Currently, effective energy management of buildings is necessary because of accelerated global climate change and resource crisis. Especially, in the case of South Korea, city gas consumption occupies 11.8% of the total energy and 39.6% is residential use among them. Therefore, for reducing the city gas consumption, the effectiveness of residential use is needed. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the difference of the city gas consumption according to the space arrangement in the apartment building. To achieve this objective, an apartment complex having over 1,000 households was selected then, according to the space arrangement such as south-east and south-west, the data of 59.97m2 and 84.96m2 were analyzed by using statistics method. As a result, in 59.97m2 and 84.96m2, the total city gas amount in 2012 showed that 9.2% and 8.4% were more increased at south-west than southeast respectively. In the future, the findings of this study can be used to develop the prediction model of city gas consumption in apartment building.

mTOR, the mammalian target of rapamycin, is a conserved serine/threonine kinase which belongs to the phosphatidyl-linositol kinase-related kinase (PIKK) family. It has two complexes called mTORC1 and mTORC2. It is well established that mTOR plays important roles in cell growth, proliferation and differentiation. Over-activation of the mTOR pathway is considered to have a relationship with the development of many types of diseases, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and ovarian cancer (OC). mTOR pathway inhibitors, such as rapamycin and its derivatives, can directly or indirectly treat or relieve the symptoms of patients suffering from PCOS or OC. Moreover, mTOR inhibitors in combination with other chemical-molecular agents may have extraordinary efficacy. This paper will discuss links between mTOR signaling and PCOS and OC, and explore the mechanisms of mTOR inhibitors in treating these two diseases, with conclusions regarding the most effective therapeutic approaches.

oneM2M 글로벌 IoT 표준 미들웨어 플랫폼을 활용한 스마트시티 서비스 데이터 모델 지원 및 FIWARE NGSI 기반 Orion Broker 연동 개발 사례를 소개한다. 또한 flexContainer 리소스 타입을 활용한 서비스 데이터 모델 개발 및 oneM2M 릴리즈 3에서 공개된 Interworking Framework (TS-0033) 기반의 FIWARE NGSI 인터페이스 연동 개발 내용을 소개한다. 이를 통해 기존 contentInstance 리소스 타입 기반대비 데이터 모델 엘리먼트에 대한 직접 엑세스를 통한 구독/통지 기능을 활용할 수 있고 Interworking Framework을 활용한 FIWARE NGSI 인터페이스 연동을 표준 기반으로 구축하여 서비스 종속성 없는 스마트시티 플랫폼 간 데이터 연동을 구축할 수 있다.

Among 90 Vietnamese medicinal plant extracts investigated for their antioxidant activity by DPPH assay at various concentrations from $10-100{\mu}g/mL$, 67 showed an inhibition rate over 50% at $100{\mu}g/mL$; 47 had greater than 50% inhibition at $50{\mu}g/mL$; 17 showed over 50% inhibition at $25{\mu}g/mL$. 8 extracts which exhibited strong inhibitory activity more than 50% inhibition at $10{\mu}g/mL$ were further tested for lipid peroxidation inhibition by TBA assay. They displayed activity with $IC_{50}$ values from 30.6 to $158.9{\mu}g/mL$. Until now, this is the first report on antioxidant activity of the female flower of Borassus flabellifer, and the stem of Combretum latifolium, Embelia ribes, Spatholobus parviflorus, and Tetrastigma erubescens. Fractionations of the EtOAc extract prepared from S. parviflorus led to the isolation of protocatechuic acid (1), ferulic acid (2), epicatechin (3), and gallic acid (4). These compounds showed significant DPPH inhibitory activity with $IC_{50}$ values from 6.5 to $23.6{\mu}M$.

This study aims to establish baseline data for sustainable monitoring by applying the green city index (GCI), which is set up to evaluate the city level, to the city of Gangneung-si, which was designated as a pilot city for the Low-carbon Green Growth City project by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transportation. The GCI was applied in the framework of European systems, while considering the social and economic status of Korea. Indicators from 7 areas-$CO_2$, energy, building, transportation, water, waste, and quality of atmosphere were analyzed, except for qualitative indicators. Results indicate that total $CO_2$ emissions were 30.8 tons per capita, or 2.2 tons per one million units of real GDP. The total final energy consumption was 0.231 TOE/capita, or 0.317 TOE per one million units of real GDP. The percentage of total energy derived from renewable resources was 0.41% and energy consumption by the building was $433.5Mwh/1,000m^2$. The total percentage of the working population travelling to work daily by public transportation (limited to bus) was 19%. Further, the total annual water consumption was $99m^3/capita$, and the water lost in the water distribution system was $0.057m^3/capita/day$. The total annual waste collected was 0.0077 ton per capita, The annual mean emission were 0.014 ppm/day for $NO_2$, 0.005 ppm/day for $SO_2$, and 0.019 ppm/day for $O_3$. The annual mean for PM10 emissions was $39{\mu}g/m^3/day$.

