This study discusses the present logistics standardization of both firms in manufacturing, resale and. wholesale, and distributing industries and logistics experts on each logistics stage: packaging, transport, storaging, freight handling machinery, and information technology. We Find out that packaging and transport are most important factors for the improvement of unit load system in Korea. Next, information technology, storage, and then freight handling machinery are ranked to establish an efficient technical system of logistics standardization

The purpose of this study is to establish the technical system of national logistics standardization and to strengthen the national competitiveness through reduction of the logistic cost We review of the government and private roles in the logistic sectors and suggest plans for the improvement of logistics standardization for its completion in the unit load system in Korea. We conclude that a symmetrical logistics standardization may accomplish to reduce the costs of national logistics.

Purpose - According to the actual change of the logistics concept, the outsourcing activities of companies are actively progressing, and this is proceeding to third-party logistics and fourth-party logistics. This change in logistics situation raises the need for an in-depth understanding of four-party logistics. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, first of all, the theoretical aspects of changes in the logistics concept are identified, along with the outsourcing and third-party logistics. Finally, the concept of four-party logistics, the background of its introduction, and future prospects will be explored. Result - The meaning of physical distribution is now passing through the existing three-party logistics and entering the era of four-way logistics. In addition, cost reduction and improvement of customer service through advanced logistics strategy can be said to be the company's competitiveness. Through this study, it can be seen that the conceptual change of logistics and the introduction of four-party logistics are closely related to the survival of the company's deficit in the market. Conclusion - In modern society, logistical competitiveness is the competitiveness of a company, and logistical activities of a company can be achieved through the process of entering the four-party logistics from the existing third-party logistics based on outsourcing. Then more customer-oriented service can be provided.

Established on February 1st, 2010, The ROKN maritime task flotilla has a goal to successfully cope with North Korea and other potential threats. Unlike precedents of its kind, The ROKN maritime task flotilla is expected to concentrate more an far-sea strategies than coastal strategies. In such circumstances however, the existing maritime logistics systems have limitations upon which to utterly support the operation conception of the ROKN maritime task flotilla seven. To ensure it's efficiency, transformation of the systems is prerequisite. The purpose of this study is to deduce an adequate maritime logistics system for the ROKN maritime task flotilla by evaluating the limitation of the current system and foreseeing its performance necessary abilities to operate in the future. In order to do this, the study presented problems and the direction of development on the structural and behavioral sides. Fist, regarding problems in the structure of maritime logistics system, the investigation pronounced the need of improvement in mobile logistics support ability and its speed. In addition, for the behavioral side, the need of improvement in logistics cooperation system and self-maintenance ability was affirmed. For the development of an adequate maritime logistics system, the study suggested the amelioration in the operation of an adequate mobile logistics support platform and the speed of the logistics using high-speed transportation such as planes for the structural side. Moreover, for the behavioral side, it recommended th enhancement of logistics cooperation system including the nations that already imported th weapon system, amelioration of self-maintenance ability, and necessity to operate mobile maintenance group.

Currently, Korea is actually increasing and increasing demand for leisure such as parts for A/S of automobile parts of the car, as well as trends in borrowing and finished parts are also required a steady increase in automobile traffic daetsu. 4차 산업혁명의 도래에 따라 물류 스타트업이 주도하는 생활물류 서비스가 급성장하고 있다. 이들은 물류 틈새시장에서 기존 물류 기업들과는 차별화되는 고객의 편의성 제고에 중점을 둔 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 모바일 앱을 구축하여 온디맨드, O2O(online to offline), 편의물류, 역물류, 라스트 마일 배송을 구현하고 있다. 물류 스타트업 주도로 소화물뿐만 아니라, 음식배달, 원룸 이사, 세탁물 배송, 출장 세차, 출장 자동차 정비 등 생활물류 서비스가 성장하고 있다. 생활물류 스타트업의 주요 성공요인 중 하나는 사용성이 높은 모바일 앱을 구축하여 고객의 충성도를 높이는 일이다. 평가는 개선을 위한 출발점이지만 모바일 앱의 사용성은 모바일 폰이 가진 특성 때문에 웹사이트와는 차별화된 평가기준을 마련하고 평가되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 사용성 테스트 방법을 통하여 국내 대표적인 생활물류 모바일 앱의 사용성을 평가한 후 그 시사점과 개선방안을 제안한다. 그리고 구글 플레이의 최상위 인기 앱과 디자인 관점에서 비교한다.

