논토양(土壤)의 이화학적(理化學的) 성질(性質)에 미치는 유기물(有機物)의 연용효과(蓮用效果) -II. 생고(生藁) 및 퇴비(堆肥) 연용(蓮用)이 논토양(土壤)의 몇가지 물리적(物理的) 성질(性質)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of long-term organic matter application on physico-chemical properties in rice paddy soil -2.   • 유기물연용(有機物連用)이 답토양(畓土壤)의 물리적(物理的) 및 역학성(力學性)과 수량(收量)의 년차간(年次間) 변화(變化)를 구명(究明)코자 하해혼성평탄지(河海混成平坦地) 토양(土壤)인 전북통(全北統)에서 유기물(有機物) 무시용(無施用), 생고(生藁) 500, 퇴비(堆肥) 1,000kg/10a을 처리(處理)하고 질소수준(窒素水準)(0, 15, 20kg/10a)을 달리하여 1979-1987년(年)까지 9년(年)동안 시험(試驗)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 토양(土壤)의 입경조성비(粒徑組成比)는 유기물연용구(有機物連用區)에서 무시용구(無施用區)에 비(比)하여 점토(粘土) 및 미사(微砂)의 조성비(組成比)가 약우(若于) 감소(減少)되었으나 모래의 조성비(組成比)는 증가(增加)하였다. 2. 용적밀도(容積密度)는 질소무시용(窒素無施用)에 유기물(有機物)을 시용(施用)하므로서 표토(表土)에서 낮아졌고 퇴비구(堆肥區)에 비(比)하여 생고연용구(生藁連用區)가 효과적(效果的)이었다. 3. 토양(土壤)의 삼상비(三相比)는 유기물(有機物)을 연용(連用)하므로서 고상(固相)의 비(比)는 낮아지고 액상(液相)과 기상(氣相)의 비(比)는 증가(增加)되었으나 퇴비구(堆肥區)에서 액상(液相), 생고구(生藁區)에서 기상(氣相)이 가장 크게 증가(增加)되었다. 4. 내수성입단(耐水性粒團)은 유기물(有機物)을 연용(連用)하므로서 2mm 이상(以上)의 입단(粒團)이 증가(增加)하였으며, 퇴비구(堆肥區)보다 생고연용구(生藁連用區)에서 증가(增加)하였고, 질소(窒素) 15kg/10a의 생고연용구(生藁連用區)에서 2mm의 누적립단(累積粒團)이 66.5%로서 질소무시용구(窒素無施用區)의 유기물(有機物) 무시용구(無施用區)보다 9.1 %가 증가(增加)하였다. 5. 액성(液性) 및 소성한계(塑性限界)와 소성지수(塑性指數)는 생고(生藁)>퇴비(堆肥)>무시용구(無施用區) 순(順)이며 액성(液性) 지수(指數)는 생고연용구(生藁連用區)보다 퇴비구(堆肥區)에서 크게 낮아졌다. 6. COLE치(値)는 수직(垂直)보다 수평(水平)에서 또 질소(窒素) 15kg/10a시용(施用)의 생고연용구(生藁連用區)에서 가장 크며, 원추(圓錐) 및 전단저항(剪斷抵抗)은 생고연용구(生藁連用區)의 질소(窒素)를 첨가(添加)한 구(區)에서 가장 낮았고 마찰저항(摩擦抵抗)은 유기물(有機物)을 연용(連用)하므로서 무시용구(無施用區)보다 높아졌다. 7. 수량지수(收量指數) 변화(變化)는 질소무시용(窒素無施用)은 퇴비연용구(堆肥連用區)에서 생고연용구(生藁連用區)보다 높았고, 질소(窒素) 15kg/10a는 퇴비(堆肥) 및 생고연용구(生藁連用區) 사이에 년차간(年次間) 경합변화(競合變化)를 보였으며, 질소(窒素) 20kg/10a에서는 6년차(年次)부터 생고연용구(生藁連用區)에서 증가(增加)하였다.

장기 고온스트레스가 마우스 혈청 Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulphate(DHEAS)농도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Long-term Thermal Stress on the Mouse Serum Concentrations of Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulphate (DHEAS))

  • 본 연구에서는 half-life가 긴 DHEAS를 스트레스 관련 호르몬으로 보고 다음과 같은 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 1) 매일 30분씩 3주간 장기 고온스트레스 부과 후 4일간의 휴식을 준 생쥐에서의 DHEAS 변화를 관찰하여 이를 cortisol과 비교하였다. 그 결과 cortisol의 경우 장기 고온스트레스 부과 후 즉시 혈액을 채취한 그룹(LW)과 4일간의 휴식 후 혈액을 채취한 그룹(LR) 모두 대조군(C)에 비해 유의적 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 이에 반해 DHEAS는 장기 고온스트레스 부과 후 즉시 혈액을 채취한 그룹(LW)에서 대조군에 비해 유의적인 감소(p<0.05)를 보였으며, 4일간의 휴식(LR)을 준 후에도 여전히 유의적인 차이를 유지하였다(p<0.05). 실험 2) 고온스트레스를 매일 30분씩 1주간, 2주간, 3주간 부과한 그룹에서의 휴식 기간별 혈청 DHEAS농도 차이를 측정하였다. 그 결과 스트레스 기간이 길어질수록 혈청 DHEAS농도가 감소되는 경향을 나타내었으며, 10일간의 휴식을 주었음에도 2주간, 3주간 부과한 그룹에서 여전히 대조군에 비해 낮은 농도를 유지하였다(p<0.05). 이러한 결과로 보아 cortisol을 이용한 기존방식은 스트레스가 사라진 후의 상태를 파악하는데 어려움이 있었던데 반해, DHEAS는 변화된 상태를 지속적으로 유지함으로써 스트레스가 사라진 후의 상태를 파악하는데 적합한 호르몬으로 판단된다.

