The WGS conversion project of cadastral drawing (promoted by the Ministry of Land) is not able to reflect the cadastral registration due to subtle differences such as area and location. When converting the digital cadastral region to the world geodetic system, the boundary point coordinates must be changed to the legal coordinate units. However, there is a phenomenon that occurs in which the minute area changes do not coincide with the area registered in the cadastral registration when the coordinate unit is changed. In this study, we have developed a method to adjust many parcels collectively by applying a passive fine-tuning method used in cadastral resurvey project to solve these problems. Total 1, total 2+1, interval 1, interval 2+1, etc. were classified based on the number of parcels that need to be considered for the range of adjustment and the area condition. The analysis of the experimental area (after developing SW for comparison of each method) showed that the total 2+1 method is suitable for the location accuracy and the interval 2+1 method is suitable for the temporal efficiency.

Mobile node has to register its current location to Home Agent when it moves to another network while away from home. However, the registration procedure cannot be completed successfully when Home Agent is protected by the VPN gateway which guards MN's home network and discards the unauthorized packets incoming from outside as a lack of security association(SA) between the Care-of address and security policy of the home network so that the binding registration message without SA is discarded smoothly by the VPN gateway. This paper presents the authentication and key exchange scheme using the AAA infrastructure for a user in Internet to access the home network behind the VPN gateway. By defining the role of authentication and tunnel processing for each agent or relay entity, this paper presents the procedure to register the current location to its Home Agent with secure manner. Performance result shows cost improvement up to 40% comparing with existing scheme in terms of the packet loss cost, the property of mobility and traffic.
This study aims to infer the plan and location of the government office building in Chongju Castle in the Late Yi-dynasty. The conclusion is as follows: 1. The Chongju Castle Map(淸州邑城圖, late in the 18th century, hereinafter referred to CCM) provides the detail arrangement and location of Government Office Building in Chongju Castle. And the road structure and plan of the CCM is almost same with the present time. 2. As compared with CCM and a Chongju-land Registration Map(淸州面地籍原圖, 1913, CRM) to infer the location of the traditional government office building in Chongju Castle, the building locations of Gaek-Sa(客舍) Donghun(東軒)'s region in CCM are almost accordance with today's. But those of Byungyoung(兵營) Group's region are represented by a little error. So the locations of Byungyoung(兵營) Group's region rearranged, moved down to be in accordance with the approach circulation of Main Gate(閉門樓) which is shown in CRM. 3. The records, on the plan of the traditional government office building in Chongju Castle, have proved that the plan of Gaek-Sa was a width of 11 bay and a depth of 2 bay. A width of 3 bay drawn in CCM, the present plan of Donghun is a width of 7 bay and a depth of 4 bay. The main building and especially the double-storied Main Gate($4{\times}3$) of Byungyoung Group are exactly in keeping with the present road structure.

Most autonomous mobile robots view only things in front of them, and as a result, they may collide with objects moving from the side or behind. To overcome this problem. an Active Omni-directional Range Sensor System has been built that can obtain an omni-directional range data through the use of a laser conic plane and a conic mirror. Also, mobile robot has to know its current location and heading angle by itself as accurately as possible to successfully navigate in real environments. To achieve this capability, we propose a self-localization algorithm of a mobile robot using an active omni-directional range sensor in an unknown environment. The proposed algorithm estimates the current position and head angle of a mobile robot by a registration of the range data obtained at two positions, current and previous. To show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, a series of simulations was conducted and the results show that the proposed algorithm is very efficient, and can be utilized for self-localization of a mobile robot in an unknown environment.

Recently, many kind of smart projectiles are being developed. In case of smart projectile, studying in advance, it uses a navigation data acquired from the GNSS receiver to check its location on the geocentric(WGS84) coordinates and to estimate P.O.I(point of impact). However, because of various error inducing factors, the result of positioning involve some errors. We introduce the advanced algorithm for the reconstruction of a navigation trajectory using weighted PDOP, based on a simulated trajectory acquired from PRODAS. It is very fast and robust to noise and shows reliable output. It can be widely used to estimate an actual trajectory of a projectile.

Handling paging mechanism at the IP layer (i.e., IP paging) makes it possible to support heterogeneous wireless access technologies, providing energy-saving and reduced location registration signaling overhead over IP-based mobile networks. However, IP paging may rather cause adverse effects under active communication environments because of significant paging signaling overhead and frequent paging delay. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, a cost-effective IP paging scheme is proposed in this paper, which enables a mobile node to perform selective registration and paging based on its profile information. Numerical results indicate that the proposed scheme has apparent potential to mitigate considerable paging signaling overhead and frequent paging delay in IP-based hierarchical mobile networks.

Augmented Reality is a growing area in virtual reality research, The world environment around us provides a wealth of information that is difficult to duplicate in a computer. This evidenced by the worlds used in virtual environments. An augmented reality system generates a composite view for the user. It is a combination of the real scene viewed by the user and a virtual scene generated by the computer that augments the scene with addition information. The registration method represent to the user enhances that person's performance in and perception of the world. It decide the direction and location between real world and 3D graphic objects. The registration method devide two method, Model based tracking and Move-Matching. This paper researched at to generate a commerce correlation using a tracking object method, using at a color distribution and information, in the sequence scene.

Ship object detection is a technique to detect the existence and the location of ship when ship objects are shown on input image sequence, and there are wide variations in accuracy due to environmental changes and noise of input image. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, we propose multiple ship object detection based on background registration technique and morphology operation. The proposed method consists of the following five steps: background elimination step, noise elimination step, object standard position setting step, object restructure step, and multiple object detection steps. The experimental results show accurate and real-time ship detection for 15 different test sequences with a detection rate of 98.7%, and robustness against variable environment. The proposed method may be helpful as the base technique of sea surface monitoring or automatic ship sailing.
As Internet voting can take place regardless of a voter's location, the participation rate of the voters would be increased and economic costs will be reduced. But the drawback of it is that all participants have to trust the election management server. If the server colludes with the specific candidate, the other candidates cannot prove rigged election. In addition, majority of researches on Internet voting are mainly focused on the voting restricted by the region and the country. Thus, it's not appropriate for the election in Internet community such as YouTube channels. As the Internet community is composed of members from all around the world, the new type of voting model is needed. In this study, we propose the smart contract based Internet voting model applicable on the blockchain network. The proposed smart contract model consists of candidate registration, voter registration, voting and counting stages. In the proposed model, anonymity of the voter is assured in the voter registration and voting stages, and all candidates can confirm the fairness of the election in the counting stage.

Cadastral map information is created by registering parcel information such as location, lot number, land category and boundary through the cadastral survey. However, with regard to boundary point coordinate, computerized cadastral information data was registered to either two decimal places (unit in centimeter) or three decimal places (unit in millimeter) so that a confusion in cadastral administration and cadastral survey has been caused. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to look for a method of matching two different coordinate systems through the consideration of registration of cadastral information data and area calculation. In conclusion, the result of the investigation not only shows that areal change and the creation of minute polygons resulted from land alteration could be solved by changing boundary point coordinate from two decimal places to three decimal places, but also suggests that the related laws and regulations to register boundary point coordinate to three decimal places should be institutionally corrected and applied.