Today, with the development of the Internet and mobile technology, consumers' purchasing patterns have shifted from offline to online. In addition, due to the recent COVID-19, online purchases have significantly increased, and accordingly, the courier industry for logistics delivery has also grown significantly. Various logistics robots are being operated in many industrial and can reduce the labor intensity and physical and mental fatigue of workers. However, if the logistics robot does not properly recognize the people or environment around it, it can lead to a serious accident. We conducted that how logistics robots can perform safe work in a working environment such as a logistics warehouse through the application of ISO/DIS 21448 (SOTIF) to autonomous logistics transport robots. This result is expected to contribute to the operation of unmanned logistics warehouses using AGV.

본 논문은 IPA 모형을 통해 군 물류분야의 집중관리 대상항목을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 개선방안 요소를 바탕으로 리커트 5점 척도의 설문지를 구성, SPSS 23을 통해 중요도와 만족도분석을 실시했다. 먼저 중요도 측면에서 '창고시설 확충 및 현대화' 평가요인의 평균이 4.23으로 가장 중요하게 나타났고, 만족도 요인의 경우 '지역별 물류업무 통 폐합'(3.56)의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. '창고시설 확충 및 현대화' 요인의 경우 중요도와 만족도의 차이가 2.01으로 가장 큰 차이를 보여 군 물류 창고 시설의 확충 및 현대화에 대한 전반적 검토가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 군 물류에 있어 우선적으로 개선해야 하는 부분을 인식하고 집중 관리하여 좀더 효과적인 결과를 창출하고, 군 물류 효율화를 위하여 집중관리 해야 하는 항목을 제시하였다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다.

This study analyzes the economic effect through the use of the RCEP direct transport rules, and suggests the necessacity of logistics efficiency and policy alternatives. The advantage of the hub network has been widely applied to the international logistics system, but there is a limit in the FTA logistics system in which goods must be directly transported between two contracting parties. Therefore, based on the new RCEP direct transport rules and the theoretical review on the possibility of an FTA logistics hub, FTA logistics efficiency improvement is estimated. This study quantitatively estimated the economic effect of direct transportation, unlike the previous studies, which were limited to the analysis of judicial precedents or surveys. GTAP model was used through five scenarios according to the impact of the RCEP tariff cut and the FTA logistics hub establishment in Singapore or Korea. As a result of the analysis, Korea's trade volume increased by 0.38% of exports and 1.63% of imports, and RCEP would increase exports by 0.27% and imports by 0.42%. In particular, the establishment of an FTA logistics hub (0.71%) was found to have a greater effect on the improvement of terms of trade than a tariff cut (0.12%), confirming the necessity of establishing an FTA logistics hub in RCEP. As a policy proposal, the institutional support of the customs authorities for the use of RCEP, the expansion of the free trade area where BWT traded cargo can be stored, and the establishment of a system for issuing back-to-back certificates of origin with approved exporters.

With CJK FTA as a starting point, this paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting marine industrial cooperation, facilitating investment trade, establishing international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation between China, Japan and Korea, and explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China, Japan and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistics distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Northeast Asia, improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance. In short, the improvement for the logistics legal system in CJK FTA is not the responsibility of a country or several countries. It concerns the development and prosperity for the logistics industry in the three countries and is an inevitable choice to promote the vigorous development of CJK FTA and economic take-off of each country.
