Historical archived traffic data management system enables a long term time-series analysis and provides data necessary to acquire the constantly changing traffic conditions and to evaluate and analyze various traffic related strategies and policies. Such features are provided by maintaining highly reliable traffic data through scientific and systematic management. Now, the management systems for massive traffic data have a several problems such as, the storing and management methods of a large volume of archive data. In this paper, we describe how to storing and management for the massive traffic data and, we propose methodology for logical and physical architecture, collecting and storing, database design and implementation, process design of massive traffic data.

Architecture is changing rapidly with contact of various cultures and development of modern technology and it is also becoming Polycentric. We can look at the tendency of deconstruction that denies logical rationality of modernism and minimalism that is known as a vertex of modernism. This kind of flow appears to be one of tendencies of interior design. Therefore, to satisfy the residents with the interior design, our study proposes a better space improving monotonousness of the existing apartment through case study. Through the case study, if we analyze the tendency applied to the characteristics of minimalism, we can divide into shape and space. Minimalism space says that the resident can build his/her own space according to the characteristics of the object. Also, it has an advantage of the resident being able to bring in furniture or decoration to change the characteristics of the space. With more accurate understanding and borrowing, we should do multilateral study to research the mixed loading and uncertain minimalism through the case study of apartment space.

In this paper, a new distributed intelligent control module based on LonWorks fieldbus for air handling unit(AHU) of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning(HVAC) is proposed to replace with a conventional direct digital control(DDC) with 32 bit microprocessor. The proposed control architecture has a excellent features such as highly compact and flexible function design, a low priced smart front-end and reliable performance with various functions. This also addresses issues in control network configuration, logical design of field devices by S/W tool, Internet networking and electronic element installation. Experimental results showing the system performance are also included in this paper.

Korean government has operated EA by the act on efficient introduction of information system and operation. etc. But the utilization and the evaluation system for EA don't prepare well. In this study. we analyzed characteristics and advantages of EA maturity models that is developed by some domestic and foreign government departments in logical view. and then we derive evaluation scopes and factors of the models. Also. we applied the models to EA maturity for the B organization and measured maturity levels. We identify similarity and difference between the models. We propose evaluation scopes, levels and factors between the models and solutions for evaluation ambiguity by evaluators and maturity improvement through the identified results.

Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) is an alternative complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology that is used to implement high-speed logical circuits at the atomic or molecular scale. In this study, an optimal 2-to-4 decoder in QCA is presented. The proposed QCA decoder is designed using a new formulation based on the MV32 gate. Notably, the MV32 gate has three inputs and two outputs, which is equivalent two 3-input majority gates, and operates based on cellular interactions. A multilayer design is suggested for the proposed decoder. Subsequently, a new and efficient 3-to-8 QCA decoder architecture is presented using the proposed 2-to-4 QCA decoder. The simulation results of the QCADesigner 2.0.3 software show that the proposed decoders perform well. Comparisons show that the proposed 2-to-4 QCA decoder is superior to the previously proposed ones in terms of cell count, occupied area, and delay.

A new law, the Urban and Living Environment Improvement Act, was established, promulgated, and entered into by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation as of 1st July 2003. This system under this law, which improves currently executed consulting process and upgrade its level, is to execute the legal process and procedures that are necessarily required for housing reconstruction/renewal project.. This system requires to be supplemented with addition of reasonable, logical, and systemized tools of system. Through concurrent application of professional management of renewal business(PMRB), more benefit will be provided to housing renewal associations that are constituted with residences concerned for execution of CM project.

This paper proposes the CPM bar chart (CBC), a hybrid of the bar chart and the critical path method (CPM). The CBC overcomes shortages of the fence bar chart, while still retaining its advantages. The fence with direction is applied instead of the broken fence, which triggers considerable problems to identify and apply in the fenced bar chart. In addition, the notorious task to find dummy activities is no longer required. Upon the benefits of simplicity in the bar chart and logical work sequence in the CPM network, the CBC provides a relatively easy way to create and understand a schedule, thus improving communication quality between project participants.

Nuclear Power Plant Instrumentation and Control System(NPP I&C) which is used to operate safely is changing from analog technology to digital technology. Ever since NPP Centrifuge of Iran Bushehr was shut down by Stuxnet attack in 2010, the possibility of cyber attacks against the NPP has been increasing. However, the domestic and international regulatory guidelines that was published to strengthen the cyber security of the NPP I&C describes security requirements and method s to establish policies and procedures. These guidelines are not appropriate for the development of real applicable cyber security technology. Therefore, specialized cyber security technologies for the NPP I&C need to be developed to enhance the security of nuclear power plants. This paper proposes a cyber security technology development system which is exclusively for the development of nuclear technology. Furthermore, this method has been applied to the ESF-CCS developed by The KINCS R&D project.

RConsumer Portal is defined as "a combination of hardware and software that enables two-way communication between energy service providers(ESP, like KEPCO) and equipment within the consumer's premises". The portal provides both a physical link(between wires, radio waves, and other media) and a logical link(translating among language-like codes and etiquette-like protocols) between in-building and wide-area access networks. Thus, the consumer portal is an important, open public shared infrastructure in the future vision of energy services. This paper presents an XML based standard specification of service-oriented, open protocol for consumer portal system architecture. In the framework level, the XML protocol provides a useful bridge between services and platforms. The proposed standard protocol has been implemented into our developing consumer portal pilot system. The results imply the potential of global standards for consumer portal system by its minimum overhead in network and processor. The reposed XML is designated psXML in this paper.

This study designs an integrated data architecture to systematically manage the agricultural statistics database. Managing the agricultural statistics is important since it provides data for policies and decision making for agribusinesses. Ministry of Agriculture and the National Statistical Office collect the basic agricultural statistic data which provides the basis of logical decision making and agricultural policies. However, the agricultural statistic data has not well been used. The data has not been consistently collected nor managed. The raw data has not been organized nor processed to meet various demands. The needs has been arisen for a consistent agricultural statistics system to increase the relevance, accessibility, and efficiency of data for various users. There are massive amount of data accumulated over a long time period. Introducing the new system and reorganizing the data will bear large risks. A systematic method is required to reduce the risks in planing, building, and maintaining the database without hindering administration. This study provides a design of the agricultural statistics system architecture based on the user requirement analysis (URA) and similar systems abroad. We have also build a prototype to check the implementability of the system design.