oneM2M은 표준 API를 통해 디바이스 및 서비스 간 상호호환성을 보장하여 국내외 스마트시티 플랫폼 구축에 활용되고 있다. 스마트 시티에서 수집되는 데이터를 손쉽게 유통하기 위해서는 기존 표준에 있는 접근 제어 기능을 확장할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 기존 oneM2M 표준의 접근 제어 기법과 비교해 데이터 판매자와 구매자 간 데이터 유통 시 사람의 개입이 최소화된 방안을 제시한다. 제시된 방안을 통해 oneM2M 데이터 마켓플레이스 API로 플랫폼에 확장 개발하고 데이터 마켓플레이스 포털과 연동하였다. 또한 스마트시티 시범 서비스를 개발하여 데이터 마켓플레이스 활용 예시를 제시하였다.

From Oct. 2008 to Oct. 2009, 619 livestock products sold in Incheon were examined for melamine contamination. HPLC was used to detect the melamine concentration from various products. $C_{18}$ column $(3.9\times150mm,\;4{\mu}m)$ was applied with a phase composed of 10mM citric acid and 10mM sodium octane sulfonate : acetonitrile (in ratio 90:10) pumped isocratically at 1.0ml/min. Melamine was not detected from any of the products at the level of LOD 0.03mg/kg and LOQ 0.08mg/kg, suggesting that no melamine contamination was ascertained in livestock products in Incheon area. However, further tests should be done to detect other melamine analogues for the evaluation of toxicity and safety of melamine and cyanuric acid in the future.

겨울철에는 제주의 서귀포와 중문 등지는 제주시 지역에 비해 기온이 2~3℃가 따뜻하다. 이유는 한라산을 넘은 북풍이 한라산 백록담을 넘고 해발 1600m의 돈내코의 세로 300m 가로 260m 수직 암벽면을 지나면 차가운 공기가 따뜻한 공기로 변하는 단열압축으로 그 온기가 돈내코를 타서 서귀포와 중문으로 날아가기 때문이다. 반대로 여름철에 서귀포 바다를 오른 남풍은 한라산을 넘고 아흔(99)골을 지나면 후덥지근한 습도를 머금은 기온으로 변해 제주시는 무덥다. 즉, 제귀지풍과 귀제지풍 때문이다.

여호와의 증인을 부모로 둔 환아는 생후 4개월, 5.6kg이었다. 심초음파상 완전 대혈관 전위와 심실 중격 결손, 심방 중격 결손, 동맥관 개존중 및 양측상대 정맥이 관찰되었다. 수술전 혈색소 값은 14.9 g/dl이었다. 수혈없이 심실 중격 결손 교정과 대혈관 치환술을 시행하였으며, 별문제 없이 수술 후 16일에 환아는 퇴원하였다. 퇴원 당시 혈색소 값은 12.8 kg/dl 였다. 복잡 심기형을 가진 영아에서 수술전 eryrhropoietin의 투여, 수술중 철저한 지혈 및 초여과법등의 방법으로 수혈 없이 완전 교정술이 가능하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

M-ICT(모바일 정보통신기술) 시대에 들어서며 '도시 사용자를 중심으로 한', '사람과 사람, 사람과 사물, 사람과 공간의 상호작용'의 새로운 경험이 가능한 도시 브랜드 이미지 구축이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 도시 브랜드 이미지에 대한 도시 사용자의 경험은 해당 도시의 경쟁력을 평가하는 중요한 요소이다. 이 가운데 사용자의 도시 브랜드 터치포인트에 관한 연구가 특히 중요한다. 본 연구는 사용자의 브랜드 경험을 향상하고 도시의 브랜드 경쟁력을 높이는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 문헌 종합 서술과 조사연구 분석으로 크게 두가지이다. 우선 연구의 배경과 목적을 서술하고 문헌 종합 분석을 통해 사용자가 터치 포인트를 경험하는 특징과 방식을 정의한다. 또한, 도시 브랜드 터치포인트의 다각적 구성 모형을 제시한다. 사용자 조사 연구의 방식으로 디지털 터치포인트와 물리적 터치포인트 가운데 다빈도 터치포인트 구조 특징을 도출한다. 조사를 통해 문제점을 발견하고 실제 사례와 접목하여 터치 포인트의 최적화 설계 전략을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구의 혁신은 사용자 경험이라는 시각에서 도시 브랜드와 사용자 경험의 터치 포인트의 구성 관계를 연구하고 도시 브랜드 터치포인트의 다각적 구성 모형을 도출하는 데 있다. 미래 연구 전망 과학 기술의 발전에 따라, 5G 및 사물인터넷(Internet of Things, IoT) 시대가 도래하였다. 도시 브랜드에 대한 사용자의 터치 포인트의 형식이 더 풍부하고 다양해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 터치 포인트에 대한 심층적인 탐색 연구를 수행하고자 한다.
