본 연구의 목적은 National Collaborating Centre for Nursing and Supportive Care (NCC-NSC)에서 개발한 수술 환자의 체온 관리 근거중심 가이드라인의 국내 타당성을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 수술 환자 관리 경험 및 지식이 풍부한 의사와 간호사 총 180명으로 구성된 전문가 집단을 대상으로 가이드라인 각각의 권고사항에 대한 적절성과 적용가능성을 평가하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, paired t-test 이용하여 분석하였다. 가이드라인의 적절성과 적용가능성은 9점 척도로 각각 평균 8.11점과 7.28점으로 높게 나타났으며, 대부분의 권고사항의 적절성과 적용가능성도 평균 6-8점 이상으로 비교적 높게 평가되었다. 그러나 대부분의 가이드라인 권고사항에서 적절성이 적용가능성 보다 유의하게 높게 나타나, 실제 임상환경에서 가이드라인의 권고사항을 직접 적용하는 데는 장애가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 가이드라인의 권고사항을 임상환경에 적용하는 데 장애가 되는 요인을 확인하고 이를 적절히 해결하는 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 단위 학교도서관에서 장서관리정책을 수립할 때 근거 및 기준으로 삼을 수 있는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 장서관리지침서에 포함할 구체적인 항목과 내용 요소를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 학교도서관 장서관리 관련 문서를 국제 수준 및 국가 수준으로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과 해외 장서관리지침서에서는 장서의 양적 기준 이외에 디지털 정보자원에 대한 접근성과 자원 공유를 강조하고 있으며, 이의 제기 자료에 대한 처리 절차를 규정하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 장서관리지침서가 포함해야 할 항목을 크게 장서관리의 일반 원칙과 장서관리지침으로 구분하고 각 항목별 내용 요소를 제안하였다. 그리고 국가 수준의 장서관리지침서가 학교 현장에 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 제도적 기반 마련 방안을 제안하였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop an evidence-based nursing practice guideline for preventing postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs). Methods: The guideline adaptation process was conducted through the 24 steps based on the guideline adaptation manual of Korean Hospital Nurses Association. Results: The newly developed guideline to prevent PPCs consisted of four domains and 30 recommendations. The number of recommendations in each domain was 7 for assessment of PPCs, 17 for nursing interventions to prevent PPCs after general anesthesia, 4 for education (intended for patients and medical staff), and 2 for monitoring and recording. Conclusion: The developed guidelines will contribute in standardization of nursing practice and PPCs prevention and management. We recommend the dissemination and utilization of these guidelines nationwide to improve the quality of postoperative pulmonary complication prevention.

1997년 건설교통부는 건설기술관리법 개정을 통해 국내 품질관리체계를 정립하였다. 개정된 법제도하에서는 발주자가 건설공사비에 품질관리비용을 계상하여야 한다. 그러나 국내 법제도 및 관련규정들 간에 품질관리원의 역할 책임 등에 다소 차이가 있어 비용계상의 대상업무 범위가 불분명한 실정이며, 이로 인하여 규정된 업무를 수행하기 위한 비용 계상에도 어려움이 있다. 이러한 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 국내법에서 요구하고 있는 품질관리원의 역할을 해석하고, 이러한 해석을 바탕으로 품질관리비 산출기준(안)을 제시하였다.

건설산업에서 폐기물 관리는 환경적${\cdot}$경제적 측면에서 중대한 영향을 미침에도 불구하고, 건설폐기물 관련 통계자료에 의하면 국내 건설폐기물 관리 수준이 상대적으로 낮음을 알 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 건설폐기물 관리의 요체인 건설폐기물 관리 지침을 고찰하여 문제점을 분석하고, 효과적인 폐기물 관리를 유도하는데 적합한 건설폐기물 관리 지침 개선 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 기존 건설폐기물 관리 지침을 분석한 결과, 폐기물 관리의 목적이 총체적으로 법적인 기준을 벗어나지 않도록 관리하는 데 초점이 맞추어져 있음으로 인해 분석 기준인 "계획, 실행 및 운영, 점검 및 시정조치" 측면에서 효과적인 폐기물 관리 지침으로서의 역할을 다하고 있지 않음을 파악하였다. 또한, 문제점 분석 결과를 기반으로 "계획, 실행 및 운영, 점검 및 시정조치" 측면에서 국내 건설폐기물 관리 지침의 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

