최근 들어 전자상거래의 개념이 기업뿐만 아니라 모든 유형의 조직체로 확산되어 가면서 전통적인 업무처리방식에서 전자적 업무 처리를 향한 변화를 통해 기업이나 조직체는 새로운 가치를 창출하면서 시장을 확대하는 기회로 이용하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 전자상거래의 개념을 디지털 도서관에 적용하여 도서관과 비즈니스 패러다임의 변화에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 도서관 업무와 전자상거래가 연계되는 몇 가지 모델을 제안하였다. 그리고 이중 전자상거래 개념을 자료 구입 과정에 적용시킴으로써 자료 구입 과정에 참여하는 모든 기관을 하나의 마켓플레이스로 통합하고 거래 행위가 이루어지도록 하는 eMarketplace를 구축 논리모델을 상세히 제시하였다.

The reconfiguration management scheme changes a logical topology in response to changing traffic patterns in the higher layer of a network or the congestion level on the logical topology. In this paper, we formulate a reconfiguration scheme with a shared buffer-constrained cost model based on required quality-of-service (QoS) constraints, reconfiguration penalty cost, and buffer gain cost through traffic aggregation. The proposed scheme maximizes the derived expected reward-cost function as well as guarantees the required flow's QoS. Simulation results show that our reconfiguration scheme significantly outperforms the conventional one, while the required physical resources are limited.

The necessity of the new system development arises in both defence and commercial systems industry either when a breakthrough in technology needs to be realized in the form of a brand-new system or when the existing product already in operation needs to be upgraded to satisfy the increasing stakeholder's requirements. In the latter case, it is not rare that specific system technical specifications on the existing products are not available. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to handle the difficulty when an upgraded system is required to be developed based on the existing product whose detailed technical specifications cannot be obtained. A step-by-step process is described based on the reverse engineering of the existing product. As a result, a logical system model is obtained for the product. The process developed is further enhanced and evaluated by the computer-aided system engineering tool. The resulting logical system model should be helpful in the next phase of the new product development.

유엔임무단에 파병되는 한국군의 평화활동 성과를 측정하는 현행평가방식에 대해 적절성, 타당성, 신뢰성문제가 불가피하게 제기되고 있다. 이에 본고는 유엔현장임무단과 국제개발커뮤니티에서 널리 채택한 바 있는 성과기반평가(RBE)모델을 한국군 파병부대의 평화활동에 부합하도록 보완 및 적용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과, 논리체계모형을 토대로 기획과 평가단계를 통합하는 RBE모델을 토대로 파병 전기획, 파병기간 중 모니터링과 단계적 평가, 파병 후 영향평가의 사이클로 귀결되는 틀을 제안하였다. 둘째, 현행 한국군 평화활동의 모니터링과 평가체계를 RBE모델 기준을 적용하여 검증한 결과, 평가조직 운용 및 논리체계모형에 해당되는 요소들이 기준을 충족하지 못하거나 부분적으로만 충족하였고 파병사후 영향평가는 거의 수행하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 전술한 문제점들의 해결방안과 민-관-군 분야 전문가가 참여하는 합동조사단 운용을 정책제안으로 제시하였다.

In this paper we propose a model which can predict well the logical errors come from the charge redistribution in domino gates. In this model the effect of the intrinsic capacitance between gate and channel of MOSFET's is considered. This effect is more important than the parasitic capacitance effect. The error by the proposed model is only 8% of that by the currently used model. This model can be used as a guide-line in the design of domino circuits.

DYLAM (Dynamic Logical Analytical Methodology) and its related methodologies are reviewed and found to have many favorable characteristics. Previous studies have shown that the DYLAM methodology represents an appropriate tool to study dynamic analysis. A hybrid model which is a synthesis of the DYLAM model, a system thermodynamic simulation model and a neural network predicative model, is implemented and used to analyze dynamically the CANDU pressurizer system. This study demonstrates that the hybrid model for system reliability analyses is effective.

본 논문에서는 객체 기술과 복잡한 구조적 데이터와 관련된 데이터베이스 구조를 효율적으로 표현하기 위한 통합 데이타 모델(UDM)이라고 하는 개념 데이터 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델은 E-R 모델, 의미 객체 모델, UML 등의 데이타 모델의 주요 기능을 데이타베이스 설계 관점에서 통합한 것이다. 이 모델은 시공간 멀티미디어 데이타의 복잡한 구조를 모델링하기 위해 제안된 객체-관계 모델을 단순화시키고 일부 기능을 확장시킨 버전이다. 이 모델은 현대적인 데이터베이스 응용의 주요한 의미적, 구조적인 정보의 표현을 지원하며, 관계, 객체-관계, 객체-지향, (반-)구조 데이터베이스 등 주요 논리적 데이터베이스 모델을 지원하도록 고안되었다. 데이터베이스 설계를 위한 도구로 통합 데이타 다이아그램(UDD)을 제안하며, 이 통합 데이타 모델로부터 논리적 뷰를 유도하기 위한 방법도 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 다양한 개념적 데이터베이스 설계를 위한 편리하고 실용적인 도구로 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구는 사회적기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 방안으로 R&D활동 체계화와 지원정책의 논리모형을 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 사회적기업의 R&D수요조사 및 심층면접(FGI)을 토대로 R&D활동을 체계화하여 R&D정책의 논리모형을 도출하고자 한다. 사회적기업의 R&D활동은 일반기업과 비교해 초기단계이거나 체계성이 매우 미흡하다. 프로세스모델링 방법은 사회적기업의 R&D활동 세부요소를 표준화하는 방법으로 R&D지원정책의 논리성 확보에 활용될 수 있다. 연구결과 사회적기업들은 사회가치 증진을 위한 제품과 서비스의 경쟁력확보를 위해 R&D활동의 필요성과 중요성을 인식하고 있으며, R&D경험 및 역량이 부족하기 때문에 R&D전문기관(R&D기획전문기관, 정부출연 연구기관, 대학 등)과 협력을 통한 R&D역량 개선을 기대하고 있다. 사회적기업 R&D활동의 성과지표는 심층면접(FGI)을 통하여 투입-과정-성과지표 단위로 도출하였고, R&D지원정책의 논리모형은 심층면접자료와 기존연구를 참고하여 사업정의, 주요고객, 비전체계, 사업전략, R&D활동요소, 성공요인 등의 영역으로 구분하여 도출하였다.

In the last paper, we have discussed the cannonical representatin of a dynamic linear model, on which some aggregation schemes were devised. The relationships of those aggregation schemes with dynamic properties were investigated. This paper tries to analyse she control strategy for the aggregated linear dynamic model and to investigate the dynamic properties of disaggregative model controlled by aggregated model. For the logical consistency with the last paper, all the sections and all the equations are numbered in a sequence.
