베이직 스커트의 로우웨이스트의 위치변화(位置變化)에 따른 시각적(視覺的) 평가(評價) (A Study of the Visual Evaluations by Variations in the Location of the Waistline of the Basic Skirt)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences of visual evaluatations by variations in the location of the waistline of the basic skirt. In the main experiment, we make 6 samples: the 1cm-natural waistline, the 3cm-natural waistline, the 5cm-natural waistline, the 7cm-natural waistline, the 9cm-natural waistline, the 11cm-natural waistline. The data has been obtained from 43 fashion design majors. The data has analyzed by Frequency, Factor Analysis, Anova, Scheffe's test. The results of the experiment are as follows. 1. The visual effects by the location of the waistline are composed of 4 factors: the shape of the abdomen, the shape of the pelvic, the length of the upper body, and the vertical effect of the lower body. 2. The visual effects by the location of the waistline have significant differnces all factors. The location of the waistline, which have the best visual effect, are the 3cm-waistline, the 5cm-waistline, and the 7cm-waistline. These location do not emphase the shape of the abdominal and pelvic regions, but they make the length of the lower part look slimmer and longer. 3. The visual image by the location of the waistline are corn posed of 3 factors: modesty, attractiveness, comfort. 4. The visual image by the location of the waistline have significant differnces all factors. In the visual image, the 1cm-waistline and the 5cm-waistline are evaluated badly in the aspects of modesty, attractiveness, comfort. The 9cm-waistline and the 11 cm-waistline are evaluated as having the best modesty and attraction features. The 3m-waistline are evaluated as the best comfort.

AHP를 이용한 봉제·의류제조업의 해외입지선정 모형 및 적용 사례 (AHP Model and a Case Study for Determinants of Overseas Factory Location for Sewing and Apparel Products Industry)

  • There have been a lot of studies about overseas factory location in order to meet various needs of industries according to the international economic developments. However, most of the studies were written about generic theory for general industries or mainly concerned to high capital industries. This study is focusing on the sewing and apparel industries which represent labor intensive and small-medium type of enterprises. For this study, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods were applied to make proper analysis after wide range of survey to clarify determinants which provide a guidance for overseas factory location. As a result of the analytical researches done in the thesis the most important which should be taken consideration while determining of overseas factory location for sewing and apparel products industry are as follows - economic factors(0.569), geographic factors(0.171), social and cultural factors(0.157), regulations and institutional factors(0.103). In the last, S company is examined for example to show how this determinants have practically been applied.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences of visual effects by variations in the location of the waistline and the width of the round belt of the basic skirt. The stimuli are 21 samples: 7 variations of the location of the waistline and 3 variations of the width of the belt. The data has been obtained from 43 fashion design majors. The data has analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, anova, scheffe's test and the MCA method. The results of this study are as follows. The visual effects by variations of the location of the waistline and the width of the belt are composed of 3 factors: the shape of the front part of the abdomen, the shape of the side part of the abdomen, and the length of the upper body. The visual effects by variations of the width of the belt have partial significant differences. The visual effects by variations in the location of the waistline have significant differences in all factors. The interaction effects between the location of the waistline and the width of the belt have not significant differences in all factors.

광양만권 친환경농산물 물류센터 입지선정 연구 (A Location Selection of Logistics Center for Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products in the Gwangyang Bay Area)

  • 본 연구는 광양만권 친환경농산물의 물류센터 입지를 선정하기 위한 연구이며, AHP기법을 적용하여 입지선정요소를 검토하고, 객관적이고 정량화된 결정을 하기 위해 전문가 면담 및 설문지 조사를 통해서 요인계층화를 하였다. 광양만권 친환경농산물의 물류센터를 위한 입지요인의 계층화 과정은 크게 자연적요인, 경제적요인, 사회적요인, 유통 효율성, 국토이용관리계획 등으로 대분류하고, 대분류된 요인들을 다시 세부적으로 각각 3개의 요인으로 소분류하였다. 5가지 대분류를 쌍대 비교하여 분석한 결과, 경제적요인의 가중치가 가장 높았으며, 소분류된 요인들 중에는 물동량의 용이성, 상위계획과 적합성, 기후, 토지가격, 제한법규 등이 비교우위의 평가기준들로 나타났다. 이러한 과정을 통해 최종후보지의 우선순위가 결정되었으며, 자연적 요소 및 경제적 요소에서는 율촌2산단 지역의 가중치가 가장 높았고, 사회적 요소, 유통 효율성, 국토이용관리계획 등은 광양황금산단 지역의 가중치가 가장 높았다. 최종 분석결과, 광양만권의 친환경농산물 물류센터의 입지선정 최종후보지는 광양황금산단 지역이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 GIS 기법을 활용하여 소매업의 새로운 형태인 편의점의 입지를 분석한 것이다. 편의점과 같이 점포 운영을 위한 최소요구치가 매우 작은 소매업의 경우 전통적인 계향적 기법을 적용하여 입지를 분석하는데는 상당한 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 편의점의 입지에 영향을 주리라 예상되는 통행량, 접근성, 가시성, 그리고 제한적 요인들을 선정하여 송파구를 연구대상으로 편의점이 입지할 수 있는 가설적 지구를 추출한 후 실제 편의점의 입지와를 비교하였다. 그 결과 실제 편의점의 83% 정도가 가설적 입지가능지구에 입지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서 본 연구의 제한점과 GIS기법을 활용하여 입지를 분석에서 시급히 이루어져야 할 자료구축의 필요성에 대해 논하였다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 위치기반서비스의 활용성 연구 (A Feasibility Study on the Location Based Services under Ubiquitous Environment)

