다기준 의사결정 기반의 물류중개 에이전트 (Multi-Criteria Decision Making Based Logistics Brokerage Agents)

  • In this paper we deal with the logistics brokerage process in which a logistics agent intermediates between vehicle owners and shippers for matching empty vehicles and freights. Based on the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methodology, the proposed agent system matches the most preferred empty vehicle to the shipper and the most preferred freight to the vehicle owner. In the proposed agent system, an MCDM based sensitivity analysis is also used for supporting decision makers under negotiations. Among various MCDM methodologies, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized in this paper. Although AHP is one of the most popular MCDM methodologies, AHP needs a number of pair-wise comparisons for assessing alternatives and hence may give excessive decision making burden to the decision makers. In this paper, in order to reduce the decision making burden, a preference function based estimation method is proposed. We can expect that the MCDM based logistics brokerage agent can be used as an efficient and effective tool for e-logistics marketplaces on the internet.

석유화학업체의 플랜트 입지 선정의 중요성에 대한 연구 (The importance of plant location decision-making in the petrochemical industry)

  • 석유화학산업은 대규모 설비 투자비용이 소요되는 자본 및 기술집약적 장치산업으로 공급사슬 내 구성원 간의 협력과 통합을 통한 경쟁력 강화를 추구하고 있어 입지선정시 공급업체와 생산업체, 고객의 지리적 위치와 연결성을 고려한 물류요인이 중요해지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다중적 의사결정 기준을 반영하여 입지 선정요인의 상대적 중요성을 평가하고 그 중에서 물류요인의 중요성의 분석 및 국내 주요플랜트 입지 후보지를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 석유화학플랜트 입지선정 요인의 우선순위를 연구함에 있어 물류적 요인이 다른 산업경제학적인 요인과 비교하여 어떠한 중요성을 가지는지 분석한 연구로서 의의가 있다. 또한 도출된 상대적 중요성을 바탕으로 현재 석유화학단지의 입지를 평가했다는데 의의가 있다. 이는 석유화학기업들이 향후 플랜트 입지를 신규로 선정할 경우 물류적인 요인을 중요하게 고려해야 할 것이며, 정부나 지방자치 단체가 석유화학단지를 조성하거나 유치할 경우 물류비, 물류연계성과 같은 물류적인 기반이 확보되어야 한다는 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

  • It has been recognized as an important issue to design optimally a firm's logistics network for minimizing logistics cost and maximizing customer service. It is, however, not easy to get an optimal solution by analyzing trade-off of cost factors, dynamic and interdependent characteristics in the logistics network decision making. Although there has been some developments in a system which helps decision making for logistics analysis, it is true that there is no system for enterprise-wise's on-site support and methodical logistics decision. Specially, E-biz process along with information technology has been made dramatic advance in a various industries, there has been much need for practical education closely resembles on-site work. The software developed by this study materializes efficient algorithm suggested by recent studies in key topics of logistics such as location and allocation problem, traveling salesman problem, and vehicle routing problem and transportation and distribution problem. It also supports executing a variety of experimental design and analysis in a way of the most user friendly based on Java. In the near future, we expect that it can be extended to integrated supply chain solution by adding decision making in production in addition to a decision in logistics.

  • This paper is aimed to present a fuzzy decision-making approach to deal with disaster recovery priority decision problem in information system. We derive an evaluation approach based on TOPSIS(Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution), to help disaster recovery priority decision of total information system for port logistics in a fuzzy environment where the vagueness and subjectivity are handled with linguistic terms parameterized by trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. This study applies the fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making method to determine the importance weight of evaluation criteria and to synthesize the ratings of candidate disaster recovery system. Aggregated the evaluators' attitude toward preference, then TOPSIS is employed to obtain a crisp overall performance value for each alternative to make a final decision. This approach is demonstrated with a real case study involving 4 evaluation criteria(system dependence, RTO, loss, alternative business support), 7 information systems for port logistics assessed by 5 evaluators from Maritime Affairs and Port Office.

  • This paper aims to propose optimal method to assess and cumulate the daily profit for liner shipping to support the shipping lines in making optimal decision with the highest average daily profit. This paper not only explains the actual calculated results align with decision-makers' behavior from concepts indicated in cumulative prospect theory but also contributes to an easy-to-apply method for liner shipping network predictability in and provides optimal decision-making is helpful for shipping managers for the best effective selection of the most appropriate alternative under uncertainties.

네트워크 분석과정을 이용한 환경물류의 의사결정 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on Decision Making Factors of Green Logistics Using Analytic Network Process)

  • According to appearance of a new competitive factor, as 'Green', Green Logistics becomes the important evaluation factor for many firms in emerging competitive environment. Despite this importance, the recognition level of Korean firms on Green Logistics lags behind that of leading companies in developed countries. In addition, the literature studies and practical strategies for systematic management control plans are very insufficient. In this paper, we establish decision making framework of Green Logistics by using ANP(analytic network process). Specifically, we suggest at first the overall concepts and issues of Green Logistics through literature studies. Next, we derive 6 clusters and 21 components forming the strategic green logistics, and then we conduct surveys for pairwise comparison of experts on Green Logistics and compute relative weights of the clusters, components and altanatives considering the feedback structure. We expect that the results of this study will be very helpful for managers to make strategic decisions.

