A Efficient Debugging Method for Java Programs (자바 프로그램을 위한 효율적인 디버깅 방법)

  • Java language is a representative object-oriented language that is used at the various platform and fields. A structure of java language is simpler than traditional procedural-oriented language because of characters of object-oriented language But it is difficult to debug complicated java programs. Debugging has always been a costly part of software development. Syntax errors of java programs is easily found by the current debugging system. But it is difficult to locate logical errors included in java programs. Traditional debugging techniques locating logical errors in java program have been still used with conventional methods that are used at procedural-oriented languages. Unfortunately, these traditional methods are often inadequate for the task of isolating specific program errors. Debugger users may spend considerable time debugging code of program development with sequential methods according as program size is large and is complicated. It is important to easily locate errors included in java program in the software development. In this paper, we apply algorithmic debugging method that debugger user can easily debug programs to java program. This method executes a program and makes an execution tree from calling relation of functions. And it locates errors at the execution tree. So, Algorithmic debugging method can reduce the number of debugging than conventional sequential method.

  • Recently, the threat to the security and damage of important data leaked by devices of intranet infected by malicious code through the Internet have been increasing. Therefore, the partitioned intranet model that blocks access to the server for business use by implementing authentication of devices connected to the intranet is required. For this, logical net partition with the VDI(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) method is no information exchange between physical devices connected to the intranet and the virtual device so that it could prevent data leakage and improve security but it is vulnerable to the attack to expose internal data, which has access to the server for business connecting a nonregistered device into the intranet. In order to protect the server for business, we suggest a blockchain based network partition model applying blockchain technology to VDI. It contributes to decrease in threat to expose internal data by improving not only capability to verify forgery of devices, which is the vulnerability of the VDI based logical net partition, but also the integrity of the devices.

  • As the importance of learner-centered ICT education is emphasized, school education should move toward the direction of respecting individual learners' capability rather than fitting learners into a fixed frame. Such a view finds its theoretical ground in Gardner's multiple intelligences theory. Thus ICT literacy education in elementary school also needs to consider individual student's abilities and talents based on their multiple intelligences and apply appropriate education programs and teaching methods. In order to provide basic materials for this, the present study examined the correlation between children's academic achievement in ICT literacy education and their multiple intelligences and inquired into which intelligences are factors determining achievement in ICT literacy education. According to the results. logical-mathematical intelligence is in a significant correlation with academic achievement in ICT literacy education. and logical-mathematical intelligence and linguistic intelligence are the most influential factors on academic achievement in ICT literacy education.

  • Scratch, one of the educational programming languages, provides a media-rich programming environment and easy interface to users. It supports Korean language and is utilized usefully in programming classes in elementary and middle schools. However, programming causes cognitive loads to young students. Because the programming process is a complex problem solving procedure that requires logical and abstract thinking abilities. Therefore, we developed a problem based scratch programming teaching and learning model to enhance intrinsic motivation of learners and to maximize the effects of using the scratch, educational programming language. The developed problem based teaching and learning model considered elementary students' characteristics. It was implemented in fifth grade elementary school classes and the educational effects of the model was analysed. The developed model was helpful in enhancing students' problem solving potential and logical thinking abilities.

The three-year comparative study of effects of STEAM education programs based on physical computing (3년간의 피지컬 컴퓨팅 기반의 STEAM 프로그램의 효과 비교 연구)

  • STEAM education introduced full-scale since 2011, it was reflected in the 2009 modified science curriculum. Partially it was decided not by result of study, but by the government policy. So practical study was needed for steam education. The researchers have studied effect of steam education based on physical computing from 2012 to 2014 on fourth grader. To study of effects of steam education, the researcher administer pre-to-post of science attitude test, science achievement test, logical ability test, psychological test for youth, satisfaction level test for school curriculum. The result shows that science attitude, logical ability, and satisfaction level for school curriculum of steam treatment group were enhanced. We conclude that steam education solve the proposed problem which low motivation and interest for science in comparison with science achievement.

  • The ROK military has established the MND-AF (Ministry of National Defense- Architecture Framework) and is applying it when developing architecture for Enterprise (MND), Segment (component) and Solution (weapons and force support system). The AMM (Architecture Meta model) of the MND-AF supports the establishment of interoperability by systematizing the architecture information structure defined by the Architecture artifact, describing the relationship between data and also by liking reference models and Information technology standard, common components, and MND-Meta data. which are interoperability standards. However, the MND-AMM has insufficient linkage with the standards, which places constraints on applying interoperability standards when developing Solution architecture. This study suggests a logical data model (OV-7c) from the MND-Meta-data-based Architecture meta model that will enhance the application of MND meta data managed by the MND interoperability standard when developing Solution architecture.

