As the interest about smooth logistics increases lately, the importance of multimodal transport, which performs the key role of logistics emerges, Through there are many issues respecting multimodal transport, the issue of the efficiency of multimodal transport seems to be the most importance. This paper examine as to the problems & systems of the multimodal transport including transportation document and customs clearance for door to door services. I wish our country will use total logistics automation systems for encouraging multimodal transport chance and make a partial amendment of commercial code including the customs clearance regulation. This study will assist in the development of logistic and the enlargement of multimodal transport transaction.

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 연구와 달리 실증분석을 통해 3PL서비스 품질에 대한 서비스제공자와 이용자 사이의 인식차이를 연구하는데 있다. 조사결과 3PL 서비스 품질을 구성하는 신뢰성, 효율성, 유형성, 반응성, 적시성의 5개 요소가 확인되었다. 아울러 이들 5개 요소에 대하여 3PL업체와 고객 사이에 중요도와 만족도 면에서 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 특히 중요도의 인지적 차이는 효율성에 대해 가장 크게 나타났다. 적시성에 대해서는 서비스제공자, 화주 모두 그 중요성을 가장 크게 인지하였다. 한편 만족도에 대한 인지적 차이는 반응성에 대해 가장 그 차이가 크게 나타났다. 아울러 화주의 만족도가 반응성, 효율성 면에서 특히 떨어짐이 주목된다. 이러한 인식의 차이들을 줄임으로써 고객만족을 향상시키는 것이 3PL 서비스 제공자의 전략적 과제일 수밖에 없다.

Nowadays, logistics parks are no longer simply storage areas but rather the center of corporate supply activities. As the importance of logistics increases, so does the value of logistics related facilities. Unlike the past, in which the sole purpose of logistics services was the spatial movement of materials through transportation, modern logistics are required to carry out functions such as timely adjustment and swift adaptation to changing patterns, and this leads to the emphasis on forming logistics parks. Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. There are many existing studies on the selection of locations of logistics parks but work on the factors related to location selection by industry seem lacking. As such, in the course of this study we have used preceeding studies to draft a questionnaire on which selection factors affect the selection of logistics park location in different industries and conducted empirical analysis of the questionnaire results to uncover the factors that affect the selection of the locations of logistics parks in different industries.

Prior to the service evaluation, many kinds of its attributes must be identified on the basis of rational decision owing to complexity and ambiguity inherent in logistics service. there are so many evaluation methods but they are not applicable to logistics service the have property of non-additivity and overlapped attributes. Therefore, probability measure can not used to evaluate logistics service but Fuzzy Measure is required. And the method should be easy to calculate it Recently Fuzzy theory has been applied in Various evaluation problem. Fuzzy evaluation based on Fuzzy theory can accommodate fuzziness in judgement with people through introducing Fuzzy Measure. In this paper, Hierarchical Fuzzy Process is applied to evaluate level of logistics service in Korail and the biggest six logistics companies in the korea which is called 3PL Company. Also Fuzzy Relation Equation which is problem identifying evaluation value at these fuzzy evaluation is applied to verify relation between Input and Output data through @-operation. Therefore, we apply this Fuzzy Relation Equation to Hierarchical Fuzzy Process and verify evaluation value which objects of evaluation are able to possess.

As the demand for logistics services increases rapidly in modern society, the existing freight delivery system through road transportation is caused various problems such as traffic congestion and greenhouse gas emissions. To solve that, the development of an 'underground logistics tunnel-based cargo transportation system' is currently being considered in Korea. In order to build a new concept stable and safe logistics system, derive system design requirements and functional specifications, and reflect them at the development of target system. In this study, to make foundation for development of an "underground logistics tunnel-based cargo transportation system," define system components through analysis from a hierarchical perspective, and the functions of each component were analyzed and defined. We identified what interfaces the components have at each stage of the operating process. Lastly, we defined a detailed operation scenario based on the previously derived results, deriving target system functional requirements.

