The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between nicotine and the activity of bone forming cell. MG63 osteoblast-like cells were used for this study. Several factors were examined including the proliferation of cell, alkaline phosphatase activity, the formation of osteocalcin and osteoprotegerin. and the synthesis of its mRNA. MG63 osteoblast-like cells were incubated for 1, 2, 3 and 6 days with nicotine added to the culture medium in 1.0 ${\mu}M$, 1.0mM, 2.5mM, 5.0mM, 7.5mM, and 10.0mM concentrations. The proliferation of MG63 osteoblast-like cells was temporarily activated at the low nicotine concentrations. At high concentrations (>5.0 mM), however. it was suppressed. Alkaline phosphatase activity was suppressed in a dose-dependent manner as the concentration of nicotine increased. Osteocalcin decreased in a dose-dependent manner at high nicotine concentrations of more than 7.5mM and the same result was show when the osteoblasts were treated with low concentrations for longer than 3 days. There was a difference in the influence of nicotine on the synthesis of osteocalcin mRNA and formation of osteocalcin itself at 1 and 3 days. Generally, osteoprotegrin notably declined in all experimental groups. However, the level of its mRNA increased at high nicotine concentrations of more than 7.5mM after 3 days and more than 5.0mM after 6days.

Let M be a fixed left R-module. For a left R-module X, we introduce the notion of M-prime (resp. M-semiprime) submodule of X such that in the case M=R, it coincides with prime (resp. semiprime) submodule of X. Other concepts encountered in the general theory are M-$m$-system sets, M-$n$-system sets, M-prime radical and M-Baer's lower nilradical of modules. Relationships between these concepts and basic properties are established. In particular, we identify certain submodules of M, called "primeM-ideals", that play a role analogous to that of prime (two-sided) ideals in the ring R. Using this definition, we show that if M satisfies condition H (defined later) and $Hom_R(M,X){\neq}0$ for all modules X in the category ${\sigma}[M]$, then there is a one-to-one correspondence between isomorphism classes of indecomposable M-injective modules in ${\sigma}[M]$ and prime M-ideals of M. Also, we investigate the prime M-ideals, M-prime submodules and M-prime radical of Artinian modules.

Let m be any positive integer, R be a ring with identity, $M_m(R)$ be the matrix ring of all m by m matrices eve. R and $G_m(R)$ be the multiplicative group of all n by n nonsingular matrices in $M_m(R)$. In this pape., the following are investigated: (1) for any pairwise coprime ideals ${I_1,\;I_2,\;...,\;I_n}$ in a ring R, $M_m(R/(I_1{\cap}I_2{\cap}...{\cap}I_n))$ is isomorphic to $M_m(R/I_1){\times}M_m(R/I_2){\times}...{\times}M_m(R/I_n);$ and $G_m(R/I_1){\cap}I_2{\cap}...{\cap}I_n))$ is isomorphic to $G_m(R/I_1){\times}G_m(R/I_2){\times}...{\times}G_m(R/I_n);$ (2) In particular, if R is a finite ring with identity, then the order of $G_m(R)$ can be computed.

For a subset system M on any poset, M-Scott notions, such as M-way below relation,M-continuity,M-Scott convergence (of nets and filters respectively) and M-Scott topology are proposed Any approximating auxiliary relation on a poset can be represented by an M-way below relation such that this poset is M-continuous. It is shown that a poset is M-continuous iff the M-Scott topology is completely distributive. The topology induced by the M-Scott convergence coincides with the M-Scott topology. If the M-way below relation satisfies the property of interpolation then a poset is M-continuous if and only if the M-Scott convergence coincides with the M-Scott topological convergence. Also, M-continuity is characterized by a certain Galois connection.

Six kinds of oligosaccharides were obtained from the hydrolysate of copra galactomannan by a purified extracellular $beta$-mannanase from Penicillium purpurogenum. These oligosaccharides were identified as M-M, M-M-M, M-M, M-M-M-M, M-M-M-M-M and M-M-M-M-M-M; where G- and M- represent $\alpha$-l,6-D-galactosidic and $beta$-l,4-mannosidic linkages, respectively. The mode of action of mannanase on galactomannan is discussed on the basis of the structure of these oligosaccharides.

Recently, the national carrier of the next-generation growth engine of M2M (machine to Machine) is attracting attention. Therefore, its uses and utilization of the various disciplines is getting wider, and the increasing number of terminals to be used compared to the existing communication of the information that is sent in every object may have increased. Each data transfer from the bulk terminal to a mobile network, if the traffic situation reaches this limit does not facilitate the processing of M2M communication services, this situation can occur. This study measures the mobile networks will be used in M2M communications when it reaches the breaking point for the smooth processing of M2M services are presented. Things grows increasingly smaller the further development of M2M technology, the explosion in mobile communication network, the data traffic will reach the limitations of these methods will be used in determining the ranking of the M2M communication services should be treated as a priority, to beM2M services to mobile networks will help to facilitate.

High-energy medical linear accelerator on the dose to the thyroid cancer during radiotherapy were evaluated using optical stimulation luminescence dosimeters(OSLD) using. Scattered's influence in the case of 3D-CRT 25.4 mSv, 28.8 mSv, 31.3 mSv, 26.5 mSv, 27.4 mSv 5 times with an average 27.9 mSv, in the IMRT 46.8 mSv, 43.2 mSv, 42.3 mSv, 41.5 mSv, 44.1 mSv to five times the average of 43.6 was the result of mSv. In the case of light neutron dosimetry results 3D-CRT 3 mSv, 3 mSv, 3.4 mSv, 3.5 mSv, 3.1 mSv to five times the average 3.2 mSv, in the IMRT 5.1 mSv, 4.8 mSv, 4.2 mSv, 4.8 mSv, 4.9 mSv, to five times the average of 4.7 was the result of mSv. Both parties and the light scattered neutrons were significantly appreciated compared to IMRT 3D-CRT. Treatment of cancer using radiation workers, as in this study, and that a significant amount of scattered rays in the adjacent normal tissues during radiation therapy using energy assessment to influence by fully aware of this information is necessary for the exposure reduction efforts the feed.

Let $M_n$ be the $C^*$-algebra of all $n \times n$ matrices over the complex field, and $P[M_m, M_n]$ the convex cone of all positive linear maps from $M_m$ into $M_n$ that is, the maps which send the set of positive semidefinite matrices in $M_m$ into the set of positive semi-definite matrices in $M_n$. The convex structures of $P[M_m, M_n]$ are highly complicated even in low dimensions, and several authors [CL, KK, LW, O, R, S, W]have considered the possibility of decomposition of $P[M_m, M_n] into subcones.