A Study on Relation between e-Learning Strategy and Multiple Intelligence of College Students of Engineering Department (공과대 학생들의 e-Learning 전략과 다중지능의 관련성 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to do research on correlation between multiple intelligence and e-Learning strategy, which can be used to develop and strengthen e-Learning strategy. The subject was 183 college students of engineering at C university who had ever taken a lesson through e-Learning. Two items are investigated in these college students. One is whether there is a gap and any gender-related difference in multiple intelligence and e-Learning strategy, and the other is what multiple intelligences have an effect on e-Learning strategy. The e-Learning strategy developed by In-Sock Lee and the instrument by Yong-Lin Moon were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, it appeared that there was a difference between gender in musical intelligence and naturalistic intelligence. The average of musical intelligence was higher in female collegian, while the average of naturalistic intelligence was higher in male collegian. But there was no gender-related difference in using e-Learning strategy. Second, it appeared that multiple intelligence gave an explanation of self-direction intelligence up to 31.1%, expression strategy 20.35%, and information processing strategy 16.6%. The results of this study showed that logical-mathematical intelligence affected all of three e-Learning strategies. So, new curriculum which can make use of logical-mathematical intelligence needs to be developed so as to devise efficient e-Learning strategies.

The Influence of Debate Studies Through Small Group Activities in Ability Group to The Improvement of The Students′ Learning Ability. (토의식 수업을 적용한 수준별 소집단 협력학습이 학력신장에 미치는 영향)

  • Nowadays the number of students that is losing their interest as well as learning desire in mathematics is increasing because of lack of logical thought creative power and abstract expression that present-day mathematics requires by reason of discrepancy of extreme scholastic ability by speciality of mathematics. In these conditions, we reduce the number of learning depression by bringing about learning desire or learning interest on mathematics, and students learn effective learning methods to be voluntary learning of discovery themselves that studies basic concepts, principles, rules through logical thought of students to solve difference of scholastic ability, thus we assumed that debate studies through small group activities in ability group would be one of ways to improve learning power, so the results of our research are as follows; 1. Debate studies through small group activities were very effective because of reinforcing the achivement level of students. 2. By this learning method, an individual or cooperrative learning was fostered, and lively discussions were accomplished. And learning attitudes of students were changed by the extension of cooperative learning abilities through advices or by themselves. 3. A personal opinion is payed regard by accepting an individual idea in the process of making questions. Learners can correct wrong concepts in the process of correcting wrong answers. So if we apply above-mentioned studies with easy contents from the lower grades, the effectiveness would increase as learners go to the higher grade. According to the results of various researches as follows; "The teaching-learning method oriented coopperative debate studies is effective to find solutions to mathematical problems." If small group activities are applied in the educational situation to search the course of a desirable cooperation learning through small group activities to improve scholastic abilities for a discoverable problem-solving power. I think that the teaching-learning method oriented cooperative debate studies is one of the most desirable methods to increase the problem-solving ability.

  • Robot education is the learning instrument suitable for the logical thinking and problem solving ability of students, but in the elementary school, research data for curriculum, teaching material developing, and special teacher for the purpose of efficient robot education is rare. So this study investigated and researched on the educational use of robot as the instrument for enhancement of the logical ability and the problem solving ability of elementary school students. In order to introduce contents related to robot in the elementary, I investigated and analyzed what is discussed. I analyzed their opinions for the efficient robot education of the elementary school student through the questionary survey of the elementary school teacher in charge of robot education in the discretion activity class. and I suggested the condition of robot, proper contents, the form of robot, and teaching & learning method suitable for introduction in the elementary school curriculum based on analyzed contents.

The Literature Study on Correlation between Wushijiuyu(五十九兪) and Fangfengtongshengsan(防風通聖散) for the Treatment of Fever Disease ($\ll$황제내경(黃帝內經)$\gg$의 열병(熱病) 치료혈(治療穴)과 방풍통성산(防風通聖散)의 이론적 상관성에 관한 연구)

  • Backgrounds : There have not been so many studies about the correlation of logical background between acupuncture and herbal medicine. Objectives : This study was aimed to find out the logical relationship between acupuncture points of Wushijiuyu(五十九兪) and Fangfengtongshengsan(防風通聖散) for the treatment of fever disease. Methods : I investigated the background of rationale of Wushijiuyu(五十九兪) and Fangfengtongshengsan(防風通聖散) through survey of classical text include Yellow Emperor's Classic of Medicine(.帝.經內經, Hwang Di Nei Jing), Liujing(類經), Zhenjiujiayijing(鍼灸甲乙經) and Huangdisuwenxuanmingfanglun(黃帝素問宣明方論). Results & Conclusions : The words "Wushijiuyu(五十九兪) and Wushijiuci(五十九刺)" are founded in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Medicine(黃帝內經) are either prescription of the acupuncture points for the treatment of fever disease. However, acupuncture points of two methods are not same. According to Liujing(類經), Wushijiuyu(五十九兪) have used acupuncture points located in head, upper and lower extremities, trunk, and back. However Wushijiuci(五十九刺) just select acupuncture points of head and extremities without those of trunk and back. Acupuncture points located in yang meridian(45points) and Dumai(督脈, 5points) are significantly used more than those of yin meridian(8 points) and Renmai(任脈, 2points) in Wushijiuyu(五十九兪) and Wushijiuci(五十九刺). The distribution of acupuncture points used Wushijiuyu(五十九兪) have closer correlation with Fangfengtongshengsan(防風通聖散) than Wushijiuci(五十九刺) in the prescription.
