively. The levels were not significantly different. In cow milk samples , the mean concentrations of iodine by the ISE and the NAA were 250$\mu\textrm{g}$.L and 200$\mu\textrm{g}$/L, respectively. here, the ISE reading was significantly higher than the NAA. reading. The correlations of the two methods were 0.92(p<0.001) for human milk samples and 0.65 for cow milk samples . The coefficient of variation was 8.3% in the ISE and 4.9% in the NAA. Therefore, the iodide specific ion electrode method is sample and fast method, but probably not in processed milk since free sulfhydryl groups in milk are also detected by the iodide electrode. However, these also indicate that the ISE method may be applicable to human milk and pasteurized milk if the conventional pasteurization time-temperature relationship of standards is not exceeded. On the other hand, the NAA method , which is independent of chemical forms and matrix, can be used for determining iodine in all kinds of milk and foods.

가정간호과정생의 가정간호에서의 감염관리에 대한 지식 (Knowledge on Infection Control for Home Care)

  • This study was conducted to assess need for education on the infection control by examining the knowledge on infection control in home care of the home care trainees who had completed an infection control course. Using 64 items questionnaire. home care trainees of eight home care education institutions who took classes related with infection control. The level of knowledge evaluated subjectively was 4.24point (full mark: 5 point). The correct answer rates for handwashing and gloving. cleaning patients' rooms. preventing sharp injury, preventing exposure to potential infectious agents, home care bag technique were 84.5% 86.4% 70.7% 65.3% 76.2% representatively. For the knowledge on the infection control principles to prevent catheter related infection, indwelling catheter related infection, tracheal tube related pneumonia. L-tube related infection, oxygen therapy related infection. and wound infection were 62.8% 27.8% 39.1% 87.8% 76.5% 80.5% representatively. The correct answer rates varied depending upon the educational institutes (p< = .0001), educational levels (p= .001), workplaces (p<.0001), and the experience of infection control education (p= .001). Considering these results. a standardized curriculum must be developed and implemented after analyzing the existing infection control curricula of the home care education institutes. and guide books for infection control in home care should be developed and distributed. In addition. continuous infection control education be provided to the home care nurses through reeducation so they can acquire new knowledge needed for carrying out infection control activities effectively.

대여 웨딩드레스의 상반신 사이즈 분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Classification of an Bodice Size of Rent Wedding Dress)

  • The object of this study lies on classifying the size, which is mostly favored in Korea where the wedding dress is usually regarded as an article for rent, and on suggesting the range of sleeve design and that of neck line of bodice. For that, I extracted the average size by analyzing and researching the standard size of actual bodice from real wedding dress manufacturing company. According to the result of the research I named the standard size of Korean wedding dress for rent as 'WM' which has the girth of 88cm and the waist measure of 69cm. Based on the size 'WM', I also named the size 'WS' which has the girth of 82cm with extra length of 6cm up and down and the waist measure of 64cm with extra length of 5cm, and the size 'WL' which has the girth of 94cm and the waist measure of 74cm with same extra length as the size 'WS'. The extra space for the inseam of the back is 3 inches for left and right for all sizes and the mark of body size is standardized as 'girth-waist measure'. After that, I suggested the design types of sleeves and neck line of bodice which defined as its size by classifying the bodice of wedding dress based on its size. Generally the neck line of the tank top style has the widest range of wearable size, and the high neck line and bateau neck line types have the narrowest range. And the sleeveless type has the widest range of wearable size while the raglan type has the narrowest one.

유아용 유기면 의류의 소비 및 안전성능 인증실태 (Tendency of Consumption and Safety Certification for Infant's Organic Cotton Apparel)

  • This study surveyed the recognition and credibility of infant's organic cotton apparel and examined the current quality of children's organic cotton clothes available in the market. This study contributes to improve fabric certification programs and safety standards by understanding customer opinions and actual quality. A customer survey revealed that customers believe that organic cotton products should not include chemicals such as pesticides, fluorescent whitening agents and chemical colors; in addition, customers have high expectations for safety as well as worries about the products' validity. Children's underwear was the most purchased item category among organic cotton products. Current organic cotton certification programs are voluntary with multiple organizations that provide various certification standards. A total of 34.2% of children's organic cotton clothes sold at online and offline stores were not certified, and 10.5% had invalid certification information. This may substantially lower the credibility of organic cotton products and requires immediate change. Examination of organic cotton products showed that products do not meet customer expectations for quality and safety: 3 out of 8 products used accessories (buttons and wappens) that include harmful chemicals such as lead, phthalate and formaldehyde, 6 products used fluorescent whitening agents, and 4 products used other fabrics such as rayon, polyurethane and polyester. GOTS mark is the most recognized organic certification, but it still allows the usage of fluorescent whitening agents, which indicates a gap between customer opinions and actual certification standards. Managing national-level mandatory certification programs like food and setting quality standards that meets customer expectations are required to enhance the credibility of organic cotton products.

