동아시아 역내무역과 물류네트워크에 관한 연구 (East Asian Intra-Trade and Logistics Network-Tasks)

  • Resent East Asian economic growth has lead the increase of global trade volume and global logistics to the level of full-scale development as aiming to have quantitative growth in world trades in one hand and increasing mutual dependence among the East Asian Economic Bloc on the other. In other words, East Asian economic current growth is going along as connecting with 2 different process that are the increase of global trade volume and the technical development of global logistics system. And mutual dependence among the East Asian Economic Bloc shows the deepening trend in production and consumption. While having the flow of expansion in East Asian trade volume and logistics network in mind, this paper will study on trend in East Asian intra-trade and then study on change & tasks in the East Asian Logistics system.

  • As the importance of logistics is increasing, Enterprises design the supply chain(SC) network to minimize the total costs considering inventory holding cost, transportation cost and apply the efficient strategies of supply chain based on SC network Calculating the logistics costs without reflecting the logistics components like the packaging cost, transportation related cost, storage cost, loading & unloading cost, and distribution costs, the companies should have many limitation to calculate the logistics cost of real enterprise and install the SC network reducing them. Therefore, this research is aimed at establishing SC strategies which can be an efficient alternative for a decision making on supply chain, based on existing reference and current logistics networks of 'L' company in Korea and analyzing interaction effects between strategies and influence on logistics cost by these strategies. As the method of analysis, we analyze the interaction effects between strategies as well as install the optimal SC network reflecting concrete logistics components from the viewpoint of total logistics costs. we expect that analysis method of this paper would be applied various industries and used the efficient tools for the decision mating by planing and execution of the logistics budget from enterprises.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 미래 네트워크중심전쟁에 부합하는 새로운 국방 군수지원체계의 구축방향을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 네트워크중심전쟁의 새로운 개념으로 미 국방부에서 연구하고 있는 SARL과 미래 군수정보체계에서 기술적인 혁신을 견인하는 정보 기술의 최근 발전을 결부하여 고찰하였다. 또한, 한국군에서 현재 사용되고 있는 군수 정보체계의 문제점을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 총 군수비용을 감소시키고 군수지원 속도를 향상하며 전투지원의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 네트워크중심전쟁에서의 새로운 군수정보체계의 구축방향을 제시하였다.

한국물류기업의 국제네트워크 구축요인 및 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determining Factors and Strategies to the Globalization of Logistics Service Providers in Korea)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 한국물류기업이 국제 네트워크를 구축하려는 동기요인에 대해서 살펴보고 현 상황에서 가장 적합한 국제 네트워크 구축 방안을 모색하여 한국물류기업의 국제경쟁력을 제고시키는데 있다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류기업의 국제 네트워크 구축요인 중 네트워크요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류기업의 국제 네트워크 구축방안에 관한 분석결과 구축방안은 인수합병, 전략적 제휴, 합작법인 형태의 투자방식이 적합한 방안으로 압축되었으며, 전략적 제휴 방식이 가장 선호되는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과는 국제화를 준비하는 물류기업과 이를 지원하는 정부에 시사점을 제공한다. 국제화를 준비하는 물류기업들은 현지 기업과의 협력을 통해 현지 네트워크를 활용하는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이며, 성공적인 국제화를 달성할 수 있는 파트너를 선정하여 전략적 제휴를 체결하는 노력을 경주해야할 것이다. 정부도 물류기업들의 네트워크 구축 및 전략적 제휴 체결이 보다 용이하도록 정책적인 지원을 해야 할 것이다.

  • In an effort to gain competitiveness, recently many companies are trying to outsource their logistics activities to the logistics specialists, while concentrating on their core and strategic business area. Because of this trend, the third party logistics comes to the fore, catching people's attention, and expanding its market rapidly. Under these circumstances, the third party logistics companies are making every effort to improve their logistics services and to develop an information system in order to enhance their competitiveness. In particular, among these efforts one of the critical parts is the decision support system for effective transportation network planning. To this end, this study has developed an efficient decision support system for an optimal transportation network planning by comprehensively considering the transportation mode, routing, assignment, and schedule. As a result of this study, the new system enables the expansion of the third party logistics companies' services including the multimodal transportation, not to mention one mode of transportation, and also gets them ready to plan an international transportation network.