본 연구에서는 다음의 세 가지 연구목적에 초점을 맞춰서, 한국과 일본에 대한 비교연구를 실시하였다. 우선 정부 레벨에서 대(對)중국 한·일 물류정책의 특징을 파악한 후, 양국 정책의 차이점을 밝히는 것이다. 다음으로 기업 레벨에서는 한·일 물류기업의 중국 진출 실태 및 사례에 대해 살펴본 후, 이로부터 한·일 물류기업의 기업전략 상의 공통점과 차이점을 규명하는 것이다. 끝으로 본고에서 실시한 한·일 비교연구로부터 한국 정부와 기업에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻은 주된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한·일 정부의 물류정책은 중국을 중시한다는 점에서 유사하지만, 일본의 물류정책이 ASEAN과의 협력도 중시한다는 점에서 보다 폭이 넓다. 둘째, 중국 물류시장에서 한국기업에 비해 일본기업이 보다 다양한 종합물류서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 보다 광범위한 물류네트워크를 확보하고 있다. 결국 한국 물류기업은 중국에서 국적을 초월한 기업간 전략적 제휴에 보다 적극 나서야 한다.

근래 물류정보시스템의 중요성은 특히 강조되어 지고 있으며 물류정보시스템의 활용도는 물류관리의 능력, 물류처리의 기술수준, 물류체계의 강화, 물류정책의 수행력과 같은 기업환경에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 회사의 물류정보 시스템의 활용도를 조사하기 위해 부산 경남지역에 소재한 상장, 등록, 외감법인 중 174개 제조업체와 유통업체를 대상범위로 한정시켰다. 다음은, 본 연구의 결론으로서 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사업의 특정종류에 따라 물류정보시스템 활용도는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 제조업체와 유통업체들의 각 입장에서 볼 때, 물류정보시스템의 활용도에 대한 중요성은 쌍방업체간에 크게 다르지 않음을 나타내고 있다. 셋째, 물류시스템의 할용도는 물류관리능력을 가진 경영자의 유무에 따라 좌우될 수 있음을 보여준다. 넷째, 물류정보시스템의 활용도는 물류성과와 긍정적인 관계를 가지며, 또한 이러한 활용도는 단순한 물류비용 감소보다는 물류전문가로 하여금 고객들에게 보다 고급화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 보여준다.

물류의 흐름을 배제한 CALS/EC는 있을 수 없다. CALS/EC에서도 거래의 최종단계는 고객이 요구하는 상품 또는 서비스를 전달하는 것이기 때문이다. CALS/EC를 이용한 물류정보화가 물류 문제 해결에 도움을 줄 수 있고, 전자상거래의 활성화를 가로막는 물류 문제를 분석하기 위해 새로운 환경에서의 물류 요구의 변화를 분석하였다. 전자상거래와 물류정보화 활성화와 관련하여, 전자상거래 등 산업활동의 정보화 추이를 고려한 물류체계의 고도화, 산업전반의 물류정보화 촉진을 위한 법 제도의 개선, 물류산업전반의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 규제개혁 추진, 전자상거래 활성화률 위한 통관체제의 개선 등이 필요하다.

본 연구는 침체된 해운물류 산업의 대안으로 제시되고 있는 해운물류 플랫폼의 품질향상을 위한 요인을 도출하고 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 요인을 선정하고, 해운물류 플랫폼 사용 경험이 있는 선사, 포워더, 화주기업 및 플랫폼 사업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법으로는 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)를 활용하여 해운물류 플랫폼의 품질평가를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 사용자들이 중요하게 인식하고 있으나 만족도가 낮은 요인으로 "제공되는 서비스 경쟁력", "타 운송수단과의 연결성", "운임 경쟁력", "운임 투명성", "선복 제공의 안정성"이 도출되었다. 향후 해운물류 플랫폼이 활성화되기 위해선 이러한 요소들에 역량을 집중하여 우선적으로 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 해운물류 플랫폼의 구성기능을 제시하고 평가요인을 도출한 것에 학문적 시사점이 있다. 또 해운물류 플랫폼에 대한 사용자의 참여를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제시한 것은 산업적 시사점이다.

Currently, Korea is actually increasing and increasing demand for leisure such as parts for A/S of automobile parts of the car, as well as trends in borrowing and finished parts are also required a steady increase in automobile traffic daetsu.