인산질비료 장기연용 논토양에서 유효인산 변동 (Change in Available Phosphate by Application of Phosphate Fertilizer in Long-term Fertilization Experiment for Paddy Soil)

  • BACKGROUND: Phosphorus(P) is a vital factor for rice but excess input of phosphorus fertilizer can cause environmental risk and waste of fertilizer resources. We studied to assess the change of available phosphate, P balance, critical concentration of available phosphate under a rice single system. METHODS AND RESULTS: The changes of available phosphate of paddy soil were examined from long-term fertilization experiment which was started in 1954 at the National Academy of Agricultural Science. The treatments were no phosphate fertilization(No fert., and N), phosphate fertilization(NPK, NPKC, and NPKCLS). The available phosphorus concentrations in treatments without phosphate fertilizer (No fert. and N) were decreased continuously. But, after 47 years, available phosphate content in phosphate fertilizer treatment (NPK, NPKC, and NPKCLS) reached at the highest ($245{\sim}331mg\;kg^{-1}$), showing a tendency to decrease afterward. The mean annual P field balance in these treatments (NPK, NPKC, and NPKCLS) had positive values that varied from 16.6 to $17.5kg\;ha^{-1}year^{-1}$, and ratio of residual P were increased. These showed that phosphate fertilizer in soil were converted into the form of residual phosphorus which was not easily extracted by available phosphate extractant. Also, It was estimated that the critical value of available phosphate for rice cultivation was $120mg\;kg^{-1}$ using Cate-Nelson equation. CONCLUSION: We concluded that no more phosphate fertilizer should be applied in rice single system if soil available phosphate is higher than the critical P value.

임상실습 수행시 스트레스와 스트레스 대처방법에 관한 연구 (According to the clinical training, the study of stresses and coping ways of stresses)

  • This is a section study for research of main cause and coping ways caused by stresses during the clinical experiment. It was researched by 231 students of third grade have finished clinical experiment until September though questionnaire. The methods for this study used the a stress measuring instrument thai was used by Hoa-Yun Jun and coping ways of stresses devised by Bell. We computed the frequency and the mean value by the SPSS 10.0 statistical data and we got the following result that from the experiment with t-test and the ANOVA analysis. 1. The mean value of stresses indicated rather higher states in figures 2,855 and the figures that were classified by each areas, indicated highest figures are affected by circumstances, that is 3.065. 2. As higher as the degree of satisfactions in their major, students feel stress less so, the result was not quite different between each of them (p=0.007). 3. The copping ways of stresses indicated, similar differences by using of long-term copping ways and short-term copping ways to cope with stresses(p=0.000). 4. In case of the students who failed college entrance exams and prepared for the next chance for more than one year, indicated highest figures that is 2.57 in short-term ways to cope with stresses, so it showed slightly differences between them(p=0.014). 5. According to the satisfactions of clinical experiments, there were not any statistical differences in long-term coping ways but, as smaller as the satisfactions, in that evidence of the students use short-term copping ways, it showed slightly differences between them(p=0.041). 6. According to the degree of stresses, low-stress groups use short-term coping ways more than high-stress groups, so it showed slightly differences between them(p=0.001). 7. As far as the using of long-term coping ways, the figures of between the lower stress groups and the higher stress groups indicated 2.89 and 2.97 respectably so, the figures were not so closed.

Enzyme and Microbial Activities in Paddy Soil Amended Continuously with Different Fertilizer Systems

  • Soil enzyme and microbial activities are affected by fertilizer and compost applications and can be used as sensitive indicators of ecological stability. Microbial population and soil enzymes viz., dehydrogenase, urease, acid phosphatase and aryl-sulphatase were determined in the long-term fertilizer and compost applied paddy soil. Soil samples were collected from the four treatments (control, compost, NPK and compost+NPK). Long-term NPK+compost application significantly increased activities of urease, dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase than all other treatments. The compost application enhanced activities of urease, dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase than the NPK application. However, arylsulfatase activity was not significantly different between compost and fertilizer application. The highest microbial population was recorded in the NPK+compost treatment. The compost application also resulted in higher microbial population than the NPK application. The above results indicate that ecological stability could be maintained by application of compost alone or with NPK.