네트워크 분석과정을 이용한 환경물류의 의사결정 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on Decision Making Factors of Green Logistics Using Analytic Network Process)

  • According to appearance of a new competitive factor, as 'Green', Green Logistics becomes the important evaluation factor for many firms in emerging competitive environment. Despite this importance, the recognition level of Korean firms on Green Logistics lags behind that of leading companies in developed countries. In addition, the literature studies and practical strategies for systematic management control plans are very insufficient. In this paper, we establish decision making framework of Green Logistics by using ANP(analytic network process). Specifically, we suggest at first the overall concepts and issues of Green Logistics through literature studies. Next, we derive 6 clusters and 21 components forming the strategic green logistics, and then we conduct surveys for pairwise comparison of experts on Green Logistics and compute relative weights of the clusters, components and altanatives considering the feedback structure. We expect that the results of this study will be very helpful for managers to make strategic decisions.

  • As today's business environment has become more and more competitive, forward as well as backward flows of products among members belonging to a supply chain have been increased. The backward flows of products, which are common in most industries, result from increasing amount of products that are returned, recalled, or need to be repaired. Effective management for the backward flows of products has become an important issue for businesses because of opportunities for simultaneously enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction from returned products. Since third party logistics service providers (3PLs) are playing an important role in reverse logistics operations, they should perform two simultaneous logistics operations for a number of different clients who want to improve their logistics operations for both forward and reverse flows. In this case, distribution networks have been independently designed with respect to either forward or backward flows so far. This paper proposes a mixed integer programming model for the design of network integrating both forward and reverse logistics. Since the network design problem belongs to a class of NP-hard problems, we present an efficient heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm (GA), of which the performance is compared to the lower bound by Lagrangian relaxation. Finally, the validity of proposed algorithm is tested using numerical examples.

  • 교통 물류 업계는 저탄소 녹색성장에 대한 국가 전략을 달성하기 위하여 2020년까지 온실가스 감출 전망치(Business As Usual:BAU) 대비 37%의 감축을 목표로 하고 녹색 교통 물류 체계의 구축을 위한 방법들이 제시 하고 있다. 이에 화물 운전자를 위한 에코 드라이빙 교육은 대표적인 방법이다. 그러나 화물 운전자를 위한 에코 드라이빙의 효과를 제시하기 위한 통합 데이터 수집과 물류 네트워크 현황을 진단하고 평가 할 수 있는 방법 연구는 많지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문은 기존의 물류 네트워크 진단평가 모니터링과 에코 드라이빙에 대하여 고찰하고, 스마트폰 어플리케이션 기반의 화물 운전자의 에코 드라이빙을 위한 공급망의 물류 네트워크 진단평가 모니터링 서비스 비즈니스 프로세스 설계를 제시한다. 또한 실제 물류 현장의 적용 효과를 제시하였다.

유라시아 이니셔티브에서의 철도운송네트워크 효율화방안 (A Study on the Efficient Methods of Rail Transport Network under the Eurasia Initiative)

  • 유라시아의 지역적 중요성으로 인하여 주요 국가들이 유라시아와 관련된 국가대전략을 수립하고 있는데 그 대표적인 것이 중국의 일대일로전략과 한국의 유라시아 이니셔티브라고 할 수 있다. 한국의 유라시아 이니셔티브는 동북아 물류중심지화 전략이후에 수립된 박근혜정부의 창조경제기반 국가대전략으로서 유라시아의 미래를 위하여 역내국가들과 함께 하나의 대륙, 창조의 대륙, 평화의 대륙을 만드는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이러한 유라시아 이니셔티브에서 중요한 사업의 하나가 물류운송 네트워크 구축사업인데 물류운송 네트워크 구축사업은 유라시아 친선특급, 나진-하산 물류사업, 북극항로개척, 철도운송 네트워크로 살펴볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 유라시아 이니셔티브상의 철도운송네트워크 구축사업을 포함하여 유라시아 익스프레스 사업의 현황을 살펴보고 효율화방안을 모색함으로써 유라시아 물류 네트워크의 조기 구축에 기여함을 그 연구목적으로 한다.
