The purpose of this study was to explore the importance level, the present level, and the educational need for 21 business ethics components among 2-year and 4-year college students majoring in fashion. Survey data of 364 students (128 students of 2-year colleges and 238 students of 4-year colleges) were analyzed through descriptive statistics, Borich's needs assessment for education, The Locus for Focus model, exploratory factor analysis, and t-test. The results showed five business ethics components ranked highly as educational needs among college students: 'reducing waste', 'using vegan materials', 'using human-friendly materials', 'strengthening sustainable technologies', and 'promoting workers' rights'. Those components should be integrated into curricula of fashion majors in colleges. Students in 4-year colleges considered most of 21 business ethics components as more important than did students at 2-year colleges. More needs for education were observed by 4-year college students in eight business ethics components than by 2-year college students. In addition, a positive attitude toward business ethics education and the suitability of business ethics education were higher among 4-year college students than 2-year college students. Results provide a guideline for business ethics education by indicating a list of business ethics components that urgently needed to be adapted to fashion curricula according to each college type.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the needs for the managerial competencies of nurse managers in general hospitals. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used. The participants were 203 nurse managers, 141 head nurses or unit managers, and 62 directors or team managers from 17 general hospitals. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire with 42 nursing management competencies and 181 behavioral indicators. Participants rated the importance and performance of each indicator. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test, independent t-test, importance-performance analysis, Borich's needs assessment model, and locus for focus model. Results: In all 42 competencies, importance was rated significantly higher than performance. The head nurses or unit managers had high demands for "human resource development," "performance management," and "information management," while the directors or team managers had high demands for "change management." Competencies in high demand in both groups were "development of nursing standards" and "self-management." Conclusion: Based on the results, it is necessary to select priorities and prepare educational content when developing educational programs to strengthen the nursing management competencies of general hospitals' nurse managers.
The number of lens groups in modern zoom camera systems is increased above that of conventional systems in order to improve the speed of the auto focus with the high quality image. As a result, it is difficult to calculate zoom loci using the conventional analytic method, and even the recent one-step advanced numerical calculation method is not optimal because of the time-consuming problem generated by the iteration method. In this paper, in order to solve this problem, we suggest a new unified analytic method for zoom lens loci with finite object distance including infinite object distance. This method is induced by systematically analyzing various distances between the object and other groups including the first lens group, for various situations corresponding to zooming equations of the finite lens systems after using a spline interpolation for each lens group. And we confirm the justification of the new method by using various zoom lens examples. By using this method, we can easily and quickly obtain the zoom lens loci not only without any calculation process of iteration but also without any limit on the group number and the object distance in every zoom lens system.
This paper presents the design and evaluation of the optical zoom system for an LWIR camera. The 12.8operating wavelength range of this system is from $7.7{\mu}m$ to $12.8{\mu}m$. Through a paraxial design and optimization process, we have obtained the extended four-group inner-focus zoom system with focal lengths of 10 to 100 mm, which consists of the six lenses including four aspheric surfaces and two diffractive surfaces. The diffractive lenses were used to balance the higher-order aberrations, and its diffraction properties were evaluated by scalar diffraction theory. We have calculated the polychromatic integrated diffraction efficiency and the MTF drop generated by background noise. The f-number of the zoom system is F/1.4 at all positions. Fields of view are given by $51.28^{\circ}{\times}38.46^{\circ}$ at wide field and $5.50^{\circ}{\times}4.12^{\circ}$ at narrow field positions. In conclusion, this design procedure results in a $10{\times}$ compact zoom lens system useful for an LWIR camera.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each side to feel vulnerable to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics safe strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

3-D virtual city model is becoming increasingly important for a number of GIS applications. For reconstruction of 3D building in urban area aerial images, satellite images, LIDAR data have been used mainly and most of researches related to 3-D reconstruction focus on development of method for extraction of building height and reconstruction of building. In case of automatically extracting and reconstructing of building height using only aerial images or satellite images, there are a lot of problems, such as mismatching that result from a geometric distortion of optical images. Therefore, researches of integrating optical images and existing digital map (1/1,000) has been in progress. In this paper, we focused on extracting of building height by means of interest points and vertical line locus method for reducing matching points. Also we used digital plotter in order to validate for the results in this study using aerial images (1/5,000) and existing digital map (1/1,000).

The purpose of this study was intended to provide baseline data to develop child health education for multicultural mothers. Participants were 30 multicultural mothers in B city multicultural family support centers and 20 persons in charge of child healthcare in B city. From Dec 2016 to Jan 2017 a self-report instrument was used to measure general characteristics, status, importance, implementation, and needs of child healthcare education. The data were analyzed through frequencies, Chi-squared test, and analysis of variance using the SPSS 20.0 program. Fifty-seven percent of transcultural mothers had not participated in child healthcare education before. There was no significant difference between importance and implementation of child healthcare education. In Borich analysis, "Safety accident prevention", "Toilet training", and "Growth and development" were in the 25th percentile. In Locus for Focus, "Safety accident prevention", "Bathing", "Baby massage", "Toilet training", and "Weaning food" were in the HH area. In comparison with importance of child healthcare education, multicultural mothers, and persons in charge of child healthcare, multicultural mothers had significantly higher scores than persons in charge of child healthcare. Therefore, in order to meet multicultural mothers' educational needs for child healthcare education, child healthcare information should be developed.