Background: In Japan, new regulations that revise the dose limit for the lens of the eye (hereafter the lens), operational quantities, and measurement positions for the lens dose were enforced in April 2021. Based on the international safety standards, national guidelines, the results of the Radiation Safety Research Promotion Fund of the Nuclear Regulation Authority, and other studies, the Working Group of Radiation Protection Standardization Committee, the Japan Health Physics Society (JHPS) developed a guideline for radiation dose monitoring for the lens. Materials and Methods: The Working Group of the JHPS discussed the criteria of non-uniform exposure and the management criteria set not to exceed the dose limit for the lens. Results and Discussion: In July 2020, the JHPS guideline was published. The guideline consists of three parts: main text, explanations, and 26 examples. In the questions, the corresponding answers were prepared, and specific examples were provided to enable similar cases to be addressed. Conclusion: With the development of the guideline on radiation dose monitoring of the lens, radiation managers and workers will be able to smoothly comply with revised regulations and optimize radiation protection.

현재 산업체에서 그 수요가 늘어나고 있는 3차원 제품 모델과 관련하여 군에서의 3차원 모델 활성화 방안을 연구하였다. 우리 군은 전통적으로 기계분야 중심의 제조업이 활성화되어 있어 기본적으로 2차원 도면을 기반으로 한 제품 설계가 주를 이루고 있으며, 이에 관련 지침 또한 2차원 도면 형태의 자료에 대해서만 규정하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 '국방규격 서식 및 작성에 관한 지침'으로 대표되는 현재 우리 군에서의 기술자료 관리 지침을 분석하고, 제품의 수명주기관리(Product Lifecycle Management) 관점에서 우리 군에서의 3D 제품모델 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

As architecture has a role of vessel that contains human life, architecture of museums in a region must be a vessel that contains identity of the region. Jeju Province possesses excellent natural landscape acknowledged by the world. As such, architectural design of museums in Jeju region, differentiated in terms of natural, humanistic and cultural characteristics from other regions, must include identity of Jeju. Jeju has established and is operating so many museums with different themes that it is referred to as the heaven of museums. In addition, museums as cultural facilities must be the measure of cultural level representing regional identity and perform the role of advance guard that leads architectural culture of the region. Also, such excellent architectural asset is an important landscape element that increases value of the region. Based on Landscape Management Guideline established in 2009 by Jeju Special Self-governing Province under such critical mind, this study will support design problems and improvements of museums through case study and analysis on design characteristics of national and private museums in Jeju. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data to be pursued by future museums that contain identity of Jeju, based upon the results of analysis described above.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was aimed to develop evidence-based nursing practice guideline for preventing intermittent urinary catheterization (IUC) related complications using guideline remake process. Methods: Guideline remake process was conducted according to guideline adaptation manual developed by Gu et al (2012) which consisted of three main phases and 9 modules including a total of 24 steps. Results: Newly developed IUC guideline consists of introduction, overview of intermittent catheterization, summary of recommendations, recommendations, references, and appendices. There were 50 recommendations in 5 sections including assessment, equipments, catheterization, complications management, and education/consult. Three recommendations (6%) were graded A, and five (10%) and 41 recommendations(82%) were B and C, respectively. Conclusion: The IUC remade-guideline was developed based on evidence-based nursing and therefore, this guideline is recommended to be disseminated and utilized by nurses nationwide to improve the quality of care for IUC and to decrease the IUC related complications.

This study analyzed an operational concept for the D Information Resource Management Information System (DIRMIS) to manage any IT resources effectively in defense area. We first deduced the concept of the information resource management (IRM) for defense area from the literature review, and we suggested a guideline, which has used in defense area, of the documentation for the operational concept description (OCD). Moreover, we developed the operational concept for the DIRMIS following the guideline. Especially, this study is a practical approach for suggesting of a case, and the share of accumulated cases will contribute to advance in System Integration (SI) industry as well as academic research.