  • 본 연구는 친환경 콘크리트의 개발을 위하여 시멘트 대체재료인 혼화재료로서 황토, 슬래그 및 PET보강섬유를 혼입한 콘크리트의 역학적 특성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 콘크리트(SC), 황토콘크리트(HTC), 황토 및 PET보강섬유가 혼입된 시험체(HTPC)를 대상으로 재령별 압축강도 실험을 실시하였으며, 시험체의 장기특성을 분석하기 위한 크리프 및 건조수축 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과, 재령별 압축강도는 시험체 별로 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았으나, HTC 시험체의 압축강도가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 크리프 및 건조수축의 실험결과 HTC 시험체의 장기특성이 가장 우수한 것으로 판명되었다.

  • Colloid Formation and Migration (CFM) project is being carried out within the Grimsel Test Site (GTS) Phase Ⅵ. Since 2008, the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) has joined CFM to investigate the behavior of colloid-facilitated radionuclide transport in a generic Underground Research Laboratory (URL). The CFM project includes a long-term in-situ test (LIT) and an in-rock bentonite erosion test (i-BET) to assess the in-situ colloid-facilitated radionuclide transport through the bentonite erosion in the natural flow field. In the LIT experiment, radionuclide-containing compacted bentonite was equipped with a triple-packer system and then positioned at the borehole in the shear zone. It was observed that colloid transport was limited owing to the low swelling pressure and low hydraulic conductivity. Therefore, a postmortem analysis is being conducted to estimate the partial migration and diffusion of radionuclides. The i-BET experiment, that focuses more on bentonite erosion, was newly designed to assess colloid formation in another flow field. The i-BET experiment started with the placement of compacted bentonite rings in the double-packer system, and the hydraulic parameters and bentonite erosion have been monitored since December 2018.

The Extraction Process of Durative Persuasive System Design Characteristics for Healthcare-related Mobile Applications

  • In the field of Human-Computer Interaction design, persuasive design has gradually been applied to the system development and design process, especially for mobile application design. However, most mobile applications have hitherto a very short using lifecycle. Especially, design features with long-term persuasive effectiveness remain to be further researched and developed. In this study, we focused on investigating and identifying the durative persuasive design characteristics through a data mining process and evaluating the durative effectiveness through a long-term observation process. Total five hundred healthcare-related mobile applications were selected from Apple iTunes Store and a mixed method was conducted to extract the most common persuasive design characteristics. Based on the results of extraction, a representative healthcare-related mobile application was selected as experimental subject. Total one hundred and twenty participants were observed during a six-months experiment and the monitoring data of app usage of all participants was collected once a week. According to the evaluation model for behavior change identification process, participants with habit formation features were proved to have a significant long-term perception level for ten persuasive design characteristics. Further interview research was performed to investigate the participant's long-term perceptions on those characteristics for the purpose of identifying the durative persuasions. The results indicated that a long-term durative effectiveness can be observed and healthcare-related apps designed with those characteristics could have durative effectiveness. This study may contribute to the improvement of future mobile application designs in user experience and durative persuasion, as well as bringing future benefits for both mobile application developers and users.

A Multi-step Time Series Forecasting Model for Mid-to-Long Term Agricultural Price Prediction

  • 본 논문에서는 Multi-Step Time Series의 세 가지 전략을 비교 분석하기 위해 LGBM, MLP, LSTM, GRU를 사용하여 농산물 중장기 가격 예측에 대한 최적의 모형을 제안한다. 제안 모형은 다각도로 전략을 선택하여 모델과 전략간 최적의 조합을 찾도록 설계되었다. 기존 농산물 가격 예측 연구에서는 전통 계량경제 모델인 ARIMA를 비롯하여 LSTM 계열 모델이 주로 사용된 반면 Multi-Step Time Series 관련 농산물 가격 예측 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구에서는 농산물 가격의 변동성 정도에 따라 두 개의 기간으로 나누어 실험을 진행하였으며, Direct, Hybrid, Multiple Outputs 등 세 전략의 중장기 가격 예측 결과 Hybrid 접근법이 상대적으로 우수한 성능을 보였다.본 연구 결과는 중장기 일별 가격 예측을 고도화할 수 있는 효과적인 대안을 제시한다는 측면에서 학술적, 실무적 의의를 갖는다.

형용사를 이용한 향의 이미지구조 연구의 두 방법 비교 (A Comparison of Two Research Methods on Image Structure of Odors Using Adjectives)

  • The present study compared the two experimental methods on inquiring the image structure of odors: Presenting a stimulus is one, and not presenting a stimulus is the other. For experiment one, five odors were presented, and the subjects were instructed to evaluate the odors on 7-point scale for each of the 25 adjectives. For experiment two, no odor was presented, and the subjects were instructed to perform the pair-wise comparisons for the each pair of two adjectives on their similarities on 7-point scale. The data from the two experiments were analysed and compared using MDS(Multi-Dimensional Scaling), Correlation, Cluster Analysis. The results showed that there was no structural differences between two experimental methods in term of the Image structure of odors. But, minor disparity was found between two methods in terms of density of distribution of the adjectives. It was construed that the difference came from the difference of the memory that was used for each of the experiments; that is, short term memory for experiment one and long-term memory for experiment two.