Decision-Making on Incoterms 2020 of Automotive Parts Manufacturers in Thailand

  • The objective of this research is to examine the factors affecting the decision-making of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) of automotive parts manufacturers in Thailand. This mixed method study applied qualitative and quantitative research methods and utilized the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to prioritize the significance of the factors. By an in-depth literature review and expert interview, four main criteria were identified. These criteria include Operating costs, Cooperation and bargaining power, Knowledge and understanding and Operation duration then main criteria divided into fifteen sub-criteria. The common Incoterms, Ex Works (EXW), Free On Board (FOB), Free Carrier (FCA), and Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), were determined as alternatives to the incoterms through a preliminary survey. The results revealed that the operating costs were the most important factor for the company. Moreover, it was discovered that this was consistent with the priority of the secondary factors, which included the annual budget for the transportation expenses and product value at one time. The respondents' perspective suggested that FCA was the most appropriate Incoterms for international trade for a company. The findings of this research suggest a hierarchy model for organizations to prioritize the significant factors in order to make a decision on the most appropriate Incoterms.

  • 건설프로젝트의 대형화, 고층화, 복잡화에 따라 원가절감 및 공기단축, 생산성 향상에 대한 요구가 증가함에 따라 다양한 관리이론 및 첨단 IT 기술의 적용을 통한 물류 및 진도관리방안의 개선에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 특히 첨단 IT기술의 적용은 프로젝트관리 및 관리정보수집의 신속성, 효율성, 정확성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안으로 다양한 적용이 시도되고 있으며, 최근 이러한 첨단 기술의 적용의 일환으로 시도되고 있는 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술은 다양한 프로젝트관리 분야에서 적용 가능성을 보이고 있다. 하지만 기존 연구들에서는 일부 공종 또는 자재를 대상으로 물류관리, 노무관리, 안전관리 등 일부분에서만 RFID 기술의 적용이 모색되었을 뿐 전체 프로젝트 관리 측면에서의 접근은 전무한 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프로젝트 관리를 위한 여러 가지 요인들 중 물류 및 진도관리를 중심으로 다양한 프로젝트의 공종 및 주요자재에 RFID 기술을 적용하기위한 일관성 있고 체계적인 적용전략 의사결정모델을 제안함으로써, 각 프로젝트의 현장관리자들이 RFID 기술을 적용하기 위하여 투자하는 시간 및 비용, 시행착오 등을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 다수의사결정그룹(MDMG : Multiple Decision-Making Croup)문제는 서로 의견이 상충하는 단위의사결정그룹(UDMG: Unit Decision-Making Croup) 문제로 구성되어 있다. 특히, 항만경쟁력 평가문제의 경우, 다계층$\cdot$복합$\cdot$다속성의 복잡한 평가특성을 가지며, 평가에 있어 선사, 포워더, 물류기업, 연구자 등 다수의 의사결정자들이 참여하는 대표적인 다수의사결정그룹문제가 된다. 이러한 복잡한 문제의 평가는 각 그룹간의 이질적인 선호도를 합리적으로 융합하는 가중치 보완과정이 필요하게 된다. 즉, 가중치 보완과정은 평가결과의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보할 수 있는 매우 중요한 절차로써, 이를 위한 합리적인 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 여기에 주목하여 평가 문제에서 빈번히 발생하는 이질적인 선호도를 합리적으로 흉합하는 방안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 수립된 방안을 토대로 실제 다수 평가그룹이 참여하는 항만경쟁력 평가항목의 가중치 조정문제에 적용한 결과. 이질적인 선호도가 융합된 통합 가중치를 도출할 수 있었다.

기업 물류비용의 실증적 분석을 통한 공급사슬 전략의 도입 효과분석 (A Study on the Introduction Effect of Supply Chain Strategies Using the Analysis of Enterprise Logistics)

  • As the importance of logistics is increasing, Enterprises try to design the supply chain(SC) network to minimize the total costs considering inventory holding cost, transportation cost and apply the efficient strategies of supply chain based on SC network. Despite of this efforts, Calculating the logistics costs without reflecting the real components of logistics like the packaging cost, transportation related cost, storage cost, loading & unloading cost, and distribution costs, the companies has many limitation to calculate the logistics cost of real enterprise. For overcoming such problem, this paper is aimed at establishing SC strategies which can be an efficient alternative for a decision making on supply chain, based on existing reference and current logistics networks of 'L' company in Korea. Also, we analyze the interaction effects between strategies as well as install the optimal SC network reflecting concrete logistics components from the viewpoint of total logistics costs using the simulation and statistic methods. we expect that analysis results of this paper would be applied various industries and be utilized to the efficient tools for the decision making by planing and execution of the logistics budget from enterprises.