A Novel pH-Stable, Bifunctional Xylanase Isolated from a Deep-Sea Microorganism, Demequina sp. JK4

  • A genomic library was constructed to clone a xylanase gene (Mxyn10) from Demequina sp. JK4 isolated from a deep sea. Mxyn10 encoded a 471 residue protein with a calculated molecular mass of 49 kDa. This protein showed the highest sequence identity (70%) with the xylanase from Streptomyces lividans. Mxyn10 contains a catalytic domain that belongs to the glycoside hydrolase family 10 (GH10) and a carbohydrate-binding module (CBM) belonging to family 2. The optimum pH and temperature for enzymatic activity were pH 5.5 and $55^{\circ}C$, respectively. Mxyn10 exhibited good pH stability, remaining stable after treatment with buffers ranging from pH 3.5 to 10.0. The protein was not significantly affected by a variety of chemical reagents, including some compounds that usually inhibit the activity of other related enzymes. In addition, Mxyn10 showed activity on cellulose. These properties mark Mxyn10 as a potential enzyme for industrial application and saccharification processes essential for bioethanol production.

Maternal selenium-supplementation at various stages of periconception period: influence on murine blastocyst morphology and implantation status

  • Background: Selenium is one of the trace minerals whose deficiency is known to lead to complications of female reproduction. The identified gaps in researches regarding selenium and pregnancy include optimizing the dosage of selenium supplementation, timing of supplementation, finding the best form and type of selenium, and selenium administration combined with other antioxidants. Hence, this study was conceptualized to address one of the identified gaps, that is, to find out the best timing of selenium administration around the time of pregnancy. Specifically, this study aimed to assess the effects of maternal Selenium-supplementation, administered at various stages of periconception period, on murine blastocyst morphology, percent occurrence of good quality blastocysts, and implantation status. Methods: ICR female mice were randomly assigned into the unsupplemented group (Group I) receiving basal diet without selenium, and treatment groups given with $3.0{\mu}g$ selenium-supplement per day during pregestation only (Group II), pregestation-throughout-gestation (Group III) and gestation only (Group IV). Both blastocyst morphology and implantation status were assessed. Results: The morphometric measurements of blastocysts appeared to be unaffected by selenium-supplementation at different stages of periconception. Selenium-supplementation at pregestation only (Group II) and gestation only (Group IV) produced higher percent occurrence of good quality blastocysts and lower percent pre-implantation loss than Group III. Among all the treatment groups, Group III (Selenium-supplementation during pregestation-to-gestation) yielded the lowest quality blastocysts and highest percent pre-implantation loss. Conclusion: Maternal selenium-supplementation during pregestation and gestation stages of the periconception period yielded a high percent occurrence of good quality blastocysts and pre-implantation success.

클라우드 시스템의 지능적인 자원관리를 위한 적응형 부하균형 기반 그룹화 기법 (Grouping Method based on Adaptive Load Balancing for the Intelligent Resource Management of a Cloud System)

  • 클라우드 시스템에 대한 현재의 연구들은 대규모 시스템 구현에 있어서 클라우드 구성요소들 간의 적절한 상호작용에 집중되어 있다. 그러나 이러한 시스템들은 속성을 기반으로 한 유사한 서비스 제공자들을 그룹화 하거나 효율적인 자원공유를 향상시키기 위한 지능적인 부하분산과 같은 지능적 기법을 제공하지 않는다. 본 논문은 클라우드 제공자를 그룹화하여 효율적인 서비스 가상화를 제공하여 서비스 프로비저닝을 향상시킨다. 클러스터 분석에 기반한 클라우드 서비스 제공자의 그룹화는 유사하거나 관련된 서비스를 하나의 그룹으로 만든다. 동적인 부하 균형화는 클라우드 시스템의 서비스 프로비저닝을 지원하며 동적인 기법을 사용하여 그룹내에서 부하분산을 담당한다. 제안한 가상화 기법(GRALB)은 다른 기법에 비해 메시지 오버헤드나 성능 면에서 좋은 결과를 보였다.