  • The purpose of this study is to predict promising Location Based Services under an ubiquitous environment based on their technical characteristics, which is strongly required in rapidly changing circumstances with ubiquitous computing and Broadband Convergence Network (BcN). To begin with, this study proposes a classification scheme of ubiquitous services and defines five technology factors required for ubiquitous services. Next, this study collects a number of ubiquitous services from previous researches and classified them according to the classification scheme of ubiquitous services. And then, technical importance of the collected ubiquitous services are evaluated in terms of technology factors by using service-technology metrics. Finally, a set of important Location Based Services under ubiquitous environments and the correlations between technology factors are identified by using the evaluation results.

원피스드레스의 허리밴드 위치(位置)와 밴드 폭(幅)의 변화(變化)에 따른 시각적(視覺的) 이미지 (A study of the visual image by variations in the location and width of the waist bands of the one-piece dress)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences of visual image by variations in the location and width of the waist band of the one-piece dress. The stimuli are 24 samples: 8 variations of the location of the waist band and 3 variations of the width of the waist band. The data has been obtained from 50 fashion design majors. The data has analyzed by Factor Analysis, Anova, Scheff's Test and the MCA method. The results of the study are as follows. According to the result of factor analysis of the visual image based on the changes in the location and width of waist bands, three factors were identified- attractiveness, elegance and practicality. Among them, attractiveness was found to be the most important. The visual image was evaluated positively when waist bands were positioned above the natural waist line and negatively when waist bands were positioned below the natural waist line regardless of their width. In addition, the visual image based on the width of waist bands for one-piece dress was the most positive when the width was 4.5cm. No significant difference was observed in the visual image according to band width when the waist bands were positioned below the natural waist line. The interaction of visual image according to the location and width of waist bands for one-piece dress did not appear. As the main effect, significant differences were observed in all of the three factors according to the location of waist bands, but only two factors excluding elegance showed some difference according to the width of waist bands. When multiple classification analysis was applied to the factors without interaction, the location of waist bands appeared to have more significant effect on visual image than the width of waist bands.

However, attention and attraction don't show the interaction between the location of the waistline and width of the belt ; the location of the waistline tends to be the main effect.

A Study on the Success Factors for the Restaurant Service Industry: Moderating Effects of Restaurant Types and Locations

  • We develop the success factors model including research hypotheses in the restaurant service industry. The research model in this study was tested on survey data collected from 282 restaurant owners. In this study, we tried to identify the success factors of the restaurant service industry and analyze the relationship between those success factors and business performance. Especially, we analyzed the impact of success factors on business performance being moderated by the restaurant type and location. Through the analysis of the research model, it is shown that operation management and customer relationship management and so on play an important role in the improvement of business performance. In addition, we found that the impact of the success factors on business performance is moderated by the restaurant type and location. A limitation of our study is the sampling. Franchise restaurants will need to be included in future studies. We expect that our research will help start-up restaurant managers to get useful insights to better manage their own businesses. Although the study on the success factors of the restaurant service industry is very important, there are few researches on that in Korea. Therefore, this study can give new insights on how the restaurant owners do business in the restaurant service industry.

아파트형공장의 입지 및 정책요인이 입주의사에 미치는 영향 -대구시 중소기업 사례를 중심으로- (Location and Policy Factors Influencing the Move-In Decision of Apartment Factory: Case Study of Middle and Small Sized Companies in Daegu City)

  • 본 연구는 대구시 중소기업을 중심으로, 아파트형 공장의 입지요인 및 정책요인이 입주의사에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 설문조사 분석결과를 보면, 응답기업의 58.2%가 아파트형 공장에 입주할 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘재로, 입지요인에 대한 요인분석 결과, 네트워크, 입주비용, 접근성, 입주공간, 노동력 등 총 5개의 요인이, 정책요인에 대한 요인분석 결과, 경영지원정책, 금전지원정책, 행정지원정책 등 총 3개의 요인이 추출되었다. 셋째로, 로짓 희귀분석 결과, 입지요인이 입주의사에 미치는 효과에서 대구지역 아파트형 공장의 잠재수요자인 응답기업들의 아파트형 공장 입주의사에 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 입지요인은 없으나, 입주비용 요인은 입주의사에 약하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 정책요인이 입주의사에 미치는 효과분석 결과, 세제지원, 금융지원, 임대료 지원과 같은 금전지원 정책이 대구지역 아파트형 공장의 잠재수요자인 응답기업들의 입주의사에 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다.
