무선 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 무선 단말기 성능의 발달로 인해 무선 단말기를 이용한 저자상거래(M-Commerce)가 활성화되고 있다. 따라서 전자상거래시 중요한 문제점으로 여겨지는 데이터 보안이나 사용자 인증 같은 기술이 M-Commerce 환경에서도 적용될 수 있는 연구가 현재 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 대표적인 연구로는 WPKI가 있다. 또한 유선 인터넷 환경에서의 전자상거래는 XML을 통한 문서교환 연구가 활발하게 진해 중에 있기 때문에 XML 전자서명에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 환경에 XML 전자서명 기법을 적용하여 사용자 인증과 XML 문서 및 전자서명 시스템들 간에 상호 연동성을 제공할 수 있는 Mediator를 설계하였다. 본 논문을 통해 무선 인터넷 환경에서도 XML 전자서명 포맷을 제공하여 XML 문서을 이용한 전자상거래 범위를 무선 인터넷 환경으로 확대할 수 있으며, 기존 유선 인터넷 환경에서 사용되는 XML 문서 기반 전자상거래 시스템과도 서로 상호 연동 가능하다.

Background: Capparis spinosa L., a Uygur medicine, had been shown to have anti-tumor activity in our early experiments with an N-butanol extract (CSBE) as its active fraction. However, the mechanisms responsible for its effects are not clearly understood. Here, we report that treatment of SGC-7901 cells with CSBE resulted in dose-dependent reduction of cell viability and induction of apoptosis. Materials and Methods: To observe the inhibitory and killing effects of CSBE on SGC-7901, the SRB method was adopted, apoptosis being observed by electron microscopy. To clarify the mechanisms of apoptosis, Western blot and enzyme-labeled methods were used to examine the release of cytochrome c (Cyt c) and the activation of the caspase cascade. Results: By electron microscopy, apoptotic morphologic changes were detectable after CSBE administration. In this study, it was also demonstrated that CSBE induced apoptosis in SGC-7901 cells by inhibiting mPTP open, mitochondrial cytochrome c release, caspase-9 and caspase-3 activation. Conclusions: The findings indicated that CSBE induces aap optosis through mitochondrial pathway.

In the recent a mobile internet makes a change in internet business. The mobile internet service is resulting in M-commerce. Even if M-commerce provides only information service, there will be much possibilities to make applications in various areas such as, delivery service, trading service, banking service etc. in the near future. Delivery service requires many steps in processing, originally. This study is designed to implement a mobile system which makes short in delivery process. It includes that a delivery man receives a signature on a paper and input data at the delivered place by using PDA at hand. The mobile system will be contributed to shorten delivery speed. It is proposed to implement the mobile office system for improving service efficiency in the business of delivery service. Due to development of internet and mobile communication, M-commerce applications that utilize the digital signature are widely used these days. The mobile environment is weaker than the wired internet environment. Thus, it is highly required to systematically analyze the effect of processing the digital document and the digital signature algorithm, and low bandwidth of the mobile network on the system performance. In this paper, we have constructed the mobile contract system which has the XML based digital contract and the RSA signature algorithm as the test system. And we have derived the performance parameters and then measured in detail the runtime performance of the mobile digital signature system with the Compaq iPAQ 3850 PDA and CDMA 2000 1x mobile network.

Handset 을 통한 m-Commerce 시장의 확장과 더불어 커머스를 기반으로 한 물류서비스, 무선 인트라넷, 모바일 증권거래 등에 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)를 정보단말로 이용하는 서비스가 늘어나면서 PDA 무선 보안솔루션 개발에 관련된 관심이 잇따르고 있다. 특히 PDA 무선 보안솔루션은 무선 PKI를 비롯해 암호화 솔루션, 백신, 파이어월 등 다양한 분야에서 독특한 기술이 개발되고 있으며 보안분야의 새로운 시장을 형성할 것으로 기대된다. PDA 무선 보안 솔루션은 증권, 뱅킹 등에서 시도되어지고 있는 Application layer 에서 암호/복호화 하는 방식, 유선과 동일하게 브라우저/ 웹서버에서 제공하는 SSL 암호화 방식, SSL v3 및 TLS v1 과 호환되는 자체 암호화 모듈 방식등의 3 가지로 크게 나누어 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 WinCE OS 의 iPaq PDA 에 SSL v3 및 TLS v1 과 호환되는 자체 암호화 모듈 방식의 시스템을 설계한다. PDA 와 서버 간의 인증, 메시지 기밀성 및 무결성을 충족시킬 수 있는 보안 서비스를 제공하고 유선과 동일한 수준의 보안 수준을 유지하면서도 지금까지 무선 암호인증의 문제점이었던 소용량 무선단말기의 한계를 극복하는 PDA 용 무선 보안 솔루션을 설계하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

Purpose - This case study illustrates the story of eBay Korea, which owns two most leading Korean open market companies, AUCTION and Gmarket. The main concerns are to take over the Korean top domestic companies one by one, then, emerge these two giants through its well-developed post-merger Integration by eBay, an American multinational corporation. Research design, data, and methodology - This case explores various secondary resources such as periodicals, annual reviews, magazine, news articles, commentaries, even some interview materials related to 'eBay Korea' and industry source on condition of anonymity based on the critical reviewing of existing studies on these topics as well. Results - The findings of this study show the merger and acquisition of two market leaders in Korea is the only successful case in Asian Markets. The eBay's choice of entry mode is appropriate considering the timing, synergy and efficiency by sharing their resources. Conclusions - This study examines the successful entry and settlement process of foreign, multinational company through mergers and acquisitions in the Korean market. This would be a valuable in the studies of International Business and Global entry or distribution strategy in the e-commerce and open market dealing with M&A and its post-merger integration.

Responding to rapid changes of global supply chain and fast increasing air cargo volume and demand for e-commerce market, this paper researched the development plans for regional airport specially focused on air cargo logostics through policy research. According to this research, political implications and development plans for Cheong Ju airport (CJJ) to become a part of global supply chain, a regional air cargo hub. Firstly, it is necessary to increase the length of the existing runway from 2,744m to 3,200m or to develop 3^rd runway only for a civil aircraft use. Secondly, it is inevitable to develop new air cargo terminal to handle and export such high value-added products as semi-conductor or rechargeable battery through airport. In addition, facing re-shoring trends among global supply chain, CJJ can increase its air cargo volume and also provide feeder service to Incheon airport, inducing global distribution center near airport site.

Introduced in this paper is one of the most remarkable Ottoman institutions, the Ottoman Palace School-Enderun, with a focus on the life story of Matrak$\c{c}{\i}$ Nasuh, one of its most noted graduates and teachers. Matrak$\c{c}{\i}$ Nasuh's life and work as a prominent mathematician and a teacher of mathematics are investigated as a case study. It shows how young boys and girls were selected because of their academic potential, brought to Istanbul, and educated in Enderun to serve the Empire. This research articulates the mathematics education on the first institutionalized gifted education system of the world and discusses its implications for today.

국내외 마케팅에 있어서 경쟁의 심화로 말미암아 새로운 고객의 획득에 따른 비용-효과보다 기존고객과의 관계유지를 위하여 고객의 평생가치를 높이도록 노력하는 것이 오히려 효과적인 경우가 많아졌다. 이러한 관계마케팅의 개념은 최근 마케팅을 포함한 기업경영 전반에 적용되는 고객관계관리(CRM)로 확장되고 있다. 또한 인터넷 기반의 e CRM이 고객행동의 분석도구를 거의 정확하고도 실시간으로 파악할 수 있게 함으로써 통합적 CRM의 아키텍쳐와 솔루션이 개발, 적용되고 있다. 통합 CRM에서의 고객은 B2B이든 B2C이든 간에 개별(개인) 고객을 가리키며, 개별 고객의 니즈와 요구를 적절하게 충족시킬 수 있도록 개인화 시스템을 구축하여 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 통합 CRM의 기본 틀과 시스템을 비롯하여 개인화 설계를 어떻게 할 것인가에 관한 사례 및 실증분석에 앞서 그 배경 지식을 정리하고자 이론적 탐구를 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to research the investment environment of Vietnam and analyze the actual investment state of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and seek for the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in Vietnam shows both a positive side and negative side. However Vietnamese market is a attractive one as ever for direct investment of Korean enterprises considering their constant economy growth, investment increase of foreign company for Vietnam, China risk. And the point at issue in investment of Korean Enterprises is as follows. That is, inclining to manufacturing, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, preference of greenfield investment, restricted purpose of investment, insufficiency of infrastructure for logistics, electric power, legal system. The results of the study indicate mainly that the investment of Korean enterprise into Vietnam needs a switchover of the third service trade-tertiary industry, collaboration with Vietnamese enterprise through joint venture investment, a large-scale investment for Vietnam domestic market and neighboring countries' market, practical use of M&A with existing Vietnamese enterprise and diverse purpose for investment.
